It was truly a holistic experience, offering sound therapy, reiki, massages, fitness activities and more. The onsite gym, albeit small, offered dumbbells, treadmill, Peloton Bike, and a Nordic Row. I would have preferred if it included a few kettle bells, but overall the extent of the gym was more than I expected. The cafeteria was always clean and well stocked - the chefs were friendly and warm. Whether it was the salad bar or the amazing curated meals, or the classic cheeseburger - the food was never a source of concern for me. The entire staff was outstanding - from the Ops Manager Rasheed, down to every single BHT. House Keeping staff were muy bueno. Kitchen staff, therapists, recreational staff, I could go on and on with lists and praise. I have never felt so heard and so welcomed as I did by the Beachside employees. There were some inequities between the PHP and Residential program, but nothing that caused me any significant concern - just areas where I submitted suggestions to improve processes. I truly am thankful to Beachside for the serenity they provided while I was there and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for Mental Health or Substance Use Rehab. I just have chronic insomnia and extreme anxiety, of course they would not let me take my prescription meds Long story short I didn’t sleep for 30 days perhaps 15 minutes to an hour a night but compared to everything else out there this was a golden opportunity. I should’ve stayed two more weeks as my friend was going to be in the Bahamas. My situation is alcohol. I thank the Hanley center very much for sponsoring me. I was so lucky. Sometimes you don’t realize it right away. It was only my second time in rehab when one other girl I knew had been in rehab 35 times. I must add this is no slouch of a rehab. There are people from very good homes and have gone even to Ivy League schools, but no one knew what the word insomnia meant which I found quite odd. I’ve been diagnosed my whole life with that. I felt like a guinea pig each night they tried to give me some psych med to put me to sleep. Finally, I gave up and would only take melatonin and maybe Advil it still didn’t put me to sleep…if I could turn the clock around I would go back and stay the extra two weeks my friend was in the Bahamas for two weeks when she was supposed to pick me up, so she wanted me to stay longer. I should have listened to her. I am looking into rehab centers now. The reviews are very scary and there is no one to sponsor me. After leaving it has been a total nightmare. The wrong person picked me up and they tried to scam me for $. perhaps I should give you five stars. I also should not have been drinking coffee cause that is caffeine. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip ❤️ From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed. The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs. The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too. While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace. The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends. The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand. Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step. Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery. Although some of the negative reviews are a bit disappointing, don't let that discourage you from coming to Inspire because it has a real chance of saving people lives. You do not have to suffer anymore and you don't have to do it alone, but let's be honest.....it's a rehab facility and you take what you put in. If you're here to fornicate and play around then I can't promise you success being here. If you put your all and want what this program has to offer, then take the chance that can really do something with it. Yes people have relapsed and all that other stuff that previous reviews have stated. But this is the battle of addiction and inspire cannot save you from yourself. What helped me the most was the LIV program. The group therapy is very very helpful in your recovery. My personal team, Bree, Benette, Margot, and Isaiah deserve a special shout out and a huge thank you!! I'm writing this because .(I'M FINALLY SOBER FOR OVER A YEAR) the first time in 50 plus years without being in JAIL,PRISON OR TREATMENT CENTER and between those 3 place in them many times BECAUSE OF MY ADDICTION but being honest about it. ALL of these places tried too help me (COASTAL DETOX) went above and beyond for ME coastal detox (MRS JUDY) I new treatment centers, detox, hospital, jails, BUT DIDNT know recovery I THANK GOD EVERY DAY THAT COASTAL DETOX LET ME GO BACK THERE ONE MORE TIME because everyone else were done with me. I'M SAYING ALL THIS TOO SAY YES ITS NICE TOO BE IN 5 STAR TREATMENT CENTER, DETOX IT MAKES IT EASIER THE STAFF SO HELPFUL AND KIND. ( BUT PLEASE DON'T BE LIKE ME AND TAKE IT ALL FOR GRANTED) IM THE ONLY KID MY MOM HAS LEFT BECAUSE OF ADDICTION IM SO GRATEFUL FOR COASTAL IVE NOT TOUCHED A DROP OF ALCOHOL SENCE I LEFT THERE NOW IM ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF MY MOM WHO LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS SEE SHE NEVER USED ANYTHING BUT LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF ADDICTION. I have been to rehabs previously, however Beachside was the first rehab where the 12 steps were not a mandated expectation. It was truly a holistic experience, offering sound therapy, reiki, massages, fitness activities and more. The onsite gym, albeit small, offered dumbbells, treadmill, Peloton Bike, and a Nordic Row. I would have preferred if it included a few kettle bells, but overall the extent of the gym was more than I expected. The cafeteria was always clean and well stocked - the chefs were friendly and warm. Whether it was the salad bar or the amazing curated meals, or the classic cheeseburger - the food was never a source of concern for me. The entire staff was outstanding - from the Ops Manager Rasheed, down to every single BHT. House Keeping staff were muy bueno. Kitchen staff, therapists, recreational staff, I could go on and on with lists and praise. I have never felt so heard and so welcomed as I did by the Beachside employees. There were some inequities between the PHP and Residential program, but nothing that caused me any significant concern - just areas where I submitted suggestions to improve processes. I truly am thankful to Beachside for the serenity they provided while I was there and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for Mental Health or Substance Use Rehab.

