On November 26, 2025, I ended up at MSMC Hospital Main Emergency Room with a pinched sciatica nerve. Dr. Dreyfus’s, Nurse Nicole and the whole staff was wonderful. I was given tests, meds, and diagnosed and sent home to feel better. All were AWESOME! Thank you all and Happy Holidays and Blessings to you! SHALOM!❤️

I've had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Chris and Dr. Emily at Miami Comprehensive Wellness Center since 2017.
After years of frustration with numerous doctors who either misdiagnosed me or pushed prescription medications without exploring natural options, I finally found a team that truly listens and cares.
My chiropractor at the time referred me to this center, and it's been one of the best decisions of my life.
From the initial consultation, I felt heard and understood as Chris and Emily took the time to address my concerns and identify the root causes of my health issues. They offered natural solutions that have made a significant difference in my well-being.

I was referred to Doctors Emily and Chris (both are MD's) 8 years ago- and have never looked back!
I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus in both knees in 2015, preventing me from walking without significant pain. When Baptist Hospital's top sports medicine surgeon told me there was nothing he could do, I turned to Emily for regular acupuncture treatments. I soon was able to get back to running as much as I wanted and am able to compete in at least 5 half marathons each year...completely pain free.
However, what is even more amazing about Emily and Chris's practice is the thoughtful and holistic view they take toward solving medical issues. Their keen intellect, curiously and creative thinking skills allowed them to help me solve mysterious neurological issues (in 2020) and throat issues (2023) that no other doctor (primary care, urgent care, ENT, immunologist, neurosurgeoun, emergency room) could figure out. My only mistake was not going to Emily and Chris first- rather than wasting precious time and money on traditional medicine doctors who weren't able to think "outside of their own box".
Utilizing cutting edge testing protocols, almost exclusively natural supplement regimens and a relentless drive to figure out the true root causes of my medical issues (they are truly "medical detectives"), Emily and Chris worked wonders to bring me back to full health.
The name of their practice could not be more apt: if you're looking for "comprehensive wellness", I can't imagine any other place to start. I refer friends regularly to MBCWC- and can't recommend Emily, Chris and their wonderfully caring staff enough. Best wishes and good health to all!

This was my first time ever at a detox and what I could actually say is that this is the best detox. I’ve experienced lots of amazing food and the staff is great TJ Kathy Jen and Jonathan were my favorite out of the whole crew not saying that the rest of them weren’t respectful, but they were always accommodating me on my needs and checking up on me and making sure that I felt comfortable, especially with it being my first time ever at a detox treatment I definitely recommend this spot to people who are trying to get off drugs. I have lots of freedom. I’m able to have my tablet. They have amazing food. They’re super nice. They also give the shakes because I’m skinny. And it’s very well needed because I needed to gain weight and honestly, I’ve been here for four days and I’ve already gained 8 pounds

Yo this place has helped me tremendously when I was down and out. I successfully completed my detox and they assisted me into another facility for more treatment and made me feel as if I was taken care of and they would continue to support me although I'm leaving. Transitions Recovery Program in Miami didn’t just help me get sober it gave me a life beyond my wildest dreams. I walked in lost, broken, and unsure if real change was even possible. What I found was a deeply compassionate and structured environment that not only supported my recovery, but challenged me to grow in ways I never thought I could.
The staff is incredible many of them are in recovery themselves, so they get it. They met me where I was without judgment, but also didn’t let me stay stuck in old patterns. The clinical team, the group sessions, the one-on-one therapy, and even the everyday accountability they all played a part in reshaping how I saw myself and the world around me.

The staff here treat you like family and really care about you here. We brought my son to meet Annie. Instantly she identified his issues and recommended the next steps to take. My son has been in residential care and Annie has been in contact throughout because she has our best interests at heart. We had seen educated psychologist/ psychiatrist for years but i have discovered the best people to help are those who have had experience of addiction and continue the fight . URP truly saved my life. I began my journey at their detox center, Genesis House, feeling completely lost. Thankfully, after some incredibly compassionate staff encouraged me to stay, I decided to continue into their PHP and IOP programs — and that decision changed everything.
At the PHP house, I didn’t just begin healing — I learned how to live again. I learned how to be a person, how to be an adult, how to love myself, and how to show love and respect to others. I came in broken, and over time, I started putting the pieces back together.
There were so many moments I thought about leaving and going back home. But every time, the staff talked me through it. They encouraged me to give myself — and my recovery — a real chance. Because of that, I stayed. And now, here I am, 8 months later, living a life I never thought was possible.
Even though I’ve completed the program, the support hasn’t stopped. URP still checks in and continues to care. That’s not something you find everywhere, but you find it here.
If you’re struggling and unsure whether recovery is possible: It is. It works if you work it. Give yourself the chance.

This place truly changed the trajectory of my life. I was at some point in the first few weeks, the youngest person in the room. But by the end of the program, me and the other group members all became the strongest people. Therapist Maria and Paula truly helped see my potential and helped me see that I was more than my diagnoses and addictions

I cant say enough good things about this place..the staff all the way from admissions, to nursing, and especially the BHTs make your experience memorable. They genuniey care about you and go out of their way to make sure you're okay.. Webbs is hands down the best therapist i have ever had the pleasure of working with..Rachelle, Keisha, and Michelle are in administration and have ALWAYS looked out for us and gone out of their way to make sure we were okay. thank you south beach detox for always looking out for us.

Great place for treatment. Techs, nurses and Lewis were great. Facility was clean, comfortable beds and no room mates. Food was decent, just need more activities or outings. Overall great place with a compassionate and helpful staff.

The staff were great and caring food was good especially compared to other facilities I've been too. The rooms were comfortable at most times depending on the roommate. The bath facilities could be a bit better but again definitely seen worse. Nobody likes going to treatment, but they made the uncomfortable more comfortable.

Serenity Oaks changed my life. I went in a terrified shell of a person. I left born again, a new man entirely. The team of therapist is amazing. Jeff and Fumni especially, they saved my life. That place made me realize so much about myself I never thought was possible. Today I am clean and sober living a live beyond my wildest dreams. I owe the credit to the things I learned at Serenity Oaks. They give you all the tools you need to succeed in the real world. This facility changed the trajectory of my sobriety in my life. I gained a solid foundation of understanding Christ and AA. The people that work at this facility really do care.
