Montgomery Metro Treatment Center is an incredible facility with even more incredible staff. Every member of the staff are kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to do everything they can to help you. In a time when recovery is often stigmatized, compassionate staff with lived experience is KEY to connecting on a personal level with people going through substance abuse recovery, and in my opinion, Montgomery Metro Treatment Center and everyone working there, from the receptionist, to the counselors, the nurses, and the doctor, are all godsends. If you are apprehensive about getting help here, please, I urge you to come inside and just ask to speak with any of the counselors, or nurse Tony. You WILL be taken care of here, you will be seen not as an addict but as a person looking to make a change, take the first step.

This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn’t ever seem like she’s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion 😂 She’s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she’s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it’s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.

I felt like I was safe at home here. Absolutely loved getting better there. The staff was the best part. Everywhere I turned was a kind smiling face and a warm understanding heart. They know what you are going through because they have been there and made it through. You are not a name and number. You are someone's friend, son, brother. These people care and you can feel the concern they have for each individual. I love you A Reprieve staff.

No program is perfect, but Brett and his team care deeply about helping those with the disease of addiction. They understand for many it takes long term intervention and supervision to give those in most need of help the best chance at a real life. I came to the reprieve in 2019 at age 23, certain I would never see age 30. And I turn 30 this Wednesday and it would not have been possible without A Reprieve for men. -Carson F

I learned a lot there and the staff there was wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone going through an addiction.

They are caring and will personally help you get on the right track and on the right dose for you. Also they do saboxon and methadone treatment. Also they have so many different types of group meetings that helps in parenting as well as spiritual and emotional groups, and a councillor for everyone who goes. Just a great place to go and seek drug or alcohol treatment.✝️🙏🦋💖✌️🌈. We need something for the kids to play or color

Edit: things are finally getting fixed for me. It took forever but finally things are getting back on track here. //The rules that the clinic it self is now breaking is making it very hard for me to stay on track with my sobriety. Things used to be better here, but the last two years big mistakes are being made by workers and even when they tell you they will fix it and that they are sorry, they’re not. There’s zero accountability..

I’m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

This place has helped me so much!! It’s a really great place to go to if you need Help. Ms.Poole is so awesome she has helped me more than I can even count. In 2017 when I started coming Ms.Poole was my counselor and she was amazing! She always made sure I was okay and she listened to me when I I was going through hard times and she really cared. She always tried to help me. She even bought me me and my kids food for me to take to my house when I was going through a hard time. Now she is the Director and she is amazing at that. She makes sure that everything is by the book and she makes sure all of her patients are treated how they are supposed to be!!! I love Ms Poole! She is amazing And Ms Twanna is my counselor now and she is amazing also she really cares about her patients. Whatever anybody is going through she will listen to you and try to help you in anyway that she can. I love her too!!! This place is awesome if you need help they will really try their best to do whatever they can to help!! All of the staff members are really sweet and they do their job to make sure the patients are well tooken care of. New season Metro Treatment Center is amazing!!! I really love this place and the staff!!

If you are looking for help, this is the place to go. I have never met anyone as dedicated as Ms. Poole. I came there several years ago in a bad way and they did not have to take a chance on me but they did. The empathy, trust, and respect I was treated with bolstered my desire to succede at this program and I have. It has changed my life and I am forever greatful to Ms. Poole, Sonya, and the rest of the wonderful staff there. Over the years I have come in contact with just about everyone there and have been treated very well. Thanks again for all you do.

I’ve Been at CMTC and always have a good experience. My counselor T always treats everyone I have seen with respect and always smiles always pleasant, Ms. Sonja always pleasant and helpful with all of your needs and always nice, Ms.Earnestine is always on top of the insurance needs of everyone and always so nice and pleasant, Ms. Poole is the best site mngr I’ve ever dealt with always willing to help you with anything she can do for you, everyone goes above and beyond their duties and what I have seen the site is clean and in order. For the size of the facility it is not that big but it is not messy or dirty and is organized from what I have seen.

