Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

This place an amazing regeneration program when I first came into cross training I tryed everything to go back home. Not for my family but for my selfish reasons. After ing being there I realized I was a very selfish person I was in addiction of drugs and achohol for 2 to 3 years before. This regeneration program helped me grow up and become a good Cristian man it is a lump sum of time so you think but if you look at it as an investment it is the greatestt one you can make. Now rewriting this I have graduated and have been sober allmost 2 years and allmost one year out of the program. This place has gave me the tools to live life sober. I came to amethyst recovering from a deep addiction to fentanyl. I couldn't have chosen a better detox program. I was admitted involuntary and I was scared at first and I didn't believe that I belonged there. all the doctors and nurses where very kind to me, i feel so much better! They took great care of me and the foods really good too. I'm a way different person now all thanks to Southern Winds Hospital.

But if anyone has been on program & clean you can have take home bottles it’s been a yr. And I pick up my meds monthly & have been for at least 6 months. When I decided to go into detox , I was ashamed and embarrassed for having gotten to the point of needing it, and intimidated by getting it. The minute I arrived at Boca Recovery Center, all of that went away. The entire staff, from Case Workers to Doctors, Nurses, Coordinators, Therapists, - everyone-- was so professional, kind, friendly, caring , informative, supportive , and helpful. I was so comfortable and my condition improved everyday. It was one of my best decisions to go there and be guided by them to better health. I haven't felt this strong and healthy in 5 years. Having worked in healthcare for over 20 years, I've seen firsthand how mental health disorders know no boundaries, affecting people from all walks of life. Like many, I've also witnessed loved ones grapple with these challenges. Recently, my fiancé experienced a mental health crisis and was admitted to Park Royal. I am profoundly thankful that he reached out for help when he needed it most and was able to receive the vital support he required. He is now participating in their outpatient program, which has brought an immense peace of mind to our home and strengthened our relationship. Miss Rose Sweeny is really fantastic. It’s so nice to have a therapist that I feel such a strong connection with, where I can bring everything I’m feeling to the table. She has a very kind and understanding soul. I don’t know what I would do if my insurance didn’t hypothetically cover our visits, I would figure it out and make it work because that’s how great she is.
The women at the front are really understanding too, I will occasionally run into an issue with billing but they always listen to me and correct it.
Miss Rose is also not a therapist who will respond immediately with generic therapy talk (I’ve been to a few therapists and I’ve experienced this) but she will take a moment to think about what you’ve said and how it connects back to your struggles.
That type of care and attention means so much to me. She is like the therapy version of Sherlock Holmes, and I would really trust her with anything.

Always Check Your Bills!
I can’t count how many times the billing department has incorrectly tried to charge us for appointments. Most recently, we canceled my child’s appointment two days in advance due to a family emergency and being out of town. I sent a message through the patient portal AND called to confirm the cancellation, yet they’re still trying to collect a copay.
Speaking of copays, our insurance clearly states there is zero patient responsibility for mental health services. Despite this, they attempt to charge a copay every single time my child has an appointment. Every time a bill is sent, I have to email them with proof of our coverage.This is beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time. The billing department seriously needs to get it together.
Also, NEVER leave your card on file with them. We were once charged in error, even though we owed nothing.

Went to get my teeth looked out and was told to see a dental surgical specialist. They referred me to one.
They didn’t provide me anything else , just to show up there. When I got to the specialist they told me I needed the X-rays from Care Resources so they know what they are working with.
Why if CARE RESOURSE set up this appointment didn’t tell I needed to my X-rays or better yet! Why didn’t they sent them to the specialist?!
Now I’m on hold with care Resource for 30 min to ask them to send the X-rays to the specialist. But not a single human being has picked up the phone to attend to my call! They’re the first to stand up to get a cafecito though!
This is soooooo scattered and unorganized. They could have told me what I need to bring with me or given me a package to provide to the specialist THEY FOUND AND THEY SET UP! now I’m in the verge of paying out of pocket for an xray that I already did!

Finding AWA was a life changing experience for my daughter (and myself). I didn’t know where to turn and when I spoke with Anny on the phone (followed up by an in person visit), a sense of relief and calm washed over me. She was able to speak with my daughter on a human level, no judgment, no anger, just love and support. The program mixes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, psychiatry and community to help the teens accept, understand and move forward from whatever brought them to the program. From a parent’s perspective, I felt tremendous support from the entire staff. Never once did either of us feel like we weren’t loved or cared for. From Anny to Dr Jackie to Dr Maria to Carol to the therapists and everyone else that plays a part, the care is extraordinary. Mental health is a struggle and AWA is a safe community for teens to learn how to adapt, overcome and cope in healthy ways. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

