Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I fell on some hard times, and became a slave to the drink. The staff here at GCC welcomed me with open arms and embraced me in my time of need. They were all very helpful and genuinely concerned about my detox and recovery. I was supplied with a comfortable bed in a dorm room, a hot shower, and three daily meals, along with necessary medication to mitigate withdrawal symptoms and a daily consultation with a doctor. They also encouraged all of us to attend AA meetings held in the facility, and offered advice on where to go after my departure. This place was a godsend for me!

Wow! Great hospital. While visiting Key West, one of our family members had a new heart arrhythmia. The ED got her straight back, immediate care. The doctor explained everything very well and the therapy worked. Nursing staff was friendly and caring. We were in and out in less than 2 hours! Grateful for the care.

I couldn't recommend this place enough. All staff are exceptional and care genuinely about your well-being. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The nursing staff are attentive. God forbid I ever need a medical detox again, this is the only place I'd want to go. And I don't say this lightly: they've truly saved my life.P.S. The food is amazing.

My experience at Transitions was a positive one. The staff was helpful and courteous. The techs really make the difference Abraham the Housing Director was great & should be applauded for the techs he hired especially Will, Talia, Rob, Austin, Art and Janet. My experience as a South Beach Detox patient was really good. I must highlight, first of all, the comfortable and clean facilities of the center (very important characteristics if we consider the needs of the patients who are admitted there); On the other hand, the excellent attention from the staff who work there deserves special mention. From the reception (in my case by Mr. Jorge Figueroa - who at all times showed an excellent disposition to attend to each of my demands in the most appropriate way) through the professionalism of all the people involved in the care of the patients and in my particular case I echo the excellent support from Dr. Odalys Compte, who spared no effort in fulfilling her responsibilities towards us. I could not conclude this review without also praising the work of the maintenance and cleaning staff: outstanding and with a lot of respect for us. Bravo for everyone! It's a combination of all different departments of this program that were very helpful to me along the way into my new journey to a better way of life. At Clinical, Therapists put their heart into making sure to help you unlock what started it all, classes give you knowledge on your mental state, what brings you to your rock bottom or this sick cycle of addiction. Back at housing was surrounding yourself with the people who really want to get help and are not shy to sit down and share their stories with you and relate with you on different levels. Techs are down to earth so it makes it easier for you to vent what's going on with you at the moment but blunt /real enough to help you decompress and snap out of whatever you're going through at that moment. All staff genuinely want you to grow and live life on life terms and become who you were suppose to be without the use of drugs. Heidi is the Bomb! I love her to death, to see her be there for everyone. The heart she has for helping people in this fellowship and newcomers at Comfort is one of a kind! This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. I recently had to bring my mom to Southern Winds Hospital for the second time, and I'm impressed to say that the experience has been just as exceptional as the first time. From the moment we arrived, the staff has been attentive, caring, and professional. The doctors and nurses have been communicative and kept us informed about my mom's condition and treatment plan.The hospital is clean, and well-maintained, the food and amenities have also been great,which has helped to reduce our stress levels during this difficult timeWhat has really impressed me, though, is the kindness and compassion of the staff. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and that we have everything we need. The nurses have been incredible, even feeding my mom by hand when necessary to ensure she eats all her meals. They're also on top of her medication, which has been a huge relief for our family.I'd also like to extend a special thank you to Ernesto Serrano, the social worker, who has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. (Update) It seems that VAs across the nation are taking a hit because our president is trying to third-party contract our health care, meaning making our VA obsolete. The idea is to close down all VA hospitals so they don't have to spend taxpayer money on them but pay it out to third-party foreigners (corporations) that own Hospitals in the United States. I am dumbfounded by how our country is using money as an excuse to minimize our health care. Money should not be an option or an issue in Healthcare! Our health should not be gambled in the stock market! We must say it loudly and clearly, not for us but for our future brothers, sisters, and children, who will suffer greatly. I have since moved to Virginia, and it's the same everywhere in the country! Not enough doctors! Insurance will not pay out or accept Healthcare outside the hospital in certain places. The cost will fall on you if they dont pay out for your Healthcare. In the VA hospital, that doesn't happen.They saved my Life at 9pm at night! I woke up from my coma in three days, and I felt I had another chance at life. Today, I am back in college, living in a better place and associating with better people. Plus, I have a good woman that loves me. The event really changed my life, and without these ER doctors or doctors on call, I wouldn't be here today to make this review. I thank GOD for this Hospital and its Doctors. God bless

I had a procedure done in VMC. I would like to recognized Dr Hoit & the Pulmonary team, RN Marie & the staff of Ambulatory Center, RN Hombrock? & staff of Anesthesia, & RN Dalisay of Recovery Unit.
