Been to this facility multiple times now. They have always been very accommodating and have continuously helped me through my mental health and substance issues. I highly recommend this place for stabilization and learning a lot about therapies.

Coastal Detox is a good place to work the staff is amazing willing to guide you every step of the way if needed regarding work or even clients assist.The atmosphere feels more Christian base setting which means I really like how godly and positive affirmations are posted given clients hope and a positive mind set knowing they are in a safe place and getting proper treatment with people who cares to get them through recovery. 🙂

Working at Coastal Detox has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. As someone in recovery, I never imagined I would be on the other side, helping others find hope and healing. My time at Tikvah Lake wasn't just a recovery journey; it was a profound transformation. I feel compelled to share and the positive aspects of this experience, which reframed my entire understanding of substance abuse, addiction, and personality disorders. Before Tikvah Lake, I saw my struggles only as weaknesses. The program taught me to see my life differently. I now understand that my addiction was not a moral failing, but a misguided solution. It was my brain's attempt to cope with pain, trauma, and overwhelming emotions that I had developed throughout my life. My time at Tikvah Lake helped me to develop a level of self awareness, resilience, and coping skills that I never would have possessed otherwise. The staff at Tikvah Lake approached my underlying personality challenges with compassion and expertise. They helped me see that my traits, like my the intense emotions, the patterns of thinking and relating, were not lifelong sentences to misery. Instead, they are a set of challenges that, when understood can be managed. From the great food, beautiful lake, the Florida sun, a personal trainer, massage therapist and very good professional therapists, counselors and support staff, they provided a peaceful and safe place that was essential for me to open up and do the hard work that I needed to do to heal. This program wasn't just about talk therapy. The program helped me build a toolbox for life, not just sobriety. Oh, did I mention that I am a professional and the program also gave me the time and freedom to do the professional work that I still needed to do while I was there. If you or a loved one are struggling, know that there is not just hope on the other side, but a truly vibrant and fulfilling life. Tikvah Lake will help to guide you there.

I have been to many rehabs and this one by far has been the best I have ever experienced. From admission to after care the staff at Tikvah and Park Manor have went above and beyond for both my wife and myself. The space was immaculate and peaceful. All of my basic needs were taken care of so I could focus on my recovery, relationships, and spiritually. Every single staff member took the time and care to impact my life positively and will not soon be forgotten. I want to make a special mention to Zach, Katherine, Roosevelt, Deandra, Diane, Donielle, and Jimmy. We were able to do family counseling for my wife and I with Jimmy and he helped us to work through our relationship to foster the love and move past our resentments. I was able to develop my personal recovery plan and I left feeling prepared and full of gratitude. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Anyone I love that struggles with mental health or addiction this would be my choice for them with out a doubt. I can't thank them enough.

After 20 years of my sons battle with addiction and mental health issues which included multiple rehabs and therapists this is by far the best place he has ever been. I finally have hope for him because they are listening and watching him to determine why he keeps failing at sobriety. The staff are kind and caring and the facility is very clean and a pleasant place to be while recovering . They are accommodating to the family also as they truly understand addiction is a family problem. The people who run the facility know what the clients need to get started on a successful happy life of sobriety and are sincere about helping them if they are ready to help themselves .

I had a great experience at Amethyst. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and productive rehab experience. The environment is very positive and restful. As a patient your only responsibility is to stay in the building; they take care of everything else and make detox as painless as possible. The staff are so kind and respectful and the food and accommodations are excellent— even down to the mattresses! 1000/10 highly recommend

If you need to detox and you're serious about recovery and sobriety this is the place you need to be. the staff and the food are top notch and the Aftercare planning is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone serious about recovery in a safe environment:-) :-)!!!

The therapist are very professional especially carrie. Larry in discharge is super helpful and gets the aid you need while in therapy. Without him I would not of found housing. Highly recommend foundations wellness center

Foundations wellness Center is an amazing place to recover. My therapist was Carrie and she has a spot in my heart forever. She taught me how to find good things about myself even when I couldn't you would not be wasting your time going to foundations wellness Center

Friendly staff good techs learned a lot got clean from alcohol help me out a lot always listen never put me out or gave up on me

