Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

Honestly, it’s hard to say the first meeting was rather fractured. I ended up sitting down and standing up meeting somebody sitting down meeting somebody sitting down and meeting somebody and then my talk with the doctor was pretty quick. He was going over all the paperwork didn’t really ask any questions so it’s hard to say how it went.

This facility had ME sleeping in a room wit a complete stranger. The bathrooms were dirty, and towels too. The blanket felt like a huge towel, wouldn’t give u ANY change of clothes. They didn’t have a big variety of feminine products, and was really rude when i asked. I didn’t feel safe, by some of the kids in there. They had me sleeping with a blanket (towel) as a pillow.. they were judging me for my acne and saying “put some alchohal on it, then your skin will clear girl.” They were MAD disrespectful, and even tho i got to call my sister they wouldn’t let me have any privacy. When i used the bathroom they would knock on your door every 5 minutes, i was gonna be perfectly fine for a few mins to just take a COLD SHOWER. I can’t believe how rude everyone was, yes. The lights barely went off when going to bed. Doors WIIIIDE OPEN while the ladies were laughing and talking. They treated us all like LITERAL PRISONERS. I don’t recommend bringing kids there, or anyone, its dirty, unsafe, and everyone’s so mean.

Jeff the program director put together a wonderful team who really cares about each and every patient. Counselor Amanda is very intelligent, patient, puts her heart into her work. Amanda, Jeff, all our wonderful nurses have always lent a ear and listened to whatever problems you maybe be going through. All the staff exceed my expectations and make every day challenges and difficult situations seem not so bad. New Seasons is a major reason I am alive. I wish more of the people I knew got treatment because 99 percent of friends from highschool and associates have passed on. It's a place that gives you a routine and the tools to put your life back together. We all need some kind of structure and a healthy routine New Season is that for me and a huge Part of my success. New Seasons works. You get what you put into the program Nurse Judy and all the Nurses are really friendly, intelligent, and really care about each person who walks in. Many Thanks for all your hard work and determination to helping us improve our lives.

I only just started going yesterday, but I’ve had a great experience so far. Everyone has been very kind and sympathetic. Very helpful, too. They referred me to a therapist and I like that they seem to try to treat the root issue that drove you to substance abuse as well. After my first dose I was still very ill and I was afraid I would have to jump through hoops to get a higher dose, but all it took was one look at me and they could adjust, lol. Thank you, everyone

I can't say enough about how this place has helped me. This place has changed my lives in many ways. I wanted to thank my therapist Alexis for being so kind. We want to thank the staff at Celadon for their commitment to what they do everyday to help those with mental health and substance abuse problems. We first visited Celadon in August 2024, where Jan the Executive Director spent time with us to hear our son’s situation and how we wanted to participate in his recovery journey. After Celadon staff investing time with us, our son refused to go to recovery and instead was homeless for (5) months, living on the street, hungary, dealing with marijuana induced psychosis, and in and out of crisis mental health facilities. During this time Jan and Nathan were constant sources of support and guidance. Finally after 5 months our son decided to go to recovery with a diagnosis of bipolar, major depressive disorder and marijuana abuse disorder and Celadon was waiting for him. Celadon staff did our son’s intake on Christmas day, Adam and Andrew have been working with our son since December 27, 2024 and are helping him to understand that addiction to marijuana is as harmful as any other drug when you have a mental health issue too. They are assisting him to secure a sober living residence and helping him to understand what sober living will mean for his health and future. Thanks to all the staff at this facility for your caring and dedication to help those who need help the most for both mental health and addiction.

My daughter has bipolar one, and we have been to numerous other facilities. Her therapist recommended Celadon and I am so grateful. I toured first, and Jan, the Director, spent several hours, letting me tell my daughter’s story and then responding so kindly. I also met with Alexis, the therapist who took beautiful care of my daughter and also Andrew, who worked beautifully with her. All of the nurses and other staff were wonderful, gentle, and compassionate. That Jan went above and beyond with my daughter, and I had such great communication with her, which is some thing that I have never been able to achieve in any other facility. Being on the water is also very peaceful and healing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Celadon, but most importantly, to me, is that they are the first facility that ever really seemed to care and love my child, and no matter what was going on, they treated her with respect and love.

