All though I was sent there by the court. My 3 stays there were great the staff there are great. The 3 stays there was the only time I ever felt loved and cared about. Now the Doctors and some nurses are fucking idiots, and don't give a damn about the residents. But my only real complaint would be that the place is dirty and nasty house keeping is lazy as fuck and half ass cleans especially the bathrooms and showers.

My son is completely transformed. He is definitely on his way to becoming the man that God has called him to be. Teen challenge is absolutely hands down the answer to your love one's addiction. I went here a few years back. Court order, even though I was the victim. But the group and staff really helped me on my healing journey. The information I learned helped me break Generational Curses. It helped me from having a victim mindset to a survivor mindset. It taught me so much that I share my growth with my children. MY DOCTOR was top-tier as Sweet and understanding and doctor son had the most sweetest spirit and he was understanding the night. I really enjoyed my stay there and I met Some beautiful strong women who’s more stronger than me I really really like MY DOCTOR and I hope to see him again If life gets too much for me, I needed to take a break for my busy life just to deal with my emotions And staff got them together for me. I’m glad I have A place to go when I’m Overwhelmed and the staff is so respectful the daytime staff in the night I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews …… I wish I would’ve stayed longer just to be with MY DOCTOR nevertheless, I’m giving them 10 star …. Chasity is great i would be gone now if not for her. *** Update*** So Chasity is still great but. Don't call the helpline I called wanting to speak to someone and they just kept asking if I wanted to Kill myself or someone else after answer several times and asking to speak with someone, I got a surprise at my door. Sherriff department placing me in cuffs in front of all my neighbors and took me to the inpatient where they took me cause they don't understand how insulin is done. Then they kept me 5 days and straight stopped me on 20 some odd medicines. I'm stilled messed up from it a yr ago. Now I'm suing. Good luck if you have to go.

I greatly prefer this Legacy Behavioral Health Clinic over the Valdosta office. It is not near as busy or chaotic and you do not feel in danger as you do at the Valdosta one. The staff are nice and helpful unlike the Valdosta office where you are treated rudely. The only downfall is they do not have a pharmacy at this location due to it being a smaller office so you will need to use the Legacy clinic's pharmacy at the Valdosta or Tifton location for you prescriptions or another pharmacy. I highly recommend this office for treatment. They recently moved locations. They are now located at 203 Industrial Park Rd Adel, GA and no longer on Hutchinson Ave.

My daughter’s therapist has been there for her each and every time we have needed her no matter the time of day. She is interested, caring, knowledgeable, and she is involved in every aspect of treatment. Also, she never fails to follow up with her. My daughter also has a Para pro that comes to our house weekly to help her with her coping skills, and many other issues that help her deal with day to day life.

GA Pines is all about recovery and I can say with confidence how VALUABLE GA PINES services are because I am a living example! I have been in recovery since 2013. I have been working here since 2014 in Administration. I have found my niche because I am doing something I know about. Before Recovery I was lost, I felt like I was watching life from the window of a house I could not leave. I was a patient at Lakeview from October 20, 2002, to November 19, 2002. I was there during Lakeview's infancy, when there was only one building, a couple of picnic tables, a basketball hoop and a beat up volleyball net. I can tell you, with great conviction, their program works.
Lakeview gave me the tools I needed to learn how to live a sober life. I still use those tools today, and I have been sober for just over 23 years now. I wish I could come down there and speak to the people currently residing there and tell them it's possible to turn theirs lives around. I am living proof of that,

I was forced to go to Lakeview but I'm happy that I did. I finally admitted that I was an addict and I needed help and I need to change my life. At first I did not want to participate or talk with anyone but after a couple days of hearing other people's stories I realize where I was at in my life and where I was going to end up if I continue. During my stay here I follow their program schedule and start going to the group therapy. For some you may think it's dumb, useless, waste of time but if you really just be more open-minded and use what they teach you it will make a big difference in your life. A big plus for me while I was here was the pool and the gym, never really use the pool but it is a very nice pool with a nice view of the pond I'm back to the gym the gym have everything that you need and yes they do have real trainers. You only get access to the pool and gym if you're in the store, php, and IOP if you're in stepping stone you're out of luck.

Thank you, Isabella and Natalia, for taking the time to tour me and discuss the program. Peace and Purpose Asheville are always looking to forge relationships with treatment centers and Lakeview's clinical staff are second to none, in my experience. They also have an awesome integration program which involves client exposure to the outside, where they go shopping and are involved with a lot of off-campus activities.
No hesitation recommending it as a great program for family and loved ones.

