During my brief stay at center stone I was blown away by the quality of care I received from the staff techs ,Erick Houston is a tech at centerstone and was the first to tell me I would get threw this and not to be hard on my self. His words,kindness and energy gave me hope that i could over come my detox and move forward in my recovery. Another staff "Tie" and Melisa were there every day checking on me, pushing me to focus on my future and how to overcome the obstacles that stood in front of me. Together with everyone's support I made the decision to furter my recovery journey to goodlanding recovery in Dacula GA. I have, and will continue, to recommend Groups Recover Together! If you're ready to change your life for the better; Groups make it easy! With various days/times to choose from, Intake is quick & private, the Counselor genuinely cares about you, the office manager will handle pharmacy issues, the Dr. knows not everyone's situation is not the same.If you don't have a sitter/car/feeling horrible from detoxing - (one of) THE BEST PART - you can talk, cry or just sit and listen from the privacy of your own home! And for someone like me, who suffers from social anxiety, even picking up the phone to make a Dr. appt can be challenging. I've been attending groups since 2022 when I relapsed after 8 years. And if the day comes where I am off the medication, I would still attend bc it's about more than just sobriety.. it's being there for people when they need someone.

I have been struggling with one form of addiction or another for over half my life. I thought it was a losing battle until one day a simple Google search I found groups recover together. It's like God put this group of people together to help folks deal with it. Everyone and I mean everyone from office manager, providers and counselors are amazing! If you are struggling and think that there's no help. Stop call groups recover together and work with them. They are there for you! I promise it will change your life. I'm going to fight the fight and I have the best help there is thanks to this company! Good luck

I would especially like to mention Yvonne as during my crisis she went way and above to seek me help and not separate me and my support dog. People out there need to know Yvonne is a genuine person who cares. A lot of us think Centerstone gets a bad rap I have never been there impatient I dealt with Yvonne to figure out how to keep me and my dog together and get the help I need and for that I am forever grateful if you need help and you know you do but you keep putting it off and off it will only get worse until you are broken you do not want to get there you know that you need help get it right away so it'll be easier to get back to your life versus everything being scattered and you lost your mind anybody out there with behavioral health problems or mental illness step ahead of it before it swallows you

This is a review for the last time I spent a little time here. It was very comfortable and well kept up with and all but one nurse was nice one was just plain rude. But was easy to deal with. My time there was quit pleasant. The staff made sure you were ok. And if you were hungry and you walked up to basically any staff member and said. I'm hungry. They would get you a snack. And can go about your day. Now the time after that id say about 5 months later. Well in those 5 months I'm now wearing a heart monitor. And now they don't want anything to do with me. And too be honest I know why they don't want anything to do with me. It's because I'm wearing a heart monitor. And if I was to have a heart attack under center Stones care. It's their butt. Which is completely understandable. But c'mon I do need some help. somtimes I do have my moments.

My wife deals with schizophrenia and needs very special medication. She lived in Utah and moved to Florida and the medication was not available without pre-authorization Centerstone and their pharmacy has been able to provide her the medication and keep her stable while we transition and get regular medical care for her mental and physical health. Hats off !! to everyone at the walk-in center including receptionist the social workers and the Crisis staffs that were all working to help. Us get to the doctors to prescribed and support the insurance process in getting her medication. Suicidal acts are the result of inaction. I’m very impressed with their care and empathy for the situation. Schizophrenia is not something that you ignore because the result is death, therefore it is important that patients get their medication despite expense or the cost or the time it takes to make sure that they’re taken care of ; saving lives of the ones we love. Thank you, Operation Par of Bradenton. I've been in treatment this time around for several years now. I definitely have the intention this time to stay for the long haul or the reminder of my life, however long that may be. I'm very thankful for Operation Par, everyone's very helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, & the open mindedness that Operation Par has is outstanding in my opinion & what all their Staff, Nurses & especially their counselors have done for me throughout the years of my treatment I can't thank them all enough for everything they have all done for me & for all of them always being there for me whenever I have needed them. I know a lot of people have their own opinions of Operation Par & everyone's entitled to their own opinions but just keep in mind that a lot of you don't know what a lot those people that go to Operation Par have been through in their own lives to get where they are today. Operation Par, doesn't tolerate ignorance, lying, & people that aren't their for the right reasons which is to be helped not there to get high. Operation Par, does have the right to deny u dosing everyday if they feel your intoxicated in any type of way, they do that to save your own life whether you want to see that from their point of view or not. The staff are there to help you not harm you. I definitely recommend Operation Par to anyone who's considering on wanting to get help & needing to get clean & sober off of opiates or whatever your issue might be but primarily Opiates are the reason why most people come to Operation Par for help getting away from the vicious cycle of taking so many opiates that control every aspect of your life, if your want a more normal way of life & need a little extra help then I definitely recommend & suggest giving Operation Par a chance to see if this program is for you. Kristina is simply the best. She is so friendly, understanding, generous, wise and supportive. She really makes this extremely difficult process much more palatable and less overwhelming and you feel like you can approach her about any question or issues you might have. I honestly can't imagine now having done my counseling through anyone else, especially as I've heard horror stories from some of the other local counselors. Do yourself a favor and go with Kristina!

