I went to Casa and was so surprised by how wonderful it was. We really all become a family. I remember 2 girls were pregnant and worried about their babies. A girl named Haley was one of them pregnant girls and today she's been sober for almost 2 yrs. She had her beautiful son and is doing amazing. Has her own apartment and just doing such great things in her and her son's life. I know Casa Clare and friendships she had helped her so much. The counselors really care about you and you can feel that. I'm so proud of so many people I meet there. Thank you Casa for all you do for so many lives

Casa Clare took me in the same week I called for help, after not showing up for 2 prior intake appointments. I was 38 weeks pregnant, I was deep in addiction, homeless, and lost. This program not only got me sober and offered support, they are the reason I was able to keep custody of my baby and continue to thrive almost 2 years later. They helped make postings on local support groups to help me gather needed baby supplies, let me bring my newborn to group sessions, and still to this day offer updated letters of completion and support. The counselors are able to connect with residents, as they have fought their own personal demons which makes sobriety feel so much more attainable. Thanks Casa Clare, I wouldn't be an independent, sober mama that's about to graduate college if it weren't for your support and guidance lifting me up from rock bottom. You guys truly helped to save mine and my babies life. ❣️

I just came home today from being on the 3rd floor recovery from having a pacemaker put in. The care I received was wonderful. I really enjoyed getting to know some of the staff and one inparticular made me feel comfortable in every way she could. She is a CNA named Shannon K. She was on the 3rd floor and went out of her way to peek in on me and ask if she could do anything for me. In fact, all the nurses and their assistents were attentive and caring. Being in the hospital isn't easy, but these teams of care providers did their best to make it a pleasant stay. Thank you for such excellent care!

We have adopted four children, all with special needs. Our current home study expires on May 20. Our current agency does not want to renew our study. They feel we are too old (in our 50's) and have enough children. We are saddened by the fact that we only need a renewal to add another child to our family. Are you familiar with any agencies that would renew our study for us? Help with finalization and AA? Despite our ages? We have passed the background checks and physicals five times now. We have had local media write about us and USA today did a video about our family. Even if we found our child tomorrow, we would not have time to remain with current study until finalization. I called to inform you of my donation and then I didn’t hear anything for 5 days. I called again and got the number of Dale, the driver assigned to pick it up. He tried to call me many times. Great place. If you are ready and willing to stop your substance abuse or alcohol use, this facility is a welcoming place. The main focus is on you, and why you use. Not so much on mental illness but they do touch on that. Your first 30 days will or should help you understand your addiction and how to better handle many situations in life so you won't automatically resort to your number 1 response (using). If you are fortunate enough to stay longer it only benefits you more. House managers tend to come and go but counselors are all very good at what they do. 3 meals a day, and dinner every nite cooked by a cook. Overall, great place to start your transition to a better life. You have to want to though . I would also like to add that you are given drug tests every week, some more than others, and the cups they use are constantly giving false positives. That part is very frustrating at times because even though you know you're not, you, nobody else,you, have to deal with their consequences.

The program works if you are ready to quit your addiction. The bad reviews are from people who relasped and are looking for someone to blame. The staff can't quit for you. It comes down to your own will.

I've been struggling with addiction for over 30 years and have managed to be free from active addiction for 5 years. I have gone from taking 24mg per day of Suboxone daily down to the equivalent of 8mg per day! This is specifically for behavioral health and psychiatry. We have always been very happy here and have found all of the providers to be extremely understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable. They include you in treatment planning, are able to explain things when they don't make sense and honestly make the process easier. I did take off one star just because in situations where you might need urgent care or changes they aren't always able to meet that need. But again, overall they've been great and I highly recommend them.

I was placed at Rawhide in 1972, for the summer camp program. I came away a changed youth. I returned to my hometown, and the high-school I had attended. It took a lot of work on my part, as well as the Lord's guidance, but I did graduate with my class. I know in the years since I was there, I had stumbled a few times, but the Lord with his grace, continues to bless me. Jan, John, Bart and Cherrie, saved my life! The way I was headed, I was sure to be in prison before long. I was able to return the life changing help later on in life, by serving on the board of directors for 12 years.

I have been mainly very pleased with the help and support provided by Innovative Counseling. My son saw Dr. Dan Rauens and he was super helpful for my son with Autism, ADHD, and anxiety. I'd actually say that he was instrumental in the beginning of my son getting stabilized. He is compassionate and thoughtful and good with my son. I have seen Dr. Becky, and was very pleased with her. She helped me to get some clarity and help for myself to process through some trauma during a very stressful period of my life. Mike and the Autism team (Erin, Mindy, & Kelsey specifically) have helped my son to stabilize, grow, process, think, and communicate better. I say EVERYONE needs a "Mike" in their corner. He is able to understand my frustrations and then translate those into actionable, broken-down, steps for us to take with my son. He has been an encouragement to us when we felt like giving up, and I don't know where we'd be without his help, wisdom, and support. He genuinely cares and is an excellent role model for my son as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Lastly, we've worked with Glenda for psychiatric services. She's been overall very good to work with. I'm guessing that she has A LOT of patients, though, as she often appears to forget things that I'd expect her to remember. Her suggestions as far as medications go have been EXCELLENT. And when combined with Autism therapy and counseling - have contributed to my son being the most stable he's been in his 11 years of life. I cannot recommend Innovative Counseling highly enough - they have helped to save my family and sanity.
