I recently stayed at this facility, and to be completely honest, the only positive part of my experience was meeting a staff member named Kelsie. I had been there for several days without seeing my doctor, therapist, or any professional, and I was overwhelmed—crying in the hallway while most staff walked past, clearly stressed and too busy to stop. Kelsie was the only one who introduced herself, sat down with me, set aside her paperwork, and actually listened. She comforted me, encouraged me, and gave me advice when I really needed it. While many staff openly talked about being miserable or wanting to leave, Kelsie stood out. She was always smiling, patient, and genuinely kind. Every time I saw her, it lifted my spirits. She made sure I finally had clean clothes after wearing the same outfit for four days (despite repeatedly asking others who always seemed to “forget”). That simple act of care meant so much to me. Kelsie also gave me my happiest memories during my 13-day stay. Out of the few times I was allowed outside, two of them were with her—and she made it fun. She let us play music, sing karaoke, and actually enjoy ourselves for a moment. Those small moments of joy broke up an otherwise very discouraging experience. To be clear, aside from Kelsie, this was one of the most disappointing facilities I’ve ever been to: outdated, unprofessional, poor-quality food served on repeat, and even my socks and underwear somehow went missing in the laundry. But Kelsie’s compassion and humanity made all the difference for me, and I truly hope this review helps her get the recognition she deserves. I will never forget her.

My daughter is now 5 years old, she’s been seeing Jill for the last 1.5 year. To say that she’s one of the best is an understatement. I personally have been in therapy for anxiety and there’s no one who compares to her. My daughter went through something very devastating & Jill has been our light through it. If you’re in need of a therapist, this is definitely the place for you! Erin & Darla, the receptionist are just as wonderful. My little girl loves all 3 of these individuals and looks forward to going everytime. Such a welcoming & passionate environment. Although this has been a very difficult thing for my family, Brighter Tomorrows is what gives us hope.
