I enjoyed the housing, it was comfortable, well appointed, large, modern and updated. The pool was a plus. The groups were engaging, revealing, informative, and caused me to be introspective about my own journey. The staff and my therapist was fantastic. My therapist helped me open up and feel comfortable discussion past trauma. Nursing was helpful and empathetic. All the behavioral techs were awesome. C-Kwon groups allowed me to get a real prospective on my recovery journey.

Transitions literally saved my life. It’s like no other rehab I’ve ever been at before, I’ve been to over 20 different rehabs and this one will definitely be my last lol. The staff here treat you like family and really care about you here. Compassion is a really good facility. It helped me get my mental right also they help to teach me better and more fishing and coping skills for myself. happy HP is where I learned that I am worthy and I do love myself that I am capable of being loved and giving love. All the techs are good but my personal favorites are Dustin, Brock, jojo, and Jennifer. These techs are top tier. But besides some of the BS between clients from time to time it’s a good facility.

A life-changing experience!
I can’t say enough good things about Compassion Behavioral Health. From the moment I arrived I felt supported, respected, and understood. The staff truly care not just about getting you through a program, but helping you build a real foundation for long-term recovery.
The therapists were knowledgeable and compassionate, and the group sessions were incredibly powerful. I especially appreciated the variety of therapy options CBT, EMDR, and even art therapy. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all approach they tailored the program to my needs.
The facility itself is clean, safe, and peaceful. The outdoor areas and activities gave me a sense of normalcy and helped with healing. Also, having access to both mental health and substance use treatment in one place was a huge plus.
If you’re struggling and looking for a place where you’ll be treated with dignity while receiving top-notch care, I highly recommend Compassion Behavioral Health. They helped me turn my life around. Big shoutout to Cam my case manager she’s amazing

This was the third detox/rehab that my daughter went to, and boy what a difference. The first two had promised me certain things and I could never even get a hold of them on the phone, when I would call.
Unfortunately my daughter never completed the first two programs and ended up leaving on her own. I finally found South Beach detox and they were amazing. Especially Russell. He kept in touch with me. He was either texting me or calling me on the progress of my daughter and I cannot tell you how grateful I was. We shall see how she does in the long run.But so far I cannot be more impressed!!!

In regards of who is looking to come here. Forget about the outdoor beach pictures you’ll be locked down (you can also leave at will) but there’s no sand ever so forget about the beach idea. Bring a good hoodie cause at night is going to be freezing. Come after a few yoga sessions cause you maight not be so lucky to be treated as a person with an illness by some but most likely as a pill container and also expert on the field. Please study what pills you maight need cause they’ll ask you as if you are supposed to know what you need and they’ll give you what you ask, as if you have a nursing certificate . This was a little concerning. I did had a good time nonetheless but mostly because of some singular beautiful people that does work there as Mr. Robert, Dra Odalys and few other beautiful souls that was along the journey making it good as much as people.You’ll also will encounter others with whom youll be able to share experiences and have support from also. The head of the businesses and administration people are amazing humans so don’t hesitate to approach and ask what you need they will help but try to cooperate 😅 or you’ll be bitched out. I’m happy that I came at the end… I can say. I’m taking with me some very good experiences and very few bad moments. That’s why I give it a 4 ⭐️ just because I think they can still could do much better but…We all human and perfectly imperfect.
A gym are I think is needed but yeah….Thanks to all the good ones and that’s all folks. Best wishes to you all!

The staff were great and caring food was good especially compared to other facilities I've been too. The rooms were comfortable at most times depending on the roommate. The bath facilities could be a bit better but again definitely seen worse. Nobody likes going to treatment, but they made the uncomfortable more comfortable.

HCA Hospitals are the finest in South Florida. I have used Westside and Aventura and both are great facilities. They outshine the Memorial Health system. I have a note in my house and in my wallet in case of emergency take me to an HCA facility, not the Memorial Health system. HCA hires quality staff and have great physicians. It's a combination of all different departments of this program that were very helpful to me along the way into my new journey to a better way of life. At Clinical, Therapists put their heart into making sure to help you unlock what started it all, classes give you knowledge on your mental state, what brings you to your rock bottom or this sick cycle of addiction. Back at housing was surrounding yourself with the people who really want to get help and are not shy to sit down and share their stories with you and relate with you on different levels. Techs are down to earth so it makes it easier for you to vent what's going on with you at the moment but blunt /real enough to help you decompress and snap out of whatever you're going through at that moment. All staff genuinely want you to grow and live life on life terms and become who you were suppose to be without the use of drugs. Heidi is the Bomb! This place is very professional and confidential. I took my teenager daughter for addiction, depression and anxiety. Even though there is not magic solution and you have to work really hard at home, we improved a lot in communication and I learned a lot in the way. I learned so many valuable life skills at this place when I was a teenager, and I know at the time I didn't want to be there, but I mean, what teenager(in my particular position at the time) would want to be away from their friends and family? I went here when I was a teenager and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Addiction is a cunning, lethal enemy and half of the girls I spent my time here with are either sober, or deceased. This program did not keep me sober but it was an experience Im glad I had.