For people looking for Sober Living options in the Southwest Florida area, I highly recommend SalusCare. They came through in a pinch for me when I stepped down from residential treatment at the Hazelden/Betty Ford Clinic in Naples. I had made arrangements to step down into sober living in Naples as my next step on the path to recovery. As you may or may not be aware, there is a huge recovery community in Naples, and the sober living options are often full with waitlists. I was originally scheduled to step down at the end of my stay to a recovery house system in Naples, but they gave my slot away on my day of discharge. I was forced to scramble to find a place, and looked a little further up the state on Ft. Myers. That is how I learned about SalusCare. The staff is fantastic, holding weekly community meetings for residents to check in and let people know what kind of help or support they might need. They can also connect clients with medical providers and help develop a plan to lead to lasting sobriety. The units in the SoberLiving portion of the facility are modern, clean and neat. At first I was a little hesitant, but the staff’s attention to detail and eagerness to help saw me take my next step towards sobriety and into sober living within 24 hours of contacting them. I have been matched with a great set of roommates, and it is a nice step to kind of retrain as far as job assistance, cooking and cleaning — all the necessary life skills needed to ensure continued sobriety. They are also conveniently located near a number of 12-step meetings and Grace Church is a short walk away with plenty of opportunities to volunteer and give back to the community. I gave SalusCare 5 stars — the only reason being was that I couldn’t give 6. If you are looking for a sober living environment, I highly recommend SalusCare.

I like Salus care as my new Mental Health Place I wanted to update my review and give a few peices of helpful advice: I nicknamed My Psychitrist DR Joseph Flask Dwarf in the Flask from Fullmetal Alchemist Manga and Fullmetal Alchemist brotherhood Anime. I finally got the help I needed from my Psychitrist, I highly recommend Dr Joseph if you live in Cape Coral Florida or Fort Myers Florida as I feel like I can trust people again in my life. I'm a very complex case mentally and Physically being a Mentally and Physically Disabled person isn't easy by the way and i wanted to mention that I'm a healthcare Advocate for an end of life Paitent and I've been going through alot emotionally and sometimes i have to come here to get my meds adjustmeted or refilled because I work long hours and being without my lifesaving maitence meds is a nightmare, Joseph Flask is a very nice doctor and he actually takes the time to listen this alone shows that he cares, and he understands that i run out of my meds sometimes, he looks and me and gets to work on fixing any issue that I have with my meds or treatment plan, he's the only the second Psychitrist I've ever trusted in my entire life of 25 years, Although in Fort Myers Saluscare Psych hospital have really really stiff and uncomfortable beds that need to be updated so they don't destroy your back everytime you sleep on them. If you sleep on those beds no kidding that'll put your back out of place for a month and you'll need to go see a chiropractor for a while, I also saw Guy there named Paul at the Salus care Psych hospital he's pretty nice I also recommend having a chat with him while your in the Psych hospital because he actually takes the time to listen to you because while your in there you might as well make the best of the situation your in whatever that might be even if your homelessness and out on the streets, I know because I originally came from Michigan before coming to Florida was homeless for about a week moving up and down state lines, when I came here they gave me what I needed which was medication and a place to get the horrible feelings mentally I had out of my mind because if I didn't have I would have been homeless again due to unfortunate circumstances within less then a year of moving to Florida for nesscisary relocation. If anyone here ever treats you like dirt talk to the people here that you have the most faith and trust in and if you don't trust them consider switching providers to someone like Joseph Flask who is a Decent Psychitrist especially if your mentally hurt and are a homeless person who needs a little help. These are Words from a Truth Traveler.

Continued treatment from The Way Home has been integral to my recovery story. The level of attention you get from counselors and staff is incredible, you’re not just a number here. They set you up for success with a personal therapist you can continue to see after discharge, vocational direction, group support, and addiction education. I recently celebrated 1 year sober and it’s partially thanks to the programs and aftercare at the Way Home. Program director Eileen is a tough cookie but a gifted therapist who helps facilitate groups and healing. Clinical director Bobbie is also personally involved as a therapist, and the best I’ve ever had. Just to put an example of how they do it all here. Shout out to program coordinator Rachelle for helping me get set up, and beyond!

Dr. Qazi was my husband Ray's primary care physician through the VA. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful dr! Her compassion, patience, professionalism, dedication made a world of difference. It was clear Dr. Qazi not only had great medical expertise, but also a sincere commitment to her patients' well-being. Dr. Qazi your thoughtful attention and calm demeanor brought comfort and reassurance during a challenging time, and for that, we are truly thankful. We moved a few months ago back to our home State and Dr. Qazi provided support and help for us to connect quickly with Dr's in Chicagoland. These people saved my life. After my failed suicide attempt, I stayed for a month and with the help of the clinicians, psychologists, doctors and work on my part; I am a survivor. I wished many times that my condition could be diagnosed and visualized like an exray of a broken bone. However it takes learning the language of how to express how I am feeling, honest hard work to follow their direction and the support of those who love me to make me well. Now through trial and error, I have found what I need to keep me stable. I never miss a checkup or fail to take my medication. If I feel that I'm in trouble, I don't walk, I run to them. Recovery is possible with their help. A Positive Attitude Means Everything!

