I am so glad that I got to come get healthy at JPEC. The staff- all the way from housekeeping to the executive director are phenomenal. They actually care about the clients and their recovery process. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone. The therapy/counseling sessions were very therapeutic. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone seeking help to come to JPEC.

If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. This clinic truly changed my life. The program gave me tools that I still use every day — understanding boundaries, core beliefs, cognitive distortions, self-esteem, DBT skills, and healthier coping skills. During one of the darkest times in my life, this place helped me shift my perspective and start healing. I’m incredibly grateful for the staff and the people I met in the program. I’ve honestly never been surrounded by so many supportive and genuine individuals at one time. A special thank you to my therapist, Stanchele, for the guidance and care that helped me grow. Facilities like this should exist everywhere, especially for military members and communities that don’t always have access to quality mental health care. This place was like HOME to me. They have the kindest and most understanding staff. They offer one on ones and really give you the time and opportunity to reflect on everything your going through. They keep it light hearted and fun when rough conversations were had the day before. They do daily check in and really form genuine and professional connections with their patients. I was able to call back months later to have the staff remember me and list little details I had shared with them. I miss this place and loved that I had the opportunity to go there. Would highly recommend to all those looking:)

Amazing People... They changed my life. I've been to dozens of therapists/psychs/counselors/etc...but Tracie is the best in the nation. I wouldn't trade my experience for anything. Doc M is outstanding. She really takes the time to understand your needs and is solution focused. If you need help, please reach out. There is hope. You are loved, you are worth it, and others care for you, whether you believe it or not. You are not alone. It doesn't have to be here... but I am eternally grateful for the care I received at ECBH. Since the center is under new ownership I can definitely see a big improvement. The facility was clean and it smelled fresh. The CNA’s were professional and very tentative. When I advised the CNA my sister needed assistance, CNA Cheyenne Armstrong said she would locate her CNA. Two minutes later Ms Armstrong came to room said she couldn’t locate the CNA assigned to my sister so she would take care of my sister’s needs. Ms Armstrong was polite and very professional. The second CNA was Cheyenne Carroll she was the night CNA assigned to my sister. She was attentive and made sure my sister was comfortable. I pray the facility continues to make improvements and maintain the cleanness and quality I saw that day. Also kudos to Mr. Tim, for taking the time to meet with me and answer all my questions. Nice improvement team keep up the good work!

The staff here is really friendly! I especially appreciate the activities guy, who always brings a positive energy. The nurses are wonderful, and the therapy team is fantastic. Absolutely love this place!! Carly P is one of the best counselors I have ever met!! She is very down to earth which makes it very comfortable to talk to her. Also she doesn’t judge you which is very hard to find these days! Not to mention her office decor is very cozy and serene so you are definitely relaxed. I can not say enough nice things about this place, they are truly AMAZING!! I’m not happy here just confused I’m constantly trying to call and get help but some of the staff here makes a person feel bad as if they don’t want to help a person trying to help themselves get better and that’s not fair ! I mean why are you all in business if you don’t want to help it’s us TAXPAYERS that have to pay for this false fraud of an establishment that waste peoples time who need to be seen or get helped it’s not even RIGHT !!! maybe they don’t care 🤷🏽‍♀️ it’s why they have about 2️⃣ stars ⭐️ ⭐️ and based on other honest negative REVIEWS they don’t seem to take peoples health serious. Even the therapist ELAINA doesn’t seem to want to help me I feel she constantly dodging me I constantly called to speak to her and is constantly rebuffed by Connie that she is not available or she just won’t let me speak to her and Elaina is constantly not available for me to see her on a regular basis and when I call to confirm about appointment it’s always not the right date it’s like they don’t want me to be seen and I have to see her 1 or 2 months out at a time what sense does that makes she told me herself if I need help to simply call but yet I can’t even SPEAK TO her and she doesn’t provide a email or any other contact information for me to reach her so I can by pass having to call the front office. I can’t even see a different therapist thanks to Elaina so I’m trying to speak to this garrett guy who is ALSO not available at this time until sometime next week so yeah it’s obvious consumers mental health concerns aren’t taken seriously here by manager or staff so that’s my lost I guess but to be fair previous staff hired here were better capable and more caring 🤨 but guess their so called policy has changed on customer care it explains the two star ratings compared to other locations, it wasn’t always like this I don’t RECOMMEND this location. It’s a chore coming here now I believe it’s all a JOB to them including Elaina but it’s all good thanks for you alls time and what support was given LEGACY BEHAVIORAL Have a nice dayy Ms. Ellis (sigh ) 😔

Unfortunately I've had to use many different mental health providers over the course of 58 years and bridgeway center is hands down the best one I've ever experienced!. Kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend bridgeway to anyone needing mental health support. When you’re dealing with mental health challenges, having a supportive and compassionate team makes all the difference, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. My NP, April Burgess, has truly been a Godsend throughout my treatment. She listens, cares, and works with you to find what actually helps. I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received here. The staff is wonderful and therapists and doctors are very knowledgeable and sympathetic. Very well organized scheduling wise. Showers were very cold but I didn’t go there for luxury. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness while there but they lost or threw away my dentures...they said they will pay for the new dentures and I hope they pay for their replacement...in a timely manner...as they said they would...I will have to wait and see...because I just went to the dentist today to get molds made...I will be so happy when I get my dentures replaced!

The receptionist, Miss Davena, has helped me twice when I was struggling in the lobby. The facility is nice and they keep it clean. The whole staff is kind. The staff did have some simple communication issues, but Miss Davina is just an amazing woman; She made sure I was taken care of when I came in struggling and needed some gentle guidance on how the facility runs their programs.

Waking up in the ICU with no memory of what happened is a solid zero out of ten on the Yelp scale of life events. Realizing I just had brain surgery—and had a tube draining blood from my head—dropped that rating into the negatives. ​But let me tell you, the ICU and PCU teams went so far above and beyond, they practically orbited the earth. If I named every amazing person, you’d be reading this until tomorrow. Over four terrifying days, they showed me a level of love, patience, and professionalism that kept me from completely losing my mind. We simply do not give hospital staff enough credit. ​The sweet girl who cleaned my room brought a massive smile with her every single time she walked in. The cute girl who took my meal orders somehow made me feel like I was dining at a high-end French restaurant—and honestly, the food was actually good! ​Then there was my bed. The true MVP. It aggressively screamed for help if I made even one wrong move. I’m pretty sure that mattress was more invested in my survival than I was. ​To my nurse from Alaska, who scolded me not to run away with all the fierce authority of a worried mother (which is hilarious, considering I am triple her age): thank you. To my sweet nurse heading to Tampa who actually shed tears with me: you are an angel. I apologize for being such a scared, nervous wreck, but I could write an entire book about how wonderful you all are. You all deserve medals. ​And then... there’s Dr. Torres, who managed to ruin this beautiful vibe in exactly five minutes. I will be having a separate chat with management about him, but let’s just say he should probably discover what a shower is, leave his nasty, dirty bag at home, and strongly consider immediate retirement. My experience with him was the absolute worst. ​But to the rest of the staff: God bless you all, and thank you for everything you do!
