PLEASE AVOID BOOKING WITH THEM!!! They are scammers that prey on out of state people! SCAMMERS! This place is very misleading. They will steal your money and you will not get the service you pay for!!! They scammed so many people that this place needs to be investigated!!!! PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

First off, pictures are very misleading. Pictures of Different locations are advertised as being the Miami location. There is no balcony. We are not even allowed to walk around the neighborhood. was instructed that we were able to stand in the back yard if we wanted to go outside. Outside seating and a balcony was a big deal to me so obviously I asked if that was Offered before booking and I was told that it was. I was also offered $300 off plus a bbl pillow and a garment if I booked by a certain day. I was planning on staying 8 days 7 nights. The price was still “pricey” but that was okay since I thought the house was nice and had everything I needed. This discussion was over the phone with Vanessa. A few days before surgery I was doing some last minute shopping and decided to text her just to verify the extras I was receiving. She told me she didn’t know anything about it! I was annoyed and told her the only reason I booked the house was because she advertised it as all inclusive. She said okay she’ll go ahead and throw it in…. After my surgery got pushed back by my clinic because of the “3 bbl rule”, I told Vanessa, after posting on social media that she was very accommodating because of the new law, that I would need to move my dates 3 days out. I was told there was no availability past July 1st wish means my stay would have to be cut down to 4 days. After refusing to refund me for the difference she agreed to let me stay one more day and add late checkout. Still 2 days less then what I paid for and refused to refund the difference. so I asked again to make sure she included my bbl pillow and garment. she agreed… I should have just disputed it with my bank 🙄 when I finally got to Miami I told one of the nurses about our agreement Vanessa told the nurse that she had no knowledge of it!! I had to provide text proof of what we talked about even thought I was told the same thing 3 times prior to me going to Miami. After my massage appointment (transportation was included) I had to wait almost 2 hours (2 days bbl post opp, in 90 plus degree weather, can’t even sit down) to be picked up from my. While staying at the house meals were provided as well but we were required to eat whatever Vanessa’s mother felt preparing us…Vanessa was never present. Her mother also was not physically able to fully care for us due to illness and a recent fall. She went to bed at 6pm after that we were on our own. When there were other nurses present (Solange and Toni) they were better care takers who did ask what we would like to eat for each meal. All in all my actual room was nice my roommate was nice and I’m still alive. That’s the reason I’m giving 2 stars. But I will NEVER book here again. Hopes this helps potential customers who are looking for genuine RH reviews ❤️
