Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

The care of the staff is genuine, specifically the Clinical Director Katherine. She went above and beyond to accommodate special needs and worked tenaciously with our family on discharge plans through her many connections within the industry. Tikvah Lake was life changing for me! No one wants to find their self completely broken by the stresses and tragedies that happen in life. But if you find yourself needing help, I would highly recommend Tikvah Lake.
It is a private facility on a beautiful lake in Sebring Florida. There are no more than six guests there at one time, affording the opportunity to have individual care.
The staff was top-notch! So Caring & thoughtful! Chef Ralph rocks that kitchen.
I worked with several therapists in group settings and in individual meetings. I don’t think I could’ve found any better care elsewhere. They have raised the bar high and have lived up to everything I could’ve hoped for.
But I got a rave about my man Zach. He was the first person to contact me and help me make all the arrangements. He’s the right man for that job. He is full of compassion & kindness. He made a very hard, emotional decision peaceful.
My time there changed my path to one of wholeness.

I just finished 30 days here, and honestly—it changed my life. I came in feeling broken and overwhelmed by trauma, and I’m leaving feeling lighter, stronger, and so much more myself.
The staff is amazing—so kind, supportive, and truly there for you. My therapist helped me work through things I never thought I’d be able to talk about, and I’m so grateful.
Also… the chef deserves a shoutout! The food was actually really good, and it made such a difference during tough days.

I have stayed at both Tikvah and park manor (fortunately/unfortunately because I needed 2 stays). Both houses are great! Tikvah has a more “modern” feel and park manor has a more “Home like” feel. I am a professional so those looking for a place to have the freedom to stay in touch with work and have a place who understands this, this is the right place! What makes this company so special, unique, and sets it apart from anywhere else (unfortunately this isn’t my first rodeo, I relapsed after 3.5 years) is the staff. The concierges truly want to make you as comfortable and happy as possible!! Roosevelt, Dee, Dianne, Linda, Victoria, Dana, and Leslie are all hands down incredible and truly do this job because they CARE about the clients. I’ve been in and out of therapy since college (I’m 45), i haven’t had therapists more engaged, knowledgeable and caring. Byron at Tikvah and Jimmy at Park Manor are incredible, honestly words can’t describe how amazing they are. I just left an 11 day stay at park manor, I can tell you in that short time jimmy made a huge impact with myself as well as my relationships with my kids due to me breaking trust relapsing. He taught me how to manage triggers and process stress and depression in a positive way. This company was a God send to me!! Katherine, the director, will give you her cell phone and encourage you to call if you need ANYTHING, and she means it!! The food is great and if you don’t like something the concierge staff will make sure you do have a meal you enjoy, the chef prepares alternative dishes too. There’s a pool and hot tub at each location. You will have your own room and bathroom! The groups are great! Alesia was my favorite facilitator, Neville is amazing as well and does a great job challenging you in a positive way. The mix of personality’s and therapy style couldn’t be better!! I will say make sure you are clear on your expectations with Zack (admissions), he is a reasonable guy, cares, is transparent, and also will be available before, during and after your stay (rare for an admissions person in my experience). Also if you know you’ve got a hard detox ahead of you, let him know. Both houses manage medicine but they aren’t a “full detox”, Zack will set this up for you if need be before coming to one of the houses. I hope I never need to go back, but if I do, I will hands down come here. I will miss all of these people who cared for me like they’ve known me for years yet I was a complete stranger. But I will keep in touch.

This hospital is without a doubt wat should be the standard for all hospitals al over the world when it comes to professionalism respect and over all courtesy for patients and there guest. Danny my case manager. made me feel like I was the only person on his case load. His attention to my needs were breath of fresh air. He legit made my stay here amazing. My box spring had broke and he didn't rest until it was replace and he actually stayed late to get it done. If you struggle with addiction whitesands is the place to go. I highly recommend Shay to be your therapist and Danny to be your case manager. Also I can't forget the BHT team. Keith , Elijah, O'Shea, Anthony, Dominic, Vanessa, Joey, Rose, Rachel, Dasiah you guys made me feel safe and kept me in line and last but not lease my best friend Ryan who made sure I got to my doctor appointments between all of them they've made a great impact on my recovery I can't express truly how much you guys helped me throughout my struggles. I mean this with my whole heart. THANK YOU ALL!! But most of all I want to thank Heather. She has talked me off the ledge more times than I can count. Heather always lends her ear and with her infinite wisdom calls me on my bullsh!t, and never blew smoke up my butt. I've never met anyone who cares about patients like she does. Almost all staff there when I was there to rehabilitate, was thoughtful and had their hearts in the right place.
The program directors, support councilors, and all other staff members on campus made sure almost daily to check up on the youth, and building solid foundations of trust needed to have consistent progress in therapy both in session and internal.
There were opportunities to further your education and if you could show responsibility and determination to better yourself, your given opportunity’s to learn more hands on life skills, like painting or how to properly write a resume and apply for a Job.
While from the perspective of being rehabilitated, things can seem negative and hopeless at times. When I was there I didn’t share an positive outlook, but after deeply analyzing my experience In hindsight, this was the safest and most caring place to learn necessary coping skills to stay recovered.
And I’m very thankful for all the staff members who did their job with their heart and minds in the right place. 5 stars

