I've been coming here for quite sometime! This facility has undergone alot of changes over the years. Most have been for the better! The staff here is real easy to deal with too. It's not the biggest but they manage to do what they need with what they have.

Love this little clinic. 6 years later they have provided many services. I have had nothing but great experiences with them

I want to express my deepest gratitude to New Hope Corps for changing my life. When I came to them, I was a drug addict living on the streets. Today, I'm a proud father, a full-time teacher, and the wrestling coach at South Dade Senior High — and I’m still an outpatient, continuing my journey with their support, and I couldn’t be happier. The love, structure, and guidance I received at New Hope gave me the tools to rebuild my life. I’ll forever be thankful for this incredible program and the people who believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself.

New Hope, has giving me a second chance at life. From the pherespecialist to the social workers to the therapist have been there for me in legal ,social security and housing. I have been to the hetty Ford clinic and watershed and st. Luke's ,but New Hope has been the best by a long shot. The way it's design was the best way for me. It was Godsend. Many thanks .4ever!!!...

I loved being able to do an iop from another state by using zoom. It was a great option after getting out of inpatient treatment.

This is the most unprofessional facility I’ve ever seen it being my first time in one… the staff make fun of clients and often forget they are in a workplace staring with the woman named Kathy she is rude and often speaks publicly what was confined to her as patients trust it will remain confidential she puts to shame those who confront her about her attitude and she deals with situations very childish…. The staff don’t like to be approached and often make the rules as it pleases them… they are always using their personal phones in video calls which as far as I’m concerned it’s against HIPPA LAWS… they get too familiarize with the the clients and are quick to put you in a behavioral contract simply because they don’t want to deal with anything… you are completely belittled when advocating for yourself and it’s considered as you having an attitude problem… the owner seems to be more occupied in giving you some ridiculous religious sermons than putting effort in what the staffs are doing… this was utterly a disgrace not empathy or respect

GREAT STAFF! VERY HELPFULL

Since day 1 this place has been the best for my son. The staff is very friendly and super nice 👌. They are definitely interested on his well being. Even when they used to have the small place on the first floor they were very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this place. My son had to change therapist because his first one had to leave this office but we were very pleased with her and we continue to be with his new therapist. I want to say thanks because you guys make the difference.

CPC South has been a great help to me. i came to them after moving to miami from the tri-state area. i was already on methadone maintenance before moving to the area, & CPC were very helpful with a seamless transition from my previous clinic. the staff is very helpful & hospitable, and i have become very comfortable with them over the years being treated there. this is important for me as i am disabled & can have problems in social situations as well as clinical environments, like doctors offices or hospitals. they’ve certainly helped me to feel more comfortable & confident which is very important to me. if i see a new patient coming in, and it seems like they might be having a hard time, or maybe they’re unsure about the program & what it can offer, i’ll let them know right then about my own personal experience. that methadone maintenance can absolutely work, & afford you a chance to completely change your life for the better in a matter of just a few days. everything that i’ve put in to my recovery, i’ve seen come back to me tenfold. i’ve gotten so much back in return for simply being in compliance, following my treatment plan, & just not using drugs or alcohol. that the doctors, counselors & staff can work with you on tailoring the treatment plan that is right for you and any specific issues that you personally may need to address. over the years i have seen many improvements in the facility itself. CPC looks & feels clean, comfortable, & safe. it’s been my experience that you really do get back what you put in, & CPC is ready to help you on your journey into a new life. thank you so much CPC, for your years of support & service. special thanks to the doctors, counselors & staff (especially nurse miriam), for all of their help & understanding over the years.

Respectful encouraging informative motivational are a few words that come to mind When thinking of the group of people who are at this center. From the moment of entry you can feel a welcoming presence. The people here and the work they do saved my life, I’m grateful for them all!! I can honestly say without there guidance reassurance and push I’d be lost! Thank you all from Blanca to the ladies in the back you are appreciated!! I've been using them for 10 years now and have always had a great experience in this office. Staff is helpful and I have alwasy been seen without much of a wait. The tele nurses on weekends have resolved the odd situation and sent medication fast. My doc alwasy responds to emails on the Healthy Vet App within 2 days and I have been able see her or the nurse on a walk in basis for minor urgent care.

Former Fellowship House member. I loved it there...even lived in one of the apartments! I miss everyone that was there when I was. I was there from 2015-2018.

I feel nervous when I miss a day or two but when I return they help me feel bett er the staff my life is better with the fellowshiphouse.

This place is highly efficient. Staff is well informed and experienced in what they do. Great fast service.

Excellent place to attend AA or NA meetings, comfortable, clean, good parking, outstanding coffee bar. Friendly member in both fellowships.
