For the most part the staff is what's the best. The exception would be the cook and his ordering of food. Our Christmas menu consisted of pri.e rib( as thin as playing card and mostly fat), a stuffed mushroom ( looked like a small cookie), asparagus ( very dry) and a baked potato with sour cream (the best part of the meal)! The roll and cheesecake were also good. Seems like he buys the lesser quality toKeep his budget as low as possible. There are many complaints about the food.

This place is truly beautiful. I had the opportunity to visit while assisting one of my clients, and I was glad to be able to help him out. However, the experience was slightly marred by the lady at the front desk, who could benefit from some customer service training or simply smiling more, as she came across as quite rude.

My mom lived at Allegro for almost four years. She loved her apartment and enjoyed walking around the beautiful grounds. She made many new friends and enjoyed their company at meals and activities. The staff was very caring and compassionate.It was a great experience for her and our family.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

I'm a new resident, some minor staff issues to begin otherwise it would be 10 stars. However, there is one staff member that goes above beyond for everyone. Her name is Margo. she ensures we all are safe and she is so nice helping us with anything we may need and addresses our challenges as no sweat. I/ We all simplay love and appreciate her.

I would not recommend sending a loved one here if they need more assistance. They charge hidden fees without warning. They never tried to integrate my mother into the Community. They were very unwelcoming to her. Also, they don't call the family right away if a problem is noticed. They left my mother sit in a chair for an entire day in a wet diaper after calling 911 to get her out of bed. I was not notified for over 24 hours that she was unwell. This is completely unacceptable. I am thankful to have her out of this facility and in a different assisted living facility in the area. There is night and day difference in the quality of care my mother is receiving. The reply is inaccurate. My mother is a one-person assist in a facility at this time. She does not require additional help. It is not surprising that you would not accept responsibility for the poor care given and blame her. The things I wrote were all true. You lacked communication with me to make any improvements in the quality of my mother's life there. I would not recommend Allegro based on our experience. Having my mother at a different assisted living facility I now realize how incredibly poor her care was at Allegro.

Our team recognized this promptly, and she was evaluated and sent to the hospital. Our records indicate that you were notified immediately following this change, and we stayed in communication throughout her transition to the hospital and subsequently to rehab.<br><br>Regarding the concern that she was left in a chair for an extended period, we want to clarify that our overnight staff reported her condition change at shift change. Our leadership team assessed the situation promptly that morning and took appropriate action to send her out for care. She was not left unattended or in the same condition overnight.<br><br>On the topic of integration and social engagement, we made several efforts to welcome your mother into the community. Staff members personally invited her to participate in activities. She also attended a new resident lunch and was paired with a community ambassador who visited her in her room. We understand and respect that she preferred more independent time watching television, and we supported her in that preference.<br><br>Additionally, upon her arrival, your mother was assisted by our team with early-morning preparations for an outpatient procedure. Our staff ensured she was up, ready, and accompanied—something your family expressed appreciation for at the time.<br><br>As for the charges, they were based on services provided, including bathing, dressing, transfers, and toileting. There was a prorated billing clarification at move-in, and we communicated this to you at the time. We received your approval before processing the adjustment.<br><br>Finally, we understand that your mother’s care needs now require the use of a Hoyer lift, which is beyond the scope of care we can safely provide in our Assisted Living setting. We are glad to hear she is doing well in her new community, and we sincerely wish her the very best in her new environment.<br><br>We are always available to discuss any remaining concerns or questions directly, as we strive to be transparent and supportive through all stages of care. Went to Vist my Aunt Gladys. Beautiful set up. Nice little efficiency Apts. Clean smelling and pretty decorator. Lovely dining area . Lots of activities. One of which my aunt runs.

My family and I have had a family member here for over 10 years. Fortunately for us, almost all the staff we started with still works there. That is saying something for any business. Their activities are exceptional, their activity, director, and other workers go above the call of duty. The place is well managed, always clean and the food is delicious. We are confident when we go out of town that our loved ones will be taken care of exceptionally well. I can’t say enough for Allegro Fleming Island. My family and I are very fortunate that this facility is so accessible.

This amazing facility is home to my mother-in-law and has been for seven years. We moved her here from South Florida and she is adapted admirably and with great delight in This warm and friendly environment. The staff at this facility has seen to it that this became a home away from home for our Nancy. Brenda and her amazing staff always have activities that cater to the needs as well as live events to keep our seniors thriving in this facility with seasonal theme activities as well as monthly parties to celebrate birthdays for all those within that birth month. My wife and I love visiting this place and Watching the interaction and involvement of this incredible group of people with the residents. There are not enough words that I can use to describe the depth of care, concern, and compassion that these folks have for the residence to ensure that the years in front of them are filled with memories, fun, love and laughter. What an amazing facility and staff!!! Thanks to Brenda, Amanda and all of the folks that make our lives outside this facility never a concern due to the amazing atmosphere that our mom lives in… Thank you, Allegro !!!!!!!!!!!

My mom has been at Allegro for 7 years and thoroughly loves her life there. She had an immediate sense of family upon moving in. Brenda Basham and her entire activities crew do a super job making sure there are a variety of activities to please all residents. Mom loves being busy and always is on the go. Truly a wonderful senior living community!

My mother lived at Allegro for over 3 years. We were impressed with the staff and their services. The activities that were available were outstanding. She was happy and my husband and I decided that when it was time, we would move here. We’ve been here for 7 years and are very satisfied. We have a lovely apartment, housekeeping and food services and wonderful staff members. We highly recommend Allegro Fleming Island to all.

I've visited there several times and I must say, if I needed to be in an assisted living facility, that would be the one for me! The place is beautiful, the staff warm and friendly, and the residents are extremely happy. My aunt is there and I am so glad that she is! Brenda Basham makes everyone feel welcomed and LOVED!

I love Allegro in Fleming Island. My friend has lived there for about 8 years. She loves the activities they have and the entertainment they provide. The activities director Brenda, is amazing and so patient with the residents. Amanda the executive director and her staff are amazing as well. You can tell their hearts are in the right place.
