They are a group of caring individuals who go out of their way to help make sure clients are well taken care of. Chris Gingrich my therapist definitely made sure my individual needs were taken care of in IOP and the outpatient program the last month. Everyone here is really friendly and are a good group of supportive kind people. Only small qualm is this place is very expensive but they accept a 12 month payment plan which is so nice. The high cost of this place is definitely worth feeling welcomed and accepted by everyone. Thanks for all you have done for me here and the people I have met. I have to say every time I go in there they are always smiling and happy now how many places can you say is like that. I can go early in the morning or later on in the afternoon every single time for six years they have always been smiling and caring not once has anybody just filled up my bottles and not said nothing and mad. I definitely can’t leave this guy out Shaun Thompson I fell in love with my first counselor there, Miss Charon, and when I found out she was leaving I was truly sad. I really loved her a lot. I still do. I still tell her Merry Christmas and everything I got lucky though they gave me Shaun and my name is Shaun too so I guess that was a sign. He has truly got me through some tough times.I don’t understand why they don’t have five stars reviews, but it is impossible to satisfy everybody so I always look at it like that because they couldn’t be no kinder and helpful people than the people that work there. Equally, those who work with Dr. Joyner are a joy! Usually, I have "white coat" syndrome when I visit the doctor, and the anxiety elevates my blood pressure. However, nurses like Rashida King had me laughing and at ease in the short walk from the reception area to the doctor's office--no high blood pressure! The staff is friendly even the guy that takes your blood. Dr Lee is a great Dr and you can tell that he actually cares about his patients. The anxiety caused my blood pressure to shoot up through the roof. However, Ms. Durham, the nurse, calmed me down and took my anxiety away. Ms. Durham is a pleasant person who does a great job. In addition, Dr. Lee is a great doctor who cares about his patients. He explained everything to me in detail, not only the medical aspect, but also the administration resources that are available for me. I am a hospital corpsman and I have been working in the medical field for decades. I can say that my experience at the VA clinic is not different from any other private clinic, if not better. I only gave this review 4 stars because the receptionist was not smiling nor was she welcoming either. In fact, I felt that she got frustrated with me because she was unable to find my appointment easily. Overall, I can sincerely say that my visit was great! Thanks to the VA and all the staff for providing exceptional services to our veterans! One nurse there is sadistic. A real monster. When giving vaccines he causes as much pain as possible. These people thrive on inefficiency. No one could work harder at doing worse.
