Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

Update: Every single person here is amazing! The people at the front desk, always nice and treat you like you're a human being and not just some addict. My previous counselor is amazing! Angie! I can go to her anytime and her door is always open, if she's busy she will make time for me! She has helped me through some personal issues by just talking to me and helping me learn to cope with any negativity in my day-to-day life. My new counselor, Hope.. she is wonderful! I was comfortable around her from the very beginning and I feel like I can tell her anything without judgement. All of the counselors are amazing!If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about coming here, it will be the best decision you ever made! Trust me on this! Don't listen to all the nonsense and negative comments that people have to say about the treatment, because it's damn sure better than what you're doing now! You won't regret it!I don't know what all this crap about them stealing money from patients and insurance, I've never had any issues since being here. And if you have a problem with dr. Benson, it's most likely because you didn't follow the rules and do what you're supposed to do! He has a very dry sense of humor but he's a good person. And a great doctor and I have no problem with him. He will tell you like it is and that's it. It's his medical license on the line, not yours! So forgive him for not coddling you and tending to your every waking need. As far as people posting his mug shot, how about let's post yours? People make mistakes!!! We ALL HAVE MADE MISTAKES! Optical Department... ive been to the department many times. Ive observed Gary's attitude with other veterans in the past and recently personally. He needs an attitude adjustment!!! Not friendly or professional. Needs training. Poor attitude. Grumpy. The other tech in the office, Stacey is amazing!!! Her customer service, professionalism, friendly, is amazing! Should be considered the VA standard. Gary doesn't make you feel welcomed, Stacey does!!!

This place is excellent. Everyone goes way beyond what's expected. They bend over backwards to make sure patients are taken care of.It is hilarious how people out there feel like they are somehow "entitled" and feel that the world owes them a favor. They come here and complain of "being treated badly". The only bad treatment out there is how you treated yourself, with destructive behavior. When your world starts crumbling down around you, or someone rolls their eyes at you because your self abuse has reduced you to a shell of your formal self, your sense of entitlement replaces your common sense. If you jump off a cliff and break your legs, you will the rocks for being too hard.

I stopped going, not because I messed up, I just couldn't juggle 2 jobs, and the multiple hour groups. I didn't want to lose my jobs. My bosses weren't going to be cool that I had to take a hour off work to do them.

All I have to say is that I decided to go into this rehab on my own. Nobody push me to go. I decided to turn myself in willingly and at no point in time was I ever treated disrespectfully or was I scared in anyway I felt totally comfortable and teachers are awesome. The curriculum was amazing and the overall experience was so good that I almost thought about relaxing is this day that’s how good it was and I highly suggest that anybody that wants to say their life do not think twice about it and just go and do it because it will be the best decision you ever made and it will save your life and it’s like no other program there is out there. I wish there was more programs out there like CRC And I can’t say enough good things about it. I wish they would take me back now but I don’t think they will because I’m clean so but don’t ever feel that it’s like any other place because it’s definitely not. It’s there should be definitely more than one of these facilities in the Pasco County area .

I was in the outpatient IOP program.I learned very useful ways to deal with my disorder. This program is excellent and very well run. The therapists are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Dr. Gill is a thoughtful, smart psychiatrist and she followed up with me every week as promised and was accessible when needed. The building is clean and comfortable with good parking. The time I spent in IOP was very positive and I definitely recommend it.

I went in voluntarily and was taken care of. The nurses are very helpful and I was even given a shave. The food is fantastic and I met a lot of interesting people. A tech suggested that I write a book called "the no name book" regarding my visits to mental hospitals. So you get smoke breaks and you can also visit the recreational room. I was able to decompress and reset my mental clock. The facility is very clean and I saw a pest control guy spraying the area so there is no need to worry about that. All in all it's just another brick in the wall.

I had fallen are hard times and needed services at Springbrook. The nurses and techs were compassionate and nice. case manager, Scott was a godsend. I don t know if he s even supposed to do this but I was having a hard time and ahared the gospel with me and prayed for me.Ernie the driver was phenomenal too. Great place. Hopefully I never have to go back but great place!

I've had all good experiences so far. My therapist is nice, I like the psych Dr a lot. It is hard to get an appt sometimes but they're booked because a lot of people need therapy. Honestly I think it's important to remember therapists and staff are also people. Therapists call out when they have bad days and it's inconvenient but they probably have mental health problems because they listen to all your problems all day. So when they aren't there it's probably needed for them to take a break.

This place deserves a 5* imo if the process wasn't so horrendous. Of all the treatment centers available this is the only one who offers weekend appointments (heavily desired make sure to schedule) as someone in the trade working 50-80 hours A WEEK M-F they really helped work out scheduling that works for not only them and me but helped appease my company and allow me to keep my employment. Lyn and the other staff have really gone ABOVE AND BEYOND helping accommodate me through the worst decision of my life and helped me get back on the path to success.

Unique and Larita (sp?) the front receptionist were very busy when I picked up my son yesterday. However, they were both patient, very understanding and took the time to refer to us as "the loved ones" of the patient. Which meant a lot to me. Although I was extremely nervous about attending here due to some of the past reviews, this place has changed my life. Lance is the therapist that runs the anger management and substance abuse group classes. I graduated in May and still continue to attend weekly classes for free, which is a service they offer to everyone who graduate.

The woman at the front always answers the phone! Met the next day to enroll in classes! Really nice and non judgmental and glad they have been here to help! Class is great and relaxing.
