Elsa my therapist changed my life and showed me I was worth more than what I was doing. She was an amazing listener and one of the best therapist I’ve ever had. I don’t even have the words to say how much of an impact she was on me. The first employee I met Ivy paved what my stay was going to look like she was absolutely wonderful. Diane was the biggest sweetheart I’ve ever met in my life she literally held me in her arms as I cried and it felt like my mom holding me. Nila was amazing as well! I truly have nothing bad to say about my stay there. Catherine has a personal investment in each and everyone who comes through those doors. I am blessed to have gone through this program and thank you for not giving up on the trainwreck I was when I walked through those doors. Tikvah changed my life.

I will preface by saying I was far from perfect when I arrived at Tykva. I had my struggles. I would research before going here for opiates. I was there July 2025. I am a health care professional that has worked in hospital and Skilled nursing homes..ect so I have some medical knowledge. I chose to get off of a prescribed medication and I chose Tykva. Dana, and Chelsea, were wonderful and Ivy although , new very caring. as well. Psychologist's, Byron and Jimmy were excellent. Chef , Ralph was sweet , smart and so very talented! He made me beautiful salads and beautiful meals as I am vegetarian. Now for the not so good: Staff introduced a NP as "Dr. Wendy". With all due respects, you are NOT a DR. ! I was prescribed 4mg MORE Subutex than my script for 8mg. I finally had to request to speak with Dr Davidoff who's online video says he will talk to any patient. Nope. Neither he nor his CEO son were available according to Zack. I finally requested a consult with Dr .Toledo, Medical Director who looked at my meds and agreed the taper was NOT correct . So I was tapered off a prescribed opiate, Subutex, that I had been on 13 yrs.in 6 days the last week of my stay. Try that for fun.!!! I received Visteril, an antihistamine ,for withdraw. I still feel withdraw and I'm home several days. All that money I spent with me needing to tell staff about Clonidine for withdraw and to decrease high blood pressure. ect I do appreciate them letting me bring my cats.. truly my pets gave me so much peace. Nowhere else would allow my cats. I'm very grateful to have had them there with me. I FINALLY got a seasoned nurse after two other nurses....Cassandra, you are a jewel! Thank you Cassandra for being there for me. Now Cassandra can call herself a nurse.! Excellent! She checked on me several times, adjusted meds for Clonidine and stopped by my last day to check on me. I'm SO grateful for her. Katherine posted signs all over house to call her in need of anything. I called at 8:45 one eve , but she goes to bed at 9 pm so did not reply. She also does not work weekends. NO nurse there in house after 9pm. No one but a night watchman. If you are going through withdraw and need med's ..forget it. NO NURSE AT NIGHT. For UTI I was sent to hospital for 6 days! No walk in clinic..Off I went to Hospital. Katherine recommended IOP to me at end. I have proof with IOP's calling me saying that Tykva recommended IOP. I have these conversations recorded on my phone after asking for consent to record. Then , after speaking with my brother , Katherine changed recommendation to PHP ..without telling me.! I was emailed PHP recommendation ..but she and I had just conversed via telephone and I had been assured "least resrictive IOP" I was too ill to open computer and read she had changed recommendation. There were 3 patients in house.. THREE. They OVERDOSED one woman with 4x antihistimine med she needed and she hallucinated all night! THREE PATIENTS ! Tykva appeared to do well with alcohol. Others were very satisfied. I would recommend doing your research. The Dr. of acupuncture was wonderful! Miguel who did massage are AWESOME! It is a lovely place in SO many ways ..with caring Concierges, a great Chef, beautiful amenities, boat rides on a lovely lake..excellent psychologist's A few tweaks and it would be awesome. Once again , thank you to staff mentioned who were honest and wonderful to me.

The staff at Bayan Sebring blessed my family. The entire process from the first called and intake to the discharged of my daughter. From the intake person, transportation of my daughter to the facility and the therapists, case manager, family support representative, and all the others staff that I had the pleasure of talking to about my daughter. Another outstanding part of the my daughter’s treatment is that they kept us in the loop by communicating with us. There was nothing but outstanding service that went above and beyond the call of caring. They have my daughter hope as well as her family. Lastly, Ms Lakaya Johnson, Mr. Keith Berger are definitely two of the ones that I had the most of the communication with, which were outstanding professionals that I can not thank more for all their help. All the staff deserve equal thanks also. If I know anyone that is in the same position that are having mental issues, I will recommend Banyan Sebring facility. Thank you all.

I am forever grateful to this place. The staff is incredible, they truly care and put their heart and soul in everything they do. Donald was my therapist, Brandy was my case manager; they were both wonderful. The other therapists and case managers that weren’t even mine were a vital part in my recovery. I suggest utilizing all the staff you can, including the BHT’s. They want to help, and they definitely did. The reviews talking about “only an hour a day in the pool,” or the “gym isn’t good enough,” if that’s what you’re taking away with you in your recovery, then good luck. We had groups every day of the week, which is a necessary part in our recovery. They had activities for us every night, so we could build connections while having fun. The pool and the gym were extra gifts when we had the opportunity to use them. I would have loved it without. If you’re considering taking the steps to recovery, 100% recommend.

