One word—AMAZING. I have been in and out of various drug treatment centers since my first overdose when I was twenty. I don’t know To get clean this time because I really wanted it, or I knew if I didn’t succeed this time, death had his hand above my neck. But God bless Amanda. She was my savior and did everything she could to help me, and I actually looked forward to seeing her after a while. Every session, she said something that was so profound to me, something I had never thought of before, or in that way, and that pertained to me. Amanda is a MIRACLE WORKER!!! I gave myself one month from by first meeting with her, and if things haven’t changed, I was going to kill myself (after a few suicide attempts, I had figured out a fool-proof plan.) Obviously, I never had to do it, and am the best place (spiritual and emotionally) I have been in a while! Also, for anyone serious, I recommend staying a little longer than the program states. Unfortunately I've had to use many different mental health providers over the course of 58 years and bridgeway center is hands down the best one I've ever experienced!. Kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend bridgeway to anyone needing mental health support. They treat you like a person instead of a mental illness if that makes sense to anyone!! Do yourself a favor and go see them cause you won't feel one bit of stigma. Thanks bridgeway!!

The staff here is simply amazing! They’re incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every day a joy as they interact with the residents. The therapy team is fantastic, and the nurses are patient and warm-hearted. The rooms are spacious and comfy, while the courtyards are a lovely, peaceful escape filled with beautiful flowers. It’s a wonderful place to socialize and enjoy some fresh air!

I have recently moved to Troy fro the Tennessee Valley where all the local psychologists i saw were a joke. My dad really likes them for his depression and ocd. As for me their near universal biggotry via harsh generalized labeling is nothing more than cowardice under the excuse of being naives. Here the treatment is the opposite.

My name :is Daniel Harris I was just recently in recovery Bay treatment center for the second time this is my second time of being there I have gang the knowledge and the wisdom to keep in mind and remember what I went through struggle with my addiction during the time when I was in treatment at recovery bay I learned it wasn't me ..it was the monster that was driving on the inside of me when I was struggling with my addiction..since I found recovery Bay as well as being discharged from recovery bay ,I have left out of the door with great knowledge and wisdom that was passed down to me from Miss Tammy ,Amanda Townsend, Miss Cindy, Marcus, as well as Miss Kelly, DeLorean and "A kill"I have been baptized while I was there since I gave up the old me and put on the new garment the Lord has been working in my life I have no desires to want to drink or get high I met this guy by the name of Steven while in recovery Bay he was a great guy to some who knew him my condolences goes out to Steve family .Morrow of the story is when Steven passed away from alcohol poisoning it shook me right then and there alarm to cherish my health and my life over my addiction I am grateful for the people at recovery Bay who want all of us to complete the program and do well with our sobriety I must admit going through life on a day-to-day struggle dealing with your addiction it's a bumpy road to go down gentlemen's don't give up to fight ask the Lord to work in your life and give you the strength and the power to fight that nasty disease that is killing us so yes I am grateful again for Marcus ,Miss Cindy ,Miss Kelly ,Miss Tammy ,Miss Amanda,townsend ,and a brother by the name of DeLorean who is a god-fearing man as well as "a kill"so with that being said I would like to wish all the patients that are in recovery Bay the best with their journey dealing with their sobriety and why you in recovery Bay I asked each patient that is in there to get all the tools they need to overcome their addiction evidently you want to change if that wasn't so you wouldn't be there so guys open your heart and your mind an elevate your mind to a bright picture . If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. Also they have so many different types of group meetings that helps in parenting as well as spiritual and emotional groups, and a councillor for everyone who goes. I’m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

I spent many years in EMS and Fire. I thought I had everything under control until I realized I didn't. I finally decided to see help. Twelve Oaks is where I chose to go. My time there was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I gained understanding and the tools that both helped in my immediate needs as well as my ongoing self care. They helped me realize that my perceived faults didnt make me a baddie person, just a person who needed to allow myself some grace. If your thinking of going to Twelve Oaks please do. You are important enough to make that step.

Let me first start off by saying this place has helped to save my life but the actually people here, the employees, like the councilors such as Miss Tonja, Mr. Larry, and the head honcho, lol, Miss Amber, now they have actually saved my life. They are a true blessing from God. If it wasn't for them, God, my mother, and my kids I wouldn't be here today. No lie. They have never once turned me away. They have been here through my very worst days to now my best days. You know growing up i never thought I would have ever even come close to having any addictions such as these street drugs. Always thought my addiction would have been makeup or high heels, but you know noone when they are little claims that they wanna be an addict when they grow up... unfortunately, it just happens. But by it happening i have met some of the most wonderful people in my life at this clinic. The most God sent individuals!! Miss Tonja has been here since day one and Amber. Miss Amber and Miss Tonja are my life. If they were to ever leave this location ohh my!! I know because of their help and dedication I will never relapse, I can now say that with full confidence, but it sure would not be the same here without them. Never. Not once did either of them turn me away and there were times that I definitely would have turned myself away but they didn't. They fought not only for my well being but my soul, my family, my children. They also, with my permission (they never do anything without permission from you), even involved my mother with my treatment. & that is something I truly love. My mother is my everything, my best friend, so her opinions, feelings, and thoughts matter to me. Theres nothing in this life my mother doesn't know about me. Just as Miss Amber and Tonja. I can honestly say that throughout the past 14+ years that I have been here (note, I choose to stay here. I don't have too) a ton has happened and my choices has caused tons of hurt and heartaches but I am no longer there anymore. & neither do you have to live that horrible life anymore. I highly recommend that you come to this very location and talk to them because they are not here for just the money. They are mainly here for you and your treatment, your wellbeing, your life, your family, your children, even your soul. YOU!! You can tell these people anything and everything and I promise you they will not judge you, they will not hold it against you. They will help you grow. They will help you become that person you were before your addiction. Or if you font even wanna be that person you were before the addiction than they can help you to be someone new and better!! Remember, there is always a way!! Always!! Don't ever let anyone tell you that there isn't or that it isn't possible because if I can do it than I know you can. Remember addiction does not discriminate. Addiction doesn't care if you are poor or rich, or if you are a doctor, lawyer, homeless, on disability, work for the state, a teacher, a customer service representative, it doesn't matter. Addiction doesn't care how old you are either. Addiction doesn't care about your skin color, your health concerns, none of that. The only thing addiction cares about is taking everything and everyone away from you and it will. If you allow it to. Don't allow the devil that pleasure anymore. Don't. Come to Montgomery Metro Treatment Center and speak to Miss Amber, Mr. Larry, Miss Tonja, anyone and get your life back. Remember anything is possible as long as you have God on your side and believe and TRY!! You will he surprised at just how powerful a prayer can be prayed in the name of Jesus Christ. You'll also be surprised at being able to say goodbye to affection and hello to sobriety when you have the help of these amazing people. But you have to make the first step. Starting today!!