I have been here and did not appreciate until I saw what’s out there. I was lucky enough to be sponsored. I just have chronic insomnia and extreme anxiety, of course they would not let me take my prescription meds Long story short I didn’t sleep for 30 days perhaps 15 minutes to an hour a night but compared to everything else out there this was a golden opportunity. I should’ve stayed two more weeks as my friend was going to be in the Bahamas. My situation is alcohol. I thank the Hanley center very much for sponsoring me. I was so lucky. Sometimes you don’t realize it right away. It was only my second time in rehab when one other girl I knew had been in rehab 35 times. I must add this is no slouch of a rehab. There are people from very good homes and have gone even to Ivy League schools, but no one knew what the word insomnia meant which I found quite odd. I’ve been diagnosed my whole life with that. I felt like a guinea pig each night they tried to give me some psych med to put me to sleep. Finally, I gave up and would only take melatonin and maybe Advil it still didn’t put me to sleep…if I could turn the clock around I would go back and stay the extra two weeks my friend was in the Bahamas for two weeks when she was supposed to pick me up, so she wanted me to stay longer. I should have listened to her. I am looking into rehab centers now. The reviews are very scary and there is no one to sponsor me. After leaving it has been a total nightmare. The wrong person picked me up and they tried to scam me for $. perhaps I should give you five stars. I also should not have been drinking coffee cause that is caffeine. Thank you again for the opportunity, Miss Donna Quinn. I recommend this place to anyone seeking help.

This place has changed my life. I came in literally at rock bottom and they built me back up one day at a time. From every single tech to the cleaning people truly care for your recovery. Michelle went out of her way for an impossible task for me and brought tears to my eyes for the 1st time in year. I love all the staff at ambrosia. They saved my daughter’s life. The nurses and all the staff are incredible. I would like to give a specific shout out to Katelyn Macias “my child’s therapist”. We absolutely love her. From day one, she made our daughter feel seen, understood, and genuinely supported. When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding. Pastor Craig is the best motivational staff member he’s made a world of a difference in my life. Diane’s groups are AMAZING! I’ve learned so much about why I did what I’ve done and she has always been there for me. If you wanna get deep in the Big Book Larry can direct you with any question and answers you have. A year ago yesterday Kat picked me up from the airport. In 10 minutes, I'll be going to a meeting to pick up my 1-year chip ❤️ From the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with the rep, Trisha, I had an amazing experience! She and my sister helped me coordinate my trip, as I was in no condition to do so myself. Within hours I had an airplane ticket and a bed. The first week is a daze. But I was comfortable, taken care of, and well fed. They also accommodated my dietary needs. The med staff paid close attention, monitoring vitals, and doing extra check-ins as needed (ex: coming during the night to check blood pressure if too low). The medication made detox comfortable, and made me feel safe (a major reason I chose a center was fear of DTs/death). The staff doctor was great, too. While there, we were offered groups that were very beneficial. These included relaxation/meditation/ mindfulness sessions, communication classes, and chiropractic services. There were fun activities like tiedye and group painting. H & I also came in daily, or was run by house staff. This was my intro to AA, which I've come to love and embrace. The rooms were comfortable, with a TV for each bed (head phones provided). My particular roommate situation was incredible! 3 of us text regularly, and are certain to be lifelong friends. The grounds are beautiful! The courtyard is a lovely place to relax and socialize. The back yard area has activities like corn hole and yard nuts. There's a sandbox that I called my beach, and would lounge and journal with my feet in the sand. Initially, I planned on detox, only, and then returning to Michigan. When I realized that detox was only the first step, they had reps from rehab facilities visit to help coordinate the second step. Shout out to Kenny, Kat. Marissa, Kenith, Rick and Felicai. I'm sure staff has changed, and that I've forgotten many names. But I'll never forget the amazing people that helped me start my road to recovery.

Just spent a well needed 3wks at 1 solution detox. The entire staff is great. Directors , Doctors ,techs ,nurses and therapist all do their job with ❤️. I would definitely recommend treatment there to anybody struggling with a drug/alcohol disease. Rick W

This place is very dirty. The doctor there was unable to help me and I ended up leaving the center in a private ambulance which I had to wait nearly 2 hours to be transported to the hospital. They lied to family and said I was doing well and healthy when I lost 11lbs in a week because of they were unable to cater to my dairy and shellfish allergy. On the bright side, you are able to order drinks to the center and still partake in drinking and smoking with certain staff.

