In these sessions, you’ll learn healthy life skills, build your self esteem and discover how to prevent a relapse. You’ll also talk about your triggers and how to approach stress without the use of harmful chemicals.
If you need round the clock clinical care, they also offer residential programs. In addition to your room, you’ll also receive psychoeducation, socialization opportunities, therapy and other treatments.
