As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist from Harvard Medical School, I find Reign to provide a peaceful therapeutic setting that one needs in order to find inner peace and healing. Very dedicated staff and a small, intimate and safe environment. I highly recommend this hidden jewel.
I was here less than 24hr ago. Lorell is a wonderful person, means well just under staffed. 98% of the tablet holders are very cool. They do their job and are for the most part friendly. Now, once you get pass the prison style intake, all h311 breaks loose. People are trading pills, fights, and club style dinning. Let that sink in. That's just to start. There is no AA program (which I was there for). At orientation we were told AA stop coming because people wouldn't show up to the meetings. Let's not get on the rooms. As much money as this place makes, you would think they would have the floors steam clean as most rooms look like a NYC train station. I think this place has potential, however, they need to hire a better professional staff. As of right now, don't come here or send your love ones here. THIS IS NOT IT!!!
