The receptionist, Miss Davena, has helped me twice when I was struggling in the lobby. The facility is nice and they keep it clean. The whole staff is kind. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness while there but they lost or threw away my dentures...they said they will pay for the new dentures and I hope they pay for their replacement...in a timely manner...as they said they would...I will have to wait and see...because I just went to the dentist today to get molds made...I will be so happy when I get my dentures replaced!

I'm giving them a 5 because the receptionist went out of her way to get my daughter setup in the system because the online patient intake DOES NOT WORK do not waste your time. I've been waiting since last year for a call back. It's been a week so far this time but she said 2 weeks for someone to reach out they're understaffed and loom for help.

My overall experience was the best I’ve ever had and I have been hospitalized in several hospitals in Florida. 99% of the individuals we were involved with were excellent with repore, caring and professionalism. All Dr’s were the best and the nurses and tech’s were all excellent. A little slow in getting a room but ER was very busy. Room I finally got was beautiful and comfortable but the light in adjacent hallway didn’t allow for much rest. No shower was also disappointing. I will definitely recommend Ascension!!

I can't speak to the overall hospital and I didn't have the best experience when I arrived at registration, however, the radiologist and doctor I saw were stellar!!! Brittany greeted me with a smile. As we walked down the hallway, she was stopped by other clinicians for quick questions. She answered them and apologized every time, but to me it meant she was the person I wanted for my care. I was right! When she asked me what was wrong, she listened!!!!!! She didn't already have her mind up from having read my chart, although it was clear she had once she was talking with the doctor. She respected what I said, that was important to her. I can stop here but Brittany's cheery attitude, letting me know whats next and her clear directions during the testing made today so successful for me The doctor was smart and kind too!

The teamwork at Ascension Sacred Heart is phenomenal. I was assigned to the observation ward of Ascension Sacred Heart and treated great. The only negative thing I can say about Bay is something I pointed out before. If you are incontinent make sure you bring your own supplies. The supply pads are only good for teenagers, they are so thin and flimsy.

Mrs. Karen is by the greatest lady I have delt with.she genuinely cares about my son. We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. She has even helped us with the school to get recommendations to tge programs the school was dragging thier feet on. Mrs Jennifer was our child and family coordinator/ therapist and she was more than patient with us. My son loves her and tho he doesn't see her anymore she has made an everlasting impact in all our lives and family as a whole.

My son is completely transformed. He is definitely on his way to becoming the man that God has called him to be. Teen challenge is absolutely hands down the answer to your love one's addiction. This 12 month program is your childs pathway to recovery. Believe in its culture and watch your love one grow into a productive adult. I would definitely recommend this program to all who struggles with your love one's addictions.

I was there from October 2023 to April 2024 to be honest it beat jail but that's about it. Their wasn't much they knew what to do with us. Get up early walk to breakfast. come back have a 15 minute group with your "word of the day.." then do random chores that some of the residents take pride in and all serious. When it hardly does anything just keep us busy. A nicotine group and then lunch. after this they either walk us to the gym or have another pointless group. By dinner people are getting back from work and then there's a 2 hour or so night group. I never got a job while I was there because they were afraid for me to work near smoke shops SMH.... I was really just there to please the court and not go to prison. To be honest I give it a 4 star because they really do try. if I was would've been there to get sober like others that I knew were there itd probably work...

I am a graduate from back in like 1982, there were 6 other graduates in my group, it wasn't easy but I learned some important life lessons and how to positively manipulate situations rather than negative manipulation or other behaviors. I got my GED and graduated highschool there. I left and while still a teenager a studied insurance and became very successful. I think much of it was due to what I learned there.

I love this place. The only thing I can speak negatively on about it is that they bring every patient down on their meds. However the injections they do here is top notch. Always a lot of patients here too but they do move very quickly. Staff is always friendly.
