Truly a positive experience. The staff was so impactful in helping me achieve my sobriety. I called the narcotics anonymous hotline about my son and they arranged for us to take him to Boca. My son didn't really want to go, but he went and was so glad he did. He is now over 5 months clean and doing extremely well. Thank you, Boca, for giving me my son back. He had nothing but great things to say about the way he was treated at your facility. When we picked up my son, we could see that the staff was very caring. There were hugs and tears from my son and others that he connected with. There was kind words and positivity from the staff. The most recent reviews are from years ago so I'd like to talk about the changes that have happened over the years compared to the past reviews.
I've been going here for the last four years now. I've had to change therapists once (with enough warning) and I've had to change case managers twice (also with given warnings) every issue I've ever had had been resolved quickly and efficiently (I am so sorry for getting upset about my meds that one time, omg I still feel guilty)
I've felt very safe with my therapists and they've been a great help in my mental journey

These ladies do work. Even against the threat of social repercussions. I loved my time here, although I never hope to be in a situation that gets me close to the edge again. Good work here to everyone, and I hope we keep stomping the stigma. And, if all else fails, I’ll be back for some cherry coke and good times before having an amazing life. Ive been going here for years and I always, always have a positive experience! Sharron is so kind (a bit intimidating in the beginning, but once you get to know her shes very caring) and is always on top of medications, ready to listen to anything Im struggling with and has never made me feel badly for needing to switch medications (which Ive done several times)! She literally looks at anything and everything to make sure that all the bases are covered on my health. Its very easy to access my information on the online patient portal that they use too. Very happy with them and always reccomend them to friends and family!

I saw Travis Wasson while I visited, I felt listened to and genuinely cared for. He was easy to talk to and very thoughtful. It was always a nice and calm environment during my few appointments there, and I was treated with kindness and respect.
The receptionist was sweet to me and made bill paying easy, she was very personable. I liked how softspoken it felt, very good for me, being an anxious person. Thank you psychological consultants for taking care of me!

I have to say from my experiences that this sober house is amazing and has the potential to be life changing. My case manager Paige is one of the biggest supporters I've found that is truly there to help and makes a difference from case management to just being there for us on the daily to make sure we are okay goes above and beyond in every aspect. Beverly is one of the most dedicated and compassionate supporters of recovery Ive ever met. That woman truly cares no matter what state or condition you are in she loves you for you. Jess is one of the absolute best sober supports I've ever met she is there at the drop of a dime to support you and work through your problems even when it complicated her schedule. This sober living is highly recommended if you truly want change. It's saved my life.

I was hooked on pain pills for years after a back injury. My doctor cut me off with no notice and I reached out to advanced detox. From day one they were so professional and patient. The procedure was easier than I thought especially compared to doing it myself which would have been living hell. It has been almost a year And I still keep in touch with them all the time. They are always there to cheer you on! If you are considering going on Suboxone or methadone, run the other way and get a detox under sedation. Best thing ever. Huge shout out to Ben! He’s the man!

Going to ARD was the best decision I ever made. I debated it for so long. The phone staff was very supportive and patient. And answer 100 questions for me and let me talk to past patients. The hospital is nothing glamorous but the staff is outstanding and the doctor is experienced and so nice. Not Dr.-ish. The procedure was amazing. I couldn’t believe I woke up the next day and didn’t have any cravings. They took excellent care of me. The food could be better there but then again it is hospital food. It has been eight months since I used any opiates my life has changed for the better and it’s all thanks to ARD. After eight years on heroin, they gave me my life back just like they promised.

Ive been going to the clinic for over 5 years now. They saved my life. They are great people who seem to genuinely care about you. Even if you mess up they help you get back on track. The other area clinics do not compare to WMCTC. It's nice and clean like a Dr's office. They do nice things for holidays and always do what's in the patients best interest!

I love this place all the staff are all wonderful! I was a user for 10 years! I got on methadone and I didn't think everyday the old rat race morning blues and how I'm going to get more ! 1 day, gave me a dose to take my cravings away! I go everyday and clean for 2 years! Love the doctors very nice and no judgment just caring and want you to get enough methadone so you stay away from the other drugs! They saved my life! Love this place ❤️

Was thoroughly disappointed in this place. I came from Kentucky for treatment here. Psych doctor, therapist and house doctor were not on the same page. I voluntarily signed myself in but was threatened with a 72 hour business day hold when I wanted to leave AMA. Understaffed. Many staff members working 16 hour shifts. Didn't get my meds sent to pharmacy upon discharge. Was to start naloxone but order was never written. If you needed an order for something simple like hydrocortisone cream, it could take up to 8 hours before it was administered. I hope to never have to go there again!!!

I spent 10 days in the Willows wing for alcohol and was really nervous about the whole thing. Nurses, PCA's, and therapist were absolutely professional and caring my whole stay. Making my transition to PHP was treated the same way. Mr.James and PHP nurse Heather E. made my outpatient therapy go really well also. Thank you Beckett Springs. Heather's nursing group taught me a lot about my body and brain and recovery. Great program all around!

My advice to people considering whether or not to go to suncloud is twofold. First, if they think it's a good program for you then try it. Unlike so many other places suncloud won't admit you unless they think they can actually help. They know what they do and don't do as well. Second, give it some time if it feels uncomfortable at first. Their transparent everything is speakable environment is unique and it's hard to get used to especially for those of us who live in unhealthy family systems. This approach is deliberate, evidence based and intentional. They are modeling healthy relationships amongst themselves and with all patients. It may feel awkward at first. Don't leave if it does. The community is loving, safe and nurturing if you open up and take it in. From spirituality to an almost obsessive focus on collecting and analyzing data to improve outcomes, Dr Kim has built an incredible treatment center.
