My goal was to get help with my detox off of klonopin and gabapentin. I got the help I was seeking and I felt comfortable being here because I needed the help and I was afraid to go it alone. Dr. Lado knows his stuff and got me off klonopin and gabapentin. Josh is such a wonderful person and I really wish I got to talk with him more but I didn't because I judged him as unapproachable which is the opposite! Like they say never judge a book by it's cover. Thank you Josh for helping me and your wonderful personality! My only complaint is the cigarette rules. I was not aware that they don't do cigarette runs for the patients that run out? So I had to go without cigarettes unless someone was willing to share theirs with me which sometimes I would get one and sometimes I didn't. This was a major issue with all the patients. They should reconsider this cigarette policy they have because people were getting pissed off myself included. I didn't come here to get off cigarettes and it played a major role in me wanting to leave a little sooner. Had they just accommodated my request to just take my money and get me a carton of cigarettes and for anyone who wanted the same thing I probably would have stayed longer. I know it sounds silly but we as patients are already going through alot with our detox and this just made it worse. Again I did get the help I needed so thank you for being there for me! I Have never had a long wait for my appointments and have never been rushed. My PCP, Dr Qazi, is the best primary care physician I have ever dealt with. She never rushes through our visits and always addresses all my issues. She even calls me during off hours to provide results of testing. Dr Qazi expressed concern for my well being after being told by her nurse that I had been involved in a minor auto accident in spite of my call to her having no relation to the accident. The VA clinic in Chattanooga, TN was very nice in a big, brand new building but this Naples clinic is better. The physical location is not very appealing but the staff makes up for it. My only complaint is the VA phone system here since you have to go through the Bay Pines switchboard and they take exceptionally long to answer. They then put you in contact with the correct clinic. I am court ordered to have an evaluation by the mental health counselors. I like to be prompt and on time. I called all morning/day today to schedule an appointment, then even stopped by in the evening as I wanted to adhere to my clerk of courts duties. No one was in office. I couldn’t tend to my work or hobbies - and not even my responsibility of completing an appointment, because no one from this office was in or got back to me the entire work day. I have no choice to wait. I had to leave a message with my probation officer letting him know I could not even get ahold of anyone today, furthermore delaying my court duties. I would like to continue my happy life, and situations like this add an obvious unnecessary stress and intrusion to the productivity and flow of my day. Nothing got done with the office today. It’s a government building connected with the clerk of courts- it’s pretty imperative they are prompt, so those that are court ordered are not in stress due to any evaluation delays. I hope someone is in office tomorrow. It says open until 9PM. Is that legitimized? May Justice & The Lord reign over all of Florida- and earth. Nurses are wonderful, counselors are amazing, the techs are spectacular, and they give out free lollipops. Not only do they help you with the medical treatment, they support you in every other aspect of your life. They’ve changed my life for the better. Without New Seasons, my addiction would have destroyed my life, and I likely wouldn’t be here today. But just when I got to the point where I felt absolutely hopeless and about to give up, I found out about New Seasons. At first, I didn’t show up for a few of the intake appointments because i felt iffy about whether or not I was ready. Then finally, I felt so fed up from the same destructive routine everyday, I finally decided to go in and give it a shot. It has been about a year since then, and I am now able to save money, fix my relationships with family and friends, and pretty much rebuild my life because of the support and treatment from New Seasons. I came in on August 27th with severe depression and anxiety, to the point that I was ready to do something drastic. I left on October 1st and truly felt like a changed person. I am happy, my meds are working, and I have a renewed zest for life. The staff was incredibly helpful to my healing, particularly the techs (shoutout to Steve) who spent the most time with us outside of a clinical capacity. The nurses were equally incredible and always willing to advocate to the practitioners when we needed med changes or anything else. The practitioners themselves were very accessible and always willing to edit treatment if needed. Groups were generally very helpful, especially after the switch up of group formatting! The therapists were also very accessible and ready to listen, even if they weren't your primary therapist. Michelle the clinical director was super proactive in making sure clients were happy. The food was great, too (thanks, Grant!). All of this said, my peers at Celadon were what made my healing possible. Everyone seemed to be there for the right reasons and everyone was so so loving. This center is amazing the staff really care about the clients and it shows. Also they take the crossroads rehab clients to outside AA meetings, which most rehabs in the area don't. The campus is also very nice. Basically if you have to go to a rehab pick this one.

Best drug detox/rehab I have ever been to. The staff was excellent and extremely cared about my sobriety and mental well being. Food was not bad at all and had snacks on deck all day long. I learned yoga in Crossroads and continue it to this day. The 28 day program keeps you busy all day long. Don't go if you're not serious about getting sober.

I give 4 stars as I think it is fair. My goal was to get help with my detox off of klonopin and gabapentin. I got the help I was seeking and I felt comfortable being here because I needed the help and I was afraid to go it alone. Dr. Lado knows his stuff and got me off klonopin and gabapentin. Josh is such a wonderful person and I really wish I got to talk with him more but I didn't because I judged him as unapproachable which is the opposite! Like they say never judge a book by it's cover. Thank you Josh for helping me and your wonderful personality! My only complaint is the cigarette rules. I was not aware that they don't do cigarette runs for the patients that run out? So I had to go without cigarettes unless someone was willing to share theirs with me which sometimes I would get one and sometimes I didn't. This was a major issue with all the patients. They should reconsider this cigarette policy they have because people were getting pissed off myself included. I didn't come here to get off cigarettes and it played a major role in me wanting to leave a little sooner. Had they just accommodated my request to just take my money and get me a carton of cigarettes and for anyone who wanted the same thing I probably would have stayed longer. I know it sounds silly but we as patients are already going through alot with our detox and this just made it worse. Again I did get the help I needed so thank you for being there for me!