Amazing treatment facility! Highly recommend! Kensie, Dorcas and Jason were great treated me very well! Food was delicious too! Also Bree, Paige, Justin and Reed were great techs!

This place is both good and bad. Before I start writing my experiences I will say I gave it my all and I came to realize that you only get out what you put in. Sure did I experience microaggressions in the deep south as a Latina yes, but I also experienced good people who truly are committed to making our experiences the best they could. Your phone and laptop will be taken from you , they also take away hair gels, and other stuff that to some may seem minor but when your used to being on your phone all day everyday like me it is very frustrating. I will say after 8 days without a phone, I almost didn't care because I met so many great people here. I'm used to people being closed off and cold, but I will say here people will make their way to getting to know you which I found very new but refreshing. The first few days was tough adjusting to the rules, and almost everything is locked so it is rough. In spite of all the challenges I really came to enjoy it my last week there. I loved the different events they had like Karaoke Thursdays, Memorial day barbeque pit, Yoga at the mods on wednesdays(which I loved) and just all the fun events that make you feel connected and involved. I hated the first week but the third week I was crying that i had to leave . If it wasn't for my insurance I would stay there now. I loved my therapist Dan, he was very smart and really knows what he was talking about. You can tell he really puts forth the effort and really cares about his students. Audra was nice and pretty, she was sweet and you can tell she really cares as well. The nurses were a mixture of both good and bad. The case manager Maria was super friendly and came on Sundays for extra assistance. She really made my experience smooth and provided after care and psychiatrists number for when I returned back home. And I cant forget Heather who made my experience very good when I was at detox. I was scared and lost and she came and helped me when I needed someone the most. That meant alot. Thankyou Heather - you wont ever be forgotten... The facility is more centered around substance abuse, but they do have mental illness topics. I learned so much here. If you do the work, and really put in the effort you will get out more than expected. I will say the Techs were not that friendly as I also read from other reviews that they weren't of great assistance. In spite of the challenges, I really recommend this place. at the end I met some life long friends that I will stay connected to forever!!!!

I came here in my time of need. At one of the lowest points in my life. I was met with understanding, caring, helpful, and genuinely concerned staff. They gave me more than the benefit of the doubt as I was not a pleasant person to be around when I got here to say the least. They listened to me, my concerns, my problems, and my health was all taken very seriously and the staff was great in all aspects of care. I recommend this facility for anyone having mental health or substance abuse issues. They certainly exceeded my expectations and I leave here with a plethora of skills that will help me moving future, as well as having received the therapy and treatment I needed. Thank you all at Twelve Oaks!

I've been going to Bridgeway and getting my mental health medication here since I was 17 (I'm 33 now!) and their staff has always made me feel welcome and at home. My current dr. April Burgess has always gone out of her way to make sure I get my medication, even fitting me into her schedule during mental health emergencies during the several times my Mom was in the hospital. I'm incredibly grateful for her, and even the front desk staff for being patient with me. I'm also happy to be able to have my appointments via telehealth as I'm not always able to visit in person. Thank you for all you do, please don't ever close!

The counselors in the CAT program have been absolutely amazing. They have helped me through some very difficult times and taught me some coping skills. I am very grateful for Jes, Melissa and Staci (as well as the rest of the staff) . I look forward to our meetings each week. They are very professional and st the same time make you feel comfortable and important.

My husband and I Terry Franklin and Shannon Smith have been going to Bridgeway for over 20 years we love this organization we used to live at the apartments and April Burgess my husband's doctor is awesome he loves her and I love Dr Kay Whitten she's awesome I highly recommend Bridgeway they really care about their clients!!! And I have a case manager Alyce is awesome also!!! All of the nurses and doctors there really care about their clients and having a pharmacy right there is very convenient I highly recommend to anyone!!!
