I feel so blessed that I chose Spring Gardens Recovery. I had no prior knowledge of where to go, and as my first rehab experience I was honestly terrified. From the very first call, the admissions staff were kind and patient, answering every question and making me feel comfortable and welcome.
From the moment I arrived, the entire team went above and beyond. The staff truly feel like family—they know your name, care about your story, and give you personal attention every step of the way. The setting is close-knit and never overcrowded, so I never once felt like just a number or a statistic. Instead, it felt like home.
In my 30 days there I learned and grew more than I ever thought possible. The therapists and group leaders were incredible, and the camaraderie with the other clients brought so much laughter and support. Even the food deserves a shout-out—the chefs make every meal with care and it honestly makes a huge difference when you’re going through something so big.
My time at Spring Gardens changed my life and made the process of coming off my substance something I’ll never forget—in the best way. I loved it so much that I decided to continue with their aftercare program, HOPE Gardens, through PHP, IOP, and OP. That turned out to be another amazing decision, because it was like an extension of Spring Gardens and helped me keep growing and learning.

I admitted myself to Spring Gardens 17 months ago. It was the best experience ever. The accommodations were great, the staff were amazing, and the treatment I received was class A! I was in pretty bad shape when I arrived. With the care I received, I have begun the rebuilding process.

And immidiatly transferred go springhill once they Openèd . Did seriously saved my life . 20years i was taken 6 roxys at a time twice daily. Found out i was pregnanr a day later and sarted that day. . Been 20 years and never touched another pain killed since. No lie. Gid as my witness. Youf stronger then you think. If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it.

I’m not a patient, I bring family members here, so this is a caregiver’s perspective. Both patients I bring express that they’ve connected well with their therapist and Dr. They are benefiting from services, which are offered on a sliding scale for those without insurance. May be $0 for people with no income and no insurance. I’m grateful these services are available in our community!! If I ever need to, I will go here.

Typically calling into schedule with the VA will leave me on the phone for hours being transferred around in circles, all the while being spoken to as if you're a lesser human for your service, or they treat you as if your inconveniencing them.
However, today was different, today I called into the NPR VA and spoke with someone who cares. Karen Thieme is everything the VA should want in an employee, someone representing them and servicing their veterans with a passion to listen, understand, and to provide benefits for. Karen has given me new hope and some more "change in my pocket" when it comes to dealing with the VA now. Thank you Karen for such a simple and yet meaningful phone call, all just to schedule my appointments.
I'll be looking forward to my first visit at NPR with my new doctor and team, if it's anything like my first phone call interaction with Karen, I know I'll be taken care of.

I love this place! from the nurses to the staff and counselors, they all care! It’s a clinic it is what you make of it plain and simple. Of course you are time here will be miserable if you don’t follow the rules and continue to get high. If you choose to change your life methadone will do that for you. Yes, it’s a crutch, but I’d much rather be hooked on methadone than heroin/fentanyl! I’ve been on the Clinic since 2012 and it gave me my life back! I understand I’m not completely sober due to the methadone, but I can hold a job. I own a home, car and money in the bank! These are things I would never have if I were still using! I see some of the comments on here about how methadone has cost them their job and so on. GROW UP! Methadone didn’t do that you did that! You can only lead a horse to a river You can’t force him them drink it! I give this place 20 stars if I could for dealing with the crap I see on a daily basis! 😁

This place is well known for being horrible, Tampa Bay Times, did an article on them. I know this review is under my husband who was the patient. But, I didn't stop, I showed up when they weren't expecting me to, I fought. They told me my husband was not compliant with meds, and I knew my husband had attempted suicide, but I am also a nurse, who knew the baker act rules, like the back of my hand. We obtained a lawyer. Everyone at this facility has been helpful to me and my mother. Although, Rod went above and beyond to assist in any way he could. This experience was so difficult to handle but with his help, I was able to get my mom the help she needed. All the staff I encountered were caring and supportive. Front the front desk (Diana) to the nurses, I feel this is a safe place.

All I have to say is that I decided to go into this rehab on my own. Nobody push me to go. I decided to turn myself in willingly and at no point in time was I ever treated disrespectfully or was I scared in anyway I felt totally comfortable and teachers are awesome. The curriculum was amazing and the overall experience was so good that I almost thought about relaxing is this day that’s how good it was and I highly suggest that anybody that wants to say their life do not think twice about it and just go and do it because it will be the best decision you ever made and it will save your life and it’s like no other program there is out there. I wish there was more programs out there like CRC And I can’t say enough good things about it. I wish they would take me back now but I don’t think they will because I’m clean so but don’t ever feel that it’s like any other place because it’s definitely not. It’s there should be definitely more than one of these facilities in the Pasco County area .

Staff is excellent and the doctors actually take the time to sit with patients to properly diagnose them in order to help. Nurses are caring and attentive. The techs definitely need raises because of the situations that they deal with professionally and effectively. Beds are not comfortable and individual therapy or counseling sessions would be very helpful for those that would like them.

I was one of the 1st set of girls from Rhode Island. I graduated camp in 1984. One of the best counselors was Pam.
The program changed me for the good. I remember meeting the Eckerd's at their beach house. Also they had made a commercial and filmed my group and I. So many canoe, hiking trips.. memories lasting a lifetime.
I've had a successful life due to the skills I learned at camp. Husband and I recently retired & ready to enjoy our grandchildren.
I recommend this program and their core values.

My son had been at this facility from November to December 2024. The entire staff was wonderful and really helped him transition to the next facility as part of his therapy journey. This is why I went to them again. Michael and Michelle the intake nurses were the same staff members who had helped my son and still remembered him and that was a big help. It was a scary experience for me but thanks so much to the staff, especially Jamie the risk manager, who went out of their way to help me and achieve the necessary solution to my issues. Everyone is nice, compassionate and understanding. I definitely recommend this facility if it applies to your mental heath journey.

This hospitals staff is amazing. I would like to mention the employees that worked closely in ensuring my brother safety arrival to me from Florida to Georgia. They literally went above and beyond in the care and Ensuring care and concern measures. They told me that my brother was totally rehabed and We are all doing well. Thank you to Nurse Jamie and Connie. And the others Doctors including Madison and so on... Just a really great staff. It takes a lot of care and love to be a Psych Nurse, MD. and a staff member. As soon as you walk into the lobby, it is clean and inviting. It has a TV viewing area and a play area set up for children. The staff is very helpful and all your questions are answered in a timely and caring manner. I have been going to the office for twelve years and I highly recommend them.

Staff is excellent and the doctors actually take the time to sit with patients to properly diagnose them in order to help. Nurses are caring and attentive. The techs definitely need raises because of the situations that they deal with professionally and effectively. Beds are not comfortable and individual therapy or counseling sessions would be very helpful for those that would like them.

Unique and Larita (sp?) the front receptionist were very busy when I picked up my son yesterday. However, they were both patient, very understanding and took the time to refer to us as "the loved ones" of the patient. Which meant a lot to me. Although I was extremely nervous about attending here due to some of the past reviews, this place has changed my life. Lance is the therapist that runs the anger management and substance abuse group classes. I graduated in May and still continue to attend weekly classes for free, which is a service they offer to everyone who graduate.
