Everyone here has been kind. They really do care about you and getting you whatever you need to be successful. They don’t judge, and smile every day. They deserve more than 5 stars. I feel very lucky to have ended up here by circumstances that feel hopeless. They’re like little lights that try to brighten your day and help you on your path as corny as it sounds it’s true. If you’re looking for help, definitely go.

The staff are extremely kin, supportive, and I have the best counselor ever!!! This clinic is a lot better than first clinic I was at that place was a nightmare I thought it would be worse coming here because of my experience at the other clinic but I was proven wrong this place is so much better I’m so thankful for this clinic and all the staff that work here!!!
The staff make the place, but the place has just seen a whole renovation should you or your family need any detox, or crisis mental health assistance. The welcome ALL!

I was treated with respect and was short term which was the only not like about it. The lady that fixes food worked with me cause I'm a picky eater. Even got to smoke outside. You have to want help. This place was the best in the area.
I used to come here about 15 years ago and when I learned I had to start coming back I was not happy because Daymark was just terrible in every way, shape, and form. But you know what.... I am so happy with how my visit went! Crystal and Erin made my week! Not only were they professional but they handled me with love and care. I have super high anxiety issues but with them taking care of me I was okay. Thank you both for your love and care! Im so happy to be with Daymark

I saw Dr. Pantelakos this past Wednesday and was very happy with what he did for me. From seeing the nurse who checked me in to thr receptionist who did my paperwork to the nurse who took my vitals to seeing the doctor, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr. Pantelakos and his staff to anyone for their professionalism and care.

I have been going to the Freedom House Durham for about 7 years. The Freedom House has always been my comfort zone with battling life issues and struggles. Dr Julie Mutua has been the best doctor I’ve had for my mental health concerns. She is always available welcoming and she not only understands but she has a compassionate heart. The receptionist Ms Linda always is available for all my scheduling needs and I am so thankful and grateful for the services they have and will continue to provide me. U guys should definitely give Freedom House a chance they have a good name because Freedom is what they provide when u need comfort.

I have been here for a long time and have 27 take homes. If u actually wanna get clean and not just use it bc u can’t find anything else than the place is good plus since getting a new head nurse “that we needed so bad” n when Anna was the director things have gotten much better. even tho Anna is not there anymore she got it together and it seems like the new director is following her lead, the only bad thing I can say about Baart is if someone skips line or being disrespectful and you say something then I would be punished by holding my take homes over my head while the other person who started the mess has no take home’s receive no kinda punishment.

I am beyond grateful for UNC Horizons, thanks to this place I got my daughter back! And not to mention they helped me to get better for my kids!! I went there September 23, 2020 and graduated May 28, 2021! I also had my son while I was there on April 3, 2021! I can't speak highly enough of Pasadena Villa. The environment was so supportive, and the administrative , therapy, and medical staff provided top notch care. I learned so much about myself and feel like the programming was incredibly helpful. I really benefitted from group therapy and the additional services provided (art, music, and animal therapies, and yoga). Highly recommended facility.

The Raleigh VA Clinic has exceeded my expectations with every appointment. The receptionist greets you with a smile, which I know is easy only sometimes when interacting with the public.
Dr. Sheryl Joyner is the epitome of professionalism, wisdom, and warmth. Equally, those who work with Dr. Joyner are a joy! Usually, I have "white coat" syndrome when I visit the doctor, and the anxiety elevates my blood pressure. However, nurses like Rashida King had me laughing and at ease in the short walk from the reception area to the doctor's office--no high blood pressure!
Furthermore, Dr. Joyner and Nurse King were informative, relatable, and authentically caring. Going to the doctor is not at the top of anyone's list of things to do, but the staff at the Raleigh VA clinic are good medicine!
Greenhill has changed my life, Jake, Deana , and Erin, are heaven sent. I don’t know where my life would be if greenhill gave up on me. Throughout so many trials and tribulations, I knew I always had an outlet to seek help.
It’s not just their job, it’s their passion, they care, and love you until you can love and care about yourself.
So incredibly blessed to have been apart of this program. Really the greatest foundation of peer interaction and tools to use in your life during recovery.

I love my doctors! I've never had a doctor or their office actually meet me halfway. My therapist and psychiatrist are always there when I need them. I don't have to worry about making sure that I have a ride to get to and from my appointments, the virtual visits are very convenient, especially when you're a single parent. They work around the minor inconveniences when you have kids in the background yelling for you. They don't keep you on the phone any longer than needed, when you're the only parent taking care of them. The patient portal is very convenient as well, especially after hours. You can still get a hold of them to talk about changes to your information, needing to make or cancel an appointment, etc...they say that it could take up to 2 days for a reply. But I've never had to wait, but just a few minutes to get a message back.
Highly recommended!! Very knowledgeable, helpful and caring staff. They have worked miracles pulling me from a very dark place and now I am loving life!
