They were very efficient and polite. I got prompt attention from each staff member on my case. I spent the night while they ran the tests needed to give the information to determine the correct prognosis. The room was exceptionally clean, the food was good and the staff was friendly and prompt. I moved here from the Pensacola area. I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again! He told me the place was very clean, nice, food was good, staff was great and he had no complaints. He learned many coping skills to deal with his anger and frustration and seems to be in better spirits. From speaking with all the staff on the phone when checking up on him everyone seemed very friendly, caring and understanding. The therapist Heather Rice has been excellent. When my son went all weekend and no call, I reached out to her and she got him to call me later on in the day and explained what had happened. They visit him at school, they even have a team that will even visit your house and do activities with your child to help them learn coping skills, encouragement, help with self esteem issues, and they reward them aswell. I have seen my son go from having such anger every single day, to slowly coming out of his shell and communicating more, and being in better moods. Mrs Ernestine is the sweetest person ever I don’t know the new employees yet enough to speak on them. But we will get there Promise is the new guy and he’s super cool to. But I’ll be honest loosing Patrick and Tawanna has really made me miss my past counselors they were amazing and I still can reach out to them if I need to there amazing!! Ik so lucky I had someone like Brittany come in and be tye counselors I could lean in along with Mrs Kay I k is I can run to there office and it’s my safe place I can let out the truth about wanting to use and they always take the time to talk me down and make sure I’m 100x better than when I walked in! I’m probably the sickest one there so I k is I need a lot of attention and they go above and beyond every single time. Ms Williams helps you with your insurance so patiently and makes sure you have a plan that you can afford.
