Edit: things are finally getting fixed for me. It took forever but finally things are getting back on track here. //The rules that the clinic it self is now breaking is making it very hard for me to stay on track with my sobriety. Things used to be better here, but the last two years big mistakes are being made by workers and even when they tell you they will fix it and that they are sorry, they’re not. There’s zero accountability..

I’m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

My experience with Bridgeway over the past month has been excellent. The practice makes it easy to get started. I didn't have to wait long for my initial appointment, and the new patient process was very smooth. The front desk staff for Psychiatry and Medication Services are sweet and incredibly helpful. My provider, Candi, is wonderful; she's clearly knowledgeable and was very thorough in taking my history. I truly felt heard and respected as a patient. She is also proactive in managing my medication needs. Highly recommend Bridgeway! :)

Ive been a patient here for over a year now and I believe the staff that works here has a true heart to serve others in maintaining stability of mental health. Dr April is thorough with questions she has asked me to be sure my medication was correct. I say this, bc I have seen significant improvement in consistency in all areas of my life. Also, she isn’t just a doctor handing out meds at random- like I’ve experienced in another state When I was prescribed two separate addictions unaware of what those meds would do at the time. I feel a sense of security and confidence coming here! The nurses were really helpful when I had a blood pressure issue, the front desk assistance is on it, and the pharmacy is SO MUCH MORE feasible that I am able to AFFORD my meds!

Facility and Administrator was very helpful for friend of family for respite stay on two occasions. They took very good care of them and mom seemed very happy while there will definitely use them again
I went to Laurel oaks when I was 12 or 13 because I had huge struggles managing my ADHD and autism the staff was amazing I am currently 16 in high school and I will never stop thinking about y'all you guys are amazing you made life growing up with ADHD and autism not that bad and that some people are different thank you guys so much for everything you do I will never forget you guys kindness towards me thank you

Our teenage son struggles with mental health issues. We have tried a number of programs hoping to get him the help and support he needs. One of the facilities/programs we enrolled in was Laurel Oakes in Dothan, Alabama. This facility was like no other we experienced. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, caring and always willing to go above and beyond for our child. This Facilities’ culture is created and carried forward by the Facility CEO, Jeanette J. Jeanette was and remains extremely accessible, responsive, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond. After our son left the program, he wanted to remain in contact with Jeanette. Without hesitation, she continued to support and communicate with our son. Jeanette not only remained in contact with our son after he left Laurel Oakes, but she was also always willing to speak to us about his current challenges and continued care. You couldn't ask for a better steward to oversee your child's care. As I said, all of the staff went above and beyond always. Our son gravitated towards one staff member in particular, a gentleman known to the kids as Sarge because of his prior military service. Sarge was always a touchstone for our son. Sarge also took time out from his day to speak to our son after he left the program. I am sorry if your family finds yourself having to consider such programs for your child. That's said, if you do, I can highly recommend Jeanette and her team at Laurel Oakes.

One word—AMAZING. I have been in and out of various drug treatment centers since my first overdose when I was twenty. I don’t know To get clean this time because I really wanted it, or I knew if I didn’t succeed this time, death had his hand above my neck. But God bless Amanda. She was my savior and did everything she could to help me, and I actually looked forward to seeing her after a while. Every session, she said something that was so profound to me, something I had never thought of before, or in that way, and that pertained to me. Amanda is a MIRACLE WORKER!!! I gave myself one month from by first meeting with her, and if things haven’t changed, I was going to kill myself (after a few suicide attempts, I had figured out a fool-proof plan.) Obviously, I never had to do it, and am the best place (spiritual and emotionally) I have been in a while!
Also, for anyone serious, I recommend staying a little longer than the program states.

This is a amazing clinic. From the counselors to the doctor. They go out of their way to help my son. They visit him at school, they even have a team that will even visit your house and do activities with your child to help them learn coping skills, encouragement, help with self esteem issues, and they reward them aswell. I have seen my son go from having such anger every single day, to slowly coming out of his shell and communicating more, and being in better moods. They just give him someone to talk to other than me. Totally recommend this place. Wish there was something like this around when I was growing up.
My psychiatrist of over 21 years, the one person that I was completely comfortable with, open with, trusted with complete indiscretion and trust, just to stop my treatment. I had no other options but to seek care in a BMU. SpectraCare in Ozark Alabama was the only thing that saved me, encouraged me, and put me back on the path that reestablished my mental health. If you need comfort, with professional support and caring, I definitely recommend that you see what they can provide for you!

