Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I couldn't recommend this place enough. All staff are exceptional and care genuinely about your well-being. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The nursing staff are attentive. God forbid I ever need a medical detox again, this is the only place I'd want to go. And I don't say this lightly: they've truly saved my life.P.S. The food is amazing.

The PHP program here is excellent! Group facilitators are knowledgeable and compassionate, therapists are professional and the housing is amazing and well managed. I felt safe and supported the whole time, and decided to continue my treatment to the IOP level. You get to go to the beach on the weekends and enjoy time with your peers meanwhile participating in a rigorous recovery program. This place has changed my outlook on sobriety and has given me the tools to succeed.

When I came to URP I was welcomed with open arms from the staff to the residents! I never thought it would work for me because I was an isolated person and didn’t talk to anyone. I knew I had a problem but they made me realize that it was deeper than what I was thinking I was going through! Now I am dealing with my addiction and my mental issues one day at a time! I definitely do not regret being here and I would recommend this place to anyone that needs help and wants to stay clean and get clean! THEY ACTUALLY CARE! CBH has a great caring staff, case management goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I had complications with getting my sublocade shot on MAT but they made it easy taking me to a psychiatrist for it when appointment was made. The structure is great with when you get your phone and laptop after blackout period so you can look for jobs, sober living etc and the ability to communicate with your support system/ family. Compassion Behavioral Health changed my life. From the 1st day when I checked myself into the PHP program all of the staff made me feel welcomed. I was extremely nervous about joining a program for my mental health issues since this was my 1st time doing It. Once I got there the techs (Jen, Jojo, Sabrina, both Brians, Jerry, and Ben) for the intake, Anna the clinical director, and Joe made sure any questions I had were answered and I felt comfortable. Housing could have not been nicer! Exceeded all my expectations!
Once I had my 1st day participating in the program I was introduced to my therapist Nicole, and case manager Will. I can’t begin to explain the impact they had on my experience. Nicole, listened and understood what I needed and immediately we began treatment to help me live, understand and have a full amazing life. Will helped me with all things that I felt were too overwhelming to handle. Now that I am done with the program I can confidently say I can handle the hard things.
During the program the group facilitators were amazing! Raquel, Greg, Carla, Elizabeth, Warnette, and the many others listened and taught me skills I didn’t know I needed. I bonded with them and they helped me on this journey.
Finally, I finished PHP and joined the IOP program. Maria our group facilitator was truly amazing. She helped me tremendously with my transition from PHP to the “real world!”
All and all if you have the chance to join this program weather It be for substance abuse or mental health, if you have to start at residential or jump right into PHP like I did, I could not recommend more!
Everyone I meant there (Monya, and Cam just to name a few) whether they worked with me directly or just created a relationship with them while being in the program helped me get to where I am now! 10/10

My experience at Transitions was a positive one. The staff was helpful and courteous. I must highlight, first of all, the comfortable and clean facilities of the center (very important characteristics if we consider the needs of the patients who are admitted there); On the other hand, the excellent attention from the staff who work there deserves special mention. From the reception (in my case by Mr. Jorge Figueroa - who at all times showed an excellent disposition to attend to each of my demands in the most appropriate way) through the professionalism of all the people involved in the care of the patients and in my particular case I echo the excellent support from Dr. Odalys Compte, who spared no effort in fulfilling her responsibilities towards us. I could not conclude this review without also praising the work of the maintenance and cleaning staff: outstanding and with a lot of respect for us. Bravo for everyone! I was powerless over my abuse over alcohol and drugs. It took control of my life and i needed help. I started to search for a rehab center because I needed professional help. I came across principles and read a lot of great review about this location. They also had a high recovery record. I enter principles recover center june 24, 2024 and have been sober since. 9 months later I thank them for their great staff and threapists. They teach you about yourself your problem and give you tools to help you out when you are back out into the real world. I never thought in a million years that my brother would ever be alcohol free. I arrived late in the evening and was kindly greeted by the intake staff who was very helpful in helping me settle in. During my time at Pines I received excellent care, plenty of food and medical attention. Every employee there from the techs, supervisors, and case managers were genuinely there to help the clients. I felt comfortable in communicating with the staff and even the maintenance crew were super helpful! I ve been on the negative side of addiction for many years and my therapist Mark was by far the most helpful human I have ever been in contact with. The staff were great and caring food was good especially compared to other facilities I've been too. The rooms were comfortable at most times depending on the roommate. The bath facilities could be a bit better but again definitely seen worse. Nobody likes going to treatment, but they made the uncomfortable more comfortable.

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for Serenity Oaks Wellness Center. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with open arms and no judgement. Every employee (from the tecs to the therapists to the case workers) genuinely cared for me. It's a combination of all different departments of this program that were very helpful to me along the way into my new journey to a better way of life. At Clinical, Therapists put their heart into making sure to help you unlock what started it all, classes give you knowledge on your mental state, what brings you to your rock bottom or this sick cycle of addiction. Back at housing was surrounding yourself with the people who really want to get help and are not shy to sit down and share their stories with you and relate with you on different levels. Techs are down to earth so it makes it easier for you to vent what's going on with you at the moment but blunt /real enough to help you decompress and snap out of whatever you're going through at that moment. All staff genuinely want you to grow and live life on life terms and become who you were suppose to be without the use of drugs. Heidi is the Bomb! I love her to death, to see her be there for everyone. The heart she has for helping people in this fellowship and newcomers at Comfort is one of a kind! This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way.