I cannot comment on the beds or other physical aspects of this facility but I can comment on the staff (especially Christine) and the director who NEVER gave up on a family member of mine who was a patient there. Another inpatient facility in town would discharge my family member with a handful of prescriptions and papers without follow up resulting in repeat admissions due to noncompliance. The staff at Saluscare showed true compassion and concern for my family members welfare. I am truly grateful for what they did.

Hello im Ashley and im an addict. My whole life has been filled with chaos and trauma. Some from my own doing and some that wasnt my fault. There is not a single bad word i can say abouy my experience at Beachway Therapy Center. My time there was cut short thanks to my own self-sabotaging behavior. Even then Beachway still treated me with compassion and the desire to help me. My situation was a unusual one. I came into the trauma program with a clean date of April 16th 2014. So at 11 years clean i was dealing with bipolar disorder, intense anxiety, a very unhealthy toxic relationship and an intense desire to break generational curses for my children. My history is one that involves homelessness, street drugs and a street mentality. Beachway took on the challenge of helping me work thru that trauma. I opened up to the program and other woman like never before. I had an amazing counselor, amazing case manager, and amazing staff that were there anytime i had moments of high anxiety or worry. I am so disappointed i ruined my chances of having a chance at going thru a trauma program with Beachway. Just in the short time i was there i did gain a small sense of self back. If you were like me and worry about making friends with the other clients because they wont understand you or like you, that is not even close to true. I found a sense of community that i couldnt find anywhere else in my life. If i manage to find a magic lamp, one of my wishes would definitely be used on looking young forever after that id wish to feel the peace and serenity i felt at Beachway. Thanks to them i had just enough courage to get me and my kids out of my bad situation. Now my goal is to continue with trauma therapy. Do not be me and let your past dictate your future. No matter how clean you are from drugs that trauma will creep up on you and when it does use tools like Beachway to seek help instead of the alternative, and please for the love of your higher power get out of your own way and accept their help before you get kicked out like i did. I am forever grateful. Thanks for letting me share my expierence, strength and hope.

My experience at Banyan was very good. The staff was very helpful, the therapy was extremely beneficial , and the food was great! Like with all rehabs, it is what you make of it. If you go there thinking everything is perfect, you’ll be disappointed, it’s not. If you go for simply a social experience, it’s not a resort. If you go because you’re serious about your recovery, it’s a great place to take the first step !

Loved Beachway. I was extremely anxious with everyday panic attacks, and the medicine was no longer working. At Beachway I found a way to control my attacks and anxiety. It is not easy and sometimes I felt like it wasn’t going to work. We worked through my childhood traumas and I learned techniques on how to defuse my anxiety. Loved Dina’s honest and hardcore classes and also Gigi’s trauma class. From the intake department, to the counselors, security, kitchen staff, Directors, Nurses and everyone that worked there I thank you. ❤️

Miss Rose Sweeny is really fantastic. It’s so nice to have a therapist that I feel such a strong connection with, where I can bring everything I’m feeling to the table. She has a very kind and understanding soul. I don’t know what I would do if my insurance didn’t hypothetically cover our visits, I would figure it out and make it work because that’s how great she is. The women at the front are really understanding too, I will occasionally run into an issue with billing but they always listen to me and correct it. Miss Rose is also not a therapist who will respond immediately with generic therapy talk (I’ve been to a few therapists and I’ve experienced this) but she will take a moment to think about what you’ve said and how it connects back to your struggles. That type of care and attention means so much to me. She is like the therapy version of Sherlock Holmes, and I would really trust her with anything. Highly recommend

Always Check Your Bills! I can’t count how many times the billing department has incorrectly tried to charge us for appointments. Most recently, we canceled my child’s appointment two days in advance due to a family emergency and being out of town. I sent a message through the patient portal AND called to confirm the cancellation, yet they’re still trying to collect a copay. Speaking of copays, our insurance clearly states there is zero patient responsibility for mental health services. Despite this, they attempt to charge a copay every single time my child has an appointment. Every time a bill is sent, I have to email them with proof of our coverage. This is beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time. The billing department seriously needs to get it together. Also, NEVER leave your card on file with them. We were once charged in error, even though we owed nothing.
