First off, the all staff were nice and friendly.
Food was fantastic 5 star chef, nurse's on site 247 techs also. It's on the water, you can fish. Get massages or acupuncture. They really make you feel like home. Aa na meetings daily. I have nothing negative to say about summer house detox, the best in south Florida hands down

This is the best detox center by far! The staff is amazing! They genuinely care. It’s a very relaxed comfortable place. I would recommend this to anyone that is struggling with alcoholism/addiction. It truly is an amazing place! Not a bad word to say about this place!

My experience at Summer House was incredible! The staff were so kind and attentive — they really made me feel cared for from the moment I arrived. The beds… oh my gosh, like sleeping on clouds! And the food? Wow. It honestly felt like eating at a restaurant every day, from breakfast to dinner.
The nurses truly care about your health, and the therapists put so much heart into helping you heal mentally and emotionally. I’ve never felt so safe or supported in any detox before.
I would recommend Summer House to anyone who needs help. Thank you, Summer House — you truly saved my life and helped me start fresh on my journey to recovery.

Transitions literally saved my life. It’s like no other rehab I’ve ever been at before, I’ve been to over 20 different rehabs and this one will definitely be my last lol. The staff here treat you like family and really care about you here. Compassion is a really good facility. It helped me get my mental right also they help to teach me better and more fishing and coping skills for myself. happy HP is where I learned that I am worthy and I do love myself that I am capable of being loved and giving love. All the techs are good but my personal favorites are Dustin, Brock, jojo, and Jennifer. These techs are top tier. But besides some of the BS between clients from time to time it’s a good facility.

I can’t say enough good things about Compassion Behavioral Health. From the moment I arrived I felt supported, respected, and understood. The staff truly care not just about getting you through a program, but helping you build a real foundation for long-term recovery.
The therapists were knowledgeable and compassionate, and the group sessions were incredibly powerful. I especially appreciated the variety of therapy options CBT, EMDR, and even art therapy. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all approach they tailored the program to my needs.
The facility itself is clean, safe, and peaceful. The outdoor areas and activities gave me a sense of normalcy and helped with healing. Also, having access to both mental health and substance use treatment in one place was a huge plus.
If you’re struggling and looking for a place where you’ll be treated with dignity while receiving top-notch care, I highly recommend Compassion Behavioral Health. They helped me turn my life around. Big shoutout to Cam my case manager she’s amazing

Unfortunately I've struggled a few times and I'm fighting each day. South Beach Recovery has been the biggest surprise and support system for me still. Rachelle, amazing admin, The staff, nurses and doctors take their time with you, and are so friendly, kind and make you feel comfortable. The beds are super cozy and clean. The food is excellent and that staff is amazing as well. Patricia has been like a second mom to me and goes outta her way to make sure everyone is taken care of. All of the staff are caring, great sense of humor and believe me you will be fed! The staff were great and caring food was good especially compared to other facilities I've been too. The rooms were comfortable at most times depending on the roommate. The bath facilities could be a bit better but again definitely seen worse. Nobody likes going to treatment, but they made the uncomfortable more comfortable.

As usual, Dr Goldberg is excellent: thorough, detail-oriented, looks through my entire electronic chart, asks me relevant questions about my health in general, offers suggestions as to improve my health and, lastly, explains the treatment involved, showing me pictures of my last tests. He just couldn’t be nicer. The medical assistant who took the vitals was also very nice and professional. Her name is Shena Davis and she is a floater. Lizette Alberti, the scheduler was very informative and accommodating. This team is excellent.

I cannot recommend Reign enough! The care the residential program provided my daughter was top notch. Through Reigns care, we finally saw a light at the end of the tunnel for her mental health. They provided not only a clear diagnosis, but also daily one on one AND group therapy which had a huge impact on helping my daughter become healthy. The family communication is AMAZING. I received weekly calls from her therapist with updates and was encouraged to call with any questions. There is also a weekly zoom to support family members of those in treatment which has been significantly helpful to me personally. Forever grateful to Reign!

It's a combination of all different departments of this program that were very helpful to me along the way into my new journey to a better way of life. At Clinical, Therapists put their heart into making sure to help you unlock what started it all, classes give you knowledge on your mental state, what brings you to your rock bottom or this sick cycle of addiction. Back at housing was surrounding yourself with the people who really want to get help and are not shy to sit down and share their stories with you and relate with you on different levels. Techs are down to earth so it makes it easier for you to vent what's going on with you at the moment but blunt /real enough to help you decompress and snap out of whatever you're going through at that moment. All staff genuinely want you to grow and live life on life terms and become who you were suppose to be without the use of drugs. Heidi is the Bomb! This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. I learned so many valuable life skills at this place when I was a teenager, and I know at the time I didn't want to be there, but I mean, what teenager(in my particular position at the time) would want to be away from their friends and family? But now at 23 almost 24, I am grateful for everything this place and the staff back then and all the lifelong friends I made in this place who I still talk to to this day, and are probably my favorite friends I have because we have a special bond and it's thanks to this place.

I went here when I was a teenager and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Addiction is a cunning, lethal enemy and half of the girls I spent my time here with are either sober, or deceased. This program did not keep me sober but it was an experience Im glad I had.