White Sands was a vital part of my recovery journey! Every staff member was helpful and courteous. Maria G was my therapist and helped me in ways I couldn't imagine. This treatment center was truly helpful and I recommend it to anyone who is ready to take the first step in their recovery journey.

Heather the counselors and the doctor run a wonderful facility here. They offer freedom from active addiction a promise of renewed hope and a purposeful driven life free from addiction. My stay here a year ago also provided me the opportunity to live in their sober living home. The art, equine, yoga and reki thrapy sessions are incredible. I really liked the bio bed as well as my free time on the patio. 7 Summit Pathways reintroduced me to mindful meditation, grounding techniques and journaling. My counselor Doug was very encouraging. I was able to get a job near to their sober living house in Valrico and protect my anonymity. They had a nice dinner for the holidays and other clients families would join us. The van was always a safe drive and i always felt reassured and comfortable. They offer a native American Wellbriety meeting on Wednesday at 7pm i look forward to returning to again soon. Alot of these examples have helped me as i was able to keep my sponsor and take steps in the 12 step Narcotics Anonymous program. 7 Summit Pathways helped me keep living a productive good and healthy life. I just wanted to say how incredibly helpful and amazing Heather was tonight during a crisis. I reached out at midnight about a family member and was blown away by her kindness, willingness to talk/help, etc. I have worked in the substance abuse field for over 15 years and been a patient as well. I know that parts of the system can be broken at times. Heather went above and beyond what I have ever seen anyone do. She really cares and is a true angel.

I went to detox here last summer. I had never been anywhere for detox or treatment and I was terrified before I arrived. The staff were all very kind and supportive. I actually had fun and learned a lot! They assisted me in getting into a Post Hospitalization Program, which I attended and completed. They still check on me to see him I'm doing and see if there's anything I need. I highly recommend Amethyst!

As a man in and out of treatment centers Amethyst is by far the best . Not only do you get a second chance at life but the staff and environment are A+. If you are debating about going to treatment you will be beyond blessed if accepted into Amethyst and don’t take it lightly . You may not be so blessed next go around .God is good and you’re worth it !

This place has changed my life. I came in literally at rock bottom and they built me back up one day at a time. From every single tech to the cleaning people truly care for your recovery. Michelle went out of her way for an impossible task for me and brought tears to my eyes for the 1st time in year. As for Joey compassionate, caring, understanding and above all a great human in general GOD took his time with him. Anthony cant say enough "LOVE" This is the place to get you life back together.

The team at Tranquil Shores is amazing. My clients get great treatment, and their families get consistent communication. The facility is beautiful, clinical staff and programming are legit. As an industry pro for 15 years, I'm happy to share that Tranquil is great.

Kayle I was here and they have great staff and also great case managers they help you a lot I will recommend coming here for mental health and addiction if you guys need help with your situation. And also great pastor Kim as well I love all them thank you everyone and staff for the help I need I really appreciate it.

I completed this program with success and it was a very good place to be. The staff was very helpful. They helped me succeed in many ways and I am greatful to have been a part of this journey through recovery. Shout out Pastor Kim! I was in the right place at the right time when this program became available to me and I am very happy to have been part of the NPAC team.

I called Transformations by the Gulf today looking for help I needed. Taylor was so amazing on the phone and provided support and detailed answers to my questions. I cannot recommend this place or Taylor highly enough!

June 2023, I attended Transformations and had a wonderful and very healing experience. I recently have celebrated 600 days sober from alcohol, which is what I went into rehab for. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and supportive. The living accommodations were top notch! It was a true home away from home feeling. I would not be where I am today without Transformations!

Hazelden saved my life! The therapists and the entire staff are incredible people with amazing hearts.

From the second I walked through those doors, I had the best experience with the entire staff. From the office people to the Nurses and the Techs, the Engineers Nick and Travis, the therapists and my group of friends that I met during my staff. The Condo was awesome and the groceries being delivered weekly was great! Being able to use our cell phones and lap tops was awesome! The Tuesday trips the 7-11 was always a day to look forward to and the pot luck Friday nights was so a great experience. After it was over, I found it hard to leave. Awesome place. Staff is unbelievable. I can't remember all the names but everyone who works there is awesome nurses,techs,therapists,case managers,cleaning crew,kitchen etc etc. Director is great too. No place is close

I went to several places this past Summer looking for help. It was my first time seeking this type of help. I left Sunrise due to my specific health issues that made my detox complicated. However, these people were by far the most caring and invested folks I found out pf all of the different ones I dealt with. The Practitioner was really outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone.
