I just completed my annual wellness visit with Angela Heineken at Ascension in Kaukauna. Just as been my experience in the past few years she listened closely to all of my questions/concerns, and addressed each thoroughly. I feel fortunate to receive this level of care, and would happily recommend her to anyone who is seeking great medical care.

The care that I receive from both the Appleton clinic, and Milwaukee Hospital is top notch. My only problem is that my Community Care doctors are not privy to my VA records.

Rawhide is an excellent resource for teens who are trying to maneuver the rocky transition into adulthood. As any parent whose gone through the terrible teens knows, the journey can be overwhelming at times. Rawhide offers an opportunity for them to find a voice to share those frustrations in a safe environment. That's why we didn't hesitate to donate our used car to Rawhide when the opportunity presented itself rather than sell it. They made the process exceptionally easy with a simple call. They will remain a priority if the chance comes again.

The process of donating our car to Rawhide was seamless from beginning to end. From the initial appointment for car pick-up to the handling of forms and papers, and then to the sale of the auto, Carla was of utmost help. We're happy that we could do this and in some small contribute to the Rawhide program.

So happy to have been able to donate to sun a good organization! Kudos for all you do!

This place really helped me, I couldn't of done it without the amazing nurse's at the clinic and the amazing counselor's there!

This clinic has been a huge help in my recovery. The staff are always kind, respectful, and genuinely care about their patients. They create a supportive and judgment free environment, which makes all the difference!

Most of these photos of the clinic on the Google search ain't even the Green Bay building. May be of another location. This clinic saved my life. Plain & simple. There's always gonna be downfalls to every solution - you're never gonna get a perfect remedy...however, the downfalls are worth the outcome. Anything is better than living as a slave to opiates. Addiction doesn't discriminate...it'll get anyone of any age, race, background, etc. Demographics don't matter. So don't judge those who are seeking treatment. Be happy they're getting help. Also, don't assume everyone that attends these clinics are low-life criminals. We have all walks of Life come here for treatment. Nurses, veterans, business men/women, & even grandfathers/grandmothers. People you wouldn't think would be in this situation. We even have patients who were on pain meds for cancer & other severe medical conditions prescribed by their doctor -- only to be left in the dust with a physical addiction to those medications. Addiction isn't always mental or psychological. If you're battling addiction yourself & have failed other typical treatments - Medication Assisted Treatment may be the answer. I do believe it should be used only after failing the other traditional methods.

Foundations is an incredible organization!

Cannot say enough good things about Foundations. As a newly licensed foster parent, they go above and beyond to make sure that everyone involved feels supported. They are all so passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work! I could go on and on but I am so grateful we were introduced to Foundations and are so excited to be a part of this amazing organization!

We have been licensed foster parents in different states, as well as at the county level vs a 3rd party organization like Foundations, and Foundations has been nothing short of amazing to work with. From their thorough onboarding process, to the continuous support we receive, I highly recommend Foundations to any family/person interested in becoming foster parents. Every staff member we have interacted with has been a wonderful and you can tell loves their job, which I think also speaks volumes. I could go on and on about our experience and the difference we have experienced between the county level and working with Foundations (and we didn't have a negative experience when licensed at the county level, it just wasn't anywhere near the same as our experience with Foundations).

I was options treatment about 15vyrs ago the first yr the moved to New York street I cannot speak for how it is now or other counselors but I have never forgotten Steve Ehlke bexause he does truly care even if you don't like what he has to say.

Don't know if he still practices, but Steve Ehlke was an outstanding counselor!!

I feel this place is great. My Therapist is great, because he hears me. He gets it. I would definitely recommend Family services to anyone.

I can't believe all the negative reviews on here. My experience was a positive one. Dr Okrah saved my husbands life and ICU staff was very caring and knowledgeable.

This review pertains only to the out-patient lab section of MMC. I had a Covid-19 test, for an upcoming medical procedure if you must know, on the morning of Oct. 12, 2021. I was just a little bit anxious because, believe it or not, this was my first real Covid-19 test (I believe being fully vaccinated, masked, and social distancing are responsible for that). A young woman named Anna drew my test sample, and even though it was just barely 8:00 a.m., her effusive, bright personality brought a smile to my face and eased all my anxiety. She is an asset to MMC and hopefully she will be compensated with a commensurate pay raise of at least 15%.

Caring staff, excellent rehabilitation services, this is a great place to receive care.

They were helpful and had great follow through

Counselors do a fine job for the challenges they assist with. My family and I have been going to NEW Wellness for several years and the counselors there have been very helpful. They wont solve your problems and issues, they help you sort through to a resolution.

Very professional, good staff

I had been through treatment programs before, but I always went to a program for my wife or family. When I came to Port of Hope I finally came to treatment for myself. I finally realized that staying sober had to be my number one priority.

Megan is and was one of the best therapists I have ever been to. She made me feel like I was talking to more than just a therapist. She felt like a friend who happened to be a therapist. I trusted her with my deepest secrets and she always made me feel safe and heard. If I wouldn’t have moved she would still be my therapist. Wonderful person and wonderful professional.
