I fell on some hard times, and became a slave to the drink. The staff here at GCC welcomed me with open arms and embraced me in my time of need. They were all very helpful and genuinely concerned about my detox and recovery. I was supplied with a comfortable bed in a dorm room, a hot shower, and three daily meals, along with necessary medication to mitigate withdrawal symptoms and a daily consultation with a doctor. They also encouraged all of us to attend AA meetings held in the facility, and offered advice on where to go after my departure. This place was a godsend for me!

Professional Psychiatrists and staff who actively listen to your questions. Educated, experienced staff who have many resources available for a broad age range of clients.
You feel your information is kept private and confidential. My psychotherapist has a great sense of humor and I feel free to share any of my issues, without judgement. However, they could desperately use waiting room magazines from this century. 😉

I've been using them for 10 years now and have always had a great experience in this office. Staff is helpful and I have alwasy been seen without much of a wait. The tele nurses on weekends have resolved the odd situation and sent medication fast. My doc alwasy responds to emails on the Healthy Vet App within 2 days and I have been able see her or the nurse on a walk in basis for minor urgent care.

My experience here at the haven has been amazing. Trauma therapist, Karen is incredible and has helped me tremendously! Everyone from the of chef to the staff have been very helpful and made my experience here amazing. The haven has really helped me with my recovery journey. I also, want to add a shout out to Anthony (Client Care Coordinator) for always having time for me and being a great multi-tasker and handling all of the clients wants and needs with a smile. Recovery is not a linear process and White Sands has been there to break my fall. There’s undoubtedly something special about it , like it’s got God’s anointing. Every single BHT/ counselor/ therapist/ doctor/ even the cleaning crew are the most pleasant and want the best for you. When a lot of the patients resolve to wanting to work here one day is a common trend you know they’re doing something right. I cannot say enough good about White Sands, and I’ve been given all the tools I need to not return! Those who are searching for their place to find treatment - your search has ended.

This was my first time ever at a detox and what I could actually say is that this is the best detox. I’ve experienced lots of amazing food and the staff is great TJ Kathy Jen and Jonathan were my favorite out of the whole crew not saying that the rest of them weren’t respectful, but they were always accommodating me on my needs and checking up on me and making sure that I felt comfortable, especially with it being my first time ever at a detox treatment I definitely recommend this spot to people who are trying to get off drugs. I have lots of freedom. I’m able to have my tablet. They have amazing food. They’re super nice. They also give the shakes because I’m skinny. And it’s very well needed because I needed to gain weight and honestly, I’ve been here for four days and I’ve already gained 8 pounds

Transitions Recovery Program in Miami didn’t just help me get sober it gave me a life beyond my wildest dreams. I walked in lost, broken, and unsure if real change was even possible. What I found was a deeply compassionate and structured environment that not only supported my recovery, but challenged me to grow in ways I never thought I could.
The staff is incredible many of them are in recovery themselves, so they get it. They met me where I was without judgment, but also didn’t let me stay stuck in old patterns. The clinical team, the group sessions, the one-on-one therapy, and even the everyday accountability they all played a part in reshaping how I saw myself and the world around me.
What really sets Transitions apart is that they don’t just focus on staying sober they teach you how to build a meaningful, fulfilling life in recovery. They helped me reconnect with who I really am, helped me process trauma, build healthier relationships, and most importantly, believe in myself again.

Transitions literally saved my life. It’s like no other rehab I’ve ever been at before, I’ve been to over 20 different rehabs and this one will definitely be my last lol. The staff here treat you like family and really care about you here. The outings were always so much fun, the groups were great, and I love how it’s a reality based program. 10/10 if you are thinking about coming here do it. Also "Barbara" on the phone call was very truthful and it was as she said it would be like. So from the first day I arrived I was made to feel very welcomed. They made sure I ate and was very comfortable. The staff was amazing, the techs are very understanding and relatable people. Loved all the nurses and providers. My case worker got so much done for me during my Stay and my therapist really helped me figure out my triggers and trauma and I loved the facilitators as well. Even after I left the staff still check on me till this day to make sure I’m alright. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re serious about recovery.

The staff at CWC is what has them standing apart from the rest. I found confidence, love, discipline, and structure while there. I found my voice. I did the work but the staff at CWC had my back, guided me, and even held my hand through it all. I needed that at the time and they knew that. Miss Linda, Paul, Jennifer and so many of CWC staff (way too many to name, I would be here all night) went above and beyond their job descriptions to help make me the man I am today. Thank you sincerely CWC and Jason, you guys will always have a special place in my heart. If you want what I was given you're gonna have to search long and hard before you find another treatment center like this one.

