I been here for a couple years now. My therapist is Amanda Stephenson and I absolutely recommend her. She has lifted so much weight off me mentally and physically... I DO NOT recommend the psychiatrists unfortunately if you miss an appt for a family death they will not let you see them for 6 months! Amanda is my safe place and I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for her!!

I've been going Professional Counseling Center for almost two years now . I've never believed in things like therapy , talking to people about my problems etc. However in 2020 of September I was a victim of medical malpractice and suffered trauma since . When I met with my therapist Kelly Ann I'll be honest , I had no hopes that therapy would do anything for me but I gave her a chance . She told me give me a chance and I did . Here I am now almost two years later and I couldn't imagine my life without Kelly Ann . She's gotten me to get back to points in life I never thought I'd be able to ever again. I'm still a work in progress , not from any lack of Kelly but because I'm still working on myself . But I would not be back to where I am now if not for Kelly . The trauma I suffered was my everyday / every hour life and Kelly got me back to living a normal life . There's times I fall off but Kelly always gets me back on my toes . I can't say thank you enough . In addition the staff here is awesome. Friendly, welcoming , the facility is clean . I would recommend this place to anyone and I'm sure everyone here is awesome but I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly Ann due to my experience with her !

I would give more stars if I could! I was able to work with Rena for 6 months, and I was deeply sad when our services ended. I have a one year-old little girl, and my schedule is always changing, and Rena was always flexible to meet my needs. She was professional, kind, understanding, and gave great feedback at appropriate times. She helped challenge the way I would think while helping build up my self esteem. She was with my little family for a short time, but will forever be one of the building blocks that helped better my little families future.

Have been seeing a therapist through professional counseling center for 15+ years. Have always felt comfortable with everyone person I have came into contact with over the years . I truly appreciate my counselor, always answers my calls or texts, if I should need her when I don't have an appointment. I have been a client of Professional Counseling center for several years, myself and my spouse see Thomas Pope who is a fantastic therapist. However, over time my experience with the office and their ability to assist with tough mental health situations was met with poor results. I decided to leave them this past month due to constant strife with staff and how they have treated my spouse. To be exact Gerome Hess prescribing her medication she was allergic to and when telling him so he stated “The medication is on the lowest does you should be fine” She had this medication in the past and had anaphylactic shock, however they make you sign an agreement to take all medication as prescribed with the threat of dropping you if you don’t. My spouse missed one (only one) appointment with Gerome Hess and he dropped her for six months of service. I would recommend Thomas Pope as a counselor but not the facility as whole for service. When attempting to contact the owner he has been too unprofessional to reach out to us in order for us to raise these concerns with him. Stay clear and go to a more reputable facility such as CMH direct.

The reception girls are just wonderful. Always cheerful and helpful. My counselor Sandy is the best. She really listen to me. We work together to help me with my issues. I would highly recommend.
