The receptionist, Miss Davena, has helped me twice when I was struggling in the lobby. The facility is nice and they keep it clean. The whole staff is kind. The staff did have some simple communication issues, but Miss Davina is just an amazing woman; She made sure I was taken care of when I came in struggling and needed some gentle guidance on how the facility runs their programs.

Some of the BHT staff are amazing, I was there for 3 weeks and didnt meet with therapist once. Most of the advertising on their website is false. The equine therapy consisted of grooming horses boarded there by outside paying owners. Minimal groups that were redundant. The most recovery I got from that place were the outside AA meetings we attended. The food is bland and same thing rotated just about every other day. Not sure how this place is still open even after management change. Dont send you're loved ones there if they're serious about getting help and making a change because recovery is not at all what this place is about. It's all about money insurance or not. 0 out of 5 stars. Clients are allowed cell phone and during my stay a client was missing for over 5 hours before anyone noticed and he did relapse. Nearly every client there with me was eager to go leave but they somehow talk to you into completing multiple months if you're insurance is willing to pay.

I went to Mending Fences to get help with my debilitating anxiety. From the time I arrived at the facility I was met with friendly and compassionate staff. The admission process was very professional, very timely and the staff made me feel safe. Concerning the program, Mending Fences focused on a personal track of a healing process designed specifically for me. I was assigned a Therapist (shout-out to Jeremy) who patiently worked with me to guide me through the healing process. Every therapists that led groups were dedicated to making learning different modalities wether - CBT, ART, OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES, EXERCISE AND MUSIC - Fun and engaging! From playing volleyball, shooting basketball hoops, bon fires and even an open mic night! Unfortunately, due to a health issue I had to leave the program - this was very disheartening for me - but the Psychiatrist , therapists and staff made the exiting process a great experience for me! Just to mention, these people try to accommodate me so that I could continue the program - it amazed me how much effort they put in - thanks 🙏 One last thing the facility and the grounds were beautiful! One last thank you to all the staff, techs , therapists and Doctors who helped me 🙏🙏 Rex

I am a first responder and came to this treatment facility pretty damaged from PTSD and alcohol abuse. The time I spent here helped me cope with my PTSD and got me in a place where I did not need alcohol any more (although I will still have to work on this daily). The groups and programs were wonderful and the administrators were knowledgeable and caring (Special shoutout to Marc for helping me with my daily exercise routines and Jeremy for the support and understanding he provided during his therapy sessions). I can’t forget about Dotty in the lunchroom….she was an absolute delight to see everyday, and she went out of her way to make sure everyone had all the food they needed. All in all, I would recommend this treatment facility to anyone struggling with addiction/mental health. Although this is the only facility I’ve ever been to, I have heard from other clients that not all places focus on addiction and mental health simultaneously. This was crucial for me and I’m happy to say that I’m healthier in both body and mind than I have been in decades! Thank you TMF!!

My wife checked herself into this place and I went to check on her they had her so doped up she couldn't even hold her head up she didn't even know who she was for 2days.. this place is not rehab it's a dope clinic I would not recommend anyone going there unless you want to get doped up.. they say you can leave anytime you want to just walk out but they have all the doors locked ... what kind of place is this..

I have spent the last 3 nights in the PCU at this hospital. I had a few great nurses, cafeteria staff that took care of me but above all of them (Camille)) was the 5 star. She was so pleasant to be around, always smiling and knew her job very well. I even told her to tell her mom that she did a GREAT job raising her. We talked about Thanksgiving because she had to work and I was there because I was very ill. She said her mom made the best corn bread stuffing and miniature sweet potato pies. We hugged on the day I was leaving and both my husband and I told her what a blessing she was to be my nurse. She went way above and beyond. Thank you Camille for making my stay a very pleasant one.

My son is completely transformed. He is definitely on his way to becoming the man that God has called him to be. Teen challenge is absolutely hands down the answer to your love one's addiction. This 12 month program is your childs pathway to recovery. Believe in its culture and watch your love one grow into a productive adult. I was there from October 2023 to April 2024 to be honest it beat jail but that's about it. Their wasn't much they knew what to do with us. Get up early walk to breakfast. come back have a 15 minute group with your "word of the day.." then do random chores that some of the residents take pride in and all serious. When it hardly does anything just keep us busy. A nicotine group and then lunch. after this they either walk us to the gym or have another pointless group. By dinner people are getting back from work and then there's a 2 hour or so night group. I never got a job while I was there because they were afraid for me to work near smoke shops SMH.... I was really just there to please the court and not go to prison. To be honest I give it a 4 star because they really do try. if I was would've been there to get sober like others that I knew were there itd probably work...

I am a graduate from back in like 1982, there were 6 other graduates in my group, it wasn't easy but I learned some important life lessons and how to positively manipulate situations rather than negative manipulation or other behaviors. I got my GED and graduated highschool there. I left and while still a teenager a studied insurance and became very successful. I think much of it was due to what I learned there.
