The staff are amazing. I’ve been seen by Lori and Traci both very good. The nurses are amazing too, they give you information needed and answer your questions.

Not very busy, but expect a wait...

Usually very fast but I recommend to come early morning when they open. The lab staff is great at doing blood work.

Wanted to give a shout out to this clinic. Been going to this clinic for years and never had anything significant happen medically but whenever I contracted shingles recently, they went above and beyond to help me. There is one nurse there by the name of Lisa that went way above and beyond in order to help me with appointments, communicating with the VAMC in Miami, and checked in on me even after the visit to see how my recuperation was. She is simply amazing. I can’t remember who the walk in doctor’s name was but she was equally amazing and calmed my anxiety down through kind reassurance that everything was going to be okay. Shingles was probably the most painful thing I’ve endured in my life but the staff at this clinic was with me every step of the way. I am now getting better everyday because of them. Thank you all so much for your dedication and passion to helping veterans such as myself. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

This review reflects my experience with the wonderful team, including Maria T. Montoto, Dr. Borrego, Dr. Copola, and Bella. Maria T. Montoto, the Practice Manager, has been one of the most dynamic and helpful people in the practice. She has shown me exceptional attention, compassion, and support, going far beyond what is normally expected. She made what could have been a logistical nightmare with appointments and consultations feel simple, organized, and effortless. It is easy to see why the practice runs so smoothly. Thank you a million, Maria. Dr. Borrego has provided me with professionalism, compassion, and truly attentive care. Her warmth and understanding make it easy to speak openly and feel heard. She has made a difficult experience feel reassuring and positive, and I am very grateful for the trust and confidence I have in her. Dr. Copola has become a tremendous asset to my care and to the practice. He has been seeing me and providing thoughtful assessments on behalf of Dr. Borrego, and I have been extremely impressed by his ability to listen, understand, and evaluate each situation thoroughly. She has helped me with prescription logistics and made sure my medications are sent regularly and without unnecessary complications. I have been to a lot of Dr.’s offices in my life but today, I can truly say that I had the great pleasure of being helped by Juana who may I add is a phenomal young lady that not only was she very polite, sweet, professional and empathetic to me and my daughter, made my first visit with this office very warm and welcoming. So if you are looking for a great Dr.’s office for yourself or your family I definitely would recommend this office .

I loved being able to do an iop from another state by using zoom. It was a great option after getting out of inpatient treatment.

This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. I am really grateful !!! and I recommended this place for teens, GOOD LUCK !!!
