Taylor and Sheimah are the best techs at RBS, hands down they care and are loving people.

This was my first time in treatment, and didn’t know what to expect. The staff was kind and professional. The way therapy groups are structured, created a daily routine and schedule to simplify the path to recovery. All staff were caring and supportive of all clients, but a few that really went the extra mile for me like Janie, Trish, Linda and Leigh really stood out to me. The sense of community and friendships I made, have definitely left a mark and had a hand in shaping my path in recovery.

I have had an amazing experience with this facility...recovery that sticks...from the new housing, great staff, and flexible food options...I was given the care I needed to get things right in my life and beat addiction...the staff is great, Jess my therapist is incredible to work with and can connect with anyone in a friendly way that can be appropriately tough when needs to be but is relatable and encouraging, it's obvious she loves what she does, my caseworker Janey gave me solutions that set me up for success during and after php level of care, and she goes above and beyond what's required to make things possible for us...last but not least I cannot forget the techs the blue that holds the place together. RBS techs are behind the scenes and available keeping everything running through the day and available 24 hours a day. They keep the place clean they get the beds ready they make sure we get to and from where we need to be. They also go out of their way getting us all the varies requests that we make that they don't necessarily have to do all in the kindness of their hearts... When we have bad days they still get the job done no matter where the clients are at or how they are being treated they're sensitive to the fact that sometimes we're difficult and our moods can go up and down trying to deal with so many new people while we're trying to get sober and learn coping skills. Out of all the techs I would have to say Taylor has gone above and beyond we had a rough start the first time that I tried to come through and I left... When I came back and actually finished this program you forgave me for how I was and has gone out of her way to help with little things that made big differences. She handles her daily responsibilities thoroughly and make sure things are done right and with care. Thank you RBS for this amazing experience I will be forever grateful!!! P.S. special thanks to all the people involved in my recovery here but I haven't mentioned therapists, techs, caseworkers, doctors, nurses, clinical directors, and all of the incredible group facilitators that fed me what I needed to overcome the need to use substance helping find that I never had a substance issue that I had an issue with my life and the way things were going. For showing me a different solution for those troubles that don't lead to substance abuse.

I don’t know where to start!!! I am filled with tears of joy every day because of the dedicated work I have been putting in healing from my childhood trauma. I cannot recommend Ann Marie highly enough. I have been working with her for the past four years to address and heal my trauma, and her expertise has been transformative. I’ve had a really positive experience with the Decision Points group. The program is well-structured, meaningful, and focused on real-life situations, which has helped me learn a lot and feel more confident in the choices I make. The environment is always supportive and respectful, and everyone is encouraged to share at their own pace. Alexia and Morgan are outstanding facilitators. They’re patient, understanding, and genuinely care about everyone in the group. They make the sessions feel safe and welcoming, explain things clearly, and encourage open, honest conversations without any judgment. Because of their guidance, I’ve gained new insight, personal growth, and a stronger sense of direction. I love coming to thrive, they have such a great energy everytime I see them. All of the staff that is. From The ladies up front, to the people all around. I Couldn't be more grateful for all of them. Wonderful free program to help struggling woman with alcohol and drug addiction. A christ centered, loving woman's home. I went there for almost two years and have been sober for eight years. They truly help you heal from a lot of things through God's help. Love them and wouldnt be here without there help and direction.

I have been going here for 9yrs now, the last 2 have been seeing acute psychologist, Aerial, and another psychologist named Geri, both have helped me deal with a lot of mental health issues, my primary care dr was Dr. Brown, now I have Dr.O'Meara, she is good too. Would have given 5 stars but have had some issues making appts. Otherwise everyone is great there.

Have someone close to me in this facility and it’s their second time, she explains an has told me how much she appreciates and cherish the professionalism and customer service. Nothing but good things from everyone I know who’s been through here and if I ever had a situation myself or someone close to me I wouldn’t even think twice I would pick this facility over any in Florida

This place saved my life if it wasn't for the staff I wouldn't know where I would be at this time. The staff was very attentive to all the patients there, They treat you like you family and the food is great. Lol Agape means live and they sure do show it. I would recommend this place for anyone with mental health issues or addiction issues.

I was brought here and upon my arrival i met Ayzia, she is one of the best techs out there and i couldn’t be more grateful for her! She made me feel safe even when i didn’t feel okay and helped me thur my episodes! Especially with anxiety! She never hesitated to make me laugh till i almost pissed myself! SHE DESERVES A RAISE 💯💯💯

This facility isn’t a resort. I did not come to get treatment in luxury. I’ve been in and out of Detox, i relapsed so many times but everytime I comeback they take me in with open arms judgement free. I’m grateful they got me into an out patient program on scholarship and I believe this time I won’t be coming back. I’m 60 days sober and I’ve finally realized I have to work the program and the steps to stay out of detox. The staff at New Herizons is the best and most knowledgeable out of the places I’ve been for treatment. Thank God for New Herizons they saved my life.

