My experience with Bridgeway over the past month has been excellent. The practice makes it easy to get started. I didn't have to wait long for my initial appointment, and the new patient process was very smooth. The front desk staff for Psychiatry and Medication Services are sweet and incredibly helpful. My provider, Candi, is wonderful; she's clearly knowledgeable and was very thorough in taking my history. I truly felt heard and respected as a patient. She is also proactive in managing my medication needs. Highly recommend Bridgeway! :)

Ive been a patient here for over a year now and I believe the staff that works here has a true heart to serve others in maintaining stability of mental health. Dr April is thorough with questions she has asked me to be sure my medication was correct. I say this, bc I have seen significant improvement in consistency in all areas of my life. Also, she isn’t just a doctor handing out meds at random- like I’ve experienced in another state When I was prescribed two separate addictions unaware of what those meds would do at the time. I feel a sense of security and confidence coming here! The nurses were really helpful when I had a blood pressure issue, the front desk assistance is on it, and the pharmacy is SO MUCH MORE feasible that I am able to AFFORD my meds!

This is a amazing clinic. From the counselors to the doctor. They go out of their way to help my son. They visit him at school, they even have a team that will even visit your house and do activities with your child to help them learn coping skills, encouragement, help with self esteem issues, and they reward them aswell. I have seen my son go from having such anger every single day, to slowly coming out of his shell and communicating more, and being in better moods. They just give him someone to talk to other than me. Totally recommend this place. Wish there was something like this around when I was growing up.

Had my infusion done last week! The gals up there take such good care of me! Kim and Kayleigh go above and beyond to make me comfortable and even though my appointments are 6 months apart they seem to remember me and know exactly what I need. I don't dread my treatments! Also...mammograms at SE are so fast!! And MRI lets me listen to my favorite music.

When compared to other places this one is good. So far very decent with minor faults. For example, after we pass front desk and go to the back we then gotta back again to front desk to do various things that could have been brought up before going to the back. This place was like HOME to me. They have the kindest and most understanding staff. They offer one on ones and really give you the time and opportunity to reflect on everything your going through. They keep it light hearted and fun when rough conversations were had the day before. They do daily check in and really form genuine and professional connections with their patients. I was able to call back months later to have the staff remember me and list little details I had shared with them. I miss this place and loved that I had the opportunity to go there. All though I was sent there by the court. My 3 stays there were great the staff there are great. The 3 stays there was the only time I ever felt loved and cared about. Now the Doctors and some nurses are fucking idiots, and don't give a damn about the residents. But my only real complaint would be that the place is dirty and nasty house keeping is lazy as fuck and half ass cleans especially the bathrooms and showers.

This place has turned my life around. Jesus does in fact heal from alcohol and drug addiction and he used this place to get me there. Brother Tom and brother Devon are great men who want to see the best for every person that comes here. I would recommend for anyone who is wanting to turn there life around.

Was recently here for treatment and I will say that the staff was very professional and helpful. Nurses had great bed side manner, ss workers were very attentive and great listeners, all support staff were great. No I wasn't paid to say all this. Lol.

I took a friend in that was having a difficult time. The staff was very caring & knowagable on a treatment plan. The counselor was amazing & explained in simple terms for one to understand why this was happening. I will recommend this location.
