Mrs. Karen is by the greatest lady I have delt with.she genuinely cares about my son. We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. She has even helped us with the school to get recommendations to tge programs the school was dragging thier feet on. Mrs Jennifer was our child and family coordinator/ therapist and she was more than patient with us. My son loves her and tho he doesn't see her anymore she has made an everlasting impact in all our lives and family as a whole.

All though I was sent there by the court. My 3 stays there were great the staff there are great. The 3 stays there was the only time I ever felt loved and cared about. Now the Doctors and some nurses are fucking idiots, and don't give a damn about the residents. But my only real complaint would be that the place is dirty and nasty house keeping is lazy as fuck and half ass cleans especially the bathrooms and showers.

Well, I moved to Cairo ga 3 years ago from Michigan. The first time visiting the VA in Tallahassee 3 years ago right after I moved here was a shock. Small compared to what I'm used to. I went to the Detroit VA and the Ann Arbor VA. Both facilities were like going to tallahasee Memorial Hospital.. huge. They had parking garages 4 levels. So that was the first thing I noticed. As far as treatment goes, no complaints. Although I would like to see anger management classes or group therapy there.

Leaving a review on purely the juvenile side.
Firstly it does offer benefits and the staff do try to help you out to the extent of their ability to, though the amount of care or help you get is Highly dependent on what staff is working in your unit on that specific day so at times its iffy to say the least, they do offer schooling Wich is a plus. Laundry is done for you if you set it within a laundry basket at the end of the day Wich is also great as well as 3 meals Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner. and 3 snacks a day.
You usually get put in a room with a roommate but if your a no roommate person (The reason you sent there usually) Decides if you are an no roommate person and not allowed to have one.
Things this place needs...
Firstly some roommates are disgusting and cant clean up after themselves and it unhygienic would be nice to have someone clean it out.
Secondly more availability to people who CAN change things for example, medicine,room,portions of food. all of that and get your stuff brought in approved... because doctors are only available at certain times and you cant just sit down and talk when you want Wich kinda sucks but I do understand they have stuff to do.
Thirdly from a patient perspective it seems sorta-kinda understaffed and like their underpaid sometimes by the way some staff just don't care.. you ask them for something and their dismissive or tell you to shut up.
All and all if some issues are fixed and certain things are improved upon this could help more people in the future, I hope this review is taken into consideration and maybe things could be changed? like reviewing staff behavior towards the youth side.

This place was like HOME to me. They have the kindest and most understanding staff. They offer one on ones and really give you the time and opportunity to reflect on everything your going through. They keep it light hearted and fun when rough conversations were had the day before. They do daily check in and really form genuine and professional connections with their patients. I was able to call back months later to have the staff remember me and list little details I had shared with them. I miss this place and loved that I had the opportunity to go there. This organization transformed my brothers life. He was lost in a drug addiction life for most of his life, until he found God in this center. My son is completely transformed. He is definitely on his way to becoming the man that God has called him to be. Teen challenge is absolutely hands down the answer to your love one's addiction. This 12 month program is your childs pathway to recovery. Believe in its culture and watch your love one grow into a productive adult. I’m not sure why this hospital have two stars but goddamnit I’m gonna be the first person to give it 10 stars. MY DOCTOR was top-tier as Sweet and understanding and doctor son had the most sweetest spirit and he was understanding the night. Staff is top-tier and they make me laugh while I was having a mental breakdown beyond exhaustion. I really enjoyed my stay there and I met Some beautiful strong women who’s more stronger than me I really really like MY DOCTOR and I hope to see him again If life gets too much for me, I needed to take a break for my busy life just to deal with my emotions And staff got them together for me. I live with Schizophrenia and also Bipolar II. I have been using services at the Thomasville location for more than 10 yrs. I get Therapy, I see the doctor, & I've attended Wellness Groups. GA Pines is all about recovery and I can say with confidence how VALUABLE GA PINES services are because I am a living example! I have been in recovery since 2013. I have been working here since 2014 in Administration. I have found my niche because I am doing something I know about. Before Recovery I was lost, I felt like I was watching life from the window of a house I could not leave. Therapy has raised my self-esteem, taught me boundaries, helped me overcome feelings of hopelessness & despair. I'm no longer ashamed of my mental illness.

My uncle was in their care for over a year, until he passed recently. We(his family), are all based out of state. One of the hardest parts was that we couldn't visit him and the thought of him there alone was very hard to deal with. But he wasn't alone. I hadn't put into perspective the staff who worked with him and took care of him day in and day out. We just received a memorial gift from Centrepoint that came in a beautifully done wooden box. But it was the first page inside with 40 signatures and messages from each the staff who were there with, and for my uncle, until the moment he passed. Seeing that, the thoughtfulness of the gift and all the ways they accommodated us to stay in contact and keep us updated on his situation, we have the utmost gratitude and appreciation for the time, respect and support you showed our family during this entire process.

The staff at Centre Pointe Health & Rehab were warm and welcoming, providing exceptional care and attention to every need, and the facility's amenities, including on-site Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy, made for a truly comfortable stay. Had to give a star in order to write this review. This place gets 0 stars. Whoever is in charge of this place need to clean house and Start fresh with employees that will take pride in their job, and take it serious. Playing music from their phones, playing cards, sitting in a circle looking at each other crazy. I see why y'all Don't allow the patients to have their phones, because the truth would come light about this place. Don't worry it will, real soon!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had a family member here, that I could barely get in touch with at all. The staff had terrible phone etiquette, and totally violated hipaa by connecting me to other patients. My family member went to the “other side” without any staff saying anything, I found out from a patient!! There were patients there stealing food from other patients’ tray, and concerns and questions were not answered. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
