This place an amazing regeneration program when I first came into cross training I tryed everything to go back home. Not for my family but for my selfish reasons. After ing being there I realized I was a very selfish person I was in addiction of drugs and achohol for 2 to 3 years before. This regeneration program helped me grow up and become a good Cristian man it is a lump sum of time so you think but if you look at it as an investment it is the greatestt one you can make. Now rewriting this I have graduated and have been sober allmost 2 years and allmost one year out of the program. This place has gave me the tools to live life sober. Not only sober but in a Crist like manner this place saved my life let it save your or you loved one

The staff great the food was great the only issue when the people over the phone tell you this place is on the ⛱️ Beach it's a lie. That's their other location. If they say nature walk that's a lie well not really get ready for the influx of baby Godzilla in your room. If they say a pool is an inflatable pool. Just know they lie about the amenities. Other than that this staff is nice good was great. It looks like the Bates motel.

This center changed my life!! Getting in was super easy, lots of communication through the travel. I'm so happy I chose this one. Shout out to Brian the chef, Shanigual, Ranique, my therapists and nursing staff!! I plan to do y'all proud back home in Texas and stay sober and mentally well.

I went to detox here last summer. I had never been anywhere for detox or treatment and I was terrified before I arrived. The staff were all very kind and supportive. I actually had fun and learned a lot! They assisted me in getting into a Post Hospitalization Program, which I attended and completed. They still check on me to see him I'm doing and see if there's anything I need. I highly recommend Amethyst!

This program will work to help you with anything you need help with. Yes it sucks with the revolving door of counselors. But if anyone has been on program & clean you can have take home bottles it’s been a yr. And I pick up my meds monthly & have been for at least 6 months. And I’m down to 25mgs got my life together was able to save more money then ever!!! Got health together or moving along nicely I don’t even think of getn high.Sometimes I even forget to take my meds! If you follow the program you should not be there 2years & have nothing not even a 2bottles to show for it, your not clean or following any directions & there’s not many. Pick up c ur councilor 1 maybe 2xs a month if needed. Or more if wanted. Someone is always there for you. Thank you New Seasons! & yes we all miss Sam and Arianna, she started tough as nails, but once she knew u,she was a doll! I loved & miss them both. Sometimes when we’re lucky Sam fills in. 😇

This is the worst place I ever been I had no shampoo no toothbrush nothing no underwear I came from jail but I have Medicaid and they were billing them! they had to ask the other patients to give me hygiene supplies which was all the more humiliating because nobody helped me out. There is a lot of bullying from patients and staff the staff will curse you out. The daughter of the director comes prancing in all happy and beautiful and rich looking and smiling asks me if I'm happy to be there?! How out of touch are they?? Yea I love having my food stamps taken my insurance billed and be treated like crap and given no hygiene products or anything and then made a fool of for having to ask multiple staff over and over for underwear the only reason they gave me anything is because I cried on a video call with the judge. Don't go here they are scammers.

This is the most unprofessional facility I’ve ever seen it being my first time in one… the staff make fun of clients and often forget they are in a workplace staring with the woman named Kathy she is rude and often speaks publicly what was confined to her as patients trust it will remain confidential she puts to shame those who confront her about her attitude and she deals with situations very childish…. The staff don’t like to be approached and often make the rules as it pleases them… they are always using their personal phones in video calls which as far as I’m concerned it’s against HIPPA LAWS… they get too familiarize with the the clients and are quick to put you in a behavioral contract simply because they don’t want to deal with anything… you are completely belittled when advocating for yourself and it’s considered as you having an attitude problem… the owner seems to be more occupied in giving you some ridiculous religious sermons than putting effort in what the staffs are doing… this was utterly a disgrace not empathy or respect

This place was zoo. The housing is a flop house. Uncontrolled actually run by third party not WhiteSands and is riddled with bad behavior by managers and clients as well. Poorly taken care of and dangerous at times. Police there on several occasions in short stint there. Also meetings had multiple outburst ls and fights. Not good for mind, body or soul.

Palm point has truly made an impact on my life and has taught me things in such a short amount of time that will stick with me forever and help me cope with what I have to live with for the rest of my life, I was genuinely so scared and felt powerless going in but that one simple weakness is nothing now compared to how deeply the staff helped me see life differently, I’d like to thank paitent advocate Miss B, Tech Violet, tech Michelle, nurse Denise, tech Jayla and tech Laney (I know u guys miss my loudness filling the hospital heheh) The way I also connected with all the patients Was very surprising too Because everyone is going through their own thing, but the people in there are pure souls , really when you get put in a place like this or when you go to a place this place voluntarily you really don’t know what to expect at all and and at most times it is the lowest point of many people’s lives there but these people chose their jobs with passion and the WANT TO HELP PEOPLE

i have absolutely nothing but good things to say about palm point behavioral health.
the first time i was admitted here i was 13, in 2021.
i was scared. the staff there made me feel WELCOMED, like i belonged there. one that really stuck with me was Lainey.
I have since been admitted multiple times to get help again, and have been treated with kindness and compassion every single time - from the time i walk thru the facility doors all the way until the time i leave.
to the staff that really helped me : THANK YOU!
i dont think you all realize how much of an impact you can leave on someones life in just 3-5 days.