En Diciembre 2024 mi hija de 17 años estaba teniendo problemas graves de comportamiento, AS y estaba atentando contra su vida😢. Cuando hable al lugar me dieron cita inmediata y al llegar al centro Anie nos recibio a Mi esposo, mi hija y a mi. Ella fue muy clara, respetuosa pero con mucho caracter (algo que aprecio 1000%) nos regaño a los tres, nos dijo los problemas que nosotros como padres permitimos con nuestra pequeña, Nos hablo tan fuerte y claro que inmediato suppose que teniamos un grave problema con nuestra hija pero a la vez senti mucha paz por que me di cuenta que estabamos en el lugar correcto (Diosito nos puso este grupo de Angeles vestidos de personas) y asi fue como mi hija decidio por ella misma que debia tomar este camino, a la semana asistimos los tres para el inicio de mi hija, y debo decir que cada Una de las personas llamense: Recepción, Terapistas, pisocolgas, coaches etc cada una de ellas siempre nos recibio con una sonrisa y nunca sentimos en la mirada un ser juzgados o criticados por la situación. Cada Jueves ha reunion de padres en una seción de ayuda y es algo tan saludable para nuestras Almas y mentes que esta terapia nos ayuda tanto a entendernos de la parte que hicimos mal y lo que no debemos de seguir haciendo. A la fecha mi hija debo decir que se recupero al 200% esta limpia, es Feliz con su vida y con su familia, tiene metas, otros amigos, esta en mejor forma hablando de nutrition ya que ella tenia problemas de bulimia, estuvo en AWA casi cuatro meses y debo decir que ella ahora esta viviendo Feliz y nosotros como padres seguimos trabajando y nuestra hija también sigue en terapia solo una vez por semana para reforzar todo lo que aprendio en AWA.

The PHP program here is excellent! Group facilitators are knowledgeable and compassionate, therapists are professional and the housing is amazing and well managed. I felt safe and supported the whole time, and decided to continue my treatment to the IOP level. You get to go to the beach on the weekends and enjoy time with your peers meanwhile participating in a rigorous recovery program. This place has changed my outlook on sobriety and has given me the tools to succeed.

When I came to URP I was welcomed with open arms from the staff to the residents! I never thought it would work for me because I was an isolated person and didn’t talk to anyone. I knew I had a problem but they made me realize that it was deeper than what I was thinking I was going through! Now I am dealing with my addiction and my mental issues one day at a time! I definitely do not regret being here and I would recommend this place to anyone that needs help and wants to stay clean and get clean! THEY ACTUALLY CARE! And do a great job they are not just here for a paycheck and it shows!

As the parents of a loved one that received treatment in this program, we cannot say enough about the Immersion Recovery program. From Residential to PHP through IOP, not only was our loved one provided with an incredible amount of support and guidance in the journey to recovery, but the amount of support we received as a family was amazing. From the very first week we received support from the therapists, family therapists and many others along the way. Weekly virtual family group is held by the family therapists Larae and Todd for families to log in and gather in a safe and welcoming space with each other and receive support. There is also a 3 day intensive family workshop for interested families to come together with their loved ones. The constant family support aspect provided for us cannot be emphasized enough and we cannot imagine going through these months without it. I went to Immersion in January, this is my second treatment center i went too in the past two years, unlike the first one i went too Immersion is 12 step focused! They have specific groups in residential where you read the big book as well. They guided me through the steps and profoundly changed my life.
Today I celebrated 4 months of sobriety thanks to immersion! I went through there detox—residential-PHP and iop program.
If you want to change your life go to immersion they actually care and guide you through the steps.

I would like to give a shout out to Immersion Recovery Center. All of the Staff here takes Recovery seriously. Immersion is one of the few programs that help and guide you through a thorough and in-depth 4th Step. They have specific 4th step personnel that will sit down with you and help you open your mind to all of the resentments you have had since your childhood. This helps to build a foundation for the remaining steps and helps you get on the right track towards a successful recovery. Addiction is Life or Death! This program will help you begin a new life beyond your wildest dreams! If you are serious about recovery I recommend Immersion Recovery Center.

I’m embarrassed to say but I’ve been to several detox facilities over the years. Coastal is far above all other places. Every single staff member is excellent! They are caring, friendly, and professional. The rooms are very nice. They have some rooms that are single and some that have two beds. I was in a room that had two beds. Each person has a big screen TV with a headset so not to disturb your roommate. The food is excellent with more options that are 24/7. To name some: salads, sandwiches, ice cream machine, cereal, chips and many many more.

Well where do I start! 1st this complete organization is a class A act from Top to Bottom. This includes from the time you walk in to the front desk you just feel welcome. Moving on to intake with their Techs which I must are the best in this industry. The Therapist truly care about the issues that you are dealing with but also have tremendous amount knowledge about recovery as a whole. Oh now to the kitchen and let me say this! The Chefs are amazing each and everyday, special diet no problem, they make it happen day in and day a out. Let's not forget all the amazing snacks desert's ice-cream the list goes on for snacks 24/7. Nursing staff who I call the dream team are so amazing addressing your needs 24/7 with so much love passion and knowledge Now to the ones the make all this magic happens are true professional in this industry on all aspects from top to bottom. And truly care about your recovery with great knowledge and love. Last but not LEAST the house keepers do such an amazing job at keeping this place spotless 7 days a week in all areas. Truly a setting to detox with dignity.I highly recommend Coastal Detox for anyone needing help in this area of life. From the Behavioral Health Technicians to the therapist's and the nurses I received compassion, understanding and a sense of acceptance from the Coastal family. A team of dedicated people sometimes hard to find in this field, for that I thank you. My time provided me a opportunity for some self reflection and to start implementing a program of recovery. I went to The Beachcomber in 2020 after 12 years struggling as an alcoholic. What I walked into wasn’t what I expected after a few stints at other rehabs. They were tough, hard on us. Within 9 days my daughter relapsed even though they were warned what was happening, there r no check or balances here once they finish therapy they roam the streets of ft Lauderdale till curfew. No one checks to see proof of job searching, the clients break curfew the clinical director and owners are jokes, I even have proof on my daughters phone of drugs on the premises. Save ur self or child stay away
