They are attentive, professional and are absolutely kind individuals. The entire staff is always welcoming and supportive. I’m so thankful for Dr.Sandoval, Susan, Michelle, Denise, Laura and Sylvia. Professional Psychiatrists and staff who actively listen to your questions. Educated, experienced staff who have many resources available for a broad age range of clients.
You feel your information is kept private and confidential. My psychotherapist has a great sense of humor and I feel free to share any of my issues, without judgement. However, they could desperately use waiting room magazines from this century. 😉

I've been using them for 10 years now and have always had a great experience in this office. Staff is helpful and I have alwasy been seen without much of a wait. The tele nurses on weekends have resolved the odd situation and sent medication fast. My doc alwasy responds to emails on the Healthy Vet App within 2 days and I have been able see her or the nurse on a walk in basis for minor urgent care.

This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. I am really grateful !!! and I recommended this place for teens, GOOD LUCK !!!

Ok, the communication can be poor when you have to call, some staff are not always as polite as the could be. But I came to Banyan at rock bottom, with nothing to compensate them. Today I am 1 year sober. I am still rebuilding my life, but without Banyan Healthcare MAT program I would be dead, in prison, or best case scenario, homeless.
The pharmacy staff are amazing. And Dr Jucandella helped me become an actual healthy person again. I am forever grateful to them.

This is an amazing treatment center for treatment of mental health and/or substance abuse disorders. The staff is compassionate, hardworking, and extremely accommodating. Staff will go above and beyond for their “patients” that are treated like family and recovery is 100% possible if you do your part. I’d totally recommend this place for people who want to improve their lives, make better choices, or simply learn to connect with yourself again. There’s a holistic approach to treatment where you can attend yoga classes, tai-chi lessons, art therapy sessions, group/individual therapy, informative talks/discussions, and music therapy. Overall a great place that can definitely feel intimidating or controlling at first but it all makes sense once you understand that they are only trying to make you feel better.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to New Hope Corps for changing my life. When I came to them, I was a drug addict living on the streets. Today, I'm a proud father, a full-time teacher, and the wrestling coach at South Dade Senior High — and I’m still an outpatient, continuing my journey with their support, and I couldn’t be happier. The love, structure, and guidance I received at New Hope gave me the tools to rebuild my life. I’ll forever be thankful for this incredible program and the people who believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself.

New Hope, has giving me a second chance at life. From the pherespecialist to the social workers to the therapist have been there for me in legal ,social security and housing. I have been to the hetty Ford clinic and watershed and st. Luke's ,but New Hope has been the best by a long shot. The way it's design was the best way for me. It was Godsend. Many thanks .4ever!!!...
Since day 1 this place has been the best for my son. The staff is very friendly and super nice 👌. They are definitely interested on his well being. Even when they used to have the small place on the first floor they were very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this place. My son had to change therapist because his first one had to leave this office but we were very pleased with her and we continue to be with his new therapist. I want to say thanks because you guys make the difference.

The program gave me more than sobriety—it gave me confidence, clarity, and a second chance at life.
Olivia absolutely changed my life. What an amazing therapist. I came to her in renal failure on dialysis, lonely, deeply depressed with no hope in my future. In a few weeks she made me realize I could be happy regardless, and I had the greatest day of my life up to that point with my friends, even through all my troubles.
All these years later I have a second transplant, I have a wonderful partner and I am working and graduated in my field. I thank God everyday for putting morning star in my life and helping me get past the hardest moments of my life. She saw me weekly online and took care of me, she nourished our relationship and had patience with me. I highly recommend, and above all don’t lose hope. Even from the darkest depths you can always find a light <3 God bless you morning star and thank you again.

CPC South has been a great help to me. i came to them after moving to miami from the tri-state area. i was already on methadone maintenance before moving to the area, & CPC were very helpful with a seamless transition from my previous clinic.
the staff is very helpful & hospitable, and i have become very comfortable with them over the years being treated there. this is important for me as i am disabled & can have problems in social situations as well as clinical environments, like doctors offices or hospitals. they’ve certainly helped me to feel more comfortable & confident which is very important to me. if i see a new patient coming in, and it seems like they might be having a hard time, or maybe they’re unsure about the program & what it can offer, i’ll let them know right then about my own personal experience. that methadone maintenance can absolutely work, & afford you a chance to completely change your life for the better in a matter of just a few days. everything that i’ve put in to my recovery, i’ve seen come back to me tenfold. i’ve gotten so much back in return for simply being in compliance, following my treatment plan, & just not using drugs or alcohol. that the doctors, counselors & staff can work with you on tailoring the treatment plan that is right for you and any specific issues that you personally may need to address.
over the years i have seen many improvements in the facility itself. CPC looks & feels clean, comfortable, & safe. it’s been my experience that you really do get back what you put in, & CPC is ready to help you on your journey into a new life. thank you so much CPC, for your years of support & service. special thanks to the doctors, counselors & staff (especially nurse miriam), for all of their help & understanding over the years.