Please do not detox alone. You do not have to detox and enter recovery alone. The environment matters and the staff and clients at The Haven brought me to a place in my life I never thought was obtainable. I have fought alcoholism for approximately 18 years. I spent the past 7 years trying, very unsuccessfully to get sober on my own. Finding and choosing The Haven Flagship facility in West Palm Beach (with their help) was the best decision i have made in 7 years.
Do not wait like I did. Your health & happiness are worth fighting for and doing it in this environment makes it so much more comfortable. There is no judgement, no shame and it is not worth risking your life detoxing without this extremely well oiled machine called The Haven.
When i made my first called all they dis was listen and talk to ne and encourage me. Once I opened up they knew exactly where i should be and asked if i minded coming to a facility that was further away because they said West Palm Beach would be the beat fit. They were not wrong. They had never met me but understood what I needed and directed me PERFECTLY.
While here I detoxed safely under excellent supervision. (Please do not do this alone without medical professionals).
I attended 3 of 4 beneficial classes per day. Classes I avoided while alone on the outside of their facility while my health & drinking just got worse by the minute.
To say the staff here is nice & professional doesn’t do them proper justice.
If you need to talk to someone I suggest you just start with a call.
I wish that I had done it sooner.

I was detox and residential, I was welcomed with open arms and caring staff. I was at the end of my rope when I first came in I was seen and heard. I definitely recommend this facility. The staff and nurses was amazing and I felt like they really cared and I loved my experience there. I did the detox and residential program. The food is amazing and I definitely gained some weight. Well cared for place. Came in broken and left with tools that I could continue to make my life every thing I know it will be. Hope and wish everyone that comes the best of luck. Very Understanding place. Dr. Greg was helpful therapist. If considering to attend other Rehabs I recommend this facility. Also "Barbara" on the phone call was very truthful and it was as she said it would be like. So I have been to a lot of rehabs and this was the only one that told complete truth over phone of how it works.

So from the first day I arrived I was made to feel very welcomed. They made sure I ate and was very comfortable. The staff was amazing, the techs are very understanding and relatable people. Loved all the nurses and providers. My case worker got so much done for me during my Stay and my therapist really helped me figure out my triggers and trauma and I loved the facilitators as well. Even after I left the staff still check on me till this day to make sure I’m alright. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re serious about recovery.

Simple Path is more than a rehab facility, they treat you like family. Each and every person will help you on your recovery journey not because it's their job but because they truly care. They saved me from myself more than once. You are not just a number at Simple Path. The groups are small enough to give each and every person individualized care. Unfortunately, I have been to a lot of treatment centers. No one does it like Simple Path Recovery. The love, support, and care you receive there you won’t find at other facilities. I found stability, peace, and lifelong friends after struggling with opiates for almost 10 years. I was shown how to learn from my mistakes and appreciate them, but to stop holding on to them. The learning and care does not stop after clinical hours. The techs, staff, and other women in the program will teach you more than you ever could have known. You become a family! The tools and coping skills that I developed at Simple path saved my life. I truly believe this place and the people here are a Godsend!! If you are even just thinking about going to treatment I highly suggest reaching out to Simple Path, they WILL take care of you

I entered Headwaters in February of 2022 just a few months after my 60th birthday. I had always believed that rehab and therapy were for weak people. Basically people that were losers. Going to Headwaters proved me wrong.
It was a decision that changed my life. Actually, it basically saved my life. The professional approach, the well-trained staff, and the absolute love that you feel from every single person there is what stood out and continues to stand out to this day.
I struggled with addictions for more than 30 years. The detox part scared me so much that I held off going to any rehab for at least 5 years. The medical team at Headwaters was there every step of the way during my detox. There was empathy, but there was also the feeling of "do what we say or this will not work." It took a full 2 weeks, but I got through!
The counseling, the group therapy, the one-on-one therapy and the well organized daily plan was what I needed. The plan is tailored to what each individual needs, and the people at Headwaters saw it through, even though there were days that I wanted to give up. The people there were not going to let me quit.
The support for my family was incredible. My time at Headwaters not only helped me, but there was support to help my wife and children immensely. They had no idea what to expect and Headwaters helped them through.
Headwaters saved my marriage, made it better than its ever been, and has helped my relationship with my adult children. The therapy and honest self reflection taught me a better way to communicate with my family.
I was at Headwaters for 5 weeks. I have been out 3.5 years. But I think about my time at Headwaters *every* single day. I use the tools that I learned there every day. My spiritual life is back! I have a clear mind! The people of Headwaters are incredible. I go back and see them every year at our alumni gathering. They are my friends now. Many of the alumni are my friends now, too. I communicate almost daily with some of them. And the Alumni Director is an absolute saint to me and my family.

I tried coming here and when I spoke to Stephen on the phone he said I needed to pay $5,000 to come because my out of network deductible wasn’t met. I told him yes it was and I would call the insurance company to verify. I signed on and saw I only owe $1,000 on my out of network benefits and I sent him a picture of it. His response was “ I received the picture. We need to collect the out of pocket maximum, which is $5,000.00, This avoids having to deal with co insurance payments during treatment which would quickly exceed the $5000 out of pocket maximum” That by far the shadiest thing I’ve heard if I owe only $1,000 to meet my out of network benefits then that’s what I should be getting charged. It’s really sad, I see all these reviews about how this place saved people’s lives and goes to show they only care about stealing money.
