I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I have seen many successes come out of Journey Pure. Miracles happen Every Day! Relationships restored. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Journey Pure seriously saved my life!!! My experience their cannot be explained as to how wonderful it was!!! I actually miss it!!! Lol, but I’m happier to be successfully on my journey in this forever choice to be happy and sober in the real world!!! The staff and counselors are great!!! The best facility I've been too. They have a great program. The staff and therapist are awesome. Definitely and amazing experience. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants or needs help no matter what addiction.

This place is great..with staff that truly cares for you,and a chef to that prepares each meal with love..24 hour nursing staff that knows exactly what you need.and therapists that get to the cause of your addiction..this place showed me that I can be happy in sobriety..and after 35 long years in addiction to opiates ..I want to thank Marcus and all staff at recovery bay.for helping me get my life back!! I am sober and confident that I will remaine that way.

If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. So not only would I pick this rehab I’m also a patient. Thank you for your time.

Everywhere you go even in hospitals or food services you're going to have your good and bad. Life management services the community regardless of ability to pay or type of insurance. They try very hard. Their willingness to help is superb. Again anywhere you go you'll have bad apples but it doesn't ruin the bunch. They've helped me alot. And if you need help. While I was here I was treated with the utmost respect before my most recent visit I found out I was transgender and I was treated with the utmost respect they are here for you ♾️/10 love this place
I have spent the last 3 nights in the PCU at this hospital. I had a few great nurses, cafeteria staff that took care of me but above all of them (Camille)) was the 5 star. She was so pleasant to be around, always smiling and knew her job very well. I even told her to tell her mom that she did a GREAT job raising her. We talked about Thanksgiving because she had to work and I was there because I was very ill. She said her mom made the best corn bread stuffing and miniature sweet potato pies. We hugged on the day I was leaving and both my husband and I told her what a blessing she was to be my nurse. She went way above and beyond. Thank you Camille for making my stay a very pleasant one.

I have had several procedures at Sacred Heart and I can't say enough about the wonderful people that took care of me. I would recommend the Heart doctors there to anyone. I have had the same nurse twice now and she Is the best.
When I hear from others as they share their own dilemma I am determined to reach out and share also . I know that it only takes 1 voice to change Everything. it works

I love this place. The only thing I can speak negatively on about it is that they bring every patient down on their meds. However the injections they do here is top notch. Always a lot of patients here too but they do move very quickly. Staff is always friendly.

I have been a patient for several months, and let me tell you how wonderful the whole staff is. The receptionist, is so kind, she’s truly amazing. Doctor Amanda Liles is such a wonderful person. She’s so amazing. I’m lucky to have her. I’m lucky to have both my doctors.
I reiterate, Dr. Amanda Liles, and the staff at Lakeview are amazing people. I don’t know how I got so lucky to have them in my life.

Facility and Administrator was very helpful for friend of family for respite stay on two occasions. They took very good care of them and mom seemed very happy while there will definitely use them again

I recently changed over to the Eglin VA clinic, and I couldn't be happier. I know some of the reviews on here are really old and maybe they had issues in the past. My first appointment for labs was completed before my appointment time. My first PCP appointment was great. My nurse, Leanna, was amazing! Dr. Shams spent a lot of time getting to know me, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about my health and wanted to help improve it. Everyone in that building was kind and helpful. I can honestly say that so far, they have earned my trust and respect.

Been coming to this clinic since it opened in 2008. Way better attitudes here than the old location of the Pensacola clinic. My only complaint is it takes forever to get an appointment to see primary care provider. You can't get a referral for anything without seeing her first. I had an appointment for Oct that was changed 4 times to later dates. I gave up and cancelled it. I also had a specialist one here in the clinic cancelled the day before when waited 3 months to see them. What was a Sept appt is now Dec. It's not like we are able to change other things we already scheduled in our lives to accomodate constant changes to V.A. changes. I do like my mh community care psychologist for ptsd. V.A. wanted me to wait 6 months and drive to Panama City clinic to see their psychologist. That was too long a wait and too far to drive. I did get a mh referral to a V.A. sleep psychologist but again a long wait. I have severe insomnia. Got referred in Aug for a Dec telehealth. Telehealth should be a lot sooner with technology easily available. Quality of care has been good but the wait times suck. V.A. system needs to change and get more staffing.
They are caring and will personally help you get on the right track and on the right dose for you. Also they do saboxon and methadone treatment. Also they have so many different types of group meetings that helps in parenting as well as spiritual and emotional groups, and a councillor for everyone who goes. Just a great place to go and seek drug or alcohol treatment.✝️🙏🦋💖✌️🌈. We need something for the kids to play or color

