Every since l,ve been going to port health they have been of great therapy to me,l was in a lot of grief when l first started when l did group therapy and the one on one therapy it made a lot of difference, l was able to get that knot out of my stomach that was there so long and l was able to interact with others, port health is my second family l wouldn't have it any other way!

Help is always closer than u think

My experience at RMTC was a great life learning experience. First I had to come to believe I had a problem and then the staff could do what they do best. Not only did I get the help to treat my addiction I also learned a lot about my character defects that I didn't realize I had. This was tough to come to terms with but the more willIing I was to work on myself no matter how painful or uncomfortable it made me feel the more I was able to get out of the program. I am still sober and clean 7 months later and I am constantly working on becoming a better person. The staff and TA's are amazing people. The food was top notch. The equine therapy something I was skeptical about but it did wonders for me. I highly recommend this treatment center. My only advice to anyone going would be to push your ego aside and be ready to do whatever is asked of you no matter how much it eats at your ego or pride. If you are willing to dig deep inside yourself you will gain a tremendous amount of insight on what makes you tick and and how to curb it for the better. It will put you down the right path to continue to better yourself for the rest of your life. Jon T.

It was easy to get in touch with them to get enrolled didn't have to do that long walkin mess that monarch does and they gave me a text message to remind me of my apt that's awesome. I have a new therapist today and she was by far the very best one I ever had and I have had so so many Amity Hines is amazing she really seemed to want to help. And very easy to talk to and non judgemental u have a great one please keep her

I had my first therapy session today and was very comfortable with the therapist and the surroundings. I'm glad I went to Monarch.

Triage, Blood work, X Rays, and saw the physical therapis in 2 hours.

I had a radiology appointment and let me say the staff in there were amazing. You don’t hear a lot of good from the VA but the staff in this department rock! Thank you to all for taking care of me.

Large and spacious with parking decks on all sides.

I enjoy visiting the Raleigh II VA Clinic at Hammond Business Place. It’s always calm and quiet, with people coming and going in a relaxed environment. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are pleasant, efficient, and accommodating, and the nurses are warm and friendly. It’s a peaceful place overall, and I’m very happy with my doctor.

Do they have biohybrid, emotional support robots?

Caring folks. Good clean facility. I did not feel like I was talking to robots.

Wonderful place and super close to home. The staff is friendly even the guy that takes your blood. Dr Lee is a great Dr and you can tell that he actually cares about his patients. Unfortunately they closed this office so that care is no longer available to us

This was my first visit to this clinic and I was very anxious because of some bad reviews and negative feedback from friends. The anxiety caused my blood pressure to shoot up through the roof. However, Ms. Durham, the nurse, calmed me down and took my anxiety away. Ms. Durham is a pleasant person who does a great job. In addition, Dr. Lee is a great doctor who cares about his patients. He explained everything to me in detail, not only the medical aspect, but also the administration resources that are available for me. I am a hospital corpsman and I have been working in the medical field for decades. I can say that my experience at the VA clinic is not different from any other private clinic, if not better. I only gave this review 4 stars because the receptionist was not smiling nor was she welcoming either. In fact, I felt that she got frustrated with me because she was unable to find my appointment easily. Overall, I can sincerely say that my visit was great! Thanks to the VA and all the staff for providing exceptional services to our veterans!

While driving to my appointment with my primary care provider I got a call from them stating that the provider was not working. Not the first time this happened. One nurse there is sadistic. A real monster. When giving vaccines he causes as much pain as possible. These people thrive on inefficiency. No one could work harder at doing worse. The office staff look at personal phones and rarely even look up. Rude. Routine visits from higher levels are desperately needed 😪

Great place and Great people that help you in your recovery journey..I have been going here on and off since 2017 and this time i am going to get it right. The program is very structured and can overwhelm some people. But if you truly want to get and stay clean, then this is the only recovery center in Greenville that you need to deal with, all of there counselors understand sbout addiction and have dealt with it in there life somehow. C

Helped me get off stamp bags i was doing 3-5 buns a day close to a brick!! Im at 120 going up. I’ve been clean a week so far. Saved my life , made my withdrawal symptoms go from a 10 to a 4!! At ease. Love this clinic they care!!!

Everyone here has been kind. They really do care about you and getting you whatever you need to be successful. They don’t judge, and smile every day. They deserve more than 5 stars. I feel very lucky to have ended up here by circumstances that feel hopeless. They’re like little lights that try to brighten your day and help you on your path as corny as it sounds it’s true. If you’re looking for help, definitely go.

The staff are extremely kin, supportive, and I have the best counselor ever!!! This clinic is a lot better than first clinic I was at that place was a nightmare I thought it would be worse coming here because of my experience at the other clinic but I was proven wrong this place is so much better I’m so thankful for this clinic and all the staff that work here!!!
