I cannot say enough good things about this company. The caregivers are amazing, the nurse assigned to us - Cinda - is amazing, and the President of the company is amazing. My mother fell and broke her pelvis. She was released from the rehab facility (way too soon in my opinion), and needed 24/7 care. She loved each and every caregiver. I was there the first few days and got to witness the quality of the caregivers - amazing! Assisting Hands did a great job trying to schedule the same caregivers whenever possible. I live in Tennessee, so it was such a comfort knowing she was taken care of. Due to messy family dynamics, my step father made things very difficult for all involved. Eric Brown, the president of Assisting Hands, handled the issues with extreme professionalism. I could not have gotten through those weeks without Assisting Hands.

When my 95-year-old mother was injured and I needed emergency 24/7 care, my first call was to Eric, the owner of Assisting Hands. He arranged round-the-clock caregivers in just minutes. In less than a couple hours, there was a caregiver at her side. Every member of his team treated mama with dignity, compassion, and respect. Their professionalism and kindness gave me peace of mind. Assisting Hands didn’t just provide care, they provided safety, comfort, and hope when it mattered most. I am eternally grateful.

I'm so proud to say I've been done for 7 months and I feel great if you really want to do this follow thru with your councilor really talk they helped me thru it I started 4years ago at 125mg and for 2 years I didn't always pass my drug test but about 2yrs ago I decided I didn't want to be a lifer So I went down every week by 5 or 10 until I got to 5mg. 6months later I feel great it's awesome I don't have to get up early and go to the clinic or wake up and take the methadone I'm truly free and feel great Please if you really want to be done just follow the plan and talk to your consular. Jeff the program director put together a wonderful team who really cares about each and every patient. Counselor Amanda is very intelligent, patient, puts her heart into her work. Amanda, Jeff, all our wonderful nurses have always lent a ear and listened to whatever problems you maybe be going through. All the staff exceed my expectations and make every day challenges and difficult situations seem not so bad. New Seasons is a major reason I am alive. I wish more of the people I knew got treatment because 99 percent of friends from highschool and associates have passed on. It's a place that gives you a routine and the tools to put your life back together. We all need some kind of structure and a healthy routine New Season is that for me and a huge Part of my success. New Seasons works. You get what you put into the program Nurse Judy and all the Nurses are really friendly, intelligent, and really care about each person who walks in. Celadon legitimately changed my life for the better. I flew from Seattle to Fort Myers just for this experience. I came in on August 27th with severe depression and anxiety, to the point that I was ready to do something drastic. I left on October 1st and truly felt like a changed person. I am happy, my meds are working, and I have a renewed zest for life. The staff was incredibly helpful to my healing, particularly the techs (shoutout to Steve) who spent the most time with us outside of a clinical capacity. The nurses were equally incredible and always willing to advocate to the practitioners when we needed med changes or anything else. The practitioners themselves were very accessible and always willing to edit treatment if needed. Groups were generally very helpful, especially after the switch up of group formatting! The therapists were also very accessible and ready to listen, even if they weren't your primary therapist. Michelle the clinical director was super proactive in making sure clients were happy. The food was great, too (thanks, Grant!). All of this said, my peers at Celadon were what made my healing possible. Everyone seemed to be there for the right reasons and everyone was so so loving. You get what you put into it, and the people there put everything into their health.

I can't say enough about how this place has helped me. This place has changed my lives in many ways. I wanted to thank my therapist Alexis for being so kind. The staff is very helpful and friendly and go above and beyond. The food is amazing , PHP is amazing. I learned how to take care of myself and learned how to be back in society. For those who needs to the help I highly recommend Celadon.

Only great stuff to say about this place. All the counselors are great as well as nurses and employees. They always go above and beyond here to help people in need.