I did time there 2002 to 2003. It was called ARC back then. They had alot of escapes there. Mrs Flowers was the best person there. We were placed in cottages like a summer camp..they fed us well. I learned alot from my experience

Everything nice clean the staff are friendly and professional as well the therapist. I went with my 12 year old daughter as a walking they talk to her and we when the next day as they told us they just talk again about the same question and give a appointment but I don t understand why my daughter need to wait 2 weeks for the intake and then wait to see the psychiatric. When her psychologist send her for emergency treatment or stay hospitalized. I will update my review to see how goes.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Emily, Marvin,Jean, Ivan, Mary and Ariel, some amazing people at the Blackberry. It's been a struggle the past 7 years and Blackberry has gotten me to focus on my breathing, exercise, and coping mechanisms, and routine! You have to be willing though. The Doctors and nurses were amazing. Only thing that wasn't pleasant was my prescriptions weren't going through when I got out and I kept getting the run around after discharge, but overall I think they are awesome. Thank you to Blackberry.

In 2009 I arrived at House of Freedom with a strong addiction to drugs and alcohol, I had tried several methods and nothing worked. This place is incredibly helpful if you are using it for it's intended purpose. The first day I came in there was someone from the insurance company who sat down with me and got me covered for 8 bucks a month so I didn't have to pay the daily 17 dollars. My counselor genuinely cares. I have successfully completed the program twice and I have only seen continued improvement from the staff. I have been to clinics that don't care. This is the exact opposite. Wait times can vary by day and time you go in. They have an automated queue system and there's wifi access. Allow yourself time if possible don't go right before you have to be at work. You might have a urine screen or a counselor meeting or something else that takes a few extra minutes. As hard as it is you have to treat it with the mindset that you would visiting any other clinic. You don't expect to get right in and out of a regular clinic. My average wait time is 15-20min. Sometimes I can be done in under 3min other times I have been in there for two hours. That's definitely not the norm. But again I stress the time you go matters. People work early so if you go right when they open the wait will be longer than if you went at 9 am. Also if you produce clean urine screens you will get take home bottles so you don't have to go every day. While they don't exactly encourage it they don't test for weed so you can smoke bud freely which helps a lot of people in their recovery and still have access to your take home bottles. The program is a godsend I know it's incredibly difficult working with a bunch of addicts especially when a large percentage have no intention of getting better. I'm grateful for all the time and effort the nurses and staff put into this place. The new director sits down with people one on one and really shows he cares about the people who come thru those doors. If you are looking for a way back to a normal life I definitely encourage you to go to this place.

I was welcomed by the staff with open arms and open hearts,I really felt a sense of caring and knowledge from the staff especially Mr.bell the director of the program.My counselor Larry Henry was very caring and had a lot of beneficial guidance for me not to stray from my goals.It was a very good experience and would recommend it to anybody needing a real recovery.

This is a wonderful program filled with love and support. As a resident of several of these type facilities I can say without hesitation that it is by far the best treatment center that I have been apart if. The groups are instructive and inspiring, the staff is respectful and always helpful for anything I need, and the food is plentiful and terrific. The rooms are clean and the bedding is super comfortable, and the outside area offers a great recreation/gym area with great quality equipment. I honestly have no complaints about this program and would highly recommend it to anyone that is ready to change their life for the better. I am forever grateful for all they have done for me and will carry this experience with me always. Thank you Transition House, for everything.

Don t care too much about leaving reviews but this place made an impression on me and my life. at first when I was recommended this program after my recent car accident, I was oblige to even go there as I felt like I didn t need it, but over the time I was very appreciative of the help that it played in the support of my tragic situation at that time from the staff to the newly appointed director( Mr. Clavin Bell) that started his journey about a week before I entered the program a truly dedicated and invested person his position and the counselors like (Jack) Specifically My Counselor, (Mr. Larry) helped me so much from our individual conversations and guidance to even group settings. These guys quickly became role models in my life but that was second to family. They care to the point that would make you feel. Why wouldn t you care about yourself this way? They were always there to let me know It s goin to be ok! I made a mistake and my career and my life is not over. They present to you resources, schooling, trade programs (Valencia), partnership with G.E.D courses, Job opportunities, etc. and get you from A to B when needed and educate you every step of the way to take those new steps on the path.From time to time I think back on my experience and about the fact that I didn t even want to go there in the first place and now because of the transition house. it would be a memory that I will cherish forever from meeting so much, intelligent veterans and learning about their journey open my eyes to so much more in life. I will forever be in debt to these guys and of course (the transition house). but any operation is only as good as the people that are running it . So Thank you!

When we first came to Kissimmee in November of 1999, we seeked out to continue our treatment that we were getting in FortLauderdale where we came from .. and we came across a little psychiatric practice by the Kissimmee Park ..after we were evaluated separately we were going to be separated in different places for treatment .. but we were there to continue treatment, so Doctor Spiecer had us reevaluated and we were able to be treated with our Medicare and Medicaid insurances .since then we grew and Park Place Behavioral grew . We have been receiving our medications and therapy treatment from since 1999 and we have grown to love all the staff there .
