I have been to this hospital before and have never had a good experience, but when I went there two weeks ago, Dr. Rivera (lady) was my daughter's doctor in the emergency room. She is the best doctor that hospital has. She is compassionate and takes her time with patients. She made us feel like human beings, not just a number. Many times when we go there, the doctors seem rushed to get out of the room, but she took the time to listen, and you could tell she truly cared about what my daughter was going through. She really made a difference.

I am incredibly grateful for the care and support I received at this treatment center. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make every person feel valued, respected, and understood. Their compassion, encouragement, and dedication made a difficult time much easier to navigate. I always felt supported and never alone in my recovery journey. A member of my family struggled with drug abuse, and us choosing Tikvah Lake Recovery was one of the best decisions we made. The staff treated him with genuine compassion, respect, and professionalism from day one. They made the difficult process much easier for my entire family, and they provided the support needed to create real change. Today, my family member is doing great and sober. Valiant Recovery allowed me the options to discover my worth .Once I truly unpacked my bags and settled in, the Counselors and Staff put in just as much and you can guarantee more at all times! There wasn't a moment that went by when Valiant couldn't not handle every scenario thrown at them by addicts who deserve the grace,yet don't realize the cost that goes into not believing in yourself. Made sure if clients requested services that the proper help needing to fulfill those services where found in a more than timely manner!Above and beyond. Diets adhered too per clients request, Meals always prepared on pm shift with love for the next day. My very own room with a more than comfortable bed to call my sanctuary or home away from home. And let's not forget the Art room for art Therapy sessions and The Amazing Library with several puzzle tables huddled with a selection of therapy puzzles included into the large wall of Self Help, Spiritual, Fiction, Non Fiction, mystery and regular old novels, Different bibles,ECT. Another corner with a white board for the possibility of group sessions in the Library at other Times. Classes begin at 830 am and allow clients to explore into the realizations that birthed the problem within most of us. For an hour at a time little baby steps , Coming from someone who as a native to Charlotte county was born and raised here dealt with a 23 year active addiction streak. Let's face it a luxurious more than comfortable coming off the streets to comfort real down to earth comfort.30 days isn't an option to fix anything with 23 years engrained into someone's past who needs to be mentaly reparented.so check out the 90 day program.Thank God for Valiant and there Staff.2025

I don't think a day goes by that I don't thank dunklin and God for saving my son's life. Every time I got a phone call in the middle of the night I thought it was the police calling to tell me my son has died from an overdose. This place an amazing regeneration program when I first came into cross training I tryed everything to go back home. Not for my family but for my selfish reasons. After ing being there I realized I was a very selfish person I was in addiction of drugs and achohol for 2 to 3 years before. This regeneration program helped me grow up and become a good Cristian man it is a lump sum of time so you think but if you look at it as an investment it is the greatestt one you can make. Now rewriting this I have graduated and have been sober allmost 2 years and allmost one year out of the program. This place has gave me the tools to live life sober. My psychiatrist is wonderful! She really makes me feel at ease and helps me understand everything with medications and my diagnosis. The whole outpatient team is always welcoming when I come in, and unlike other reviews I have never felt judged here.

Doctors and staff are wonderful. I came in feeling depressed and anxious. Dr. Madj Alsamman knows psychiatry and cares greatly for each patient that comes into the unit. I love him so much! Dr. Dameff is also very knowledgeable and fun! Naomi has classes each day to help your thinking and behaviors. I learned a great deal from her. I will use the techniques she taught me to navigate the world as I go out from the comfort of Shorepoint Behavioral Hospital. The RNs like Sandy and Christian are also knowledgeable in behavioral health and are always willing to lend an ear and advice to patients. The techs like Maryellen are so concerned for the people there as well. My time there was well worth it. Much love for all. ❤️

I was so scared and nervous upon just asking for help. Thank you God I came here the staff are so caring and understanding no judgment was passed at. Morning noon or night they are here for you. The facility its self is 10/10 the staff is 109% on your side ready to listen and help. Most places you have to tell half truths here NOPE the all understood where you are coming from and are so. Amazing and down to earth and couldn’t be better. This has been the best experience of my life and after detox they make all the arrangements for you and are more than happy to do. Thank you so much to all the staff for the loving care

One of the best rehabs I have been too. I have been to. Therapist Maria is amazing. There is always more than 1 group to choose from and information is broken down in interactive and easy to understand way. Groups are led by very knowledgeable therapist. Staff and nurses amazing as well! Director does not hide behind a door. Beds are comfy, tvs in room , gym and pool. Food isn't bad. They meet you were you are but dont leave u there.

White Sands saved my life in February and continues to do so to this day. If you are looking for help and are finally willing to reach out, there is no better option than White Sands. The staff at White Sands, many of whom are serving others as a way to they themselves stay clean, are absolutely amazing. Their desire is to pick you up, dust you off, and watch you grow. From the moment you arrive at inpatient they do their best to get you in and comfortable. Each day gets easier and there is not one person who couldn't benefit from their MRT program. In outpatient the IOP program and individual counseling teaches and strengthens you by offering a different way to live. The counselors truly care and want to see you succeed. It isn't easy to ask for help and it isn't a sign of weakness. If you're willing to admit you need help, White Sands is the place to turn to.

My son was a patient two times. A year a half latet sober and thriving. The Family Program offered and facilitated by Miranda and Miss V is excellent. Both are very educated in addiction and how families need to educated so they can help their loved ones. Its a free therapy offered 4 times a week My son has been sober almost 2 years but I keep attending to learn and share strength and hope.
