I have spent the last 3 nights in the PCU at this hospital. I had a few great nurses, cafeteria staff that took care of me but above all of them (Camille)) was the 5 star. She was so pleasant to be around, always smiling and knew her job very well. I even told her to tell her mom that she did a GREAT job raising her. We talked about Thanksgiving because she had to work and I was there because I was very ill. She said her mom made the best corn bread stuffing and miniature sweet potato pies. We hugged on the day I was leaving and both my husband and I told her what a blessing she was to be my nurse. She went way above and beyond. Thank you Camille for making my stay a very pleasant one.

Everywhere you go even in hospitals or food services you're going to have your good and bad. Life management services the community regardless of ability to pay or type of insurance. They try very hard. Their willingness to help is superb. Again anywhere you go you'll have bad apples but it doesn't ruin the bunch. They've helped me alot. And if you need help. I love this place. The only thing I can speak negatively on about it is that they bring every patient down on their meds. However the injections they do here is top notch. Always a lot of patients here too but they do move very quickly. Staff is always friendly.

If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. Mrs. Karen is by the greatest lady I have delt with.she genuinely cares about my son. We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. She has even helped us with the school to get recommendations to tge programs the school was dragging thier feet on. Mrs Jennifer was our child and family coordinator/ therapist and she was more than patient with us. My son loves her and tho he doesn't see her anymore she has made an everlasting impact in all our lives and family as a whole.

The staff that work there act like they are prejudice, and don't seem to care about you, they just there for a paycheck, they act like probation officers never smile or act kind tours you just have a mean tough look to them, there are maybe 2 there that seem to care but other then that it's awful there.

Bonifay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a place I’d happily recommend for your loved ones. The staff is amazing very friendly, attentive and compassionate. Family Weekend provided training and information and answers to so many things I was curious and uninformed about. It also provided the opportunity to see the facility and room where my loved one slept. GBR holds a weekly zoom call open to families in which one of the counselors teaches and serves as a point of contact. Family members are encouraged to continue participation in this call even after graduation of their loved one. My experience at Gulf Breeze Recovery was truly life changing and unparalleled. Never once was I treated as an addict. Respect concern and appreciation were the overwhelming sentiments I benefited from.
The facility is beautiful, clean, spacious and profoundly comfortable. The food prepared by the private chef was always restaurant quality. The support staff works hard to meet every accommodation. The skilled medical staff understands what the guests are going through and treats each one with utmost care.
The counseling staff is profoundly skilled at helping address underlying issues that prevent full healing and return to health.
The holistic approach that Gulf Breeze Recovery employs helps to ensure the mind, body and spirit have opportunity to heal and grow. Medicine, nutrition, exercise, cognitive therapy, recreation, Neurofeedback, art, EMDR, sun, fresh air, community....all of these aspects combine to enable a person to begin to heal.

I started my road to recovery at New Seasons. I owe the counselors and nurses there my life. Ashley was my counselor for 4 years and she was awesome. Unfortunately she had to leave her job there and I was assigned to Winnifred. She was also very good at her job. They were both kind, compassionate and understanding. They both went above and beyond. The nurses there were extremely kind and caring and treated me as a person not just an addict. I have to give special thanks to Ms. Sharon, Princess and Jasmine, they are very dedicated to their jobs and professional. I had to leave New Seasons because I moved out of state and I truly miss it so much, I know everyone can't be happy all the time, but this is a great place. If your sobriety is important to you and you really are willing to work for it, New Seasons staff will help you every step of the way. Thank you to all the staff there and I miss you all. I'm sober over 5 years now.❤

I went there in 2020 for a few weeks. it was a really good program, I was not ready for help though. If you are not ready to get help, it rarely ever works. So I came up with every excuse why I should leave. But the staff, counselors, food and everything else I highly recommend.

When compared to other places this one is good. So far very decent with minor faults. For example, after we pass front desk and go to the back we then gotta back again to front desk to do various things that could have been brought up before going to the back. I noticed, has happened to many not only me. The people there have common sense unlike other places as far as my experience.

Lakeview Center's outpatient MAT therapy, especially with the incredible support from Ronnie McPherson, truly changed my life. I'm so grateful for Ronnie McPherson and the entire team; their compassionate approach, personalized treatment, and comprehensive support provided the tools I needed for lasting recovery. The case manager was extremely rude to my friend who is facing homelessness. Would not gather any information from my friend about the lack of communication on behalf of her renter. Would not allow any explanation for the situation was extremely hateful and outright unprofessional. She was supposed to come in person to speak to my friend before this matter but never showed up also no phone call. She was then called my friend explaining she had no ground say there is no proof the house was unlivable and no he wouldn't believe her. I am outraged by this treatment.

The place is great. My daughter is there. Only complaint i have is there policy. Me and my wife drove 1 1/2 hour. And only one can visit. Then was told my service dog could NOT come inside.