Hello, my name is Dennis Cangro I am 14 now and thriving in life. I was a patient at Palm Shores twice. My last discharge being around a year and a half or 2 years ago. I was in the Apollo unit. And I will admit there were a lot of bumps in the road to recovery, but eventually I got through it and after 2 years of reflection I realize how grateful I am for palm shores. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for this facility that changed my life for the better. Since my last discharge almost 2 years ago I haven’t had any mental health/psychiatric admissions to bakeract or any residential program. As I said previously I am eternally grateful for Palm Shores as it has shaped me to the person I am today. Since 2 years ago I have grown so much and that is because of the help Palm Shores gave me. I am now in a private school where I am thriving academically and behaviorally. I have had the AB honor roll for the past 4 quarters and school is about to end. This school year at my private school I’ve done nothing but thrive, I got elected to SGA which is student government where I sit as the schools treasurer (manage all of the fundraisers etc). And I’m just thriving in general. I wanted to write this to tell the staff and everyone how grateful I am for the treatment and the success’s I have gotten because of Palm Shores. I want to say special thanks to: Ms Sophia- Always kind and loving whenever I had something I was struggling with that I didn’t want to share with anyone else I went to Ms Sophia. If anyone can share this message with her to tell her I’m doing well and to this day I am eternally grateful for her that would be amazing. Mr Bill- A very funny guy, amazing guy, whenever I was in a bad mood and wanted to feel better I went to him and he was always supporting and extremely funny. I am still grateful to this day for him. If someone can share this message with him to let him know I’m doing good that would be amazing. Mr Jeffrey- A very fun, uplifting, and positive person whenever I needed uplifting he was always there and supportive. He was amazing and big part of me getting better. If someone can share this message with him to let him know I’m doing good that would be amazing. Mr Nick- (Surprising One)- Me and Mr Nick have definitely had our ups and downs (at times more downs than ups but at the end the ups made up for it if that makes sense) all I will say is this staff member was always amazing even if I didn’t see it that way at times. I had done some terrible and unforgivable things to this staff member that I regret to this day. But even with me trying to do everything in my power to make his life bad he was always fair, and genuine. I don’t know why I hated this staff member so much for so long, even though he never deserved any of the hate because he was an amazing staff member, and supportive the entire time. I know at the beginning of my SECOND stay I realized that and wanted to make it up to him so I tried, I did everything in my power to show him how sorry I was and how much I genuinely appreciated him and I know at the end of my last day he knew how sorry I was and how grateful I am for him. To this day I have extreme regrets of how I treated him and am still extremely sorry but at the time grateful for this fairness. If someone can show Mr Nick this message and tell him how much I’m thriving and how grateful I am for him that would be amazing. Ms Candi- Like Ms Sophia and all the other extremely amazing staff Ms Candi always helped me when I needed someone to talk to and was always supportive of me. If someone can share this message to Ms Candi and tell her how grateful I am for her support that would be amazing. There are so many more I can name because they’re all wonderful but the bottom line is my treatment went a lot smoother because of these staff members and I miss them and their support, and am grateful for them every day. I just want to start off by saying that if you are having trouble getting or staying sober, There is hope. Foot Prints Beachside Recovery and all staff have gotten me to not just learn this but know in my heart that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I’m 38 years old and can’t remember a time where I had any sort of sobriety. Today I am a little over 7 months into this journey to a healthier way of life and I could not think of a better place for anyone else to be to also get this same help, guidance and love than with Foot Prints in Treasure Island Florida. The Staff. The location. The housing. The activities. In the past 7 months I’ve been in treatment I couldn’t not have asked for anything more. I’ve never been treatment. My experience at Footprints Beachside Recovery was truly life-changing. Through their program, I was able to experience 90 days of sobriety and gain a completely new perspective on life. The therapists were compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my recovery. My therapist, Randi in particular, helped me work through challenges and develop the tools I needed to move forward with confidence. While I did not stay in the housing program, I saw firsthand how much effort the staff puts into supporting clients at every level of care. From transportation to AA meetings and recovery-focused activities to team-building events and recreational outings, they do an excellent job creating a supportive environment. One of the unique aspects of the program is its location—the beach is only a short walk away, providing a peaceful place for reflection and healing. Recovery is never easy, but Footprints Beachside Recovery gave me the structure, support, and encouragement I needed during an important chapter of my life. I am grateful for the experience and would recommend them to anyone seeking help and a fresh start.

