The place is great. My daughter is there. Only complaint i have is there policy. Me and my wife drove 1 1/2 hour. And only one can visit. Then was told my service dog could NOT come inside.

She was able to diagnose me and give me medication. I feel so much better. Wait time is not long at all.

I have been going here for about 3 years maybe longer. I see Ms Karen ❤️ she's amazing. anytime I need her she's there. Both nurses are always so helpful.Miss Margaret and Miss Rachel are amazing!

Mrs. Karen is by the greatest lady I have delt with.she genuinely cares about my son. We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. She has even helped us with the school to get recommendations to tge programs the school was dragging thier feet on. Mrs Jennifer was our child and family coordinator/ therapist and she was more than patient with us. My son loves her and tho he doesn't see her anymore she has made an everlasting impact in all our lives and family as a whole.

That is SOOOO untrue! Each one of those ladies are wonderful people. They aren't out for just a paycheck! They genuinely care for the hundreds that come and go through there. If you didn't get anything out of the program then the issue is with you, not them. Mia J

I went there nearly 8 months ago very professional staff if u want the help they do all they can to make sure u accomplish it. Nurses r very kind I am now on my 8th vivitrol shot and so proud to say 8 months sober

My mother spent a few days in this facility.She suffers from Alzheimer's. The quality of care is substandard. Many times I called, left messages and NEVER got a call back. We visited everytime they allowed it and tried to communicate with the staff, without much success. One evening we went to visit my mom and we were told she was released !!! No one knew where or to whom she was released. This facility is very irresponsible. When we asked about how could this happen, we were told that they were too busy and that my mom's Medicare ran out of benefits, so they were not able to have her any longer. NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE PATIENT'S FAMILY !!!! This is very absurd. We were told by a staff member that they were kicking people out of the facility, as they were over booked and had patients sleeping on the floor !!! However they do collect $$$ from Medicare and since they are mental health patients , they take advantage of that, knowing that they won't get reported. Money churning !

This is a terrible facility. Once they admit you, & know you have insurance, they drag their feet in letting out The Doctors are a joke & if you are lucky, you may see them for 3 to 4 minutes. They ask a couple of questions & go on to the next person waiting in a line outside the door. For this, they charge $325. The group sessions are no better. People are either napping, reading, or just walk out. Some of the attendants are helpful & seem to care, but many are not. The same goes for the clerical staff who offer little in the form of help. Never let them take you to this facility....

This place is a little bit like jail LOL. But it really gets you in the right frame of mind for the intensive outpatient program, which is the next phase. Rules here are heavy, waiting list can be long, chaos can be constant, group amount can be overwhelming, privacy virtually Non-Existent... But stay tough and stick with it. The intensive operation program is great. Well, better 🙂... Just obey the rules and you'll be fine! And remember, the rules exist for a reason. Avoid the pods of guys, a lot of the guys are just there because they're homeless. Not because they're looking to get sober. It's just a reality. I'm sure 30 days of this is not enough to get you sober, so if you plan on leaving after 30 days, be ready to work your own program when you get home. If you find the staff to be a little abrasive at times, well get over yourself , this is not a hotel. They're managing a lot of people in a very enclosed environment . Sometimes to do that they have to be blunt. And they have to be forceful. So if you get your feelings hurt, shut up. Grab a book, sit under a tree, or lay in your bed and read and work on your recovery. And regardless of some of the animals that are around you, respect others and practice being the human being that you want to become. This part of the program could stand a new property. This property is not the best. And well I suppose they could do a little bit better with weeding out the riff Raff. But whatever, you're not going to die. Get what you need to get and be pleasant to others. Later!

Great informational knowledge pertaining to dual diagnosis of mental health and substance use. Very involved in evaluating the roots and narrowing done the possible cause and effect the lead to such a life altering disease. They show interest in trying to figure out how or what maybe done to minimize or control the possibility of having to live life with such terrifying generational disease.

They do a great job with teens. They even take the family into consideration. I feel that other agencies often fail in providing appropriate quality treatment for young people while you succeed in it. Congratulation for such a good offering of services!

This is a amazing clinic. From the counselors to the doctor. They go out of their way to help my son. They visit him at school, they even have a team that will even visit your house and do activities with your child to help them learn coping skills, encouragement, help with self esteem issues, and they reward them aswell. I have seen my son go from having such anger every single day, to slowly coming out of his shell and communicating more, and being in better moods. They just give him someone to talk to other than me. Totally recommend this place. Wish there was something like this around when I was growing up.

I'm so thankful for this facility they took me out of a dark place I'm no longer in depression I put myself first in anything I do I just love these women they helped me more than they know thank u ladies