This place has helped me so much!! It’s a really great place to go to if you need Help. Ms.Poole is so awesome she has helped me more than I can even count. In 2017 when I started coming Ms.Poole was my counselor and she was amazing! She always made sure I was okay and she listened to me when I I was going through hard times and she really cared. She always tried to help me. She even bought me me and my kids food for me to take to my house when I was going through a hard time. Now she is the Director and she is amazing at that. She makes sure that everything is by the book and she makes sure all of her patients are treated how they are supposed to be!!! I love Ms Poole! She is amazing And Ms Twanna is my counselor now and she is amazing also she really cares about her patients. Whatever anybody is going through she will listen to you and try to help you in anyway that she can. I love her too!!! This place is awesome if you need help they will really try their best to do whatever they can to help!! All of the staff members are really sweet and they do their job to make sure the patients are well tooken care of. New season Metro Treatment Center is amazing!!! If you are looking for help, this is the place to go. I have never met anyone as dedicated as Ms. Poole. I came there several years ago in a bad way and they did not have to take a chance on me but they did. The empathy, trust, and respect I was treated with bolstered my desire to succede at this program and I have. It has changed my life and I am forever greatful to Ms. Poole, Sonya, and the rest of the wonderful staff there. Over the years I have come in contact with just about everyone there and have been treated very well. Thanks again for all you do.

My experience with Bridgeway over the past month has been excellent. The practice makes it easy to get started. I didn't have to wait long for my initial appointment, and the new patient process was very smooth. The front desk staff for Psychiatry and Medication Services are sweet and incredibly helpful. My provider, Candi, is wonderful; she's clearly knowledgeable and was very thorough in taking my history. I truly felt heard and respected as a patient. She is also proactive in managing my medication needs. Highly recommend Bridgeway! :)

Ive been a patient here for over a year now and I believe the staff that works here has a true heart to serve others in maintaining stability of mental health. Dr April is thorough with questions she has asked me to be sure my medication was correct. I say this, bc I have seen significant improvement in consistency in all areas of my life. Also, she isn’t just a doctor handing out meds at random- like I’ve experienced in another state When I was prescribed two separate addictions unaware of what those meds would do at the time. I feel a sense of security and confidence coming here! The nurses were really helpful when I had a blood pressure issue, the front desk assistance is on it, and the pharmacy is SO MUCH MORE feasible that I am able to AFFORD my meds!

I've been a patient here for a long time and have had quite a few counselors but Ms. Regina and Ms. Sandora are by far AMAZING!!!! They go above and beyond at all times. It doesn't matter the issue they always get a positive resolution. Anytime I need to talk their doors are always open. They truly listen and remember the things I tell them even though they deal with hundreds of people everyday. They show true compassion for each and every patient.

My fiancée and myself just switched from medmark after 8 years and I wish we left there SOONER! this place is AMAZING the staff is amazing that just makes you feel so much better my girl has horrible anxiety and this is our 2nd time here she had to do some extra paperwork and she thought the worst it took 2 mins and they jumped up to help her so fast and sat with her miss cynthia was amazing with her and helping her figure out what to do I have Tracey is my counselor and she is so nice and it’s nothing like our old clinic everyone is so kind and caring when you walk in everyone is always so nice it took us like a whole 10 mins if that to get a full week of take homes

Me and my hubby are transferred from Medmark and I’m so thankful we did the process was a alot longer then I ever had to deal with and it is 2$ more here I will still pick this clinic over that one ANYDAY of the week miss Cynthia is so nice before I even was transferred here she was helping me get my paperwork sent over and making sure I got it all the nurses are amazing there is 2 there I really liked but I forgot names I seen so many people but they help you with intake the nurse that is pregnant and will do bloodwork is amazing I have a huge fear of needles and she helped me get past the bloodwork part and got my bloodwork done on the first try and that’s shocking the other clinic would keep going even after 10 times then my counselor was out for vaction but they have a buddy system so someone is always there to help you! I have such a great counselor well buddy lol she was so nice and you can tell she cares I did have one good counselor at my old clinic but it seems like they are all great here everyone I talked to was really nice and even when I first got there I didn’t know where to go or even where to walk in and a lady there that was going there helped us and showed us where we had to go the building is a lot bigger then the other clinic the doctor was really nice they have a lot of windows so it’s fast my favorite nurse already is miss Lisa she was so sweet to me and she is a fellow animal lover she is the one that sold me on this clinic her and miss cynthia