Edit: things are finally getting fixed for me. It took forever but finally things are getting back on track here. //The rules that the clinic it self is now breaking is making it very hard for me to stay on track with my sobriety. Things used to be better here, but the last two years big mistakes are being made by workers and even when they tell you they will fix it and that they are sorry, they’re not. There’s zero accountability..

I’m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!
Twelve Oask recovery has given me an opportunity to get my life back. I’ve learned a lot of useful tools and coping mechanisms to stay clean and live a full and happy life. Jason and Joel are amazing at what they do and showed they truly care about my success and any issues that came up. I would suggest bringing an umbrella just in case it rains and would recommend the company update their bathrooms and toilets. Overall I would recommend Twelve Oaks Recovery for your mental health and substance abuse needs.

Initially, I was sent here both for my own recovery journey and as a guinea pig for my unit due to the usual facility being back booked on beds. I can safely say this has been one of the best facilities I have ever been too for both civilian, veterans, and active duty service members! There are multiple programs suited for your individual needs, great housing spaces, and pretty good food. My therapist Joel was an absolute sweetheart who listened to every trauma related issue, and helped me navigate the subconscious emotions and memories that resulted in my triggers before developing the best treatment plan that worked for me! My case manager Jason is a retired Air Force veteran who was very knowledgeable with my insurance plan and communicated regularly with my installation back home. The nursing staff is often busy and always working on something, but they always take the minute to listen to you and make you feel welcomed and safe at home away from home. There are a plethora of resources including AA, recreation, experiential outings, yoga, meditation, church services, music therapy, and art therapy, that will guide you towards your path to sobriety. Like others have said in the previous reviews, rehabilitation is the experience you make it and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for extra help. No judgement here!

Thank you to the staff for everything you all did had a wonderful time here at 12 oaks down to the end with Jason and the food wasn't half bad either 😎 Florida Blue expect a 30 day stay and ambeter expect around a 21 day stay -love me Scott , will definitely want to come back in the future to try another track

Stacy, Kisha, Melissa and the team at Bridgeway are amazing! They have been such a huge blessing to my family. I can’t say enough great things, they are caring, thoughtful, flexible and supportive. Their program is holistic and brings the whole family in and makes supporting them a team effort. They have been instrumental in getting our family the help it needs to thrive and do better. I've been going to Bridgeway and getting my mental health medication here since I was 17 (I'm 33 now!) and their staff has always made me feel welcome and at home. My current dr. April Burgess has always gone out of her way to make sure I get my medication, even fitting me into her schedule during mental health emergencies during the several times my Mom was in the hospital. I'm incredibly grateful for her, and even the front desk staff for being patient with me. I'm also happy to be able to have my appointments via telehealth as I'm not always able to visit in person. Thank you for all you do, please don't ever close!
Well, I moved to Cairo ga 3 years ago from Michigan. The first time visiting the VA in Tallahassee 3 years ago right after I moved here was a shock. Small compared to what I'm used to. I went to the Detroit VA and the Ann Arbor VA. Both facilities were like going to tallahasee Memorial Hospital.. huge. They had parking garages 4 levels. So that was the first thing I noticed. As far as treatment goes, no complaints. Although I would like to see anger management classes or group therapy there.