Footprints was the exact Recovery treatment I needed. While I was in and out of some facilities that were all more of a “lockdown” style recovery, they felt forceful and reminded me more of jail then anything else. That may be what some people need however for my personality I needed something more welcoming, felt like it was my decisions and didn’t have me more worried about getting out of there then actually learning anything. Footprints is exactly that. Randy is not your typical therapist that reminds me of a detective “decoding you”. She felt more like a friend that listened, used other stories to relate to yours and never was afraid to call me out when I the devil on my shoulder was doing the talking for me. 10 stars if possible. I could go on but to keep it shorter, their program works! Sergio and Danny are some incredible guys, we’re in the same time as I and now part of the staff there. They Always held out a helping hand and a prime example of how well it works. I now have 1yr 7mo and have accomplished more in this short time that I have my entire life. Thank you Footprints!

This Place is Unmatched in the Freedom they Give you. The Housing is Upscale and Comfortable. My Favorite is the Beach that is 10 minutes the bus literally takes you straight to the Beach and straight back to the house. I want to give a shout out to Brandon a.ka Coach B he is an Amazing Tech and motivation Speaker. He truly Cares and it shows in how he treats Everyone just like family. Also Shout out to the Case Workers Ashley & Zeck they do so much for us, and of course the techs Mindy, Kurt, Dominique, Sprite, Chris , and Renae and Bri. Shout out to the program Directors Jen and Kristin. Guys this place will go out of there way to help you If you show you want it and Work the Program. On Sundays they buy Delicious Catered food and we leave to do a fun activity. For example Bowling , mini golf ect. I recommend this program to all that Need the Freedom to work and or Enjoy what St. Pete has to Offer. Come with a Humble Mindset and can do Attitude and watch how this program will change your life.

I live in another state now. I came into this place homeless after having been on a 1 year drinking binge, facing 70 years in two states. Initially, I was only here to "hide-out", and then I began seeing all these people come through who had the hope of sobriety. After staying here for one month, I was sober, had hope and turned myself in, that was the start of my current 9 years of sobriety. This is not a facility that is here to make money, it is hardcore and no frills, but looking back it was the best rehab I ever went to, all these places with millions of dollar budgets should take lessons from Turning Point, I will never forget it.

This is a “no-frills”, last stop for someone who is desperate to make it to tomorrow. If you want sobriety, are out of options and are willing to go to any lengths to get it, Turning Point might work for you. Your success rate is commensurate with the amount of effort you are willing to expend, your ability to follow instructions, and the degree to which you are honest with yourself. This place saved my life.

The program director and the counselors at the Sarasota New season treatment center very helpful and very pleasant I have one Problem I had to pay out-of-pocket for my first three dosing because I was told by Elise that she wasn’t sure Medicare will pay even though they accepted Medicare, Well Medicare paid them and and this person Elise will not return my phone calls so I don’t know how to get my refund I left messages on her office phone and her cell phone I call almost every day for the last three weeks so if anyone has Medicare be careful of the new season treatment center donewtx Wc she will not return my calls so if anyone has Medicare be careful of the new season treatment center

I just became a patient of New Seasons, After asking my pain management doctor for help he dropped me and I was pretty much left to my own devices, I found new seasons I was able to get an appointment the next day, the staff was extremely kind supportive loving understanding, I am a Christian and I was praying for help and I just know that God was in the details sending me to this facility, they were not judgmental they welcomed me with open arms, they provide many services and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of help getting off opiates, and my case it was an addiction that started because I’m prescribed oxycodone for my back I’ve been in Pain Management for years, they don’t care they will help you no matter what the circumstances, if you need help and you’re afraid or ashamed to ask please reach out to this clinic you will not be sorry

For anyone struggling with personal demons, let me just say that New Seasons Sarasota has been nothing but helpful, kind, and cooperative in my treatment. From the day I started, I felt like a tremendous weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Not that it disappeared; but the clinic helped me by taking some of that weight! Not only were my physical needs met, but my mental anguish was conquered... And most importantly of all, the fear is gone! I can't explain in words what this place has meant to me!! This facility is VERY helpful and sympathetic with low income patients who need a lot of understanding, flexibility and accommodations for scheduling and mental health assistance. The Suncoast Center's office may not be fancy but it is VERY accommodating when a mental health patient forgets their appointment. You can show up and the staff will work to have someone see you that same day. If you need a different medication dose or if your prescription has run out, the staff at the facility will work with you so you can get your medication. Suncoast Center also provides financial assistance programs to low income patients. If you have low income, but don't have any health insurance, Suncoast Center can sign you up for low cost fees (around $10 payments for service appointments). Suncoast Center also offers free medicine via pharmaceutical company programs for low income patients. For example, certain effective, long acting, anti-psychotic injections are very expensive ($600 to $800 per injection) but if you qualify as low income and fill out the pharmaceutical program paperwork, you can get the effective medication for free. Suncoast Center provides a lot of helpful information to patients such as, law firms that help patients to get SSI Disability payments and paperwork assistance for patients with severe mental health issues to be removed from jury duty lists.

The counselors are really great I felt safe there and if any problems that arised was dealt with immediately. The rooms were clean the beds are comfortable and the attitudes were positive. Thank you all for the support and the amazing experience!
