Wanted to give a shout out to this clinic. Been going to this clinic for years and never had anything significant happen medically but whenever I contracted shingles recently, they went above and beyond to help me. There is one nurse there by the name of Lisa that went way above and beyond in order to help me with appointments, communicating with the VAMC in Miami, and checked in on me even after the visit to see how my recuperation was. She is simply amazing. I can’t remember who the walk in doctor’s name was but she was equally amazing and calmed my anxiety down through kind reassurance that everything was going to be okay. Shingles was probably the most painful thing I’ve endured in my life but the staff at this clinic was with me every step of the way. I am now getting better everyday because of them. Thank you all so much for your dedication and passion to helping veterans such as myself. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Jackson South Medical Center for making my scheduled surgery and my entire pre and post-operative experience a positive one. I would especially like to thank the Clinical Resource Management Department, Ms. Yolanda Hochstadt, the registration staff, and the anesthesia team. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Manuel Peñalver, who truly demonstrates genuine care and compassion for his patients and his surgical team. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hospital. The facilities are clean, medical care was provided promptly, and every staff member I encountered was kind, professional, and helpful. During my observation stay in Tower 3, I would like to recognize nurses Elizabeth and Odette, as well as assistants Jorge and Avis, who were all outstanding. I would also like to thank the front desk staff. Although I cannot remember the names of everyone who helped me throughout my stay, I am sincerely grateful to each and every one of them. Everyone was dedicated, efficient, and compassionate at all times. This was my honest experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent care I received. Since day 1 this place has been the best for my son. The staff is very friendly and super nice 👌. They are definitely interested on his well being. Even when they used to have the small place on the first floor they were very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this place. My son had to change therapist because his first one had to leave this office but we were very pleased with her and we continue to be with his new therapist. I want to say thanks because you guys make the difference.

CPC South has been a great help to me. i came to them after moving to miami from the tri-state area. i was already on methadone maintenance before moving to the area, & CPC were very helpful with a seamless transition from my previous clinic. the staff is very helpful & hospitable, and i have become very comfortable with them over the years being treated there. this is important for me as i am disabled & can have problems in social situations as well as clinical environments, like doctors offices or hospitals. they’ve certainly helped me to feel more comfortable & confident which is very important to me. if i see a new patient coming in, and it seems like they might be having a hard time, or maybe they’re unsure about the program & what it can offer, i’ll let them know right then about my own personal experience. that methadone maintenance can absolutely work, & afford you a chance to completely change your life for the better in a matter of just a few days. everything that i’ve put in to my recovery, i’ve seen come back to me tenfold. i’ve gotten so much back in return for simply being in compliance, following my treatment plan, & just not using drugs or alcohol. that the doctors, counselors & staff can work with you on tailoring the treatment plan that is right for you and any specific issues that you personally may need to address. over the years i have seen many improvements in the facility itself. CPC looks & feels clean, comfortable, & safe. it’s been my experience that you really do get back what you put in, & CPC is ready to help you on your journey into a new life. thank you so much CPC, for your years of support & service. special thanks to the doctors, counselors & staff (especially nurse miriam), for all of their help & understanding over the years.

I've been using them for 10 years now and have always had a great experience in this office. Staff is helpful and I have alwasy been seen without much of a wait. The tele nurses on weekends have resolved the odd situation and sent medication fast. My doc alwasy responds to emails on the Healthy Vet App within 2 days and I have been able see her or the nurse on a walk in basis for minor urgent care.

Wonderful, Amazing and Outstanding nurses and staff in labor and delivery where i stayed for 48 hours after having my second baby through a successful VBAC. Aftee i had my baby i was transfered to a new room and I had incredible nurses Martha, Alba and Gretter they were on top of things and made sure the baby and I had everything we needed. The room was clean and kept clean daily by the cleaning team. The food was actually decent for being hospital food. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was provided on time daily we were also given a Celebration Dinner on our first night there. The meals were very well portioned and all the meals were healthy and had great flavor. At discharge the RN Caridad explained how to take care of our bundle of joy and how to as well take care of my self once I am home. She was able to answer all my concerns and questions. GREAT AND AMAZING TEAM i will for ever be grateful to the Nurses Martha, Alba, Gretter and Caridad for being so Kinda and attentive. I couldn't ask God for a better outcome. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN

My review is preliminary based on customer service by Alissa. When you are looking for help for a ADO (Addicted Loved One) the process can be consumed by fears & worries. There are so many questions that come to mind: I have to say she had all the time & patience in the world to answer me & I felt heard & not rushed. Which some other places I have called did make me feel like that. She explained a lot that left me assured this would be the right fit & so we made the “intake” appt. It sounds like a wonderful program, we are going to be trying the IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) for now located in this Palmetto Bay location. (they do have an inpatient center in Opa Lacka)….I’ll update review once our ADO starts.
