I'm so proud to say I've been done for 7 months and I feel great if you really want to do this follow thru with your councilor really talk they helped me thru it I started 4years ago at 125mg and for 2 years I didn't always pass my drug test but about 2yrs ago I decided I didn't want to be a lifer So I went down every week by 5 or 10 until I got to 5mg. 6months later I feel great it's awesome I don't have to get up early and go to the clinic or wake up and take the methadone I'm truly free and feel great Please if you really want to be done just follow the plan and talk to your consular. Jeff the program director put together a wonderful team who really cares about each and every patient. Counselor Amanda is very intelligent, patient, puts her heart into her work. Amanda, Jeff, all our wonderful nurses have always lent a ear and listened to whatever problems you maybe be going through. All the staff exceed my expectations and make every day challenges and difficult situations seem not so bad. New Seasons is a major reason I am alive. I wish more of the people I knew got treatment because 99 percent of friends from highschool and associates have passed on. It's a place that gives you a routine and the tools to put your life back together. We all need some kind of structure and a healthy routine New Season is that for me and a huge Part of my success. New Seasons works. You get what you put into the program Nurse Judy and all the Nurses are really friendly, intelligent, and really care about each person who walks in. Best drug detox/rehab I have ever been to. The staff was excellent and extremely cared about my sobriety and mental well being. Food was not bad at all and had snacks on deck all day long. I learned yoga in Crossroads and continue it to this day. The 28 day program keeps you busy all day long. Don't go if you're not serious about getting sober.

I never give perfect scores so a 4 is a great complement. I am an advocate for an individual who is a current patient. The staff from the very first phone call were amazing and supportive. It is difficult in SWFL to find a facility that provides psychiatric care that also accepts Medicare and insurance. At the time I assisted my patient with admission, I was desperate and not expecting much. The staff are so supportive and communicative. The physician called on the weekend to update the family. The other administrative staff came in on the holiday to just meet a family member. The best part is after several months I have seen an improvement in the mental health of my patient. It is the first time during that time period I can picture her returning home with her loving family.

So i couldnt get back in and rightfully so. What I did there to get discharged was for good reason. I have nothing bad to say about this facility. I took accountability for my actions. Im sorry I didn’t appreciate it there. They where nothing but good to me and really did try and help me. I would still reccomend this place to anyone in need of substance or mental health help or both. I’ve changed and learned form this experience though but Im sorry to the people I effected with my actions and behavior. This is a good place and one of the best Medicaid facilities I been to. I was in psychosis and coming off drugs and alcohol at the time. Its been 8 years and what happened effected people but taught me a lot about accountability.

I was at The Willough in 2007. I loved being there. At that time, there was an Eating Disorders unit. I came in due to an eating disorder. The staff was excellent, especially the psychiatrists I saw. They understood addiction. The nutritionist was very knowledgeable. I did well there. Rehab gave me a jumpstart. If you relapse, go back. The people who work there will help you if you let them. Follow the program. I recommend The Willough to those who want to recover.

Dr. Wahe is one of the most professional doctors I have used in my 15 years of using the VA Heath System. She listens to your needs and is very concerned about your health and well being. I give her 5 stars!

The staff is very responsive, respectful, and caring. I Have never had a long wait for my appointments and have never been rushed. My PCP, Dr Qazi, is the best primary care physician I have ever dealt with. She never rushes through our visits and always addresses all my issues. She even calls me during off hours to provide results of testing. Dr Qazi expressed concern for my well being after being told by her nurse that I had been involved in a minor auto accident in spite of my call to her having no relation to the accident. The VA clinic in Chattanooga, TN was very nice in a big, brand new building but this Naples clinic is better. The physical location is not very appealing but the staff makes up for it. My only complaint is the VA phone system here since you have to go through the Bay Pines switchboard and they take exceptionally long to answer. They then put you in contact with the correct clinic. Once on the phone with the Naples clinic staff the issue is addressed courteously and quickly.

Dr. Qazi was my husband Ray's primary care physician through the VA. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful dr! Her compassion, patience, professionalism, dedication made a world of difference. It was clear Dr. Qazi not only had great medical expertise, but also a sincere commitment to her patients' well-being. Dr. Qazi your thoughtful attention and calm demeanor brought comfort and reassurance during a challenging time, and for that, we are truly thankful. We moved a few months ago back to our home State and Dr. Qazi provided support and help for us to connect quickly with Dr's in Chicagoland. Her efforts go far beyond what is required and it did not go unnoticed. She made a lasting impact on our lives, and we felt incredibly fortunate to have had her. We wish you only the best Dr. Qazi! Came here twice back in 2005-2006- and then 2007. I remember some staff like Megan, both Johns, and having a good life. We followed a time schedule but i remember going on field trips and living life before I got adopted

Youth Haven in Naples Florida is doing very important work for at risk youth. I encourage everyone to do their own research on the organization and support them however you can.

