One word—AMAZING. I have been in and out of various drug treatment centers since my first overdose when I was twenty. I don’t know To get clean this time because I really wanted it, or I knew if I didn’t succeed this time, death had his hand above my neck. But God bless Amanda. She was my savior and did everything she could to help me, and I actually looked forward to seeing her after a while. Every session, she said something that was so profound to me, something I had never thought of before, or in that way, and that pertained to me. Amanda is a MIRACLE WORKER!!! I gave myself one month from by first meeting with her, and if things haven’t changed, I was going to kill myself (after a few suicide attempts, I had figured out a fool-proof plan.) Obviously, I never had to do it, and am the best place (spiritual and emotionally) I have been in a while! Also, for anyone serious, I recommend staying a little longer than the program states. Unfortunately I've had to use many different mental health providers over the course of 58 years and bridgeway center is hands down the best one I've ever experienced!. Kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend bridgeway to anyone needing mental health support. They treat you like a person instead of a mental illness if that makes sense to anyone!! Do yourself a favor and go see them cause you won't feel one bit of stigma. Thanks bridgeway!!

From the front desk staff to the pharmacy and the providers in the back, everyone at the Bridgeway Center has been incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. When you’re dealing with mental health challenges, having a supportive and compassionate team makes all the difference, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. My NP, April Burgess, has truly been a Godsend throughout my treatment. She listens, cares, and works with you to find what actually helps. I’m very grateful for the support I’ve received here. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about your well-being, you really can’t go wrong with this center.

Since the center is under new ownership I can definitely see a big improvement. The facility was clean and it smelled fresh. The CNA’s were professional and very tentative. When I advised the CNA my sister needed assistance, CNA Cheyenne Armstrong said she would locate her CNA. Two minutes later Ms Armstrong came to room said she couldn’t locate the CNA assigned to my sister so she would take care of my sister’s needs. Ms Armstrong was polite and very professional. The second CNA was Cheyenne Carroll she was the night CNA assigned to my sister. She was attentive and made sure my sister was comfortable. I pray the facility continues to make improvements and maintain the cleanness and quality I saw that day. Also kudos to Mr. Tim, for taking the time to meet with me and answer all my questions. Nice improvement team keep up the good work!

The staff here is really friendly! I especially appreciate the activities guy, who always brings a positive energy. The nurses are wonderful, and the therapy team is fantastic. Plus, the food is served hot, and the rooms are nice and spacious. Overall, the customer service here is excellent! customer service

Personally, idk abt evb else but I absolutely loved this place and didn’t wanna leave. Idk if most of yall are used to more freedom but I usually don’t like my home, and the head nurse Jessica showed me that she really did care for me and treated me well and I’m glad to see that she’s okay, I hope she knows I do miss her alot she’s basically a second mom to me out of anything, and I wish the best for her. I loved mr grant he was so kind and silly and always liked Miss Mo. The only thing I didn’t like was one of the night ppl I was here like 2 times. And tbh I’d always come back if I could. Miss yall

I have recently moved to Troy fro the Tennessee Valley where all the local psychologists i saw were a joke. My dad really likes them for his depression and ocd. As for me their near universal biggotry via harsh generalized labeling is nothing more than cowardice under the excuse of being naives. Here the treatment is the opposite.

I am so glad that I got to come get healthy at JPEC. The staff- all the way from housekeeping to the executive director are phenomenal. They actually care about the clients and their recovery process. I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone. The therapy/counseling sessions were very therapeutic. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone seeking help to come to JPEC.

They are caring and will personally help you get on the right track and on the right dose for you. Also they do saboxon and methadone treatment. Also they have so many different types of group meetings that helps in parenting as well as spiritual and emotional groups, and a councillor for everyone who goes. Just a great place to go and seek drug or alcohol treatment.✝️🙏🦋💖✌️🌈. We need something for the kids to play or color

I’m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

I just want to share my personal experience while recently attending a Family Weekend Workshop. I want to sing the praises of the providers who facilitated this workshop. From the initial gatherings, information sharing and tour on Friday, everything felt seemless. The staff were so warm and welcoming, I felt instantly at ease . Gulf Breeze Recovery is a beautiful facility and it is obvious that great care is taken to maintain it. Shay is a natural leader, speaker and was always equipped with more than enough information for any and all questions . Her sense of humor was so appreciated and I’m thinking it is probably legendary.😁 Heather has the confidant presence and answers at the ready to instill a sense of “ all is well here, as well as making sure everyone was informed and comfortable along the way. Everyone seemed fine changing hats and doing whatever was necessary to make sure everything rolled out well. Of course I am a big fan of Dr. E and it makes it hard to be objective but I felt also that he made everyone feel so comfortable and broke down the information given in a way that we could understand easily. I personally found the entire weekend very helpful and interesting. Of course, having a loved one of ours in your care made it particularly special. Thank you to Shay’s husband who made sure Shay had everything that was needed and was able to laugh at himself on occasion when Shay threw him under the bus . ( In a kind way of course :) The fact that you all care enough to do this on a weekend says everything we need to know about the care extended to our loved ones while recovering in your care and I am grateful. My loved one just completed a 60 day program at Gulf Breeze Recovery, in Gulf Breeze Florida, and the experience was beyond our expectations. The setting and accommodations are beautiful. The food is healthy and prepared by professional chefs. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable about all kinds of substance abuse. The intake specialist is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to assist. The family is treated with dignity and invited to be involved with their loved one while there. Our loved one expressed gratitude for what the entire staff did to help him in his recovery. He has expressed much gratitude for having the experience and privilege to have been at Gulf Breeze Recovery. Many thanks to all there. Thank you to everyone.

