It's August 2026 and I have visited four times. So far I've been greeted and attended to upon arrival. The staff have been so friendly, respectful and helpful. I've read negative reviews about this place so I was concerned visiting here but me personally I have had a great experience. Twice I came here without an appointment for hearing aid issues and was seen within 5 minutes both times. They repaired my old backup set on the spot and mailed the new ones off for repair. Old one had an issue two days later so they got me a loaner and sent that in for repair too (7 years old). They have been really accommodating. My PCP is Dr Ana. So far this is the best doctor I've had at my time with the VA here and in North Carolina and I am really happy she's my Dr. She listens and is receptive to providing info about lifestyle changes paired with medications instead of just handing me a combat bottle of pills and sending me out the door.

UPDATE : 3/24/26. Stan from new seasons contacted me after this post and apologized for the confusion and straightened everything out within a day. The program director and the counselors at the Sarasota New season treatment center very helpful and very pleasant I have one Problem I had to pay out-of-pocket for my first three dosing because I was told by Elise that she wasn’t sure Medicare will pay even though they accepted Medicare, Well Medicare paid them and and this person Elise will not return my phone calls so I don’t know how to get my refund I left messages on her office phone and her cell phone I call almost every day for the last three weeks so if anyone has Medicare be careful of the new season treatment center donewtx Wc she will not return my calls so if anyone has Medicare be careful of the new season treatment center

I just became a patient of New Seasons, After asking my pain management doctor for help he dropped me and I was pretty much left to my own devices, I found new seasons I was able to get an appointment the next day, the staff was extremely kind supportive loving understanding, I am a Christian and I was praying for help and I just know that God was in the details sending me to this facility, they were not judgmental they welcomed me with open arms, they provide many services and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of help getting off opiates, and my case it was an addiction that started because I’m prescribed oxycodone for my back I’ve been in Pain Management for years, they don’t care they will help you no matter what the circumstances, if you need help and you’re afraid or ashamed to ask please reach out to this clinic you will not be sorry

For anyone struggling with personal demons, let me just say that New Seasons Sarasota has been nothing but helpful, kind, and cooperative in my treatment. From the day I started, I felt like a tremendous weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Not that it disappeared; but the clinic helped me by taking some of that weight! Not only were my physical needs met, but my mental anguish was conquered... And most importantly of all, the fear is gone! I can't explain in words what this place has meant to me!! For anyone seeking help, please, this is the place to come!!!

I first attended the Bradenton clinic have been attending par for 12 years and yes it seems they try to get you to go up in your dose because they are always asking how your feeling are you stable blah blah blah. But they aren't twisting your arm after 12 years the most I went was to 115 during pregnancy and I'm back down to 60 MG by dropping 5 MG a week so I dropped 55 MG pretty fast. But I'm ok I didn't need to be that high I don't think any one does I think they just search for that high they used to get so they go up and up and up. I totally recommend this comic and the Bradenton one nurse's extremely friendly front counter girls amazing! They saved my life

Absolutely incredible center comprised of staff who actually care. Sally and Alicia went above and beyond from my very first appointment. You're treated with respect and dignity. Neuro has also done everything possible to ensure privacy and efficiency. It's the only clinic/Dr's office that I've ever truly felt comfortable at; which means a lot. The only aspect I haven't been satisfied with is that the Dr has a "one size fits all," approach when it comes to dosages. Regardless of whether the dosage is actually working for you or not, what your history is, or how long you've been a patient - she's unwilling to consider increases or listen to your rational. That part has been very frustrating and invalidating. Especially considering the monthly cost. I think it's really important to listen/assess patient needs and make reasonable adjustments accordingly. There will always be people who try to take advantage. But that shouldn't impact everyone. That being said, no center is perfect. I'm very grateful to Sally and Alicia; two absolutely incredible people who put their heart and soul into caring for every patient. I'm happy I found Neuro. It's had a positive impact on my life.

I have been a patient of Neuro Assisted for many years. From the very beginning I was treated with respect. It is a very thorough practice, you are not in and out; the staff although extremely gracious and friendly take their jobs very seriously. It can be costly, since no insurance is accepted at this time - so communicate with them ahead of time. They have always responded to my messages in a timely fashion. Neuro Assisted were and are instrumental on my path to recovery and I am beyond grateful.

I have, and will continue, to recommend Groups Recover Together! If you're ready to change your life for the better; Groups make it easy! With various days/times to choose from, Intake is quick & private, the Counselor genuinely cares about you, the office manager will handle pharmacy issues, the Dr. knows not everyone's situation is not the same.If you don't have a sitter/car/feeling horrible from detoxing - (one of) THE BEST PART - you can talk, cry or just sit and listen from the privacy of your own home! And for someone like me, who suffers from social anxiety, even picking up the phone to make a Dr. appt can be challenging. I've been attending groups since 2022 when I relapsed after 8 years. And if the day comes where I am off the medication, I would still attend bc it's about more than just sobriety.. it's being there for people when they need someone.