Great program

My wife experienced a serious ankle injury that, among other things, required that she have surgery, wear a cast and keep her ankle elevated for 23 out of each 24-hour period. She could only move around on either a knee roller or on crutches. I wanted full-time help to supplement my efforts. I wanted someone in our home 24 hours per day. Based upon my on-line search and a discussion with the Chief Executive Officer of Assisting Hands Home Care of Naples, I retained their assistance. Each week was split up between two of their representatives-Michelle King and Jenny Odena. Each of them was superb. They arrived each day on time over a six-week period. They were very helpful. Consummate professionals. Importantly, since each of them was in our home eight hours each day, they were each also easy and pleasant to be around. Should we ever need this type of assistance again, we will retain Assisting Hands Home Care of Naples and we will request Michelle and Jenny. Many thanks to you both...and thanks for helping with our new puppy.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The caregivers are amazing, the nurse assigned to us - Cinda - is amazing, and the President of the company is amazing. My mother fell and broke her pelvis. She was released from the rehab facility (way too soon in my opinion), and needed 24/7 care. She loved each and every caregiver. I was there the first few days and got to witness the quality of the caregivers - amazing! Assisting Hands did a great job trying to schedule the same caregivers whenever possible. I live in Tennessee, so it was such a comfort knowing she was taken care of. Due to messy family dynamics, my step father made things very difficult for all involved. Eric Brown, the president of Assisting Hands, handled the issues with extreme professionalism. I could not have gotten through those weeks without Assisting Hands.

When my 95-year-old mother was injured and I needed emergency 24/7 care, my first call was to Eric, the owner of Assisting Hands. He arranged round-the-clock caregivers in just minutes. In less than a couple hours, there was a caregiver at her side. Every member of his team treated mama with dignity, compassion, and respect. Their professionalism and kindness gave me peace of mind. Assisting Hands didn’t just provide care, they provided safety, comfort, and hope when it mattered most. I am eternally grateful.

I have not been in the office yet so I am giving a 4 stars in general. I am court ordered to have an evaluation by the mental health counselors. I like to be prompt and on time. I called all morning/day today to schedule an appointment, then even stopped by in the evening as I wanted to adhere to my clerk of courts duties. No one was in office. I couldn’t tend to my work or hobbies - and not even my responsibility of completing an appointment, because no one from this office was in or got back to me the entire work day. I have no choice to wait. I had to leave a message with my probation officer letting him know I could not even get ahold of anyone today, furthermore delaying my court duties. I would like to continue my happy life, and situations like this add an obvious unnecessary stress and intrusion to the productivity and flow of my day. Nothing got done with the office today. It’s a government building connected with the clerk of courts- it’s pretty imperative they are prompt, so those that are court ordered are not in stress due to any evaluation delays. I hope someone is in office tomorrow. It says open until 9PM. Is that legitimized? May Justice & The Lord reign over all of Florida- and earth. God Bless All.

Collier County Counseling has excellent counselors and staff. They are caring, reliable, and easy to talk to. In addition, they are efficient with educating and assisting needs with documentation. Furthermore, CCC taught me tools needed for life skills to stay sober. Lastly, I would highly recommend getting counseling here

Dr Lado is an excellent Dr. He really knows the business very well. I would definately recommend him to anyone looking for a great psychiatrist.

I needed medication to dull the pain from occipital neuralgia. Dr. Lado saw me for a last minute visit and prescribed the medication. I feel like I can actually function again. It's great to finally have a doctor that takes the pain seriously and does something about it. Non-narcotic pain relief! Thank you Dr. Lado.

The whole staff is friendly

Celadon legitimately changed my life for the better. I flew from Seattle to Fort Myers just for this experience. I came in on August 27th with severe depression and anxiety, to the point that I was ready to do something drastic. I left on October 1st and truly felt like a changed person. I am happy, my meds are working, and I have a renewed zest for life. The staff was incredibly helpful to my healing, particularly the techs (shoutout to Steve) who spent the most time with us outside of a clinical capacity. The nurses were equally incredible and always willing to advocate to the practitioners when we needed med changes or anything else. The practitioners themselves were very accessible and always willing to edit treatment if needed. Groups were generally very helpful, especially after the switch up of group formatting! The therapists were also very accessible and ready to listen, even if they weren't your primary therapist. Michelle the clinical director was super proactive in making sure clients were happy. The food was great, too (thanks, Grant!). All of this said, my peers at Celadon were what made my healing possible. Everyone seemed to be there for the right reasons and everyone was so so loving. You get what you put into it, and the people there put everything into their health.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and go above and beyond. The food is amazing , PHP is amazing. I learned how to take care of myself and learned how to be back in society. I've guest-dosed at various places over the years. This place, by far, has been the easiest and friendliest location I've visited. The staff is super nice and helpful as were the local regulars that I met. There are 3 windows, and I never waited more than 5min to dose. They assigned me a client # on my 1st day. After that, it was just a matter of signing in at one of the kiosks and heading to the dosing line. Quick, simple, easy, and friendly. And the price is no more than I pay at my clinic back home. AAA+++

I am sharing details of my 50 year old son that went to Teen Challenge in Missouri because he was at his and without cohol he was literally dying we all had to turn our backs on him of course mom was the last one to do so but he called an ambulance on himself and said I am dying I need help he was in detox 13 days he wound up choosing to go to Teen Challenge in Cape Girardeau Missouri for 14 months 11 years ago he still has the glow of God all over him he is such an inspiration to his charge to his Recovery Group to his family to himself and to God God has just totally blessed him over and over in the past 11 years but my son had to say I don't want to live like this helped me a lot of them are forced to go it does not help them if they truly want help team challenges number one in my book