Lmao hey mr will do you remember me from back in the children unit back from 2011 through 2013 it's me francisco gaspar i'm now the age of 27 and turning 28 this year and do you remember when you told me that i had food in my mouth as a chipmunk also thank's to the ppl from back in the old days for helping me with my mental health issues i really miss you guy's i remember i think his name was rico or whatever his name was the worker rico thanked for helping me and he was a nice worker but now i know he's not working their when i left my final moment in 2013 including the doctors too whoever is see my review don't be afraid and your fears and whatever type of your mental health issue is you need to just battle and fight it back i know back in the old days i use to be afraid and fear but something told me that don't be afraid and fear different ppl have the samething but different there r different mental hospital's out there that r their for you god is helping you out trust me.

One of the best decisions I've made was to make that step to pick up the phone a year ago and made my first appointment with Chaute. She listened and provide the best service for me and my marriage that I am able to apply today. I love how she listens, gives advices and Godly advice at that and she cares. I will definitely continue to make my regular sessions with her as I continueto managing and tackle life changes and stresses. I am really grateful for her services.

I contacted Chaute re: learned behavior my toddler picked up in a former daycare. She listened, digested, and created a plan of action for my kiddo. Within a few days, Chaute was in my son's preschool class observing and using techniques that helped him overcome the negative behavior he had picked up within a matter of a few weeks. We love you Chaute!

Our community is so blessed to have a place like Hibiscus. As a volunteer of many years there, I've seen so many youth who have received so much support and extra help preparing for adult life. Florida has so many fantastic benefits for foster kids, including for when they reach age 18-21 and move on from Hibiscus. By then they've had a chance process, heal, and also have had the opportunity to work, to build their resumes, have some savings, etc. But places like this don't come to exist automatically, it was founded by many concerned citizens to be a place of refuge for our youth. Thank God for Hibiscus and all the dedicated staff who make all this possible to help so many get on their feet.

Miracles is the perfect name for this place. I arrived in early May, and it felt positive from day 1. Mike did my intake and made me feel at home and didnt sugar coat anything . We had a great talk as he explained everything. Alex does a great job of keeping the office running smoothly and teaches great groups. Rod is hands down the best therapist I have ever had, great listener, and has amazing down to earth advice. He also walks around and checks on people, and is usually the first person everyone sees in the morning. He always has a welcoming smile for everyone. Stephanie is the case manager who goes to bat for you every day to take care of your needs, whether its legal, food stamps whatever. Eric is the housing director who truly cares for you. He works diligently every single day to make sure you have a clean and safe place to stay, and also makes sure you are getting to meetings, getting to the doctor, all kinds of things. Shanell and Stephanie give 200 percent driving you to meetings, walmart , the doctor, getting your meds ,and so many other things I dont know how they get it all done. Taylor is the director, and an amazing therapist. She gets so many other things done its incredible, and she always makes time for people when they stop her in the hallway. Maria is another amazing therapist who always checks on everyone with a smile. Derek is the Alumni director who does so many things, amd also goes way out of his way to help anyone in need. I had friends in another state who couldn't get to treatment, and he made it happen for them. I truly believe that God used Derek to save their lives. Bryant is the absolute best group facilitator I have ever had. I have been battling addiction over 20 years, and I have never experienced anyone who leads a group with the love, care and understanding that He does. Windi, Ashley, Lewis and Jodi also do an amazing job of leading groups, being positive about all of recovery. Life coaching, and REAL things we need to talk about. Parts of what we need to address in our recovery, not just saying the words but digging deep, where the rubber meets the road. I want to emphasize again that everyone at Miracles, all of the staff, ALWAYS made me know that they truly cared, even when things were not always going the way I thought they should. They always took time to listen to suggestions, complaints, anything. They would bring breakfast, sausage biscuits or donuts, and pizza on Fridays. Little things to let you know they did care, that you DO matter. They also helped me with food until I could get my food stamps All of the little things that other places dont care about. Miracles DOES care. I cannot say enough of how grateful I am that my higher power, that I call Jesus Christ, led me to Miracles. It truly helped me with not only myself, but with my recovery and learning to live again. I will ALWAYS be grateful for Miracles, their staff, and everyone I met there. Miracles is the name for a reason.

This place an amazing regeneration program when I first came into cross training I tryed everything to go back home. Not for my family but for my selfish reasons. After ing being there I realized I was a very selfish person I was in addiction of drugs and achohol for 2 to 3 years before. This regeneration program helped me grow up and become a good Cristian man it is a lump sum of time so you think but if you look at it as an investment it is the greatestt one you can make. Now rewriting this I have graduated and have been sober allmost 2 years and allmost one year out of the program. This place has gave me the tools to live life sober. Not only sober but in a Crist like manner this place saved my life let it save your or you loved one
