The staff here definitely care about their clients and I've had a good experience. Most issues and delays come from corporate from what i can tell and everyone in office have done their best to work around it.

I am a patient here and i love it so far, my therapist is nice and very helpful with setting goals. The staff at the front are also very polite as long as your nice to them and very willing to help if you treat them with respect. For families or friends who want their loved ones to come here, please remember that people who arent patients tend to get mad over things they cant understand, like hippa laws or mental illnesses they dont have. So far, therapy has been great for me here!
