I can honestly say Transitions is the best recovery center I’ve ever been to. They are definitely not like other rehabs and I’ve been to many different places. What sets them different: there’s no judgement, you actually see your therapist, a psychiatrist, case management, and medical doctor 1-2 times a week, the groups are very beneficial and THEY TRULY CARE!! That’s by far the biggest thing. Staff all go out there way to care for us whether big or small. Housing is beautiful spacious apartments and weekends we do deep cleaning. Everyday there’s an outside meeting and H&I on property everyday but Sunday. Sundays we do outings as a community like the beach, top golf, or bowling. It’s a great way for us to all have fun at the end of the week. Shout out to the staff: Lori-Ann, Austin, Will, Maxime, Michael, Winnie, Summer, Tay Tay, Manny, Art, Dr. K, Jeff, Dr. Seely, Jennifer, and Shelly. Yall make this program worth being apart of. I would HIGHLY recommend joining this fellowship! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came here as a Tina addict with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. As I finish my time at Transitions, I’m leaving with a group of friends, a home group, a sponsor, and a real job. I’ve been at AWA for 7 months and a miracle it was, and at first you might hate it—you might not want to come. In my experience, I was hesitant, skeptical, and filled with anxiety because of my past experiences with mental health facilities. But AWA is different. It’s such a great clinic, and I’ve learned to love it here. The staff truly care about you and your family, and you’ll come to feel connected with the other clients. Some days you won’t want to go because it’s 20 hours a week and you might be tired, but if you engage and take your treatment seriously, you’ll find that coming every day is worth it. Yes, there is little to no drama, and even when it happens, no one holds a grudge for long because we’re always there for each other. Plus, they won’t leave you in the dark after treatment—they make sure you have a plan afterward. They also let clients be very involved in their treatment plans, and many of the rules can change if the majority of the group agrees. I also love how inclusive AWA is—from race, to gender, to sexuality. The staff will help and counsel you even if you’re crying in group. I know that sounds obvious, but the facility I used to be in didn’t do that. I remember crying in group and one of the facilitators pulled me out to counsel me, and when I was overstimulated, they gave me earplugs to help. At the end of my treatment, I would say AWA definitely helped heal me, and I would recommend it to anyone going through mental health problems it has been truly a blessing.

Unlike any other place I’ve been to, the staff treated me with such a graceful and welcoming attitude. The whole facility maxes out at about 25 people so groups and therapy are all tailored to you. From the very head of principles down to the drivers you get the same consistency in willingness to help. Facility is ran smoothly with attention to detail including cleanliness. I highly recommend this to anyone I know in a similar situation especially if you’re indecisive on narrowing down the complex recovery network in South Florida.

Pines Recovery Life was absolutely the best choice I could’ve made to get sober and help save my life!  I’ve been struggling with alcoholism for approximately 15 years with limited success staying sober. I live in Savannah, Georgia and decided to attend treatment for my alcoholism in Broward County Florida for a new environment. Originally, I had difficulty finding a high medical detox facility that accepted my insurance due to my medical condition. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer this past March. Fortunately, Pines Recovery Life is one of the providers in my network with CHAMPVA that also provides a medically supervised detox program. The entire staff and my case manager went above and beyond to accommodate all of my medical needs. This included assisting with transferring my medical records from the cancer center in Savannah to a local hospital within 20 minutes of the rehab center, maintaining my doctor’s appointments, and most importantly ensuring that I was able to still continue on schedule with my regular chemotherapy sessions while completing my addiction treatment. They provided transportation to all of my appointments and even stayed with me for emotional support throughout the visit. This facility provided me with my own personal room with a full bathroom in the room with a queen bed! They went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout my treatment process! I was assigned to a therapist with expertise in addiction services who provided me with the tools to maintain my sobriety, moving forward along on my recovery journey. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone struggling with alcoholism or addiction!

The staff were great and caring food was good especially compared to other facilities I've been too. The rooms were comfortable at most times depending on the roommate. The bath facilities could be a bit better but again definitely seen worse. Nobody likes going to treatment, but they made the uncomfortable more comfortable.

Serenity Oaks changed my life. I went in a terrified shell of a person. I left born again, a new man entirely. The team of therapist is amazing. Jeff and Fumni especially, they saved my life. It's a combination of all different departments of this program that were very helpful to me along the way into my new journey to a better way of life. At Clinical, Therapists put their heart into making sure to help you unlock what started it all, classes give you knowledge on your mental state, what brings you to your rock bottom or this sick cycle of addiction. Back at housing was surrounding yourself with the people who really want to get help and are not shy to sit down and share their stories with you and relate with you on different levels. Techs are down to earth so it makes it easier for you to vent what's going on with you at the moment but blunt /real enough to help you decompress and snap out of whatever you're going through at that moment. All staff genuinely want you to grow and live life on life terms and become who you were suppose to be without the use of drugs. Heidi is the Bomb! I love her to death, to see her be there for everyone. The heart she has for helping people in this fellowship and newcomers at Comfort is one of a kind! I'm grateful to have her in my life, someone you could look up to, no matter what!

My experience with reign started with Morgan, who was loving and understanding of my situation. I never felt pressured in making the decision to seek help. Actually, i felt motivated and safe. She checked in with me the entire time while on my drive down from Texas. Upon arriving i was greeted by the staff. They helped with my bags, i was given a tour and introduced to the clients. My intake was smooth and once again, i felt safe. I cannot stress that enough. I was allowed a safe call, tons of snacks and even toiletries. It’s a small community which i think is super beneficial for anyone seeking help. The groups were always tailored to our needs and everyone had a chance to share, even when they didn’t want to (Another part of the recovery process). Having a nurse there 24 hours helped so much. And the therapy sessions are actually that. My experience at reign was exactly what i needed. Full of love, support and things to motivate me for a better life. I’d recommend anyone seeking help to give them a call. You will be supported 100 %! Thank you reign!!

This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way.