Honestly I have received good psych care from here but I still think there should be some improvements, because nobody/nothing is perfect except for Him. I was constantly having some confrontations (physical and verbal) with some of the kids there, especially with a kid named Hunter, and I think the director should have investigated it instead of brushing me off. Although they couldn't handle my bad behavior anymore after 10 days, I still received good psych care despite my bad behavior. Thank you Ms. Annemarie, Ms. Shannen, Ms. Nordeen, Ms. Celina, Mr. Ezekiel, Mr. Daevonte, Ms. Melissa, Ms. Shanicka, Ms. Nina, and my therapist (I forgot her name but she was good to me) I'm sorry to disappoint you guys, you guys have been good to me I really appreciate you guys, God bless you all. 🙏🙏

I can’t speak to how Ambrosia is today (I did look through the reviews though and it seems as though it’s gone downhill a lottttt in the last few years with mainly negative reviews whereas the older ones are all positive. Unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of treatment facilities but Ambrosia was by far the best - like 100x better. I actually loved it there a little too much as I went through their inpatient program 8 times. That wasn’t because it wasn’t an amazing program it was me that was the problem. I constantly self sabotaged and didn’t know how to function in the world sober and essentially became institutionalized. (The last time I went they told me it was the last time and I was black listed and wouldn’t be allowed to come back because they realized I had an unhealthy comfortability with the facility. I truly did consider it my home. Every time I went I really did try my hardest and the staff did everything in their power to help and support me including sending me to an outside trauma therapist who I worked with for 4 years and she helped me immensely. I wish I could say ambrosia was the last place I went to but it took a lot more rehabs for me to finally get out of my own way. It doesn’t seem like any of the staff is still there (I went the first time in 2011) but they truly cared and helped keep me safe from my own self and I’ll forever be grateful. I don’t think I would be alive today if I never went to ambrosia or if I didn’t go as many times as I did. Actually I know I wouldn’t. So this review goes out to everyone that worked there a long time ago. James, Ashley, Mike, Jordan (especially you - you’re the reason I never spent a single night on the streets and you never gave up on me). And all the techs from that time too. Shauna, Nicole, Ro, Tonia…. I owe you all my life. 🩵

I went here in 2014 and currently have 10 years clean. The community outside of treatment that this place introduces you to is invaluable to early recovery. Port St. Lucie is the perfect little quiet town to settle into when you're coming out of something as serious as hard drug addiction—especially if you're from the Northeast. I completed this program with success and it was a very good place to be. The staff was very helpful. This is my first recovery program and I can honestly say that Neuro Psychiatric Addiction clinic save my life. The staffs and techs was very good to the patients and that really played a big part, far as me receiving the love and care I needed to get better. Today I'm sober and clean and HAPPY!!!

My name is William Hopkins I go by Liam and I was at a point in my life where I have just burned every bridge exhausted every angle for help in the city that I was living in and I was just at my very bottom I called my insurance company for help they gave me a place in Jacksonville Florida called Lakeview health Lakeview hospital that I was way too messed up for their program and I wasn't going to be able to go there so they turned me on to this place called neuropsychiatric addiction clinic let me tell you I have done a full circle bounce back I got back like my physical appearance my mental state is at its best it's ever been in my whole entire life and the staff is great they help you out they feed you and talk to you the psychologist psychiatrist the groups there were on point they really you know hit the subjects that needed to be touched for each individual person there and I just want to give a big thanks everybody that works there I'm a part of their PHP program and that is another awesome amazing program so if you know somebody that needs help and they really need help and want help send the neuro they will get them right

My experience with Banyun was a positive one. The staff is what makes this place special. From the techs to the therapists everyone gives there best. If you're looking for a facility that focuses on recovery I would recommend Banyun.

This place has helped a lot with my alcohol addiction, the staff is amazing , the FOOD! is immaculate, the people here really care about your health and want you to get better, the groups are fun and the people you meet you’ll never forget . 10/10 , I will miss the staff .

Banyan Stuart is the best facility and only facility I’ve been to my whole life. The staff is amazing and welcoming. From therapist, techs, kitchen staff, nursing and even the community as a whole. If you put in the work it will all be worth the trip. You want to fish you can fish. You want to watch movies or can. The outside meetings and outings are all amazing and well worth it. Stay the course and do the work. Don’t get in your head and go to the groups and therapy sessions. I’m greatly appreciated for Banyan Stuart and can’t wait to come back in a year to share my story with the community. Thank you all for the encouragement uplifting words and smiles around every corner.

How to explain it cause dr betty is very nice and sometimes if you need help then she always take you in very early and the staff in the front office they are very nice but don't let the bad vibes hurt/fool you because the new horizons stuart is always here to help or the injection from fort pierce to stuart injection staff that gives me the injection every 3 month's they are helpful and nice so if you need help again then new horizon stuart they got your back with meds. (:
