This crew is really amazing. They are always courteous despite my sometimes cruddy attitude. They really went the distance when my meds ran out. They advocated for me with my pharmacy to help me get my medication after a lapse which was my doing unfortunately. After withdrawing for 24 hours on my own I went to Bridgeway to detox off of fentanyl and meth. I only stayed for 3 days because that was as many as I felt I needed. My personal experience fantastic. Anytime I didn’t feel well I was able to talk to staff and they would administer my own personal medication I brought in as well as the detox meds they have on hand. The food was amazing. To be able to have people specifically making you healthy food for 3 large meals a day and more if you want. Along with soup in between breakfast and lunch and a refrigerator full of milk and beverage machines in the kitchen. You’re not forced to go to bed at a certain time you can watch movies all night or color and read. You can’t have your cell phone with you so be prepared if that’s a dealbreaker for you. Your not forced to participate in any groups or extracurricular activities like that if you don’t want to. You can shower whenever you want as well as go outside. No smoking but they have nicotine gum and patches. I was there a few months ago but im still clean off of fentanyl and meth. Even with meds you’re still gonna be uncomfortable to a certain extent. One of the nurses even sat and talked with me for a long time the first night I was there and couldn’t sleep. My personal experience was nothing but positive and I would highly recommend it to anyone whose tired of being trapped in addiction.

Bridgeway was no doubt, the beginning of the end of my addiction. I came in hopelessly addicted and had no idea of how I was ever going to get clean and stay that way. The people there truly cared about me and getting me help. I ended up at Adult and Teen Challenge which is a year long faith based recovery program and discipleship where I began my relationship with Jesus Christ. I am now 2 months into an internship with ATC and 15 months clean and sober thanks to the family of friends at Bridgeway and I am forever grateful to them for helping save my life.

Spoke with Dr. Jeffry Jacobs here at Peace Health Medical Group Behavioral Health Services. After years of seeking help for my son, this is the first doctor to hear my son, recognize several issues, and was able to get my child to be willing to talk with a doctor openly about his challenges. I could t be more happy to find a professional able to do this. Extremely professional. Wonderful, kind, helpful staff. One odd protocol was that we had to drive 3 hours to have a zoom appointment for the first appointment. Now my child can zoom from home with him. So grateful to have had this opportunity. I can't say enough regarding how great Dr. Jacobs & staff are. They have given us hope that my son may find a healing path. Absolutely thrilled with our experience. | New Season – Portland Metro Treatment Center is an opioid addiction and recovery center in Portland, Oregon. They provide outpatient addiction treatment and medication assisted treatment. They accept Medicare and many major insurance providers. Portland Metro Treatment Center, operated by New Season Treatment Center, is an opioid addiction recove | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I have been to every clinic in Portland and this clinic is by far the best one the only problem is that corporate will not pay the nurses enough so they can't get anybody to work there there is so many people going to this clinic that they should be making piles of money I suspect that corporate in Florida is taking all the profits and not investing back in the clinic that's making them more money then any of there other clinics anywhere and it's not fair to the clients because they have to spend sometimes 5 hours to get there meds. I know I have had to go to the clinic 4 days I'm a row to finly get my 27 take outs they will only have one nurse to fill everyone's meds for the whole day because all the other nurses go on vacation at the same time and the clinic has no sense to call a temp agency for situations like this they just let us all suffer the whole day to get out meds as soon as they fix this. Well the service has gotten much better as long as they keep enough staff on it's the best clinic in the Portland metro area I have gone to 5 or them so far each with there own problems I don't want to have to wait in huge lines but a promise is a promise and I'm a honest person I want to believe . They have hi Ed more nurses so it has been much better experience to go there and it's the only clinic that I don't dread going to new season is more respectful as long as you stay respectful you will not have a problem remember they deal with probably close to a thousand people a day sometimes it just depends on how many of us M27 are here at the same time because it takes us a good 15 minutes to see the nurse and they have been working all morning and it gets donting doing the same thing all day and then dealing with us try to take your problems to your counselor first because when everyone is irritated it's hard to get along and as long as everyone trys to get along and stay calm the smother things go and the days that are bad you just have to deal with it laitly there it's been smooth I'm I'm and out in less then 30 minutes most time and that is a blessing I have been other places I will not mention them there not worth it I have spent 8 hours a day in them for weeks on end when I was just starting out it was a nightmare but it's never been that bad here over Christmas was tuff but it's back to normal again thank God if you are having problems with fetty please come here and get help I have lost so many people I loved to that crap and I love opiates don't tell anyone lol but fentanyl is not a opiat it's poison made in buckets is sewers I'm not joking and it is just imatating opiats anyway and killing you at the same time please come get help it goes away you just have to give it a chance and save your mom and dad and brothers and sisters and your friends from the heartache that they will go through when they loose you it's just a matter of time it will happen unless you do something about it so think about your children and everyone that cares about you I care about you and I don't know you yet and hope to do so some day and not read about you in the paper in some story about tragedy ok please come be calm and you will get help thank you for reading my review I spend alot of time doing them when it matters and they have changed this place for the better so if you have been before come back it's better do it for all of us to ok later

