I'm giving them a 5 because the receptionist went out of her way to get my daughter setup in the system because the online patient intake DOES NOT WORK do not waste your time. I've been waiting since last year for a call back. It's been a week so far this time but she said 2 weeks for someone to reach out they're understaffed and loom for help.

I have spent the last 3 nights in the PCU at this hospital. I had a few great nurses, cafeteria staff that took care of me but above all of them (Camille)) was the 5 star. She was so pleasant to be around, always smiling and knew her job very well. I even told her to tell her mom that she did a GREAT job raising her. We talked about Thanksgiving because she had to work and I was there because I was very ill. She said her mom made the best corn bread stuffing and miniature sweet potato pies. We hugged on the day I was leaving and both my husband and I told her what a blessing she was to be my nurse. She went way above and beyond. Thank you Camille for making my stay a very pleasant one.

I have had several procedures at Sacred Heart and I can't say enough about the wonderful people that took care of me. I would recommend the Heart doctors there to anyone. I have had the same nurse twice now and she Is the best.
I went there nearly 8 months ago very professional staff if u want the help they do all they can to make sure u accomplish it. Nurses r very kind I am now on my 8th vivitrol shot and so proud to say 8 months sober
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I have seen many successes come out of Journey Pure. Miracles happen Every Day! Relationships restored. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Journey Pure seriously saved my life!!! My experience their cannot be explained as to how wonderful it was!!! I actually miss it!!! Lol, but I’m happier to be successfully on my journey in this forever choice to be happy and sober in the real world!!! The staff and counselors are great!!! This place is great..with staff that truly cares for you,and a chef to that prepares each meal with love..24 hour nursing staff that knows exactly what you need.and therapists that get to the cause of your addiction..this place showed me that I can be happy in sobriety..and after 35 long years in addiction to opiates ..I want to thank Marcus and all staff at recovery bay.for helping me get my life back!! I am sober and confident that I will remaine that way.

If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. So not only would I pick this rehab I’m also a patient. Thank you for your time.

Well, I moved to Cairo ga 3 years ago from Michigan. The first time visiting the VA in Tallahassee 3 years ago right after I moved here was a shock. Small compared to what I'm used to. I went to the Detroit VA and the Ann Arbor VA. Both facilities were like going to tallahasee Memorial Hospital.. huge. They had parking garages 4 levels. So that was the first thing I noticed. As far as treatment goes, no complaints. Although I would like to see anger management classes or group therapy there.
The staff that work there act like they are prejudice, and don't seem to care about you, they just there for a paycheck, they act like probation officers never smile or act kind tours you just have a mean tough look to them, there are maybe 2 there that seem to care but other then that it's awful there.

Awful staff that work there, they seem prejudice and not kind at all, just there for a paycheck, they don't care about you at all they act like probation officers. So if you really want help don't go there go to Tallahassee methadone clinic very kind and caring people there.
Resource center. Very helpful for gaining your independence and would like to live life on life's terms, free of drigs.

My experience here was great considering the situation. Staff was friendly, they feed you VERY well, and I met some really good people that genuinely care. They helped me through my issues and gave me the tools I need to take care of myself and live a happy life. Thank you

The place is great. My daughter is there. Only complaint i have is there policy. Me and my wife drove 1 1/2 hour. And only one can visit. Then was told my service dog could NOT come inside.
Great psychiatric care and caring providers/staff. I’m thankful for this place!

Everywhere you go even in hospitals or food services you're going to have your good and bad. Life management services the community regardless of ability to pay or type of insurance. They try very hard. Their willingness to help is superb. Again anywhere you go you'll have bad apples but it doesn't ruin the bunch. They've helped me alot. And if you need help. While I was in the outpatient program I learned a lot of coping skills. My therapist Vanessa did a wonderful job with my issues and was very insightful to my needs. The whole staff did a good job.

This organization transformed my brothers life. He was lost in a drug addiction life for most of his life, until he found God in this center. Not only did it transform him, but it restored our family relationship and gave us a way to reach forgiveness for all that the addiction caused. He has an amazing life and a great relationship with his family now. It is all because of the change that this center allowed him to make on his own without the guidance of parents, friends, or family, but the guidance of Christ centered men who had recovered from similar addictive behaviors.

God is in control. Love watching men reconnect or find Jesus! Family's reunited and new men in Christ standing up! Thank you to the staff and outside business's that help God reach these men, who are at their lowest points but find that God was and is protecting them and loving them...until they make it back home. My son is completely transformed. He is definitely on his way to becoming the man that God has called him to be. Teen challenge is absolutely hands down the answer to your love one's addiction. This 12 month program is your childs pathway to recovery. Believe in its culture and watch your love one grow into a productive adult. I would definitely recommend this program to all who struggles with your love one's addictions.
She was able to diagnose me and give me medication. I feel so much better. Wait time is not long at all.

I have been going here for about 3 years maybe longer. I see Ms Karen ❤️ she's amazing. anytime I need her she's there. Both nurses are always so helpful.Miss Margaret and Miss Rachel are amazing!

Mrs. Karen is by the greatest lady I have delt with.she genuinely cares about my son. We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. She has even helped us with the school to get recommendations to tge programs the school was dragging thier feet on. Mrs Jennifer was our child and family coordinator/ therapist and she was more than patient with us. My son loves her and tho he doesn't see her anymore she has made an everlasting impact in all our lives and family as a whole.

I’m not sure why this hospital have two stars but goddamnit I’m gonna be the first person to give it 10 stars. MY DOCTOR was top-tier as Sweet and understanding and doctor son had the most sweetest spirit and he was understanding the night. Staff is top-tier and they make me laugh while I was having a mental breakdown beyond exhaustion. I really enjoyed my stay there and I met Some beautiful strong women who’s more stronger than me I really really like MY DOCTOR and I hope to see him again If life gets too much for me, I needed to take a break for my busy life just to deal with my emotions And staff got them together for me. I’m glad I have A place to go when I’m Overwhelmed and the staff is so respectful the daytime staff in the night I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews …… I wish I would’ve stayed longer just to be with MY DOCTOR nevertheless, I’m giving them 10 star …. Because MY DOCTOR is top-tier

I stayed there for 5 days and I think they deserve a honest review, like every place they have a few issues but over all it Was Clean the Food was Very Good and they washed My Clothes and had them in room when I was given One, Overall it is a Very Good Place for Someone Who is in A Crisis and Needs Held. I am a former consumer of the vashti center i entered on October 22nd 2018 and left May 24th 2019 and I can honestly say that the staff there are fully committed to helping the consumers and helping them to become outstanding young men and women. Mr rudy was my cottage supervisor which was carruth if there was anything I ever need he made sure I got it so I would like to give a big thank you to him.

I was there from October 2023 to April 2024 to be honest it beat jail but that's about it. Their wasn't much they knew what to do with us. Get up early walk to breakfast. come back have a 15 minute group with your "word of the day.." then do random chores that some of the residents take pride in and all serious. When it hardly does anything just keep us busy. A nicotine group and then lunch. after this they either walk us to the gym or have another pointless group. By dinner people are getting back from work and then there's a 2 hour or so night group. I never got a job while I was there because they were afraid for me to work near smoke shops SMH.... I was really just there to please the court and not go to prison. To be honest I give it a 4 star because they really do try. if I was would've been there to get sober like others that I knew were there itd probably work...
