If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. Great staff, quick and friendly once you are enrolled. Life saving program. Only thing I could complain about is the waiting list upon applying. If you need to get in here don't wait! At least call and plan for it now cause it can take a while to be seen. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever!

I recently went to HCA Fort Walton-Destin Hospital for some outpatient cardio exams with the Radiology Department. My experience was very positive. I was greeted warmly by registration and again when I arrived at Radiology. I did not wait long and the waiting area was calm and clean. The technician was incredible. Professional, friendly, efficient, and caring. I would do it again in a heartbeat-lol!

Since the center is under new ownership I can definitely see a big improvement. The facility was clean and it smelled fresh. The CNA’s were professional and very tentative. When I advised the CNA my sister needed assistance, CNA Cheyenne Armstrong said she would locate her CNA. Two minutes later Ms Armstrong came to room said she couldn’t locate the CNA assigned to my sister so she would take care of my sister’s needs. Ms Armstrong was polite and very professional. The second CNA was Cheyenne Carroll she was the night CNA assigned to my sister. She was attentive and made sure my sister was comfortable. I pray the facility continues to make improvements and maintain the cleanness and quality I saw that day. Also kudos to Mr. Tim, for taking the time to meet with me and answer all my questions. Nice improvement team keep up the good work!

The staff here is really friendly! I especially appreciate the activities guy, who always brings a positive energy. The nurses are wonderful, and the therapy team is fantastic. Plus, the food is served hot, and the rooms are nice and spacious. Overall, the customer service here is excellent! customer service

Came here for the first as I’m changing my VA service to here. No major complaints, but one thing they need to correct. The kind volunteer handed me a piece of paper showing me who I needed to call to get my service. Unfortunately, the phone number on the paper was no longer in service. Suggest they revive the letter. And the kicker: that person doesn’t actually handle what I was there for. Nothing major, but I feel it needs to be addressed.

This clinic truly changed my life. The program gave me tools that I still use every day — understanding boundaries, core beliefs, cognitive distortions, self-esteem, DBT skills, and healthier coping skills. During one of the darkest times in my life, this place helped me shift my perspective and start healing. I’m incredibly grateful for the staff and the people I met in the program. I’ve honestly never been surrounded by so many supportive and genuine individuals at one time. A special thank you to my therapist, Stanchele, for the guidance and care that helped me grow. Facilities like this should exist everywhere, especially for military members and communities that don’t always have access to quality mental health care. I’m thankful this hidden gem crossed my path.

This place was like HOME to me. They have the kindest and most understanding staff. They offer one on ones and really give you the time and opportunity to reflect on everything your going through. They keep it light hearted and fun when rough conversations were had the day before. They do daily check in and really form genuine and professional connections with their patients. I was able to call back months later to have the staff remember me and list little details I had shared with them. I miss this place and loved that I had the opportunity to go there. Would highly recommend to all those looking:)

Amazing People... They changed my life. I've been to dozens of therapists/psychs/counselors/etc...but Tracie is the best in the nation. I wouldn't trade my experience for anything. Doc M is outstanding. She really takes the time to understand your needs and is solution focused. If you need help, please reach out. There is hope. You are loved, you are worth it, and others care for you, whether you believe it or not. You are not alone. It doesn't have to be here... but I am eternally grateful for the care I received at ECBH. Absolutely love this place!! Carly P is one of the best counselors I have ever met!! She is very down to earth which makes it very comfortable to talk to her. Also she doesn’t judge you which is very hard to find these days! Not to mention her office decor is very cozy and serene so you are definitely relaxed. I can not say enough nice things about this place, they are truly AMAZING!! My name :is Daniel Harris I was just recently in recovery Bay treatment center for the second time this is my second time of being there I have gang the knowledge and the wisdom to keep in mind and remember what I went through struggle with my addiction during the time when I was in treatment at recovery bay I learned it wasn't me ..it was the monster that was driving on the inside of me when I was struggling with my addiction..since I found recovery Bay as well as being discharged from recovery bay ,I have left out of the door with great knowledge and wisdom that was passed down to me from Miss Tammy ,Amanda Townsend, Miss Cindy, Marcus, as well as Miss Kelly, DeLorean and "A kill"I have been baptized while I was there since I gave up the old me and put on the new garment the Lord has been working in my life I have no desires to want to drink or get high I met this guy by the name of Steven while in recovery Bay he was a great guy to some who knew him my condolences goes out to Steve family .Morrow of the story is when Steven passed away from alcohol poisoning it shook me right then and there alarm to cherish my health and my life over my addiction I am grateful for the people at recovery Bay who want all of us to complete the program and do well with our sobriety I must admit going through life on a day-to-day struggle dealing with your addiction it's a bumpy road to go down gentlemen's don't give up to fight ask the Lord to work in your life and give you the strength and the power to fight that nasty disease that is killing us so yes I am grateful again for Marcus ,Miss Cindy ,Miss Kelly ,Miss Tammy ,Miss Amanda,townsend ,and a brother by the name of DeLorean who is a god-fearing man as well as "a kill"so with that being said I would like to wish all the patients that are in recovery Bay the best with their journey dealing with their sobriety and why you in recovery Bay I asked each patient that is in there to get all the tools they need to overcome their addiction evidently you want to change if that wasn't so you wouldn't be there so guys open your heart and your mind an elevate your mind to a bright picture . Again thank you Mr Marcus for opening up recovery Bay I'm thankful and blessed that I got the chance to come through recovery Bay to meet some amazing people which is y'all Miss Tammy Amanda DeLorean Miss Kelly Miss Cindy as well as the nurse Alexis so thank y'all again..

I did not think i had a problem and did not want to be here. I needed to be at 12 Oaks. They really got to the core issue in my life that caused me pain and taught me ways to manage and cope with the anger and hurt i had. This place really changed me for the better. Unfortunately I've had to use many different mental health providers over the course of 58 years and bridgeway center is hands down the best one I've ever experienced!. Kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend bridgeway to anyone needing mental health support. The receptionist, Miss Davena, has helped me twice when I was struggling in the lobby. The facility is nice and they keep it clean. The whole staff is kind. My overall experience was the best I’ve ever had and I have been hospitalized in several hospitals in Florida. 99% of the individuals we were involved with were excellent with repore, caring and professionalism. All Dr’s were the best and the nurses and tech’s were all excellent. A little slow in getting a room but ER was very busy. Room I finally got was beautiful and comfortable but the light in adjacent hallway didn’t allow for much rest. No shower was also disappointing. I will definitely recommend Ascension!!

I can't speak to the overall hospital and I didn't have the best experience when I arrived at registration, however, the radiologist and doctor I saw were stellar!!! Brittany greeted me with a smile. As we walked down the hallway, she was stopped by other clinicians for quick questions. She answered them and apologized every time, but to me it meant she was the person I wanted for my care. I was right! When she asked me what was wrong, she listened!!!!!! She didn't already have her mind up from having read my chart, although it was clear she had once she was talking with the doctor. She respected what I said, that was important to her. I can stop here but Brittany's cheery attitude, letting me know whats next and her clear directions during the testing made today so successful for me The doctor was smart and kind too!

The teamwork at Ascension Sacred Heart is phenomenal. I was assigned to the observation ward of Ascension Sacred Heart and treated great. The only negative thing I can say about Bay is something I pointed out before. If you are incontinent make sure you bring your own supplies. The supply pads are only good for teenagers, they are so thin and flimsy.
