Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I've been using them for 10 years now and have always had a great experience in this office. Staff is helpful and I have alwasy been seen without much of a wait. The tele nurses on weekends have resolved the odd situation and sent medication fast. My doc alwasy responds to emails on the Healthy Vet App within 2 days and I have been able see her or the nurse on a walk in basis for minor urgent care.

This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. Alternativa is a place that goes beyond being just a center, for me and my family who have suffered for years due to the issue of addictions, it became a safe space, a place of hope and permanent support. It's not like any other center! It may represent an effort in terms of acceptance, trust at the beginning, time that is scarce in this hectic society and of course, financial. But all of the above is worth each contribution a thousand times over when the results and experiences result in moments of togetherness, forgiveness and learning. Since day 1 this place has been the best for my son. The staff is very friendly and super nice . They are definitely interested on his well being. I just left this hospital, where I accompanied my husband, with horrible lower back pain.I was surprised with the good treatment. For what it's worth, he's always had it. Well, I had surgery at that hospital in September.What I did notice was a very favorable change because there were cubicles for patients where for their comfort and well-being, since when you go to a hospital it is because you are sick and you need to have your comfort, privacy and comfort so that the discomfort of having to be there is more pleasant.Today I saw big changes. We were treated by the very professional Doctor Mariela. All the services my husband received were very fast. Jay is my counselor, I love the nurse during the weekday she is very passionate and professional and knows what she is doing along with the part time nurse that comes on Saturdays only, Front desk lady is such a lovely soul. The doctor s are also passionate in their field and don t treat you like just another number. Overall, this place saves my life I just feel My counselor is overworked, and if the owner of this place would invest more money into quality, such as hiring extra Extra workers to assist I believe this place will be outstanding to finish off my review from 1 to 5 The number one being lowest of all, and the number five being outstanding I personally overall between my experience as a consumer, and as a Business establishment perspective I give it a four only reason being that they can be because they have the potential to be outstand Have more assistance, maybe more work on the back end. My review is preliminary based on customer service by Alissa. When you are looking for help for a ADO (Addicted Loved One) the process can be consumed by fears & worries. There are so many questions that come to mind: I have to say she had all the time & patience in the world to answer me & I felt heard & not rushed. Which some other places I have called did make me feel like that. She explained a lot that left me assured this would be the right fit & so we made the intake appt. It sounds like a wonderful program, we are going to be trying the IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) for now located in this Palmetto Bay location. (they do have an inpatient center in Opa Lacka) .I ll update review once our ADO starts.