I've guest-dosed at various places over the years. This place, by far, has been the easiest and friendliest location I've visited. The staff is super nice and helpful as were the local regulars that I met. There are 3 windows, and I never waited more than 5min to dose. They assigned me a client # on my 1st day. After that, it was just a matter of signing in at one of the kiosks and heading to the dosing line. Quick, simple, easy, and friendly. And the price is no more than I pay at my clinic back home. AAA+++

White sands is a great treatment center. Residential, php and especially the IOP. Patty, asheley,ish,jeff and lacey are the best IOP staff i have ever come across. If it wasn't for them my recovery would be no place. I owe them my life. And if you give yourself a chance and go there, I guarantee if you work with them. They will give your a life worth living.

White Sands is an amazing facility that has saved my life more than once. All of its employees show compassion and are dedicated to the success of your recovery. 10/10 would recommend to any of my friends or family who are in need of help.

Best drug detox/rehab I have ever been to. The staff was excellent and extremely cared about my sobriety and mental well being. Food was not bad at all and had snacks on deck all day long. I learned yoga in Crossroads and continue it to this day. The 28 day program keeps you busy all day long. Don't go if you're not serious about getting sober.

So i couldnt get back in and rightfully so. What I did there to get discharged was for good reason. I have nothing bad to say about this facility. I took accountability for my actions. Im sorry I didn’t appreciate it there. They where nothing but good to me and really did try and help me. I would still reccomend this place to anyone in need of substance or mental health help or both. I’ve changed and learned form this experience though but Im sorry to the people I effected with my actions and behavior. This is a good place and one of the best Medicaid facilities I been to. I was in psychosis and coming off drugs and alcohol at the time. Its been 8 years and what happened effected people but taught me a lot about accountability.

I was at The Willough in 2007. I loved being there. At that time, there was an Eating Disorders unit. I came in due to an eating disorder. The staff was excellent, especially the psychiatrists I saw. They understood addiction. The nutritionist was very knowledgeable. I did well there. Rehab gave me a jumpstart. If you relapse, go back. The people who work there will help you if you let them. Follow the program. I recommend The Willough to those who want to recover.

I have sadly watched the decline of this rehab over the years. Some of the Dr's and staff stood with me over the years and I'll stand with them.

Dr. Wahe is one of the most professional doctors I have used in my 15 years of using the VA Heath System. She listens to your needs and is very concerned about your health and well being. I give her 5 stars!

The staff is very responsive, respectful, and caring. I Have never had a long wait for my appointments and have never been rushed. My PCP, Dr Qazi, is the best primary care physician I have ever dealt with. She never rushes through our visits and always addresses all my issues. She even calls me during off hours to provide results of testing. Dr Qazi expressed concern for my well being after being told by her nurse that I had been involved in a minor auto accident in spite of my call to her having no relation to the accident. The VA clinic in Chattanooga, TN was very nice in a big, brand new building but this Naples clinic is better. The physical location is not very appealing but the staff makes up for it. My only complaint is the VA phone system here since you have to go through the Bay Pines switchboard and they take exceptionally long to answer. They then put you in contact with the correct clinic. Once on the phone with the Naples clinic staff the issue is addressed courteously and quickly.

Dr. Qazi was my husband Ray's primary care physician through the VA. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful dr! Her compassion, patience, professionalism, dedication made a world of difference. It was clear Dr. Qazi not only had great medical expertise, but also a sincere commitment to her patients' well-being. Dr. Qazi your thoughtful attention and calm demeanor brought comfort and reassurance during a challenging time, and for that, we are truly thankful. We moved a few months ago back to our home State and Dr. Qazi provided support and help for us to connect quickly with Dr's in Chicagoland. Her efforts go far beyond what is required and it did not go unnoticed. She made a lasting impact on our lives, and we felt incredibly fortunate to have had her. We wish you only the best Dr. Qazi! Wonderful free program to help struggling woman with alcohol and drug addiction. A christ centered, loving woman's home. I went there for almost two years and have been sober for eight years. They truly help you heal from a lot of things through God's help. Love them and wouldnt be here without there help and direction.

Came here twice back in 2005-2006- and then 2007. I remember some staff like Megan, both Johns, and having a good life. We followed a time schedule but i remember going on field trips and living life before I got adopted

Youth Haven in Naples Florida is doing very important work for at risk youth. I encourage everyone to do their own research on the organization and support them however you can.
