New Options of Royal Palm Beach was a drug rehab program located in West Palm Beach, Florida. They provided outpatient care for adults aged 18 to 64 facing addiction or co-occurring disorders. Their services included trauma counseling, life coaching and cognitive behavioral therapy. They are permanently closed.

Their therapy modalities made sure to cover all the bases of addiction treatment. They used techniques like motivational interviewing and contingency management to build patients’ desire to change. Other offerings included anger management and the 12 Step program.

New Options also provided naltrexone to help patients prevent relapse. It’s commonly used to treat opioid and alcohol addictions. Naltrexone works by reducing the effect that opiates have on the body and decreasing the desire to use.

Once you completed treatment you may have received aftercare. These services provide ongoing support for long term success in recovery. They typically include continued counseling, support groups and referrals to community resources.

I ve been to quite a few therapist but Ginny is exactly what I need for this stage of my life. I instantly felt comfortable when I met her and she asked the type of therapy I was looking for and what I needed from her. I ve been with her for almost a year and she does everything she promised to help with. She s super friendly and has a great personality and I feel she truly gets me and my humor. I m working through a lot of feelings and emotions after getting through a very bad depression and she gives me the feedback and tips to handle situations in a better manner. We will soon be trying other therapy approaches to deal with my OCD and PTSD. She s amazing and I feel blessed I found her because she is the perfect fit for me.

I've been a patient at Ingram & Associates now for a couple of years and my therapist Ginny Sale is the best therapist I've ever seen. I've had quite a few over my life and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. She is a inspiration for me and even thru the bad times I've had I always look forward to my sessions with her. This practice truly cares about their patients and community. They offer many options for trauma therapy including EMDR. It was easy to reach someone on the phone and make an appointment which is rare these days!

My daughter was ill and I called to cancel our appointment. The phone goes to voicemail and you have to leave a message. I canceled the appointment and was asked to pay a $75 no show fee. I asked to speak to a manager several times to no avail. The front office staff told me it was "just policy". We have not canceled before. We are weekly patients. Then they had my daughters therapist text me to tell me about the $75 fee to be paid or we would not be seen. I canceled all future appointmewith with company as they are not truly in the business of helping people, just collecting on their cancel fee. Such a shame.

The policy that is signed by all new clients/parents as part of the intake paperwork states "Cancellation of a session must be made at least 24 hours (one business day, or by Friday for a Monday appointment) prior to the scheduled appointment, or you will be billed a $75.00 no-show/late cancellation fee."<br>Appointments cancelled less than 2 hours prior to the appointment without a reason will incur a no-show fee.
