Impressed is an understatement! I went in for an emergency today and Lisa and Princess went above and beyond to ensure prompt care. They were warm, friendly, caring and understanding. Give them a raise!

I had numerous trips to the E.R. over the course of last year. I was diagnosed with AFIB and until I had my ablation I ended up in there a lot. I wanted to take the time to say that the staff tried their best each and every time to help me get my heart back on track in a timely manner. They genuinely seemed to care and did the best they could even when they were swamped with patients. Trips to the ER are never fun and having to wait a long time can sometimes be frustrating but I wanted to take a moment to show some appreciation to the Nurses and Doctors. Thank you for taking the time to help.

My recent visit and experience was with my father in the ER. The staff involved with his care was compassionate and professional. They were able to recognize quickly that he would need to be transferred to Rex for further intensive care and made that happen asap.

This is my second time joining Restoration Family Services years apart & each time has been amazing.
My first therapist was great, I was with her for a year. My new therapist years later is also amazing. They are great at their job & have helped me so much. Also the front desk staff is so kind. This place really gives me hope. Glad to be back in good hands

I've seen some negative reviews about Maxine, although I've had the opposite experience. Maxine does have a strong personality, however, she has been extremely professional, helpful and loving over the past two years while working with me and my children. Their behaviors have shifted for the better since Maxine has come into our lives and I am so grateful for her and the services she provides.

They have therapists, medical assistants and even doctors. Great place, don't let that random 1 star review perturb you. My therapist is my 3rd therapist now, and easily the best one.