The staff is very responsive, respectful, and caring. I Have never had a long wait for my appointments and have never been rushed. My PCP, Dr Qazi, is the best primary care physician I have ever dealt with. She never rushes through our visits and always addresses all my issues. She even calls me during off hours to provide results of testing. Dr Qazi expressed concern for my well being after being told by her nurse that I had been involved in a minor auto accident in spite of my call to her having no relation to the accident. The VA clinic in Chattanooga, TN was very nice in a big, brand new building but this Naples clinic is better. The physical location is not very appealing but the staff makes up for it. My only complaint is the VA phone system here since you have to go through the Bay Pines switchboard and they take exceptionally long to answer. They then put you in contact with the correct clinic. Once on the phone with the Naples clinic staff the issue is addressed courteously and quickly.

I have not been in the office yet so I am giving a 4 stars in general. I am court ordered to have an evaluation by the mental health counselors. I like to be prompt and on time. I called all morning/day today to schedule an appointment, then even stopped by in the evening as I wanted to adhere to my clerk of courts duties. No one was in office. I couldn’t tend to my work or hobbies - and not even my responsibility of completing an appointment, because no one from this office was in or got back to me the entire work day. I have no choice to wait. I had to leave a message with my probation officer letting him know I could not even get ahold of anyone today, furthermore delaying my court duties. I would like to continue my happy life, and situations like this add an obvious unnecessary stress and intrusion to the productivity and flow of my day. Nothing got done with the office today. It’s a government building connected with the clerk of courts- it’s pretty imperative they are prompt, so those that are court ordered are not in stress due to any evaluation delays. I hope someone is in office tomorrow. It says open until 9PM. Is that legitimized? May Justice & The Lord reign over all of Florida- and earth. God Bless All.

Collier County Counseling has excellent counselors and staff. They are caring, reliable, and easy to talk to. In addition, they are efficient with educating and assisting needs with documentation. Furthermore, CCC taught me tools needed for life skills to stay sober. Lastly, I would highly recommend getting counseling here

Very awesome staff. Nurses are wonderful, counselors are amazing, the techs are spectacular, and they give out free lollipops. Not only do they help you with the medical treatment, they support you in every other aspect of your life. They’ve changed my life for the better. Without New Seasons, my addiction would have destroyed my life, and I likely wouldn’t be here today. But just when I got to the point where I felt absolutely hopeless and about to give up, I found out about New Seasons. At first, I didn’t show up for a few of the intake appointments because i felt iffy about whether or not I was ready. Then finally, I felt so fed up from the same destructive routine everyday, I finally decided to go in and give it a shot. It has been about a year since then, and I am now able to save money, fix my relationships with family and friends, and pretty much rebuild my life because of the support and treatment from New Seasons. The reality is, it is never too early or too late to seek help and end an addiction. The sooner you choose to do it, the sooner you can get your life back on track. I felt that they were sincerely committed to helping me view my struggles from an outsiders perspective, giving me new ways to look at my lifestyle. I was pushed to dive deep and see things from a different angle; some tears were shed and many giggles shook my body. Alberto the Doctor, fined-tuned my meds and gave explanations for everything. All of the staff including the nursing staff (Chris, Michelle, Linda, Lisa, Marland, Kristin etc.) paid attention to me and those around me when we were hurting in some form or fashion. The techs who visited with us on the "regular" where committed to following rules yet catering to our needs. Thank you everyone for your dedication and love.

Celadon legitimately changed my life for the better. I flew from Seattle to Fort Myers just for this experience. I came in on August 27th with severe depression and anxiety, to the point that I was ready to do something drastic. I left on October 1st and truly felt like a changed person. I am happy, my meds are working, and I have a renewed zest for life. The staff was incredibly helpful to my healing, particularly the techs (shoutout to Steve) who spent the most time with us outside of a clinical capacity. The nurses were equally incredible and always willing to advocate to the practitioners when we needed med changes or anything else. The practitioners themselves were very accessible and always willing to edit treatment if needed. Groups were generally very helpful, especially after the switch up of group formatting! The therapists were also very accessible and ready to listen, even if they weren't your primary therapist. Michelle the clinical director was super proactive in making sure clients were happy. The food was great, too (thanks, Grant!). All of this said, my peers at Celadon were what made my healing possible. Everyone seemed to be there for the right reasons and everyone was so so loving. You get what you put into it, and the people there put everything into their health.

It's not perfect place it's humans running it who get paid low wages but it sure beats havingto see the dope man every day. This is a wonderful place. Great staff i was scared at first being bakeracted never. New. What that was by the police and new to the area from suffer from depression and lots of stress and nerves and aslo a crime i did not commit these people will help you. And go above and beyond to help to guide. You to help you if you olny listen to them. And thanks for helping me i learn my lesson on this one and i will keep moving forward and get to help other people what they face in life as well and my own
