First off, the all staff were nice and friendly.
Food was fantastic 5 star chef, nurse's on site 247 techs also. It's on the water, you can fish. Get massages or acupuncture. They really make you feel like home. Aa na meetings daily. I have nothing negative to say about summer house detox, the best in south Florida hands down

This is the best detox center by far! The staff is amazing! They genuinely care. It’s a very relaxed comfortable place. I would recommend this to anyone that is struggling with alcoholism/addiction. It truly is an amazing place! Not a bad word to say about this place!

My experience at Summer House was incredible! The staff were so kind and attentive — they really made me feel cared for from the moment I arrived. The beds… oh my gosh, like sleeping on clouds! And the food? Wow. It honestly felt like eating at a restaurant every day, from breakfast to dinner.
The nurses truly care about your health, and the therapists put so much heart into helping you heal mentally and emotionally. I’ve never felt so safe or supported in any detox before.
I would recommend Summer House to anyone who needs help. Thank you, Summer House — you truly saved my life and helped me start fresh on my journey to recovery.

Transitions literally saved my life. It’s like no other rehab I’ve ever been at before, I’ve been to over 20 different rehabs and this one will definitely be my last lol. The staff here treat you like family and really care about you here. The outings were always so much fun, the groups were great, and I love how it’s a reality based program. 10/10 if you are thinking about coming here do it. Compassion is a really good facility. It helped me get my mental right also they help to teach me better and more fishing and coping skills for myself. happy HP is where I learned that I am worthy and I do love myself that I am capable of being loved and giving love. All the techs are good but my personal favorites are Dustin, Brock, jojo, and Jennifer. These techs are top tier. But besides some of the BS between clients from time to time it’s a good facility.

I can’t say enough good things about Compassion Behavioral Health. From the moment I arrived I felt supported, respected, and understood. The staff truly care not just about getting you through a program, but helping you build a real foundation for long-term recovery.
The therapists were knowledgeable and compassionate, and the group sessions were incredibly powerful. I especially appreciated the variety of therapy options CBT, EMDR, and even art therapy. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all approach they tailored the program to my needs.
The facility itself is clean, safe, and peaceful. The outdoor areas and activities gave me a sense of normalcy and helped with healing. Also, having access to both mental health and substance use treatment in one place was a huge plus.
If you’re struggling and looking for a place where you’ll be treated with dignity while receiving top-notch care, I highly recommend Compassion Behavioral Health. They helped me turn my life around. Big shoutout to Cam my case manager she’s amazing

Unfortunately I've struggled a few times and I'm fighting each day. South Beach Recovery has been the biggest surprise and support system for me still. Rachelle, amazing admin, The staff, nurses and doctors take their time with you, and are so friendly, kind and make you feel comfortable. The beds are super cozy and clean. The food is excellent and that staff is amazing as well. Patricia has been like a second mom to me and goes outta her way to make sure everyone is taken care of. All of the staff are caring, great sense of humor and believe me you will be fed! The staff were great and caring food was good especially compared to other facilities I've been too. The rooms were comfortable at most times depending on the roommate. The bath facilities could be a bit better but again definitely seen worse. Nobody likes going to treatment, but they made the uncomfortable more comfortable.

I had a follow-up appointment with Dr Robert Goldberg. As usual, Dr Goldberg is excellent: thorough, detail-oriented, looks through my entire electronic chart, asks me relevant questions about my health in general, offers suggestions as to improve my health and, lastly, explains the treatment involved, showing me pictures of my last tests. He just couldn’t be nicer. The medical assistant who took the vitals was also very nice and professional. Her name is Shena Davis and she is a floater. Lizette Alberti, the scheduler was very informative and accommodating. This team is excellent.

My experience with reign started with Morgan, who was loving and understanding of my situation. I never felt pressured in making the decision to seek help. Actually, i felt motivated and safe. She checked in with me the entire time while on my drive down from Texas. Upon arriving i was greeted by the staff. They helped with my bags, i was given a tour and introduced to the clients. My intake was smooth and once again, i felt safe. I cannot stress that enough. I was allowed a safe call, tons of snacks and even toiletries. It’s a small community which i think is super beneficial for anyone seeking help. The groups were always tailored to our needs and everyone had a chance to share, even when they didn’t want to (Another part of the recovery process). Having a nurse there 24 hours helped so much. And the therapy sessions are actually that. My experience at reign was exactly what i needed. Full of love, support and things to motivate me for a better life. I’d recommend anyone seeking help to give them a call. You will be supported 100 %! Thank you reign!!

My experience at Reign Residential Mental Health Treatment was truly life-changing. The staff created a supportive and understanding environment that helped me feel safe and motivated to grow. All group sessions were focused, active, & meaningful. Morgan, one of the group facilitators, taught me valuable skills for my anxiety that I still use every day—she was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She made sure my family were involved & worry less. Sasha, my therapist played a big role in my journey, helping me build my self-confidence and see my own potential. We still talk to this day. I’m genuinely grateful for everything this program and the amazing team has done. 10/10

It's a combination of all different departments of this program that were very helpful to me along the way into my new journey to a better way of life. At Clinical, Therapists put their heart into making sure to help you unlock what started it all, classes give you knowledge on your mental state, what brings you to your rock bottom or this sick cycle of addiction. Back at housing was surrounding yourself with the people who really want to get help and are not shy to sit down and share their stories with you and relate with you on different levels. Techs are down to earth so it makes it easier for you to vent what's going on with you at the moment but blunt /real enough to help you decompress and snap out of whatever you're going through at that moment. All staff genuinely want you to grow and live life on life terms and become who you were suppose to be without the use of drugs. Heidi is the Bomb! I love her to death, to see her be there for everyone. The heart she has for helping people in this fellowship and newcomers at Comfort is one of a kind! I'm grateful to have her in my life, someone you could look up to, no matter what!

This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. I am really grateful !!! and I recommended this place for teens, GOOD LUCK !!!

I brought my brother in for a psychiatric evaluation and stabilization, and he was at Larkin for 3 weeks. The medical and psychiatric care and service was even better than I had hoped, and I found that the role of Larkin as a teaching hospital meant that the Doctors in Training (residents) took a high level of interest and provided outstanding levels of care. Communication was outstanding, as all of my calls were returned by Drs who had personally examined and/or diagnosed, and they kept me up to date on all phases of his treatment and recovery.
The only 'negative' was the seeming lack of communication between the different departments, as I found myself repeating the background, history, and proposed discharge strategy, only to have to repeat it to the next person I spoke with. I finally met the care team during a visit, and after making the 'personal connection', this was corrected.

Tuve problemas de parqueo ya que el mismo estaba súper lleno, pero hubo una información de que uno se puede parquear en una cuadra que se llama new paper. Luego adentro hemos esperado mucho tiempo para un procedimiento de Colonoscopia de mi esposo, llegamos tempranito y aún estamos a la espera. El que venga que traiga merienda para la espera. El café estaba frío. Pero cabe resaltar que el personal es profesional y atento. Reporte el café y me resolvieron, reporte el frío y me resolvieron, el parqueo me dieron la opción cuando está lleno. Lo único fue la espera que no se pudo resolver. Pero el hospital muy limpio. Lo recomiendo a pesar de las adversidades.
