For my first rehab / let alone in patient residential rehab experience, overall I give it a 5 star. I'd give it 10 if I could, it has been a powerful experience and has completely helped me change my perspective and helped me change my thinking and better my life. My group facilitator Travis was OUTSTANDING and so was my therapist Brad. My hat is totally off to the both of them for working with me and talking with me and helping me understand that I truly am not alone and that I do matter and deserve to live a happy and healthy life. I would highly recommend this program to any and anyone really wanting to change their life and build a better life for themselves. See you at the alumni meetings in a year everyone.👌💯

Pierceton, Indiana | Families and individuals who are struggling with the negative impacts of substance addiction can get the help they need in Pierceton, Indiana, at the Bowen Center. Treatment plans are customized based on your needs, and you can enroll in different programs at different times based on your recovery journey. Both adults and adolescents are treated at | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I recently got discharged from a 4-day stay here. From the minute I was admitted I was told what was going on and questions were most certainly welcomed. I got a tour of the unit and my bedroom and was introduced to my roommate right away. I have a gluten and lactose intolerance, and the staff sat down and asked what I would like to eat and accommodated my needs. The food is great and there's plenty of options. Anytime you need something you can walk over to the nurse's station and they'll be able to help you. My nurses and the techs and the doctor were exceptional! I especially want to thank Katey, the group organizer. She and I painted and sat and talked and she said she really wanted to be a part of my healing journey and found material for our groups to help me out. I enjoyed the relaxed schedule where groups are in the morning and early afternoon and if they don't fit your needs you don't have to attend. I was able to take naps when I was tired or feeling unwell, and one night they let me sleep on the couch because I felt more comfortable doing so. I was also able to take showers at my request and recieve fresh scrubs, socks, and undergarments daily. You can also take in a phone call list and call your friends and family any time you'd like. I can't express how good this place is, and how amazing it is that I got in when they only have 7 beds at the moment. If you're looking for help for you or someone else and the person needing help is 18 or older, please go here! It's worth the drive to get the help you need!

My experience at the Huntington Bowen center has been great. The staff is helpful and always willing to accommodate me. My son and I both go here.
I'd like to mention the wonderful caregivers who have bettered our lives. Firstly, Erin Hollowell is amazing with children. She's worked with my son and we've had family sessions that have resolved issues that seemed hopeless. She offers realistic advice and provides a plan that can help future issues. I appreciate how well she is able to articulate both side's perspectives and offer valuable feedback without undermining either of us.
Fay Montague is a wonderful doctor who diligently worked to come up with a plan to help our family. It took months to see an improvement but she was persistent and showed our family so much compassion during one of the hardest times of our lives. I went from feeling endless frustration and wanting to give up to feeling hope for the first time in months and finally the results that we prayed for.
Aaron Crump is an amazing therapist. He is so insightful and smart. He is able to reframe my situations in such a way that my perception shifts. Instead of offering pointless validation he challenges me by asking questions that lead me to a better understanding. It's so helpful when I'm feeling stuck in an unhealthy thought cycle and has improved my self esteem so much. I'm more reflective and have more self compassion.
Don't let the other reviews persuade you. Our Bowen center is filled with providers who consistently do their best to improve the lives of their patients. This location is so much better than the ones in the surrounding community. Thank you for all you do.

I dont know why the rating is the way it is, I come here for mental health therapy and I think so far that my therapist is great and I am a very hard man to get along with because of my physical and mental health trauma in my past. Fort Wayne, Indiana | Wise Choices, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana is a private alcohol and drug rehab that offers treatment for a variety of substance abuse addictions including alcoholism and opiate addiction. They offer flexible outpatient addiction therapy allowing patients to live at home while receiving regular treatment. Additional levels of care offered include | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I took the time to read some of the reviews and decided that I would leave my own. Kay is a wonderful person, compassionate and understanding. Yes she can be vary strong and opinionated. I will say that she told me a truth I wasn’t willing to accept, she pointed out the obvious thar I couldn’t see. Self can’t see self when I am caught up into what I want out of life ( relationships money social status) I like to use the term, my wiener, my wallet, my place in the pack. Whenever my basic instinct are harmed or threatened, I react poorly. I went into Kay’s office over 20 years ago, trying to fix relationship prior to getting married thank God I never married that woman. I also had alcoholism and addiction that I really didn’t recognize. Thanks to case direction. I found my way to a 12 step program which saved my life, improved my relationships, and escalated my career path. This woman treated me when I didn’t have the money for treatment. She wrote it off. She basically sat down with me on her own dime to help me and she didn’t even know me really. If you don’t know what that is, it’s called compassion, caring, and giving pretty much the opposite of some of the poor reviews. I’ve read. I’m not on here to defend her. I’m on here to say that if this is where God has brought you to, then maybe you should listen because you never know who’s carrying in the message you need to hear. I am forever grateful to wise choices and the effort she put into my life when I couldn’t even pay for those efforts that’s called being a selfless (unselfish) altruistic individual. If you’re in a toxic relationship, she’s gonna let you know that because you’re not paying her to lie to you and cuddle you you’re paying her to give you a truth. You’re not willing to see and that is true for any good counselor therapist psychiatrist. Highly recommend wise choices because of the woman she is, not afraid to hurt your feelings. And if you’re seeking help, obviously that means you’re not able to see the truth in your life and you’re asking someone else to help you. So whatever choice you make whether it’s her or some other therapist, may God bless your path and help you see the truth. I will tell you that I haven’t spoken to Kay in quite a long time but every time I see her, it makes my heart happy. She didn’t pay me to leave this review nor am I related to her or her business in anyway, I’m just a recovering alcoholic who’s living life today because Kay took the time to help me and for that I am forever grateful

Indiana is ranked 7th nationwide in terms of addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $54,824.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Indiana vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of the treatment types listed above. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below.
There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Indiana. Most treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Indiana that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here’s the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment in Indiana.
Aetna is the most widely-accepted insurance for drug rehabs in Indiana, with 97 treatment centers in the state accepting their insurance. Blue Cross Blue Shield is the 2nd most popular with 93 treatment centers accepting it followed by Cigna in 3rd accepted by 93 drug rehabs.