I was made to feel very comfortable here and Daphne helped me learn to relax. When I show up for an appointment I don't have to wait at all. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I'm on the road to a happy and healthy recovery thanks to Spectracare. Dr. Lopez is a fine doctor and helps to keep me at ease. Angie is thorough, patient, understanding and empathetic with Recovery Group. Spectracare is helpful and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

MY EXPERIENCE AT SPECTRACARE OZARK,AL. HAS MOSTLY BEEN POSITIVE.THE MAJORITY OF STAFF TREATED ME WITH RESPECT & KINDNESS.THEY HAVE HELPED ME FOR A MEDICATION I CANNOT AFFORD EVEN WITH INSURANCE. I APPRECIATE ALL THEY DO FOR THEIR PATIENTS
The place was great and some people were kind, but certain staff really bummed me out. It felt more like I was getting help from other patients— who were supposed to be getting help from the staff too but weren’t— rather than the people who were actually supposed to be helping like the doctors, nurses, counselors, and techs. Sometimes I felt misunderstood and got treated like a toddler— which I never acted like one either— and the work felt like going back to kindergarten instead of getting actual help. Before I came there, I’ll admit I definitely had issues but I would never get angry, just sad. Yet, when I was there and after I left, anger was the biggest thing I felt. I hated it. And not just any anger, the kind of anger where you wanna scream and punch the wall, which I’ve never wanted to do or even thought of doing before. I felt like the family sessions didn’t help much and neither did the normal sessions. Don’t get me wrong, Ms Alyssa was nice, it just wasn’t helping me. Also, whenever I’d cry I felt like I was getting punished for doing so. Like, getting extra days was a possibility if you cried because you weren’t “using coping skills”— but i feel like that just made me want to hold in everything more because I didn’t want extra days and I hated the way staff made me feel when I cried— except for one nurse. She was really nice, I just forgot her name unfortunately. She’s a night nurse. Also, Mr Kyle was a very nice person to talk to, too. I really hated nap time and whenever we’d go to sleep at night because the lights in the hallway were on and I’d always have to listen to people in the hall talking. The bed situation was rough, beds were super uncomfortable. The only time I had a comfortable bed was my last night there and it was because I finally got moved onto the girls hall instead of being on the boys hall. The shampoo made my scalp dry out and my hair started thinning again, but I started waiting days between hair wash or would just use the conditioner, which kind of worked. I am picky eater so I can’t really comment on the food, but sometimes it would be good. Also, they said there weren’t many fights there but there was an actual physical fight in my group while I was there and multiple verbal fights. There was a lot of drama, too, which was terrible. Also, since I’ve gotten out, I’ve felt so much worse than before. The thoughts got worse, not better. Very bad. Plus, my medicine makes me not feel hungry so now I’ve stopped eating as much because I genuinely don’t feel hungry, which I hate. Also, we had to do everything with markers, and they’d dry out. Some techs would be like “oh, yall always make them dry out.” When that’s literally the only thing we can use AND it’s also because they’re cheap, so what do you expect? So, overall, the place means well, but it mostly just made me worse, so, uhm, yeah. :)

Had my infusion done last week! The gals up there take such good care of me! Kim and Kayleigh go above and beyond to make me comfortable and even though my appointments are 6 months apart they seem to remember me and know exactly what I need. I don't dread my treatments! Also...mammograms at SE are so fast!! And MRI lets me listen to my favorite music.
I was seen in the Emergency Department with dangerously high blood pressure. They were very efficient and polite. I got prompt attention from each staff member on my case. I spent the night while they ran the tests needed to give the information to determine the correct prognosis.
The room was exceptionally clean, the food was good and the staff was friendly and prompt. I moved here from the Pensacola area. It may be a small town hospital but it stands head and shoulders above some of the hospitals in the Pensacola area. Thank you DMC!

