Mrs. Karen is by the greatest lady I have delt with.she genuinely cares about my son. We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. She has even helped us with the school to get recommendations to tge programs the school was dragging thier feet on. Mrs Jennifer was our child and family coordinator/ therapist and she was more than patient with us. My son loves her and tho he doesn't see her anymore she has made an everlasting impact in all our lives and family as a whole.

Also they have so many different types of group meetings that helps in parenting as well as spiritual and emotional groups, and a councillor for everyone who goes. I’m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

Waking up in the ICU with no memory of what happened is a solid zero out of ten on the Yelp scale of life events. Realizing I just had brain surgery—and had a tube draining blood from my head—dropped that rating into the negatives. ​But let me tell you, the ICU and PCU teams went so far above and beyond, they practically orbited the earth. If I named every amazing person, you’d be reading this until tomorrow. Over four terrifying days, they showed me a level of love, patience, and professionalism that kept me from completely losing my mind. We simply do not give hospital staff enough credit. ​The sweet girl who cleaned my room brought a massive smile with her every single time she walked in. The cute girl who took my meal orders somehow made me feel like I was dining at a high-end French restaurant—and honestly, the food was actually good! ​Then there was my bed. The true MVP. It aggressively screamed for help if I made even one wrong move. I’m pretty sure that mattress was more invested in my survival than I was. ​To my nurse from Alaska, who scolded me not to run away with all the fierce authority of a worried mother (which is hilarious, considering I am triple her age): thank you. To my sweet nurse heading to Tampa who actually shed tears with me: you are an angel. I apologize for being such a scared, nervous wreck, but I could write an entire book about how wonderful you all are. You all deserve medals. ​And then... there’s Dr. Torres, who managed to ruin this beautiful vibe in exactly five minutes. I will be having a separate chat with management about him, but let’s just say he should probably discover what a shower is, leave his nasty, dirty bag at home, and strongly consider immediate retirement. My experience with him was the absolute worst. ​But to the rest of the staff: God bless you all, and thank you for everything you do!

This is a amazing clinic. From the counselors to the doctor. They go out of their way to help my son. They visit him at school, they even have a team that will even visit your house and do activities with your child to help them learn coping skills, encouragement, help with self esteem issues, and they reward them aswell. I have seen my son go from having such anger every single day, to slowly coming out of his shell and communicating more, and being in better moods. They just give him someone to talk to other than me. Totally recommend this place. Wish there was something like this around when I was growing up.

Had my infusion done last week! The gals up there take such good care of me! Kim and Kayleigh go above and beyond to make me comfortable and even though my appointments are 6 months apart they seem to remember me and know exactly what I need. I don't dread my treatments! I love this place. The only thing I can speak negatively on about it is that they bring every patient down on their meds. However the injections they do here is top notch. Always a lot of patients here too but they do move very quickly. Staff is always friendly.

This job has taught me the true meaning of forgiveness, patience, love and kindness. No one talks about the staff who go out of their way to help with services. People are dissatisfied because they don't get to tell staff what to do and don't tolerate negative, condescending statements from those we serve. Bein respectful is an expectation. If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. Bro when I tell you that this is the best rehab I have ever been to I mean this is the best rehab I have ever been to! The food is outstanding! The staff is outstanding! My name :is Daniel Harris I was just recently in recovery Bay treatment center for the second time this is my second time of being there I have gang the knowledge and the wisdom to keep in mind and remember what I went through struggle with my addiction during the time when I was in treatment at recovery bay I learned it wasn't me ..it was the monster that was driving on the inside of me when I was struggling with my addiction..since I found recovery Bay as well as being discharged from recovery bay ,I have left out of the door with great knowledge and wisdom that was passed down to me from Miss Tammy ,Amanda Townsend, Miss Cindy, Marcus, as well as Miss Kelly, DeLorean and "A kill"I have been baptized while I was there since I gave up the old me and put on the new garment the Lord has been working in my life I have no desires to want to drink or get high I met this guy by the name of Steven while in recovery Bay he was a great guy to some who knew him my condolences goes out to Steve family .Morrow of the story is when Steven passed away from alcohol poisoning it shook me right then and there alarm to cherish my health and my life over my addiction I am grateful for the people at recovery Bay who want all of us to complete the program and do well with our sobriety I must admit going through life on a day-to-day struggle dealing with your addiction it's a bumpy road to go down gentlemen's don't give up to fight ask the Lord to work in your life and give you the strength and the power to fight that nasty disease that is killing us so yes I am grateful again for Marcus ,Miss Cindy ,Miss Kelly ,Miss Tammy ,Miss Amanda,townsend ,and a brother by the name of DeLorean who is a god-fearing man as well as "a kill"so with that being said I would like to wish all the patients that are in recovery Bay the best with their journey dealing with their sobriety and why you in recovery Bay I asked each patient that is in there to get all the tools they need to overcome their addiction evidently you want to change if that wasn't so you wouldn't be there so guys open your heart and your mind an elevate your mind to a bright picture .