I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the program because my son was unable to complete it due to a health crisis. However, I can speak to the kindness, patience, flexibility, and overwhelming desire of the entire staff to help my son through a very difficult situation. At every hurdle they were willing to work with us to find a resolution. Shelly, Monica, Nicole and MANY others went above and beyond in supporting us. For that reason alone I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone needing care and compassion for a loved one

This place saved my life. The staff is amazing I love them, they have become sort of like family as long as I've been getting treatment under their care. The nurses are so sweet and caring. Let me first start off by saying this place has helped to save my life but the actually people here, the employees, like the councilors such as Miss Tonja, Mr. Larry, and the head honcho, lol, Miss Amber, now they have actually saved my life. They are a true blessing from God. If it wasn't for them, God, my mother, and my kids I wouldn't be here today. No lie. They have never once turned me away. They have been here through my very worst days to now my best days. You know growing up i never thought I would have ever even come close to having any addictions such as these street drugs. Always thought my addiction would have been makeup or high heels, but you know noone when they are little claims that they wanna be an addict when they grow up... unfortunately, it just happens. But by it happening i have met some of the most wonderful people in my life at this clinic. The most God sent individuals!! Miss Tonja has been here since day one and Amber. Miss Amber and Miss Tonja are my life. If they were to ever leave this location ohh my!! I know because of their help and dedication I will never relapse, I can now say that with full confidence, but it sure would not be the same here without them. Never. Not once did either of them turn me away and there were times that I definitely would have turned myself away but they didn't. They fought not only for my well being but my soul, my family, my children. They also, with my permission (they never do anything without permission from you), even involved my mother with my treatment. & that is something I truly love. My mother is my everything, my best friend, so her opinions, feelings, and thoughts matter to me. Theres nothing in this life my mother doesn't know about me. Just as Miss Amber and Tonja. I can honestly say that throughout the past 14+ years that I have been here (note, I choose to stay here. I don't have too) a ton has happened and my choices has caused tons of hurt and heartaches but I am no longer there anymore. & neither do you have to live that horrible life anymore. I highly recommend that you come to this very location and talk to them because they are not here for just the money. They are mainly here for you and your treatment, your wellbeing, your life, your family, your children, even your soul. YOU!! You can tell these people anything and everything and I promise you they will not judge you, they will not hold it against you. They will help you grow. They will help you become that person you were before your addiction. Or if you font even wanna be that person you were before the addiction than they can help you to be someone new and better!! Remember, there is always a way!! Always!! Don't ever let anyone tell you that there isn't or that it isn't possible because if I can do it than I know you can. Remember addiction does not discriminate. Addiction doesn't care if you are poor or rich, or if you are a doctor, lawyer, homeless, on disability, work for the state, a teacher, a customer service representative, it doesn't matter. Addiction doesn't care how old you are either. Addiction doesn't care about your skin color, your health concerns, none of that. The only thing addiction cares about is taking everything and everyone away from you and it will. If you allow it to. Don't allow the devil that pleasure anymore. Don't. Come to Montgomery Metro Treatment Center and speak to Miss Amber, Mr. Larry, Miss Tonja, anyone and get your life back. Remember anything is possible as long as you have God on your side and believe and TRY!! You will he surprised at just how powerful a prayer can be prayed in the name of Jesus Christ. If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. The VA front desk are very helpful in directions. The Staff here are very friendly and helpful, very kind and caring. Some of The Doctors are also friendly, helpful, kind, caring; but think they have lots of patients or VA veterans under them, so they’re very busy. The Annual blood test showed I had Prostate Cancer, the urology doctor offered me two options to get rid of the cancer, I did 8 weeks of Radiation therapy and it worked. Been Cancer free for about a year now. But ED issues, sucks. I am disappointed with the Dentist, got dentures versus full mouth implants, so probably go to Turkey to get them. Getting a Primary Care visit is about 5 months away really sucks. I am mad that denial of Tinnitus, Gerd, PTSD, back in 2002 and 2008 or 2009, since I have this issues still today, everyday. I have to get NEXUS letters now from Doctors, sucks. My health has gotten real bad, the Chronic pain and anxiety and depression too. Kenneth Glatt.