I have a huge on going love and gratitude for beach house and everyone involved. From directors to cleaning staff. Absolute top tear. I should be dead or in prison. With out beach house I'm convinced I would be. Not only did beach house get and teach me how to live sober, they showed how to be a man of integrity. Most of all this process has developed me into the man that God had ment me to be. I miss all of the beach house team, though they frequently check in on me. Several off them. Not just a general anonymous text. I want to name them, but there is so many. Oh and I miss the amazing food. Also top tear. Beach house is a big part of my testimony. This program isn't something you take for granted. I encourage anyone that if you're tired of being sick and suffering and are part of the LGBTQIA+ community then absolutely come. There are opportunities for success and a chance at freedom. There's nobody constantly yelling at you to be great and the staff loves their clients wholeheartedly. Although some of the negative reviews are a bit disappointing, don't let that discourage you from coming to Inspire because it has a real chance of saving people lives. You do not have to suffer anymore and you don't have to do it alone, but let's be honest.....it's a rehab facility and you take what you put in. If you're here to fornicate and play around then I can't promise you success being here. If you put your all and want what this program has to offer, then take the chance that can really do something with it. Yes people have relapsed and all that other stuff that previous reviews have stated. But this is the battle of addiction and inspire cannot save you from yourself. If it didn't work out for you in the past, I'm sorry. But I encourage to be real and honest and not discourage the ability of this program saving someone's life in desperate need of saving. It has saved countless lives time and time again!!!

The review left by Cole matheson is absolutely false. I would love to say that inspired recovery has brought myself and so many other people sobriety especially for the LGBT community. When I first left my family to go to Singer Island I was terrified! I had never been to a treatment facility to do inpatient treatment. They really made it easier for me every step of the way. They handled my flight and communication with my boss, dealt with my insurance, and my parole officer as I was on felony parole. They made sure I got calls home to my family. And everyone there truly cared about who I was as a person and strived to bring out the qualities that I had started hiding. When I went to Singer island I had been on the verge of suicide. I was tired of fighting my addiction alone and hurting the ones I loved! I made the decision to try one more time and threw my self into the program. I surrendered all because I knew this was my last chance! I am so grateful I made that decision! I hope you do too. You deserve it! Your family deserves! Amd life can be beautiful again! I am now back home with my family. Still sober. And living life with my kids who are so very proud that I chose to make a change for myself and for them! If you are reading this I love you and hope you k ow you are not alone!

My experience at Singer Island Health was truly life changing. What helped me the most was the LIV program. It showed me that sobriety doesn’t mean life stops being fun — it actually taught me how to genuinely enjoy life sober again through activities, challenges, and experiences that pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. I also loved that the program is backed by science and focuses on building real habits and mindset changes for long-term recovery. The techs were absolutely amazing as well. They were supportive, caring, understanding, and made a huge difference in my experience there. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they help. I’m incredibly grateful for everything I learned during my time there. Only negative part of my experience was going to their PHP / IOP program after detox and residential, crystal lake. The facility as a whole just needs work but appears they are making steps towards improvement. Thank you Troy and the BHT staff at singer island, a truly life changing and unforgettable experience.

I love Singer Island & Crystal Lake!! The staff are very caring, courteous, and helpful. The therapists are amazing and can see into your soul!! The insight into myself, my addiction, and my family dynamic is incredibly spot on! The coping tools and psycho-education are truly helpful and give me great hope to be successful upon returning home. The LIV program is BEYOND therapeutic and helps to build a community of clients that thrive together! I have made life-long friends with people that are committed to healing & helping each other. A HUGE THANK YOU to all the staff & clients I have encountered on my journey. I LOVE YOU ALL & amazingly grateful & blessed to have lived this experience. Admittedly I am sad to be leaving rehab and how many people say that?!! :-)

My stay at HEAL was incredible. The ranch is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature and animals, which makes the experience even more special. The rooms are amazing and everything is spotless. What truly sets this place apart is the staff and holistic plan. They are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about every person here. There really is no other facility like it. Daylight was a blessing in disguise. The treatment and the group meetings taught me a lot about myself. I really appreciate that the techs were so helpful with everything I asked for and the food wow! Was the best, the chefs are really professional I’d recommend this program to anyone who’s having issues with alcohol or drug abuse this recovery center has A lot to offer. I do highly recommend it. This facility is absolutely amazing. When I decided it was time to get help with my alcoholism, I was the most anxious I have ever been, with that being said Daylight recovery staff made the entire process from intake to discharge to PHP, absolutely simple, and made me feel super comfortable. The group therapy is very very helpful in your recovery. My personal team, Bree, Benette, Margot, and Isaiah deserve a special shout out and a huge thank you!! The kitchen staff, and nurses and techs are also amazingly helpful. Highly recommended this recovery center for anyones needs. Thank you all so very much!!!