I have been struggling with one form of addiction or another for over half my life. I thought it was a losing battle until one day a simple Google search I found groups recover together. It's like God put this group of people together to help folks deal with it. Everyone and I mean everyone from office manager, providers and counselors are amazing! If you are struggling and think that there's no help. Stop call groups recover together and work with them. They are there for you! I promise it will change your life. I'm going to fight the fight and I have the best help there is thanks to this company! Good luck

Absolutely incredible physicians and staff. I went through their detox program and HIGHLY recommend it. Dr. Rhyne saved my life and got me back on track back in July. The groups were excellent; I got a referral for inpatient therapy right away. I got on medications to help with the mood symptoms that I was using alcohol to self-medicate for, and I got naltrexone to help with my physical cravings. I know the rest is up to me, but this facility and those doctors and therapists really set me up for success.

Two years ago, I turned to Centerstone after experiencing severe medical trauma and extrapyramidal side effects—including life-threatening larynx spasms—under the care of a private psychiatric practice. Having lost two jobs and suffering from horrible physical and neurological side effects, I was desperate for help. I contacted Centerstone and was scheduled to meet with Dr. Lilas Harley. If I could give this practice 1,000 stars, I would. While there are occasional administrative communication gaps—such as appointments being changed without my preferred text notification—the quality of care far outweighs any scheduling inconveniences. Dr. Harley quite literally saved my life. In my 50 years, I have never encountered a more compassionate, honest, and caring physician. While she expertly manages my clinical diagnosis, she consistently reminds me that I am more than a condition and that I deserve dignity as a human being. Under her holistic care, I have healed significantly from my previous medical trauma. Even though I still manage chronic tardive dystonia in my neck, Dr. Harley has successfully guided my treatment using effective medications and vitamin regimens, leveraging her background as a DO. Furthermore, she encouraged me to find an excellent therapist who has been instrumental in my continued progress. I allowed my own biases to keep me from seeking help here for years. I strongly encourage others not to make the same mistake. Centerstone is a wonderful facility, and I cannot recommend Dr. Harley highly enough.

The people here are truly the nicest this is the best place I’ve ever been to always welcome you always with a smile always caring always genuinely trying to help you. From the minute I walked in the door I felt cared for.. The staff here is amazing, I couldn't of asked for nicer people.. for me it's been very easy to stay clean with all the support that you get from this place.. I have an amazing counselor and everyone from the people at the front door to the nurses are so nice.. You will never feel judged here you only feel compassion.. I would recommend this place to anybody.. I really thank God I found this place.

Program attended: Affordable Counseling Group - Wednesdays 7 pm Counselor's name: Dr. Renee Things I learned from group: Whether or not it is legal, alcohol is a toxin and robs you of experiencing the full spectrum of human emotion which is necessary to process life. It's so important to have a plan in place, failure to plan = planning to fail. There is shadow journaling work to be done with past trauma, which is not what happened but what happened to your body as a result. There are clear trailheads/guideposts where I can pause and make good decisions or bad decisions, it is up to me. Group settings can be helpful even for an introvert. there is always something to learn in any situation and every week I have learned both from the teaching and from my peers. Things I learned from AA meetings: I had a preconceived notion about what AA meetings would look like and how I fit into them, but attending normalized the process for me. these are just regular people coming together to choose sobriety and support each other in that process. I can see how alcohol can rob a person of themselves, not all at once, but slipping away a little bit every day. important to stay focused on maintenance to live fully. Surrender. Not my strength as a type-A leo but I have learned how to surrender to those with more wisdom… god, sober friends, AA groups, sponsor, therapy, wednesday nights with Dr. Renee… allowing myself to surrender has been helpful in learning without defensiveness and finding peace. What I liked about this treatment program: I enjoyed how each week was on a discreet topic but over time the information came together like a puzzle. I also liked that group had people in all stages of treatment, from different backgrounds, with different relationships to alcohol/substances, yet we were there to learn the same things, together. I enjoyed the discussion + video format and I enjoyed Dr. Renee's approachable yet no-nonsense approach. She truly is the best.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kaley O., the admissions coordinator who helped us through the admission process. From the very beginning, Kaley was incredibly helpful, responsive, compassionate, and efficient. This was an extremely stressful and emotional process for me, and she made me feel like I wasn’t doing it alone. She answered my questions, kept me informed, helped me understand what needed to be done, and worked incredibly hard to help make the admission happen. There were so many moving pieces, paperwork, records, and insurance authorization involved, and Kaley was on top of everything. She went above and beyond to help us get through the process and never made me feel like I was just another admission. Because of her dedication and willingness to help, my child is now getting the level of care he desperately needs. Kaley, thank you for everything you did for our family. You were absolutely amazing throughout this entire process, and I will always be grateful that you were the person on the other end of the phone helping me make this happen. ❤️ Having someone like Kaley helping you through the admissions process makes an incredibly difficult situation a little easier. Kristina is simply the best. She is so friendly, understanding, generous, wise and supportive. She really makes this extremely difficult process much more palatable and less overwhelming and you feel like you can approach her about any question or issues you might have. I honestly can't imagine now having done my counseling through anyone else, especially as I've heard horror stories from some of the other local counselors. Do yourself a favor and go with Kristina!
