I'm giving them a 5 because the receptionist went out of her way to get my daughter setup in the system because the online patient intake DOES NOT WORK do not waste your time. I've been waiting since last year for a call back. It's been a week so far this time but she said 2 weeks for someone to reach out they're understaffed and loom for help.

Well, I moved to Cairo ga 3 years ago from Michigan. The first time visiting the VA in Tallahassee 3 years ago right after I moved here was a shock. Small compared to what I'm used to. I went to the Detroit VA and the Ann Arbor VA. Both facilities were like going to tallahasee Memorial Hospital.. huge. They had parking garages 4 levels. So that was the first thing I noticed. As far as treatment goes, no complaints. Although I would like to see anger management classes or group therapy there.

I started my road to recovery at New Seasons. I owe the counselors and nurses there my life. Ashley was my counselor for 4 years and she was awesome. Unfortunately she had to leave her job there and I was assigned to Winnifred. She was also very good at her job. They were both kind, compassionate and understanding. They both went above and beyond. The nurses there were extremely kind and caring and treated me as a person not just an addict. I have to give special thanks to Ms. Sharon, Princess and Jasmine, they are very dedicated to their jobs and professional. I had to leave New Seasons because I moved out of state and I truly miss it so much, I know everyone can't be happy all the time, but this is a great place. If your sobriety is important to you and you really are willing to work for it, New Seasons staff will help you every step of the way. Thank you to all the staff there and I miss you all. I'm sober over 5 years now.❤

My experience here was great considering the situation. Staff was friendly, they feed you VERY well, and I met some really good people that genuinely care. They helped me through my issues and gave me the tools I need to take care of myself and live a happy life. Thank you

The place is great. My daughter is there. Only complaint i have is there policy. Me and my wife drove 1 1/2 hour. And only one can visit. Then was told my service dog could NOT come inside.
This organization transformed my brothers life. He was lost in a drug addiction life for most of his life, until he found God in this center. Not only did it transform him, but it restored our family relationship and gave us a way to reach forgiveness for all that the addiction caused. He has an amazing life and a great relationship with his family now. It is all because of the change that this center allowed him to make on his own without the guidance of parents, friends, or family, but the guidance of Christ centered men who had recovered from similar addictive behaviors.

God is in control. Love watching men reconnect or find Jesus! Family's reunited and new men in Christ standing up! Thank you to the staff and outside business's that help God reach these men, who are at their lowest points but find that God was and is protecting them and loving them...until they make it back home. If you need help...please call! These folks are Angels!

My son is completely transformed. He is definitely on his way to becoming the man that God has called him to be. Teen challenge is absolutely hands down the answer to your love one's addiction. This 12 month program is your childs pathway to recovery. Believe in its culture and watch your love one grow into a productive adult. I would definitely recommend this program to all who struggles with your love one's addictions.
I was there from October 2023 to April 2024 to be honest it beat jail but that's about it. Their wasn't much they knew what to do with us. Get up early walk to breakfast. come back have a 15 minute group with your "word of the day.." then do random chores that some of the residents take pride in and all serious. When it hardly does anything just keep us busy. A nicotine group and then lunch. after this they either walk us to the gym or have another pointless group. By dinner people are getting back from work and then there's a 2 hour or so night group. I never got a job while I was there because they were afraid for me to work near smoke shops SMH.... I was really just there to please the court and not go to prison. To be honest I give it a 4 star because they really do try. if I was would've been there to get sober like others that I knew were there itd probably work...

I went here in the 80s my primary counselor was Nick T. He and the othe staff members were amazing and helped me in a time of need and I am forever grateful for their help.

I am a graduate from back in like 1982, there were 6 other graduates in my group, it wasn't easy but I learned some important life lessons and how to positively manipulate situations rather than negative manipulation or other behaviors. I got my GED and graduated highschool there. I left and while still a teenager a studied insurance and became very successful. I think much of it was due to what I learned there.
Everyone is extremely nice here don't listen to the haters I'm a client And love them haha

That is SOOOO untrue! Each one of those ladies are wonderful people. They aren't out for just a paycheck! They genuinely care for the hundreds that come and go through there. If you didn't get anything out of the program then the issue is with you, not them.

As of 12/27/2021, this has ended to be the worse rehabilitation experience for me. These nursers are not concerned with treating people they are concerned with treating inmates because that's how they treat you. One day it's okay to wear your hat at the window because they know who you are. The next day it's not okay to wear your hat at the window because they don't know who you are.smh After two weeks of wearing a hat it began no hats until they know who you are, though they speak to you by name soon as you walk through the door. Now it's no hats for security reasons. Wait, I'm lost. You are addressing me by my name and know me by my attitude so what security reasons are we utilizing since you clearly have identified me? I was denied the methadone because I wouldn't keep my hat off. I requested my refund and am seeking another treatment center that is not concerned with hats because the staff can identify you. Furthermore, we a nurse staff that is more concerned with helping others rehabilitate instead causing problems to run them away. These nurses need help...
Nurse Sharon at this facility is starting to make this experience for me feel like one of incarceration. She nic-pics issues she wants to bother people about as if she's on a control spree. Instead of her helping those with recovery she wants to aggravate them about things that don't affect their recovery. She is the only one who has something to say as if she's a correctional officer instead of a nurse. She should keep her advice to herself. Her actions don't belong at this place. Let us recover without animosity so that we want to come back for treatment instead of pushing us away to relapse. As crazy as the world is you just don't know people.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. We celebrated my fiancés birthday and they allowed us to bring in a cake on visitation day. Group counseling is also very helpful and i am able to learn on how to help your significant other/family member in this important change. You are able to speak freely in sessions on topics. This is a phenomenal facility and we are grateful to them and all the staff for assisting those that come in for help, guidance, encouragement, and support in the important transition in their individuals life . Thank for what you all do daily !!!

All though I was sent there by the court. My 3 stays there were great the staff there are great. The 3 stays there was the only time I ever felt loved and cared about. Now the Doctors and some nurses are fucking idiots, and don't give a damn about the residents. But my only real complaint would be that the place is dirty and nasty house keeping is lazy as fuck and half ass cleans especially the bathrooms and showers.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I have seen many successes come out of Journey Pure. Miracles happen Every Day! Relationships restored. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Journey Pure seriously saved my life!!! My experience their cannot be explained as to how wonderful it was!!! I actually miss it!!! Lol, but I’m happier to be successfully on my journey in this forever choice to be happy and sober in the real world!!! The staff and counselors are great!!! The team of workers certainly have this treatment center down to a T!!! Mary genuinely cares about the alumni she looks after and Ebone did a great job with Case Management!