This place has literally saved my life, The Manager Amber, my counselor, nurses, and all staff are awesome. They were there for me when my Brother passed without them holding me accountable, spent alot of time with me to make sure I didn't relapse. Ive tried other programs but this is the only one that works. Anytime I need to talk they are there for me over time they have gotten to know me. They actually care about there patients. Ive used the time here to get ready Mentally and Spiritually. I believe im ready to prepare myself for a sober life. Its a safe and positive place for recovery.

Montgomery Metro Treatment Center is an incredible facility with even more incredible staff. Every member of the staff are kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to do everything they can to help you. In a time when recovery is often stigmatized, compassionate staff with lived experience is KEY to connecting on a personal level with people going through substance abuse recovery, and in my opinion, Montgomery Metro Treatment Center and everyone working there, from the receptionist, to the counselors, the nurses, and the doctor, are all godsends. If you are apprehensive about getting help here, please, I urge you to come inside and just ask to speak with any of the counselors, or nurse Tony. You WILL be taken care of here, you will be seen not as an addict but as a person looking to make a change, take the first step.

Considering the patient to Doctor ratio is ten times what it should be, I think this clinic does well. I have one critique. Remove the soil from the water fountains at the main entrance. The appearance is a disgrace. Either use the fountain as intended or destroy it. Fountains that are filled with dirt implies our country can't afford to run a fountain. If this perception is correct, one has to wonder about the quality of care given inside.

I was the last person in the whole building, Dr was incompetent, I received no help at all despite the fact that I had the DR herself crying about my situation (I was in a homeless shelter at the time and had lost my cat). I hate this place. I have a broken hip for almost a year and I get nothing for it? Yeah, no.

I’ve had a pleasant experience with this VA clinic. This is the first time I’ve actually felt heard and cared about and I’ve been ordered actual tests and labs to find out the underlying cause to my condition vs just slapping a generic label on it and managing symptoms. I can’t thank my primary care doctor enough and big shout out to the gastrointestinal team too! I’m sure everyone doesn’t have the same experience but I’ve felt nothing but kindness and care here

I’ve had a really positive experience at New Seasons. The doctor is wonderful — caring, attentive, and easy to talk to. Breeze Anne and Joy both run great groups; you can tell they genuinely care about the patients and our recovery journeys. Breeze Anne especially goes above and beyond to make people feel supported and understood. The wait times can get a little long, but it’s clear the staff are doing their best, especially with how many patients they serve. I also think it’s great that they’ve partnered with 904 Health — Unity, who works with them, is awesome and has been such a great addition to the clinic. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the new staff member who handles the drug testing. She isn’t very professional in how she speaks to patients — often talking down to them and creating unnecessary tension. There’s also a confusing sign on her door that says “knock and then wait,” yet she’s yelled at patients for knocking. It might help to replace that with something clearer, like “please wait to be called.” Overall, New Seasons has done a great job hiring friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive staff — this one person just doesn’t reflect the otherwise amazing team. With that small change, I’d happily give them 5 stars.

Also there New IOP Program is awesome , Mr Steven is a great teacher and you actually learn things about yourself and your addiction that is helpful . I went there in 2020 for a few weeks. it was a really good program, I was not ready for help though. If you are not ready to get help, it rarely ever works. So I came up with every excuse why I should leave. But the staff, counselors, food and everything else I highly recommend.

The receptionist, Miss Davena, has helped me twice when I was struggling in the lobby. The facility is nice and they keep it clean. The whole staff is kind. The staff did have some simple communication issues, but Miss Davina is just an amazing woman; She made sure I was taken care of when I came in struggling and needed some gentle guidance on how the facility runs their programs.

When compared to other places this one is good. So far very decent with minor faults. For example, after we pass front desk and go to the back we then gotta back again to front desk to do various things that could have been brought up before going to the back. I noticed, has happened to many not only me. The people there have common sense unlike other places as far as my experience.

I Have to say thank you to the behavior techs and supervisors who put in the work to keep me and others safe. The problems I've had here include many things breaking, uncleanliness (a staff forced me and another client to clean a day room that had not been cleaned in what looked like months if not a year.), staff using point sheets as a weapon to make kids scared, some of the staff are just downright petty. I can't say I wasn't helped, The clinical director (Scott Smales) Was so so helpful and helped sort a lot of problems. Behavior tech just don't care a lot along with some supervisors. Thank you to the ones who did do the work they were supposed to and thank you to the interns and my therapist for making my stay somewhat less scary.
