Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I fell on some hard times, and became a slave to the drink. The staff here at GCC welcomed me with open arms and embraced me in my time of need. They were all very helpful and genuinely concerned about my detox and recovery. I was supplied with a comfortable bed in a dorm room, a hot shower, and three daily meals, along with necessary medication to mitigate withdrawal symptoms and a daily consultation with a doctor. They also encouraged all of us to attend AA meetings held in the facility, and offered advice on where to go after my departure. This place was a godsend for me!

I've been using them for 10 years now and have always had a great experience in this office. Staff is helpful and I have alwasy been seen without much of a wait. The tele nurses on weekends have resolved the odd situation and sent medication fast. My doc alwasy responds to emails on the Healthy Vet App within 2 days and I have been able see her or the nurse on a walk in basis for minor urgent care.

I've been to several hospitals, and none of them treated me properly during my section and recovery. I was recently there on May 30th for pain, and everyone from the information lady to the transport team told me I left did excellent work. I want to thank all the obstetric nurses and the doctors.

A few months ago I experienced an episode of major depression and had lost all hope. I was hospitalised multiple times until I ended up at Lifeskills long-term residential program. Coming to Lifeskills was one of the best decisions I ever made, I learned how to cope with my mental illness through individual and group therapy sessions while living in a community setting where I could lean on my peers for support. Dr. Despina and Dr. Mirella are amazing, it was a blessing to have them as my therapists. I would highly recommend this place to anyone struggling with mental illness, as it will teach you how to navigate life and be the best possible version of yourself.

Life skills was a life changing experience for me. I learned many valuable ways of dealing with and processing my emotions. I am now much more capable of self regulation. Having a wiser and more mature mind is a credit to the great teachers at life skills. The staff is truly a blessing. Some of us definitely did not want to be there at times. However we needed the help and support we were given. As long as you let your defenses down and learn you will succeed. You will get out of the program what you put into it. There is great value in the skills you learn while working on yourself at lifeskills. It’s not easy but it is the struggles in life that teach us the most.

Life changing therapy!!!! They HELP. They come at your problem from as many angles as possible. If you are READY, there is no better. When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding. Pastor Craig is the best motivational staff member he’s made a world of a difference in my life. Diane’s groups are AMAZING! I’ve learned so much about why I did what I’ve done and she has always been there for me. If you wanna get deep in the Big Book Larry can direct you with any question and answers you have. What a wonderful treatment program.The staff are wonderful Glinda, Ray,BrianEdith ,Hanah,JP. The medical team go above and beyond to make sure meds are ordered and given as needed. This treatment center is worth a 5.
I am so greatfull. When getting treatment the onlything you have to do is stay sober and heal yourself. You will have roof over your head a bed to sleep In also lunch.Meds are given when needed. Joaquin and Jeannie are amazing they showed me so much love .The two of them have open door policy .I came in so scared,sad and wanted to die .I was asigned a therapist that helped me with my traumas.John is the class coordinator he has compassion and really wants to see us succeed. John puts alot of work to make sure we have fun learning

Apparently no one is monitoring the reviews for this VA facility, otherwise someone else would be working in the front office. All these review comments are so true--"Schedule appointments and then tell you there's no appointment." "Absolutely horrible." "Very rude." "Like they do not want to help." "Very rude." "Waiting for 3 hours and there's no one else in the waiting room." " You are treated like you are just a problem." "Too much to complain about here."

Mi experiencia como paciente de South Beach Detox fue realmente buena. Debo destacar , en primer lugar, las cómodas y limpias instalaciones del centro ( características muy importantes si consideramos las necesidades de los pacientes que allí son admitidos ) ; por otra parte, merece especial mención la excelente atención por parte del personal que allí labora. Desde el recibimiento ( en mi caso por parte de Sr. Jorge Figueroa - quien en todo momento se mostró con una excelente disposición para atender a cada una de mis demandas de la manera más apropiada- ) pasando por la profesionalidad de todos las personas involucradas en el cuidado de los pacientes y en mi caso particular hago eco del excelente soporte por parte de la Dra. Odalys Compte , quien no escatimó esfuerzo en el cumplimiento de sus responsabilidades para con nosotros. This was a honest program due to the powerful movement they are providing here with such great mentors like pastor Dan, one of the most impactful man I’ve had guide me through my recovery. My therapist Nicole is a magician, such a magical lady and so intelligent spiritually and mentally on another level I couldn’t have done it without her honestly & Alfonso as well just a pure soul and down to earth, genuinely a realist in all aspects. My case manager James gets it done and leads you in the right direction at all times and does whatever it takes to make you feel at home always! They all have a passion for their job and what they do here at clinical. Trust the process!