This is my 3rd time in treatment. They say third time is a charm. They are right. Crestview recovery was an amazing experience. It was well organized and they knew what every individual needed to be successful on this journey of recovery. The staff was really nice and took care of all my needs. They were patient and gave me space when I needed it. They kept me busy and always learning something new everyday about myself and how addiction works. This treatment center has save me from death. I now strive to be my best self and show up even when I don’t want to. I’ve learned how to be patient with others because they were patient with me. I attended the partial hospitalization and mental health outpatient program at Crestview, and it has helped me get my life and health back on track.
I felt welcomed and supported by the staff. The counselors were compassionate, knowledgeable and truly dedicated to providing individualized help that addressed my needs.
The program is structured similar to other PHP programs, providing a mix of group sessions and individualized therapy. The group sessions taught helpful skills, included some yoga, topic presentations, and allowed me to connect with others who were going through similar experiences. The individual and family sessions were where I felt Crestview really shined, providing individualized care that helped me get back on my feet, functioning and happy again.
I would highly recommend Crestview.

At first arrival, I was sketched out for sure. I was about to leave when two of the staff, Scott and John spoke with me and put me at enough ease to check in to the detox facility. I had so much trepidation but once I was in, I was so happy I stayed. Each and every one of the staff is amazing! From the nurses who are awesome(Boo especially), the BHT’s who genuinely care and go above and beyond to bring as much comfort as possible during my stay, to the therapists and medical clinicians, all were a huge part of my recovery. Even the C level, Bethany was present and available when needed.
The food was great and regularly improving.
The beds were comfortable, rooms are basic but everything that is needed. The room I was in had a Roku tv so I was fortunate but from what I heard every room will be getting one which is nice to be able to be able to secluded myself when I wanted and just zone out to shows to pass time.
All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for any detox needs.

I have seen two different types of providers and can say both exceeded my expectations. Whereas others have failed to listen to me because it did not fit in their standardized boxes, both providers at LifeStance gave me their full attention. They listened. And believed. They have been compassionate, resourceful, and affirming. I am so grateful.
I only give four stars because dealing with LifeStance, the company, is obnoxious and confusing. The phone tree doesn't seem to know its head from its tail; each scheduler had a different set of standards they were aware of for the same exact type of appointment. If I hadn't spoken with a different scheduler the week prior, I would have missed a crucial amount of information. The online portal leaves a lot to be desired. I receive forms to fill out that have nothing to do with my reasons for interacting with LifeStance. The message portal only allows you to type as a solid paragraph -- no text formatting. The layout is not intuitive.
It can take perseverance to push through these obstacles. But the providers are worth it.

I was disappointed that I didn’t get to finish this program but was incredibly grateful for the time I spent here. I unfortunately needed a higher level of care than PHP but the month I was at this location was spent in kind and caring arms. My team truly wanted the best for me every single minute of being there (whether my ed liked it or not) and these clinicians immediately met me where I was at. The staff were all incredible and so were the other clients. A major shoutout to the BEST dietician Sam, Paige for being on my side, and so many other lovely people that stood by me. This place is wonderful and I hope anyone looking for help comes here:)

Today had an opportunity to visit their offices and learn more about the services offered. I have no doubt of the professionalism and commitment to their clientele.
