Been coming to this clinic since it opened in 2008. Way better attitudes here than the old location of the Pensacola clinic. My only complaint is it takes forever to get an appointment to see primary care provider. You can't get a referral for anything without seeing her first. I had an appointment for Oct that was changed 4 times to later dates. I gave up and cancelled it. I also had a specialist one here in the clinic cancelled the day before when waited 3 months to see them. What was a Sept appt is now Dec. It's not like we are able to change other things we already scheduled in our lives to accomodate constant changes to V.A. changes. I do like my mh community care psychologist for ptsd. V.A. wanted me to wait 6 months and drive to Panama City clinic to see their psychologist. That was too long a wait and too far to drive. I did get a mh referral to a V.A. sleep psychologist but again a long wait. I have severe insomnia. Got referred in Aug for a Dec telehealth. Telehealth should be a lot sooner with technology easily available. Quality of care has been good but the wait times suck. V.A. system needs to change and get more staffing.

Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System – Joint Ambulatory Care Center in Pensacola, Florida, offers primary care, laboratory services and mental healthcare. Their mental health services are provided in an outpatient setting and aim to help those who serve to lead fulfilling lives and achieve long-term stability. The facility can help you recover | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Considering the patient to Doctor ratio is ten times what it should be, I think this clinic does well. I have one critique. Remove the soil from the water fountains at the main entrance. The appearance is a disgrace. Either use the fountain as intended or destroy it. I’ve had a pleasant experience with this VA clinic. This is the first time I’ve actually felt heard and cared about and I’ve been ordered actual tests and labs to find out the underlying cause to my condition vs just slapping a generic label on it and managing symptoms. I can’t thank my primary care doctor enough and big shout out to the gastrointestinal team too! I’m sure everyone doesn’t have the same experience but I’ve felt nothing but kindness and care here

Cantonment, Florida | The New Season Treatment Center of Pensacola is located in Cantonment, Florida. Outpatient services are provided for opioid addiction treatment and recovery. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted. Medication assisted treatment is offered. The medication will help address withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Intensive outpatient services are also availabl | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I’ve had a really positive experience at New Seasons. The doctor is wonderful — caring, attentive, and easy to talk to. Breeze Anne and Joy both run great groups; you can tell they genuinely care about the patients and our recovery journeys. Breeze Anne especially goes above and beyond to make people feel supported and understood.
The wait times can get a little long, but it’s clear the staff are doing their best, especially with how many patients they serve. I also think it’s great that they’ve partnered with 904 Health — Unity, who works with them, is awesome and has been such a great addition to the clinic.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the new staff member who handles the drug testing. She isn’t very professional in how she speaks to patients — often talking down to them and creating unnecessary tension. There’s also a confusing sign on her door that says “knock and then wait,” yet she’s yelled at patients for knocking. It might help to replace that with something clearer, like “please wait to be called.”
Overall, New Seasons has done a great job hiring friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive staff — this one person just doesn’t reflect the otherwise amazing team. With that small change, I’d happily give them 5 stars.

The folks at the Center, from Dr. Hardy in Audiology, to all of the support staff I met while there, could not have been nicer. They treated me with respect and dignity and thanked me many times over for my service to our country. I am returning today for my hearing aids and I'm anxious to meet even more of the staff. I'm blessed to have the Tuskegee V.A. Medical Center nearby. While I was there on Nov. 14, I also made an appointment with Primary Care and with the Dental Office. I'm looking forward to these visits and receiving treatment from the many medical professionals serving our veterans.

The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. If you are lucky enough to know the direct line for the patient advocate, they may be able to help. If you call the central phone line, be prepared to not be successfully connected to any department. I would love to discuss this matter with any upper level staff of the hospital. Oh wait, you can’t reach their offices.

I have heard all the bad stories about Montgomery facility and I’m glad to be with Tuskegee VA. I enjoy the staff here to the fullest and most of all they care!Absolutely love this VA facility.