I have recently moved to Troy fro the Tennessee Valley where all the local psychologists i saw were a joke. My dad really likes them for his depression and ocd. As for me their near universal biggotry via harsh generalized labeling is nothing more than cowardice under the excuse of being naives. Here the treatment is the opposite.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I have seen many successes come out of Journey Pure. Miracles happen Every Day! Relationships restored. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Journey Pure seriously saved my life!!! My experience their cannot be explained as to how wonderful it was!!! I actually miss it!!! Lol, but I’m happier to be successfully on my journey in this forever choice to be happy and sober in the real world!!! The staff and counselors are great!!! The team of workers certainly have this treatment center down to a T!!! Mary genuinely cares about the alumni she looks after and Ebone did a great job with Case Management!

This place is great..with staff that truly cares for you,and a chef to that prepares each meal with love..24 hour nursing staff that knows exactly what you need.and therapists that get to the cause of your addiction..this place showed me that I can be happy in sobriety..and after 35 long years in addiction to opiates ..I want to thank Marcus and all staff at recovery bay.for helping me get my life back!! If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can’t make anyone do anything. So until they get sick and tired of the problems then you just have to be patient. This Professional and caring staff know how to treat the patient with dignity and respect. Twelve Oask recovery has given me an opportunity to get my life back. I’ve learned a lot of useful tools and coping mechanisms to stay clean and live a full and happy life. Jason and Joel are amazing at what they do and showed they truly care about my success and any issues that came up. I would suggest bringing an umbrella just in case it rains and would recommend the company update their bathrooms and toilets. Initially, I was sent here both for my own recovery journey and as a guinea pig for my unit due to the usual facility being back booked on beds. I can safely say this has been one of the best facilities I have ever been too for both civilian, veterans, and active duty service members! There are multiple programs suited for your individual needs, great housing spaces, and pretty good food. My therapist Joel was an absolute sweetheart who listened to every trauma related issue, and helped me navigate the subconscious emotions and memories that resulted in my triggers before developing the best treatment plan that worked for me! My case manager Jason is a retired Air Force veteran who was very knowledgeable with my insurance plan and communicated regularly with my installation back home. The nursing staff is often busy and always working on something, but they always take the minute to listen to you and make you feel welcomed and safe at home away from home. There are a plethora of resources including AA, recreation, experiential outings, yoga, meditation, church services, music therapy, and art therapy, that will guide you towards your path to sobriety. Like others have said in the previous reviews, rehabilitation is the experience you make it and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for extra help. No judgement here!

Montgomery Metro Treatment Center is an incredible facility with even more incredible staff. Every member of the staff are kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to do everything they can to help you.
In a time when recovery is often stigmatized, compassionate staff with lived experience is KEY to connecting on a personal level with people going through substance abuse recovery, and in my opinion, Montgomery Metro Treatment Center and everyone working there, from the receptionist, to the counselors, the nurses, and the doctor, are all godsends.
If you are apprehensive about getting help here, please, I urge you to come inside and just ask to speak with any of the counselors, or nurse Tony. You WILL be taken care of here, you will be seen not as an addict but as a person looking to make a change, take the first step.

This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn’t ever seem like she’s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion 😂 She’s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she’s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it’s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.
April has really been a lifesaver! She got me on the right medication after years of not being on the right medication.

Stacy, Kisha, Melissa and the team at Bridgeway are amazing! They have been such a huge blessing to my family. I can’t say enough great things, they are caring, thoughtful, flexible and supportive. Their program is holistic and brings the whole family in and makes supporting them a team effort. They have been instrumental in getting our family the help it needs to thrive and do better. I've been going to Bridgeway and getting my mental health medication here since I was 17 (I'm 33 now!) and their staff has always made me feel welcome and at home. My current dr. April Burgess has always gone out of her way to make sure I get my medication, even fitting me into her schedule during mental health emergencies during the several times my Mom was in the hospital. I'm incredibly grateful for her, and even the front desk staff for being patient with me. I'm also happy to be able to have my appointments via telehealth as I'm not always able to visit in person. Thank you for all you do, please don't ever close!

I have been a patient for several months, and let me tell you how wonderful the whole staff is. The receptionist, is so kind, she’s truly amazing. Doctor Amanda Liles is such a wonderful person. She’s so amazing. I’m lucky to have her. I’m lucky to have both my doctors.
I reiterate, Dr. Amanda Liles, and the staff at Lakeview are amazing people. I don’t know how I got so lucky to have them in my life.