Comprehensive Wellness Center truly changed my life. When I arrived, I was struggling and unsure if recovery was even possible, but the staff made me feel supported, respected, and understood from day one. The program helped me not only get sober but also gave me the tools and structure to stay sober and rebuild my life.
The therapists, case managers, and medical team were patient, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my healing. They helped me work through the root of my struggles and taught me healthy coping skills I continue to use today. I am forever grateful for the care and guidance I received here. Staff at Loomis care is very engaging. They genuinely do care about your success. Everything isn't always perfect but you can definitely get what you need here. I would recommend this to anyone that genuinely wants recovery.

Simple Path is more than a rehab facility, they treat you like family. Each and every person will help you on your recovery journey not because it's their job but because they truly care. They saved me from myself more than once. You are not just a number at Simple Path. The groups are small enough to give each and every person individualized care. Many clients actually find it hard to leave, myself included due to the level of commitment from the staff. Unfortunately, I have been to a lot of treatment centers. No one does it like Simple Path Recovery. The love, support, and care you receive there you won’t find at other facilities. I found stability, peace, and lifelong friends after struggling with opiates for almost 10 years. I was shown how to learn from my mistakes and appreciate them, but to stop holding on to them. The learning and care does not stop after clinical hours. The techs, staff, and other women in the program will teach you more than you ever could have known. You become a family! The tools and coping skills that I developed at Simple path saved my life. I truly believe this place and the people here are a Godsend!! If you are even just thinking about going to treatment I highly suggest reaching out to Simple Path, they WILL take care of you

We brought my son to meet Annie. Instantly she identified his issues and recommended the next steps to take. My son has been in residential care and Annie has been in contact throughout because she has our best interests at heart. We had seen educated psychologist/ psychiatrist for years but i have discovered the best people to help are those who have had experience of addiction and continue the fight . I’m very grateful for Ashley’s help. I reached out to this location to learn more about trauma, and Ashley provided excellent communication and genuine care. She truly wants to help people, and I admire that she also shares the truth, because it’s the truth that sets us free.
I appreciate that she went above and beyond, taking extra steps to offer support. Her actions reflect her compassion and consistency, and I’m deeply thankful for that.

The holistic approach at Beachside for mental health healing and addiction recovery was as enjoyable as it was effective. I felt supported, understood, and cared for by a team that genuinely goes above and beyond. The groups and personalized individual therapy are top notch, with real therapeutic value. Not just someone reading from a CBT/DBT printout. Real life discussions with tons of things to occupy your time and get out of your head.
The staff was great : therapists, group facilitators, the nurse station, case managers, techs, kitchen crew and the rest of the team made me feel supported along the way. I truly felt everyone involved at Beachside was competent in their roles, and without them, I would not have completed my program feeling stronger. If you have a positive attitude and want to learn, it will be fun and you won’t want to leave. Do the work and you will benefit. It was very clean and classes where good. If you want to learn you will. Go in with a positive attitude and you will do great. The facility is amazing, very clean and well kept. Keep in mind that facility runs pretty cold so do bring warm clothes. Outstanding medical and clinical staff that truly care for your well-being.
What really stood out to me was the sense of community amongst your peers coming there for help. The group sessions were powerful, open, and deeply supportive—helping me connect with others on the same journey in a way that truly accelerated my healing. It’s not just about recovery here—it’s about rediscovering yourself and finding strength together. The residents are welcoming, supportive and caring with a great sense of community. You will meet a lot of great people to connect and communicate with.
Overall, the treatment I received was stellar at Beachside and highly recommend them for anyone who is struggling with either Mental Health or Addiction. I cannot say enough about Beachside and the amount of help that they provided me. I feel grounded with my mental health, the skills and support that they provided me with. Not only did I feel great and learned tools to help cope with my triggers, I found a circle of friends that relate to my various struggles. I’m incredibly grateful for the transformation I experienced and highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking real healing.

How do I begin to write a review about a place that saved my life….no exaggeration! I was supposed to be at another facility, but got to be here. This detox/treatment center is the best of the best. If you want it, you will find it here. The building is so welcoming, the atmosphere is warm, the staff is kind, shares their stories to help you when you need it, groups are very important and focused on each individual. The rooms are big and beautiful! The staff though…I cried when I left. I can’t just name one, they all helped me heal in a way I needed to! So thank you to Shannon, Chloe, Charlotte, Whitney, Mama Susan, Wally, Travis, Natalie, Erin, Jazz, Alex, Spencer, Josh, Vanessa, the nurses at night, and the others!!!! People…the Director of Operations boss…his name is Mike, his dogs name is Charlie, he comes into the facility a few times a week to check on us, how we are, what we need, he knows us by name! Where will you find that??? Go to Still Detox…you won’t regret it, I promise.
Oh, and the food, it’s amazing, but make sure to tell them you don’t want too much chicken. Shannon, the Director, used to be a chef, so she knows good food, it’s catered in, so it’s yummy.