My name :is Daniel Harris I was just recently in recovery Bay treatment center for the second time this is my second time of being there I have gang the knowledge and the wisdom to keep in mind and remember what I went through struggle with my addiction during the time when I was in treatment at recovery bay I learned it wasn't me ..it was the monster that was driving on the inside of me when I was struggling with my addiction..since I found recovery Bay as well as being discharged from recovery bay ,I have left out of the door with great knowledge and wisdom that was passed down to me from Miss Tammy ,Amanda Townsend, Miss Cindy, Marcus, as well as Miss Kelly, DeLorean and "A kill"I have been baptized while I was there since I gave up the old me and put on the new garment the Lord has been working in my life I have no desires to want to drink or get high I met this guy by the name of Steven while in recovery Bay he was a great guy to some who knew him my condolences goes out to Steve family .Morrow of the story is when Steven passed away from alcohol poisoning it shook me right then and there alarm to cherish my health and my life over my addiction I am grateful for the people at recovery Bay who want all of us to complete the program and do well with our sobriety I must admit going through life on a day-to-day struggle dealing with your addiction it's a bumpy road to go down gentlemen's don't give up to fight ask the Lord to work in your life and give you the strength and the power to fight that nasty disease that is killing us so yes I am grateful again for Marcus ,Miss Cindy ,Miss Kelly ,Miss Tammy ,Miss Amanda,townsend ,and a brother by the name of DeLorean who is a god-fearing man as well as "a kill"so with that being said I would like to wish all the patients that are in recovery Bay the best with their journey dealing with their sobriety and why you in recovery Bay I asked each patient that is in there to get all the tools they need to overcome their addiction evidently you want to change if that wasn't so you wouldn't be there so guys open your heart and your mind an elevate your mind to a bright picture . I have actually worked at different VA hospitals and clinics over the years helping take care of veterans, but this is the first time I have gotten to experience the VA as a patient. The people within the VA clinics are what makes them or breaks them. Carastar is pure trash. The doctors are constantly quitting, probably because of pay, therefore you see a different prescribing doctor every time you go and the new doctor always wants to change your meds around. They don't do therapy or counseling. If you have an appointment with one of their underpaid therapists that are always quitting,all they do is ask you how you've been and if youve been suicidal in the last 48 hours or depressed in the last 2 weeks then bill your insurance for a 100 bucks then send you home. They don't do therapy. I've been going there since 1994 and I've never once gotten actual therapy. You will see a new therapist and new doctor every single time you go. You'll probably be waiting 6 months or more for your first appointment.

I absolutely would never reach out to these people again. I got a counselor and went to a couple of appointments and on the third appointment was being threatened with being thrown into the mental ward even though I didn't even talk about plans to harm me or anyone else. Simply because I was mentally overloaded and didn't have a way to not be overloaded It will suggest that I go to a mental ward to help get my medicine. When you throw up mental ward to people seeking mental help not only do you run them off from your business but you also create a taller wall when it comes to seeking help. To this day I will not talk to any type of authorities or professionals about what I'm going through. And it's all because of this experience with this place.

I Have to say thank you to the behavior techs and supervisors who put in the work to keep me and others safe. The problems I've had here include many things breaking, uncleanliness (a staff forced me and another client to clean a day room that had not been cleaned in what looked like months if not a year.), staff using point sheets as a weapon to make kids scared, some of the staff are just downright petty. I can't say I wasn't helped, The clinical director (Scott Smales) Was so so helpful and helped sort a lot of problems. Behavior tech just don't care a lot along with some supervisors. Thank you to the ones who did do the work they were supposed to and thank you to the interns and my therapist for making my stay somewhat less scary.

Came here for the first as I’m changing my VA service to here. No major complaints, but one thing they need to correct. The kind volunteer handed me a piece of paper showing me who I needed to call to get my service. Unfortunately, the phone number on the paper was no longer in service. Suggest they revive the letter. And the kicker: that person doesn’t actually handle what I was there for. Nothing major, but I feel it needs to be addressed.

When compared to other places this one is good. So far very decent with minor faults. For example, after we pass front desk and go to the back we then gotta back again to front desk to do various things that could have been brought up before going to the back. I noticed, has happened to many not only me. The people there have common sense unlike other places as far as my experience.

I have been a patient of your facility for over 5 years. I'll be the first to admit that this place has saved my life. One thing I have noticed though is that there is a great number of overturned when it comes to your counselors. I personally have had over nine counselors since I've been coming to the clinic. A lot of them have been good. A few not so good. But I have to say that the counselor that I currently have is by far the best that I've ever had. Her compassion and sincerity became apparent to me within the first few minutes that I met her. Her advice and counseling has been instrumental in keeping me on an even keel when it comes to my recovery. The counselor that I speak of is Breez Ann Brownell. If anyone in your facility deserves a commendation it would be most certainly her. Thank you and keep up the good work.

This place saved my life! My counselor is BreezeAnn and she has been my anchor. I actually look forward to talking to her in my counseling sessions! I feel really blessed to have her. I went through 3 counselors over a 12 month period. They kept quitting. Then when I lucked out and got BreezeAnn I saw how beneficial it is to have someone who listens with an unbiased ear and offers realistic explanations and advice. If you need help getting off of opiates you should call!
