VERY UNPROFESSIONAL "DR. KIMBERLY" ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER BEING VERY SHORT WHEN REQUESTING RECORDS. THEY SEEM TO BE VERY UNORGANIZED AND CONFUSED.