Gulf Breeze Recovery located just south of Pensacola, Florida is a facility dedicated to the successful rehabilitation of your loved one. As a family member, I gained insight to the 3 Principles approach (mind, consciousness, thought) that is used to actually teach sobriety. Family Weekend provided training and information and answers to so many things I was curious and uninformed about. It also provided the opportunity to see the facility and room where my loved one slept. GBR holds a weekly zoom call open to families in which one of the counselors teaches and serves as a point of contact. Family members are encouraged to continue participation in this call even after graduation of their loved one. The generosity of spirit, genuine caring, and expertise of the doctor, nurses, counselors, and staff members make GBR an outstanding choice for recovery.

Shelly in admissions is deeply passionate about helping people begin their healing journey, and every counselor I’ve worked with has been incredibly knowledgeable and well-educated. Shayna, the director and my therapist, exemplifies leadership with compassion — her insight, professionalism, and unwavering dedication have been instrumental in my growth and recovery. If you are considering rehab or treatment, I cannot recommend Gulf Breeze Recovery highly enough; this is the place you want to choose.The outings that Nolley organizes are not only enjoyable but genuinely enriching. During my time here, we went bowling, spent time at the beach, and even took a dolphin cruise — each experience providing moments of connection, joy, and healing outside of the clinical setting.
Considering the patient to Doctor ratio is ten times what it should be, I think this clinic does well. I have one critique. Remove the soil from the water fountains at the main entrance. The appearance is a disgrace. Either use the fountain as intended or destroy it. Fountains that are filled with dirt implies our country can't afford to run a fountain. If this perception is correct, one has to wonder about the quality of care given inside.

I was the last person in the whole building, Dr was incompetent, I received no help at all despite the fact that I had the DR herself crying about my situation (I was in a homeless shelter at the time and had lost my cat). I hate this place. I have a broken hip for almost a year and I get nothing for it? Yeah, no.

I’ve had a pleasant experience with this VA clinic. This is the first time I’ve actually felt heard and cared about and I’ve been ordered actual tests and labs to find out the underlying cause to my condition vs just slapping a generic label on it and managing symptoms. I can’t thank my primary care doctor enough and big shout out to the gastrointestinal team too! I’m sure everyone doesn’t have the same experience but I’ve felt nothing but kindness and care here

I started my road to recovery at New Seasons. I owe the counselors and nurses there my life. Ashley was my counselor for 4 years and she was awesome. Unfortunately she had to leave her job there and I was assigned to Winnifred. She was also very good at her job. They were both kind, compassionate and understanding. They both went above and beyond. The nurses there were extremely kind and caring and treated me as a person not just an addict. I have to give special thanks to Ms. Sharon, Princess and Jasmine, they are very dedicated to their jobs and professional. I had to leave New Seasons because I moved out of state and I truly miss it so much, I know everyone can't be happy all the time, but this is a great place. If your sobriety is important to you and you really are willing to work for it, New Seasons staff will help you every step of the way. Thank you to all the staff there and I miss you all. I'm sober over 5 years now.❤
I wanted to take the time to personally thank you Bridgeway CAT team for helping my daughter. We have seen multiple therapist but it wasn’t until the CAT team took her under that change really began. My experience with Bridgeway over the past month has been excellent. The practice makes it easy to get started. I didn't have to wait long for my initial appointment, and the new patient process was very smooth. The front desk staff for Psychiatry and Medication Services are sweet and incredibly helpful. My provider, Candi, is wonderful; she's clearly knowledgeable and was very thorough in taking my history. I truly felt heard and respected as a patient. She is also proactive in managing my medication needs. Highly recommend Bridgeway! :)

Ive been a patient here for over a year now and I believe the staff that works here has a true heart to serve others in maintaining stability of mental health. Dr April is thorough with questions she has asked me to be sure my medication was correct. I say this, bc I have seen significant improvement in consistency in all areas of my life. Also, she isn’t just a doctor handing out meds at random- like I’ve experienced in another state When I was prescribed two separate addictions unaware of what those meds would do at the time. I feel a sense of security and confidence coming here! The nurses were really helpful when I had a blood pressure issue, the front desk assistance is on it, and the pharmacy is SO MUCH MORE feasible that I am able to AFFORD my meds!
